Very rude people. Massage was okay, but certainly not on the better 50% of massages Ive had.Talked with each other and took phone calls during the massage, even left the room for a while - time that definitely did not get added at the end.Refused to give change after we already gave 20% tips, were very insistent that we needed to give more tips (where are you from??)Will definitely not come back.

Kelly is incredible, I’m actually obsessed. I’m an acupuncturist and yogi, and I swear she gets every pressure point, muscle, and channel. She is also just a lovely human overall. This is my new go-to neighborhood spot, and the prices are amazing.

My husband and I get massages often in LA. We had a quick stop in Brooklyn and found this gem. Holy magic - Tom was absolutely intuitive and helpful. I have lower back/ hip tightness / shoulder and neck tension - he was AMAZING!!! I’m so glad we came here!

I have pretty messed up feet (collapsing arches) so Ive been to a TON of reflexology places and this one is very meh The guy who did my feet just clearly didnt know what he was doing. It was about the same level as a massage u get during a pedicure. If thats ur jam then you will love this place! Light/medium strokes over broad parts of the foot without any real focus. Def relaxing, but I personally need someone who knows where the pressure points are and can feel for tight and tender spots. My guy couldnt tell where to massage even after I told him which part of my foot was hurting lol. Not a waste of money persay but thoroughly disappointing

Massage was kind of random and didnt really have any direction. Ive had massages before and they have a flow but this was all over the place. At the end they said minimum 20% tip for a massage I wasnt even happy with! Wont be going back

It was ok. The staff was talking and having a loud commotion so it was hard to enjoy the foot massage. There also was a lot of laughing when I called to check about walk-ins. Then someone called me back to ask if I called and hung up. Just felt chaotic for a spa.

What i dont like is the fact that i spend like $400 dollars in less than a week. I wasnt even allowed to sit down and wait on my appointment. As i had nowhere to go. I thought i wouldve been treated as a valued customer. Also especially all businesses should learn they clients extremely well. And treat them accordingly. For instance if iam respectable. Honorable as well. And iam a 37 year old man. I dont need other masseuse peeping in. And Looking in on me as iam getting my private masage done to me. Thats what the curtain is there for. I didnt like how other massage therapist was looking in on me. As i was getting my massage. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Outside of that the massage ladies do a excellent wonderful job. I have no compliants outside of that. The prices are fairly reasonable as well. They treated me fairly nice. As well as kind in that regard. So i will definitely be coming back for sure. Would have left this place 4 stars because the massage itself was good! However upon checkout I had the most bizarre experience. The masseuse watched me write in my tip amount and then scoffed atthe number (Mind you I am not a bad tipper) She pointed to a sheet of paper where they list out what they deem “appropriate” tips for each massage, and a massage for $35 is a tip of $13. Sorry but an almost 40 percent tip is outrageous when the service didn’t warrant that. Unfortunate but it seems like they try to make you feel bad if you don’t leave a number they like. For this reason alone I won’t be going back.

I had a back and foot massage and it was so amazing that I added more time so the therapist could do more foot work. It was the best foot massage I ever had. Kelly was able to work out knots in the smallest muscles of my feet that I didn’t even know existed. When I left I was walking on new feet. My mother had a similar experience with the other therapistThis is a hard pressure deep tissue massage that focuses on knots. It was a painful at times but it effectively released multiple pressure points.We will be back.

Decent massage, wish they focused more on pressure points! THEY DEMAND TIP, which threw me off, let me tip in peace! Can use an update on their furniture, doesn’t feel the cleanest!

Great massages but the staff constantly coughing, sneezing and smelling like they just smoked a pack of Marlboro. Not even the courtesy to cough or sneeze& cover they mouth.

I started going here in 2020 during my pregnancy, and its my go to spot . I feel brand new after a great body massage by Jenny . Shes great with her hands ,medium to light pressure great at removing knots,she ensure your needs are meet .

I would love to give this location 5 stars, because the ladies werr very nice. I asked for a male masseur and 70 mintues. When he arrived it right from outside into my room without washing his hands.The massage was OK. He never oiled me during the deep tissue. And most of my massage was done with the towel over me. I asked for hot stone and never received it. As well, my massage wasnt 70 mins.The guy is good at locating pressure points but my back is the most sore its ever been from a massage. I tipped 20% and left.Days like these, I miss my favorite massage therapist who understood quality of service and peoples bodies.Debating if I will return because the reviews are so good. Maybe another try this time with a female. The guy next door to me was so happy with his massage I coukd hear him in and out of sleep. Lol.

This place is the best, not only do they relieve your tension and pain by massage they also alieve you through reflexology they really get down to the root of the pain in your body which is most important. I’ve had a number of aches and pains before coming here and after my appointment I feel like a new person. Even though my pain is gone, I will be coming back here at least once a month.

Went in not knowing what to expect. But something needed to be done about my lower back. The massage was fantastic at a reasonable price. My back feels way better. I will definitely be back for another session.

Average massage that felt more like a pedicure. Unprofessional. Demanded a higher tip than I wanted to give. Wont be returning.

I hate the fact that they dont speak English, so its a bit hard to communicate with them to explain if you want something specific but otherwise The massage was pretty good, the place is a bit run down, its a bit annoying too that they have the foot rub section in the front and you gotta squeeze through all the people to go to the back if you go for a full body and the same if youre getting a foot rub having sll others squeeze through all the time which takes away from the relaxation, but the pricing is OK so cant complain, but then the masseuse was standing over me making sure I give a tip which I was gonna do anyway but because she stood over me like that it was a smaller one. Interesting enough though that thats the only part of English they know and understand best...

This place is TERRIBLE! I asked repeatedly for a leg and foot massage. She only massaged ONE leg and no feet! They said my time was up and harassed me about the amount of tip I was leaving on a terrible massage which waasnt what I requested at all. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other places in the neighborhood

Been here once a month for 6 years. Kelly is straight up better than a sports masseuse. I tip her extra and she will destroy every knot. I saw a BROOKLYN nets player here after his game getting a foot massage being like this place is better than the professionals.

I was in need for a relaxing time, but what I got was horrible. I was in pain 2 days after like my back was scratched with nails. I felt so annoyed spending that much money on a massage that was worth maybe 5$...

There are 2 men that work here that gave my wife and I the worst massage weve ever had in our lives. It was thoughtless and rushed and some things happened that arent supposed to happen. Save yourselves the traumatic experience and go get a massage - literally- anywhere else.

Best, affordable massage. I did a foot massage and full body. Both were excellent. It was about a 5 min wait and the service was great! If you are in Brooklyn, you need to check it out.

If you want something fancy this may not be the place but, if you want a good therapeutic relaxing massage then come here. Prices are fair, Be sure to tip well.

The people are nice but the message wasnt pleasant and the place didnt feel clean, didnt feel like theyre was any privacy. The entire experience was really not pleasant.

I lowered my expectations because I know what can happen but I just wanted some nice rub de-stress a little nothing crazy , not trigger points, deep tissue or even swedish just rub my back. But what I got was honestly, indescribably terrible.

These people know what their doing. However, compared to the Happy Feet on long Island, I thought the linen had a stale smell. Address this and were good.

I recommend the other spots in the area.
