HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Having the surgery is the the easy part, finding the right post care is so important but Sheena makes it so much easier. The massages alone have already made so much of a difference, 3 weeks post op! She also makes sure you leave with the right info and tools to have the best results. I went in for a massage because I was in alot of pain. I suffer with horrible back plain and working from home through this pandemic . I decided to try Glow up body treatment as the chiropractor massage therapist I was going to did not seem to listen to what my issues were and just seemed overall mechanical, you know following BS office protocol.Let me tell you I have not one regret about going here. The space is calm and inviting and my Massage therapist ( Sheena) was warm and hilarious as the same time. What I like about her, she listened to me when I spoke about the issues I was having, and she focused on those parts of my body to bring me relief.
