Just had my first visit today at Centre Salon. Everyone here is warm and friendly. The salon is so nice and the front desk really makes you feel welcome!Wonderful experience! Love this hair salon and spa. LOVE MY HAIR! My new hairstylist LYNN is so talented!Lynnn did GORGEOUS highlights, cut and styled my hair today and my hair has never looked this good ever!I will definitely be back!

What a wonderful facial I experienced with Calia! It was the best ever. Calia is very gentle and explains every step of the facial before starting work. It was so relaxing and my skin remains moist even three days following the facial! Thank you Calia! I have already scheduled another session for September and I am very much looking forward to it!

My son received the worst haircut from this place. Bald spots throughout the entire haircut that are not able to be covered up. Completely uneven and absolutely devastating. This place is too expensive to be giving haircuts like that. This was supposedly the person who was the best men haircuts.

Horrible customer service experience with Lynn. I was 5 min early to my appt. But she was not done with her last client and asked I wait 15minutes. When she greeted me, she made several rude comments about the client before me and that it was her hair’s fault for picking up the color wrong. Not a good start. Showed her a pic of what I wanted and explained I have thick hair and need lots of layers for it to lay nicely and not look blunt. She responded by explaining she had a headache. She barely looked at the pic, never referred back to it or asked if it was something I liked when she was done. My cut is blunt, uneven and I left feeling horrible and like I couldn’t say anything b/c she was too busy shoving me out of her chair for the next client. I come in 1x a year, all I need is a cut. I explained to the receptionist I needed someone who can give a great haircut to thick long hair and this was a terrible recommendation. Won’t be back. Not worth the money. Not good customer service or care. Hated that I had to tip her. Things have changed for the worse here.

I had knee surgery so couldn’t keep my appointment due to discomfort. I showed up to get my daughter’s hair cut (5 y/o) and they tried to charge me for half my cancelled appointment (hundreds of dollars). This appointment was made less than 24 hours ahead of time, the slot wasn’t going to be filled and I cancelled in the AM and it still didn’t get filled. Rip off. Showed up and had to leave with a crying 5 y/o

Karol did a great job, received exactly what I asked for. She will be my new hairdresser!!!! The store is very relaxing, great vibes. Very great experience.

I am new to Colorado and I chose Centre Salon to have my hair shaped. Megan is the first hairstylist that has done my hair in years. She was so kind and listened to my concerns. She shaped my hair beautifully. Im so happy that I found her in more ways than just taking care of my hair.

7 stylist in 7 years. Hard to keep stylists - somethings up.Honesty dont believe everyone at the salon is Aveda trained. Worst highlight Ive ever had.

Laurie absolutely rocked my color and cut! The price was great and the enviroment was fun and upbeat. The front desk staff met me with smiles and positivity. The herbal tea I got during my service was great and a surprise I was not expecting! 10/10 will come back!

Karol is an absolute magician when it comes to both haircuts and color. She does a fantastic job of making my wild curly hair into a beautiful shape that showcases my curls. She has single-handedly turned me from brunette, to fire red to bright blonde all while making sure my hair stays healthy. I also appreciate that she continues her education in hair so she is always well informed on new techniques and styles. I enjoy the environment of Centre, it’s clean, welcoming and always an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!

OMG, I cannot say enough amazing things about Anneliese as a stylist. She always does exactly what I envision and regardless of how off the wall my request, she makes me feel beautiful. Hair long or short, color natural, bold or highlighted; Anneliese is an artist whom I highly recommended for your styling needs. Lisa has the best customer service skills and always makes remarkable recommendations to fit my needs, even telling me all the things on sale that may benefit my skin and hair. You MUST visit Amani for the most fabulous and relaxing facial I’ve ever had!! She gave me the 60 minute dual exfoliation and OMG 😳 fantastic!!

Booked a facial a month before, didnt get a call until 5 days before my appointment that the esthetician has left the salon 2 weeks prior, and if I want to rebook, I can but no one is available that works weekends any longer. WHAT? What kind of customer service is this??? Terrible experience!! What has happened to Centre Salons???

Today Megan highlighted my hair, cut and styled it. It is one of the best colors and styles Ive had in a while. My husband loves it (hes finicky). She spent time asking me questions of what I wanted as far as color and cut. She also recommended shampoo and conditioner that would work on my hair best. I will be back.

Amani is wonderful, she takes her time and listens. I always feel beautiful after I see her!

I had Karolina give me a refresh from a blonde balyage to a more neutral brown for the fall/ winter time, as well as a cut. Coming from Austin to Denver, it was a much needed color enhancement with a few inches off for an effortless style. Centre salons is welcoming and clean!

Callie is absolutely amazing! Best facial I’ve ever received! I had consistent breakouts when I first moved to denver and within a couple of treatments my face immediately cleared up and is the best I’ve ever seen it.Everyone at the salon is so nice and goes out of their way to make me feel welcomed.

Celestina did highlights in my hair and they turned out absolutely beautiful. This is a great salon and she did a wonderful five star job.

Not a good haircut. The stylist cut off about 3 inches MORE than what I asked for and what was shown in the pictures I provided. Instead of a basic blunt cut to my collarbones, I got a chin length bob. She also did not seem to understand the purpose behind texturizing and just did it without a strategy and inadvertently created a very flippy, “newscaster a la 1992” cut. I am an ex-stylist and overall the work just didn’t look any better than I could have gotten at a Great Clips. It also felt quite rushed during the shampoo and during checkout which is never the best feeling. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Karol treated me to a great haircut and conversation! I really enjoyed the customer service and experience. The staff was very kind, little wait time for my appointment, and was in and out quick! Finding a salon to stick to has never been a strong point, but I will definitely be returning.

We love our hairdresser, and have been with her for 6 years. Unfortunately, there have been several issues with scheduling for the last few years and we just cant keep doing it. Our stylist books out, often 1-3 months in advance, and we have had several occasions where an appointment was booked and confirmed over the phone, only to get to the appointment day and oops we cant find your appointment. It cant be just one person, because it has happened multiple times over the years. Perhaps its technical issues, Im not sure. But it has definitely affected our likely hood of driving 45 minutes for an appointment they may or may not actually have on the books 😔

I went to this salon and spa for the first time today and LOVED IT! They make you feel pampered and the hot tea is amazing! Callie, the esthetician, is AMAZING!!!! You can truly tell that she loves what she does- she got to know me, my skin history, helped me understand what products she was using on my face and why, and educated me on keeping my skin healthy. There were no high pressure sales to purchase products. She wanted me to see the results of those products before purchasing. I appreciated this. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

I loved my experience here! I want to first off start by saying that everyone was very accommodating, and extremely nice! They even offered complimentary aveda tea, it was delicious! I came in for a facial, this was my first experience ever getting one done! Callie made sure the process was easy, thorough, relaxing and fun! She took the time to understand the type of skin I had while treating me to a foot soak while enjoying my tea! (Talk about being pampered!!!) not only was the facial wonderful but the aftermath of my skin was incredible! My skin felt and continuous to feel extremely clean and soft! Callie even helped me find the perfect mask for my hair and different skin products that will work for my problem areas! My hair and skin will forever thank you!! I drive from Castle Rock to this location simply due to the knowledgeable staff and their customer service!! Can’t wait for my next facial!!! Big thank you to Callie!!

This place is so amazing. Karol is now my GO TO, for my hair. She added life, and a whole new set of confidence for me.I found Karols IG (@karoldoeshair) while flipping through different hair accounts, so I went in feeling confident about her skills. However, this was the first time I went to someone new and was actually able to relax and not be anxious/worried (we’ve all been there) while she worked on my hair because she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted beforehand. Karol listened and then curated a spot-on selection of photos to help define details such as tone, placement, blend, etc. After our first session, my hair was literally my dream hair. Now I just go back for routine maintenance - and it always turns out flawless.Im so glad I found Centre Salon + Spa Westminster and Karol. Finding a good color artist is hard, so its such a good feeling to be able to trust a stylist completely. Besides that - its also FUN to go to my hair appts now. Karol is so personable, funny and kind.If you are looking for a new stylist, whatever your hair needs are, I cannot recommend her enough. She’s literally amazing.

My amazing stylist Aimee and the entire team at Centre Salon do a wonderful job at delivering a try spa experience. I always leave looking beautiful, fully relaxed and happy with the value I receive. And spending time with Aimee is like an afternoon with a daughter, she is so sweet. Five star experience overall!

Was referred by a friend because I decided to go short and another stylist hacked my hair. Anneliese is the best. I have panic disorder and have been having a hard time yet she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She fixed my hair and evened it out listening to everything I needed. I’ve been to this salon a few times and have seen different stylists each time and each person has been great! Today I saw Michael and right away I knew I was in good hands for what I wanted. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The Aveda products are a nice perk - you always leave smelling amazing!

Went to this location after reading some rad reviews! Mya did an excellent job highlighting my hair! One of my favorite and the best highlights I’ve had in my life!! She blended the colors so well! The only issue was part of my stupid baby hairs not wanting to be the right color but Mya went in and made sure I was satisfied before I left the salon! The atmosphere was friendly, the staff was nice and the tea is to die for. Thanks for a grand experience!

I moved from California seven years ago, however it took me several years of living here to find a salon and hair stylist that I liked. Anneliese is the best!! I came to see Michelle for the first time, essentially blindly. I was justifiably nervous at first but she is AMAZING and I’ve been back numerous times now!! My hair looks amazing and is cut, colored and styled to perfection with expertise and in partnership with what I’m looking for as well as what she recommends. I also have received waxing services from Michelle and again, absolutely perfect! The salon is beautiful, the employees are very attentive and so warm and friendly. I highly recommend this salon and Michelle in particular!!

Karol is the best stylist! My cut and color always look amazing and the color stays for the whole time. Cold showers help but Karol knows her stuff and makes my hair look and feel healthy.

Justin is the best! Of course he is incredible with hair but on top of that there is the hand and wrist massage and all over attention to detail that makes it such a great experience. Also, really enjoyed the playlist they had playing. It’s the little things.

I am in love with this place. Miss. Lisa, is the kindest, always answering phones, scheduling appointments, she has the best demeanor, I always look forward to her answering the phone and even better, when I get to see her in person. The happiness starts at the front when you see Miss. Lisa. Miss. Hailey has been doing my hair for over a year now. I like to change up my hair and what I think would be fantastic, I will always get honest answers from Miss. Hailey. She is amazing at what she does, I can show her a picture, she looks at it and it’s done....her mind can remember things in seconds. The color that she produces, whether just color, highlights or balayage always come out looking spectacular. Justin is pretty awesome too to do rinses :). The salon is always prompt and respectful of your time.

I really enjoyed my time getting my hair cut by Lex. She was sweet and thorough, and I love my haircut! I needed a ‘wash and go’ cut to suit my busy life. She delivered! Also, the Aveda tea is just delicious and I love having a cup every time I come in. I will definitely be coming back!

First time at this spa/salon and found it to be very clean, cozy and welcoming by the staff. Had an hr. massage done by Laurel. She was very friendly and did a wonderful job explaining products she was using and what she was doing. Would highly recommend the spa/salon and Laurels services.

I’m not sure why they wax your eyebrows so thin…Especially when you told them at the last visit your hairs have a VERY difficult time growing.. and you really want minimal removal.They aged me 10 years by making my eyebrows so thin.Thick eyebrows are the style…? Why are we doing this..My eyebrows are literally ruined for the next 6 months.Do you guys not keep record of your clients preferences? Or why act like you remember us when you don’t…? And then you don’t even ask.. and we only noticed y’all have ripped all the hair off AFTER…And don’t even realize the damage until we get home…Beyond disappointed.I’m going to look so awful in my special event photos.I want my money back… this is ridiculous!- posted due to unable to leave email, as the store was closed at the time.

After years and years of searching for a stylist that can color my crazy hair, I found Anneliese at Centre Salon. She is my stylist fairy godmother. 🥰 I have been seeing her for over 7 years and every appointment is just amazing! I look forward to every session with her. She will listen to your requests and work with you to get your perfect look!The salon staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the salon Aesthetic is so relaxing and beautiful! I will will be seeing Anneliese at Aveda until the day she retires!

Michael did an incredible job! I wanted a simple, low maintenance look that could be styled up for special occasions. The highlights blend perfectly and I can easily style my hair on my own. I have been getting a lot of compliments. Michael is also so warm and fun to talk to. I highly recommend!

Callie has consistently given me amazing facials that last for days after. She is great about walking me through what she is doing, recommending products and tailoring my treatment based on my skin. 10/10

I went to Amy for a haircut. Think Hailey Baldwin-esque wispy bangs and textured medium-length cut. Amy did a fantastic job - I am so thrilled with my new do! I felt like she was a great communicator and we easily got on the same page as we discussed the reference photo I brought. She was also very friendly throughout my whole time in the chair, and was great about sharing her process and tips for styling/maintaining my new cut. I will definitely be returning to her!

Ive been seeing Michelle religiously! Shes so talented and I love getting my hair done with her. She educated me on Aveda products and always gives me her professional opinion. I give a little direction with what I want to be done and trust her to do the rest. We always have such a great time catching up on life. I love their hot tea and am slowly filling my house with Aveda products. My recent purchase was the chakra 4 spray- HEAVEN. I also use the botanical line not only for all the great hair benefits but the aromatherapy is like nothing Ive ever found. Im an Aveda believer! Thanks Michelle ❤️❤️

I had a great experience here and will absolutely call this salon my home. I saw Marina and after going through a few different stylists at 3 different salons my search is finally over. I’m so thankful I found Marina. I am prematurely grey and have decided to let it grow. Marina was able to create the perfect platinum/silver balayage to compliment my natural roots. It isn’t easy to pull off but she did it and I love it!

Everyone at the Salon is wonderful, so friendly and welcoming! Came in last week for the first time ever just to get a trim and had such a great experience that I had to come back. I’ve been coming to Marina for a couple of years. Not only is she a great stylist, she’s also great at working with me to update my style, color and shape each appointment. She keeps great notes and is able to refer back to them when we want to make tweaks to my hair.

I almost never write reviews, but I went to Marina a few days ago for a hair coloring and I cannot say enough good things. I absolutely love the color. I asked for an ashy blonde and she killed it. Love the haircut too. She is amazing.

Great salon, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is very helpful and they take the time to truly listen. I immediately started getting compliments, day I got my hair done. I didnt even have to go home and do the typical fix it the way I like it (trust me, if youre like most of us ladies, you know what Im talkin about) a bit on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. Make sure you schedule in advance, they fill up fast. BIG thank you to Emily for the amazing haircut!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here at Aveda. I had a hair emergency when my long time stylist from another got Covid. When I explained this to Kelly from the Arvada Aveda she told me to give her 10 minutes and she would make it work! The customer service at Westminster was so great but my hair also looks amazing. I recommend Michelle for highlights any day. She did such a great job! I walked out feeling great and the follow up call from Kelly making sure everything went well was the cherry on top. Customer service goes a long way and Aveda nailed it

The staff at Centre Salon and Spa are the best around! They have always treated me with the utmost respect and constantly go above and beyond to make every visit special.They use high-quality, cruelty-free Aveda products which has made a marked improvement on the quality of my hair - my color lasts between visits and Ive been able to grow it longer than any point in my life without losing volume due to breakage.Anneliese has been my stylist for years and she always listens (and actually hears) what Im looking for in a hair style. She never pressures me to come in more often than needed and offers great advice when Im looking for a change. But more than that, I have never left her chair in anything less than a positive, confident, uplifting mood.I would highly recommend the Centre Salon and Spa in Westminster!

I have been coming to this salon since the late 1990s for haircuts & colors. Two hours before my appointment today, they called to say the hair dye would have to stay in my hair 45 minutes instead of the usual 30 min because we scheduled a person in between. I said I set an appointment to have my hair colored just the way it has been for the past 11 years, my hair and scalp dry out when left in 45 min. It happened once.She said Well, it will be 45 minutes. Most people leave it in 45 minutes. Do you want to reschedule?No So sorry, no Well let someone else wash out the dye so it will be 30 minutes. Not the same salon anymore.

Callie is a fantastic esthetician, my skin has improved tremendously over the past few months under her care. I highly recommend her services, especially the plant peel.

Absolutely loved this salon! Im a big Aveda Salon only gal. I moved from Highlands Ranch to Westminster recently, and I had to say goodbye to my Aveda salon down there. I will say it was like I never left the other, and I couldnt be happier here. Mya was so awesome! NO DOUBT, I will see her again!

I have seen to so many hair stylists over the years but I absolutely love Emily. Shes very kind and easy to talk to. Its so fun to go see her for any service. Karol is my go to hairstylist! I have been going to her for a whole year now and she has really helped me get my hair back to health. When I first went to her my hair was so dry and damaged. Karol has not only improved the health of my hair in the salon but has also given me many tools/products for at home care. She always does the style I want and makes me look fabulous!

Everyone was super friendly! Annalise is just the best—so sweet and did an amazing job! I have curly/wavy hair and never know what to do with it, and she totally knew what to do. This is definitely my new hair place!

Recently moved and was worried about finding a high quality salon that was comfortable without being stuck up or condescending. This is the place to go!! Michael did an incredible job, even though the place was very busy he was still able to give me everything I needed.They also use Aveda products which I love and have used for years! Already made my next appointment!

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now. Haley does my color, cuts, blow outs and an occasional Brazilian Blow out. My hair always looks perfect. I came in from NY for a wedding in Boulder, and my hair didnt take well to the CO weather. Upon the recommendation of staff at my hotel, I got an appointment with Amy for the day of the wedding. Amy was incredible - listened to what I had to say, made sure she knew how I wanted to look for the event, and made sure I left feeling pampered and glamorous. That blowout and style lasted days, even through travel, and when I got home I was still receiving compliments. Definitely a great local recommendation, I am so glad I found them!

Went here for the first time and was treated like a VIP. Great communication, amazing stylist, and I even got free samples!! Adeliah did a great job cutting and styling my hair. She asked the right questions and was a great conversationalist! 14/10

I had the worst experience in a salon ever here on 04/06/21. I got there on time for my appointment but had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. During the 20 minute wait nobody checked on me or even apologized for the delay. I have waited 3 weeks to get an open spot. The stylist finaly started on my hair almost 30 minutes after I got there. I had a meeting starting at 6:15 and told her I had to get out of there at a reasonable time to pick up my children before my meeting. She apologized and said maybe she won’t have time to style my hair then because I was on the books until 6. I was stressed out and frustrated but we talked it through and I started feeling better. The problems started when another stylist “helped her out” by rinsing my hair and adding a complimentary toner that I didn’t request. I didn’t want it at the time of rinsing, trying to safe time. She continued to apply it saying the other stylist is not ready anyway. When the rinsing was done I had to wait for another 5 minutes before my stylist could start cutting my hair. The “rinsing” stylist thought that was the perfect time to come tell me that maybe I can come back tomorrow for the cut and I was in the books until 6pm so in future I might have to schedule my time accordingly. Totally ignoring the fact that them running almost 30 minutes late is not my fault. She started raising her voice at me, the client, thinking I am an idiot. The poor stylist doing my hair came running over because this person is yelling at her client when she was finishing up with someone else. Even though she ran late Michelle did a great job to catch up and get me out of there but I can’t support a business that have people that scream at clients when they were in the wrong. I was also not impressed with the reception/manager because they didn’t even offer a discount for running late or having one of their employees yelling at client for no reason. I will not return and I have been a client for years. The very skinny blonde stylist was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a salon and she has no professionalism.

Karol highlighted my hair today. She is a talented stylist and so friendly. She did a wonderful job. I cant wait to come back and see her for a touch-up!

5 out of 5 stars -Kelly is one of the best hair stylist at Centre Salon in Westminster. She listens to what you want and she makes it happen. I found Kelly after an awful haircut and she fixed it without hesitation. On the other hand, I have had many problems within the last year and half with the company and their customer service, not including Kelly. I have been double booked for appointments at least 3 times, which I had to reschedule. When I was double booked, I was not notified in a timely manner. I also scheduled an appointment to get colored VoMor extensions, which I also had to reschedule, because the equipment was not working properly. I have never had premium customer service from any of the other beauticians or front desk employees. The only reason I continue going to Centre Salon is for Kelly. Other than that, I would not invest in this salon.

Justin is a color PRO. Since moving to Denver, Ive struggled to find anyone I trust to highlight my hair after more than a few attempts ended in damaged hair and just icky color. Justin gave me GORGEOUS highlights that blend beautifully and naturally while being super careful not to to cause any further damage. Trust him!! He knows what hes doing and Im super happy with my results for the first time since moving here. THANK YOU!

Last Friday I went in for a facial with Mallory at Centre Salon Westminster. I try and do one or two a year. It was late late afternoon and I was told I was her 6th facial that day. Her energy was off the charts. She made me feel like I was her first appointment of the day. She was so amazing. A true professional with great skills. I give her 5/5 stars and highly recommend her as an Esthetician. Simply the best !!!!!!

First time at CSS Westminster. I was looking for a new Aveda salon. This place was fabulous! Adelia did a great job on my color and hair cut. The salon staff was extremely welcoming, from great Covid-19 procedures to the new customer welcome gift. Salon interior is very stylish. Great selection of Aveda products (on sale too which was great)! Cant say enough about all of the staff and how warm and welcoming they were. It was also a nice surprise to get a follow-up call the next day asking about my experience. From the website I understand they have other locations. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business/location - give them a try.

Ive been looking for a good salon in my area for a while. I just wanted to check it out and get a feel for the environment. My first impression was the modern yet classy feel. I spoke with the gals behind the counter, they were all so pleasant and took the time to figure out what I was looking to have done, and explained how the pricing worked. I was taken back by their friendliness, even during a busy time. Just then, a gentleman walked up and continued asking questions to figure out exactly what I was looking for. He briefly excused himself and came back and said if I was available, he could get me in within less than 30 min. I was blown away. I came into checkout your salon, and 30 min. later I was being pampered by Melanie. She really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel like I was the only one in the salon. Best salon/stylist ever. (Really. Not kidding.) I went to see Megan with a really unspecific request: Im bored and I want to do something different with my hair. She took the time to understand my hair, my personal style, and my requirements (e.g., Im so bad at doing mornings that its way beyond my ability to dry & style my hair). Im not exaggerating when I say that magic ensued. Megan gave me the very best cut Ive ever had in my life (all 50 years of it) - its fun and funky, it looks fantastic, and its ridiculously easy to take care of.This next part is going to sound like Im a misplaced 60s flower child (Im not), so bear with me. When I left the salon with my new cut, I felt like I looked more me than I have in years. Thats Megans superpower: She combines amazing technical ability, a nearly-miraculous knowledge of how your hair will behave, and the gift of understanding what cut/style will fit best your personality, even though she only met you 5 minutes ago. Im telling you, shes extraordinarily gifted. (And really fun to talk to.)Everyone at Centre Salon & Spa is friendly and helpful and seems genuinely happy to be of service. That gives the place a really warm and welcoming feel, and I always leave happy, de-stressed, and refreshed. Seriously - you should go there.

My first visit to the Spa to see Malorie. From the time I walked in the door, I felt very welcomed. The front desk staff is very attentive and professional. Malorie did an amazing job with my facial and dermaplane. I would highly recommend seeing her. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Overall, this is the place to go for an amazing Aveda experience.

I saw Justin for the first time yesterday and couldnt be happier! I came in with a couple pictures of what I was looking for and he nailed it. The cut and color are perfect! I saw Tayla and she is absolutely amazing! Im from VA and have been going to the same guy for my hair for the past 10years and it was hard for me to commit to a new person out here. Just went in for some highlights and a trim. My stylist was very nice, but it seems she didnt listen to anything I said. I wanted to go as light as possible, which came out barely any lighter as she was rushed and didnt seem to leave the color on long enough.She asked if I liked layers or one-length hair. I told her no layers. She said long layers would help it lay better and I wouldnt even notice, so I said okay. I came out with a TON of layers, which she seemed to showcase with the way she styled my hair. I also told her I wear my hair parted or down the middle - I said parted. She cut it down the middle, and it looks crazy parted (because of the layers).We also had talked about the fact that I wanted some bangs, which she never cut. She was rushed because my hair is thick and she was late on her next appointment (to be hair, I did everything in my power to warn of my hair when I was scheduling the appointment), so I hated to ask her to cut them after she was already trying to show me the back of it.I spent $240 altogether here. I normally dont spend that much on hair, but I was having a tough week and decided to treat myself.Maybe it was just my stylist, but I would recommend another salon if you want to get what youre expecting.

June 2019I had a pretty good experience the first time I saw Maddie. However I had an appointment for today at 10am and when I got there I saw a txt to confirm my appointment for Tuesday at 12pm. Odd but maybe something was off. Walked in and someone at the front said she couldnt find any appointments for Maddie for today. The other lady said that Maddie had a family emergency and wasnt there. That is all fine except when I said no one called me to let me know she just looked at me and said sorry. Its not easy to plan these kind of trips for me as I have 2 boys that im the primary care taker for. and on top of that no one even asked if they could reschedule or checked to see if someone else could see me today. I would like to go back to see Maddie however I will have to seriously consider if I want to go back to this salon. 3 stars cause I like Maddie but right now I would give only 1 if I could.April 2019I have gone here at least 3 or 4 times for my hair and its been an ok experience each time. Today with Maddie was the best so far. She listened to what I wanted and was willing to try it with her suggestions for making it even better. I will for sure be seeing her again. Ive also had a full spa day before, pedicure, facial, massage and hair done and it was a nice relaxing day. For sure give them a try.

I will never go back again. Went in for a trim and ended up with my hair 4 inches shorter. My hair WAS barely below my shoulders. I have been trying to grow it out I asked for a trim and told the stylist exactly that. Ended up with a bob and not a good one at that. My hair grows slow and I wont be back to where I was for 6-8 months. There are weird layers that make styling a big challenge. Still very mad about it! I went over it multiple times that I DID NOT want a bob and to only trim. How is 4 inches a trim? Maybe if my hair was 2 feel long?

Adelia, is amazing to work with and giving advice on what would look great on different face shapes. I also liked the fact she keeps asking if the cut is still to your liking. The cut is great and overall amazing.

I didn’t comment on my experience before because I have used this company for years and didn’t want this one experience to persuade others not to try them. Until reading the response to my 1 star. I was never offered a complimentary service instead I was told I needed to provide a receipt showing what I had purchased and politely called a liar. I left after finding out they did not have my color because I am not going to put something semipermanent on my face in a color I do not like. I did receive a call from Justin that I was unable to answer because I was a work but don’t you worry I will definitely reach out to discuss the details of what actually happened being that from the response here you have misinformed.

I really enjoyed my visit! Everyone was so helpful and Celestina did a wonderful job on my hair! I will definitely visit again, I’m so happy with their service!

This is my go-to salon. Ive been going to see Kelly Tusa for over a year now and I never want to go to see anyone else. She knows exactly how to deal with how thick and wavy my hair is. In the wrong stylists hands, my hair quickly becomes poofy and unruly, but she knows just how to thin and layer it to bring out my curl and give my whole style shape.

I dont know if Clarissa is still there but Ive never had a bad haircut from center salons ever. Highly recommendEdit: if Clarissa is still around, I really need a hair fix...But I hope all of yall are doing well during this covid stuff.

I love this place! I met Abigayle for the first time yesterday. She listened to exactly what I wanted in a haircut and it came out perfectly I’m not a fan of a lot of chit chat while I’m getting my haircut and was very happy with a relaxing experience instead. I would highly recommend Abigayle and plan to go see her again and again.

Specifically asked Aubrey to keep my hair long on top and she didn’t listen. She did fine on the sides and back (hence the 2 star instead of 1), but did exactly what I told her not to do on top. Super annoying, and won’t be returning.

I was surprised with a facial and had Therese as my esthetician. The facial took place on a massage table with soothing music and I was able to select a customized scent journey. The experience included massage of the scalp, shoulders and collarbone, arms, and feet. My skin was left glowing and I was so relaxed; highly recommended.

Not only do I love my hair stylist, but Centre Salon in Westminster has a great sense of community and giving back. They often have programs that benefit a nonprofit. This salon is a bit of a commute for me, but I will continue to come back again and again.

Bonnie was amazing. Its a little pricey for a small town girl from the Upper Pen of Michigan, but nothing can beat a good product, good color and a good stylist! Bonnie mixed a color that was PERFECT for me and I cant stop looking at myself in the mirror today!

Had an appointment at 10am was driving to the appointment and they called me to cancel the appointment at 950!! Was my only day off. I guess the girl who was doing my hair called in. Not happy!!! Will never go there.

THREE times have I driven to Centre Salon & Spa in Westminster seeking a refund on THEIR MISTAKE! THREE times a 20mile round-trip!! And each of these times I have arrived 30-40 minutes PRIOR to their published closing time only to find that this ~business~ has closed early! One of these times I even encountered 2 employees, still in the shop working behind locked doors, only to be turned away with a terse WERE CLOSED! shouted to me. Today I even left my Work early in the hope of resolving this matter! Yet again, I arrived to find the ~business~ had again closed early! I could understand one but not THREE times!!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS WOEFUL DISCOURTEOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!! Im only seeking a refund for the wrong and expensive product! As for you.....I would recommend going elsewhere! After all, the city is full of *Professional* salons hungry for your business!

I received a message stating I had a free cut with a dye. I misunderstood that thinking it was a free cut and dye after paying $105 I told him I misunderstood and if I would’ve known I would’ve waited for a different time when I could afford it because of that I got a call stating they would no longer see me as a customer because all I did was complain I feel like that was very unprofessional being that I still paid and I told him I apologize that I was under the understanding that it was a free cut and dye and I misunderstood. When I called to speak with a manager I was denied that right I would not recommend this place to anybody
