Very pleasant experience. This was my first of many lymphatic drainage massages and it was amazing. Ngozi (lymphatic drainage massage specialist/therapist) really knows her craft. Kerry Ann is a gifted and attentive healer. I walked into her space late and frazzled from a messy commute. She was so grounding and patient, I immediately felt at ease. I have been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain for over a year now after a shoulder injury. As a result, I have had a lot of bodywork done. I was blown away by how good and effective my TMJ massage was. I am not exaggerating, but I felt that years of stored tension and tightness around my jaws and neck was gone within the 30 minutes I was there.Kerryann is incredibly good at what she does. She incorporated facial cupping along with the massage as well. She could immediately tell where my issues were located, and she alleviated so much stiffness around my jaws, neck, shoulders, and back to the point where I noticed my face got slimmer and my pain was gone! I normally see an osteopath for a chronic condition but they were out of town. I ended up with a ton of tension built up so booked and appt with Kerryann and I am so glad I did. She was skilled, professional and clearly passionate about what she does. I suspect she is trained in several modalities. I could not believe how much better I felt the following day. The location is in a new space in the basement level so give yourself a little extra time to find the suite. I would 100% recommend.

Extraordinary experience. Based on reviews i booked an emergency massage with Kerryanne to address a pulled muscle behind my knee which locked my knee cap in place. I was so impressed with my 1st session that i booked a subsequent 2nd one with cupping which further alleviated the aggravated muscle spasms/tenderness to the point where i am walking with ease. i will be a regular customer of Naturally Zuri and have recommended Kerryannes genuine and authentic healing powers to my friends.

Had a TMJ massage and cupping session with Keryann. I have gotten many massages in my life and also medical TMJ treatment. Nothing, absolutely nothing compares to the healing magic of Keryanns skills. She took so much pain away, its incredible. Honestly, I could cry (happy tears), I feel so much better. Kerryann was very professional and got to work on my foot issues immediately. I didnt have much experience with cupping but she checked in to make sure I could handle the pressure during the process. Post massage I can definitely feel the soreness but can tell some the tissue around my injury feels rejuvenated and looser thanks to the deeper work done here. Will definitely stop by again whenever I am in the area.

Have had two massages with Kerryann, and both were wonderful. One was a TMJ massage which helped with headaches I was getting from neck tension. Both massages targeted areas of tension that I didnt even realize I had. The space is lovely and calming too! Cant recommend enough.

My therapeutic healing session with Adama was incredible. I’ve had severe scoliosis all my life and often feel awkward showing that to practitioners, but Adama made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly intuitive at using various modalities to find the tension in your body and releasing it. Different than any kind of body work I’ve had before (and with my severe scoliosis I’ve had a lot). So grateful to have found Zuri Massage and Adama and will be back.

I was late by 15 minutes because I wasnt aware that the N trains no longer stop at Jay St station (check if this changes when youre heading there).I texted the number and I received a response within the minute which says a lot of customer care! I arrived frantic but my masseuse, (looking back I realize I didnt ask her for her name) she made space for me to ground myself in the moment and asked me a few questions in regards to what Im looking for in a massage, etc. The music was on point, so was the scent of the room - super relaxing and calming.The massage itself has got me thinking that I need to come back soon. The pressure was perfect, she made sure row ork the knots and used some pressure points that I held a lot of tension. She also shared with me some mornings about the tension and the possible correlation to my ankle that was injured years ago that has never fully recovered.I truly recommend this place.

I walked into Naturally Zuri Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork after two days of pain and barely able to press down on my right heel. I met Kerryann and shared my old injuries and new stressors. I had the massage and cupping. I could tell immediately after getting off the table I began to feel better. Came home drank lots of water and tea, fell asleep by 9:00 pm (never happens lol). I originally started seeing Kerryann because I am a runner and was training for a marathon, so I required regular massage therapy. Her work is spectacular. Unlike other massage therapists I have visited, she actually listens to you when you mention a specific area feels off. She is helpful in identifying whats going on and designs your session specifically to help you feel better. In the lead up to my marathon, she was able to fit me in for a quick cupping session to tune-up my body before I departed for my race. I beat my personal record by 40 minutes, and I truly believe Kerryanns help over the course of my training helped me achieve that. The place of business is welcoming and well-lit. I received my massage from Kerryann Bertrand, the proprietor, and I was not disappointed. I require deep tissue treatment, and Kerryann was up to the task, eliminating trigger points and smoothing out tight muscles. OK for the cost. However, I left disappointed. The pressure was too hard & a lot of the time uncomfortable, despite me asking for medium and several times asking for it to be lighter, something smelt very strongly of a garlic / curry type of smell - not the kind of smell I would normally associate with spa products - which was still on my skin afterwards and I paid for a foot scrub, which I assumed would be additional to my hour long massage, but it was included within the time.

I went to Naturally Zurich for a cupping session. I walked away with such an experience. She checked in with me to make sure that pressure of the cups was bareable but effective. Ive had cupping done on me before but she had a different flow and energy to it. I will admit the pain that I had before going to her had reduced and didnt flare up for about a week.
