Elements Massage

While I was a member, I had a great experience. However, my therapist left (or was let go, I’m not sure), and weeks ago, Elements Massage informed me about it. Not wanting to switch to a new therapist, I filled out and submitted a cancellation form. Now, weeks later, they’ve charged me $134, claiming it’s a final payment after cancellation. Really!? What exactly am I paying for? As a small business owner, Im very disappointed and surprised that a company would take advantage of their clients this way, especially since my reason for cancellation was the departure of my therapist. I’ve requested a refund, and well see if they do the right thing or if their priority is just taking money from clients in such an unscrupulous manner.

Love the location! Everyone has good energy and hood vibes. Only issue I have is keeping a masseuse. Love their growth so I can’t be upset. However they do work as a team and recommend each other depending on your needs.

Elements Massage never disappoints! I had an amazing 90 minute hot stone massage with Angela. I went in with a really big knot in my neck and limited range of motion. Now 2 days later my neck is still feeling great and I have full range of motion in my neck again. Thank you Angela!!

The lady (I didnt get her name) was so sweet when checking me in. The place was warm, clean, and welcoming. I received a massage from Cody and it was literally the best massage of my life! He targeted the areas that were causing me a lot of pain and the pressure was perfect. I will definitely be going back for another massage from him. Then the next day I realized I couldnt find my wedding ring so I called. The lady was so sweet to go check the room and found it. The fact that she was honest and told me it was there meant everything to me. Thank you for the wonderful experience overall and I would highly recommend Elements Massage Westminster to anyone. ;)

$69/hr and not the truth. Called and they said it was a different price. Not sure why? Very frustrating.

Zeraya is absolutely wonderful over here! She is attentive to the issue, shes a great conversationalist, genuinely enjoyable to be around. All of the staff are great! They help me out everytime.

They convinced my husband and I to sign up for a monthly plan. We were told that if we didnt use the massage, it would just roll over and accumulate and stay in the account for up to a year. I used one massage, but then every time I tried to schedule with the therapist that I liked, she was unavailable. Fast forward 3 months, and I got a notification that there was fraud on my debit card. I had to cancel that card, which happened to be the one on my account with Elements. I now received a text message that because my auto payment was declined that the three sessions that I paid for are now inactive, and that if I have a second missed auto payment I will lose those three sessions all together. I called the office and was told that that is their policy. I dont understand how, if I payed for these three sessions and havent used them, how they can just take them away because I dont want to keep giving them my money and not ever be able to see the therapist I want to see. I am currently waiting for a manager to call me back. My advice is to beware what you are signing up for because at no point did they advise me of this policy when I signed up.

Rude customer service. Called and canceled an appointment due to illness. Still charged for the massage on the rescheduled massage got charged again? Why am I paying monthly fees if you’re going to charge per massage?

The massage was okay, but there was definitely nothing spectacular about the massage. The site practices seems to be very conservative in regards to draping of the client, so much that it takes away from the massage. For those super concerned about draping and touching, this place would be perfect for you. But when the therapist is afraid to get close to your glutes and any part of your upper quads/thigh it takes away from a good leg massage. My therapist didnt seem to have a method and just kind of jumped from spot to spot and she wasnt very personable. She seemed like she just wanted to do the massage and there be no conversation at all. Granted Im there for a massage, but a little chat in the beginning to get to know who is working on me is always nice. Also, the music in the room was a little odd which made fully relaxing hard. The price between member and non-member pricing is dramatic. For a 90 minute massage there is a $60 difference of $179 non-member and $119 member. Scheduling seems to be super difficult. Took me 6 weeks to get in this time, the therapist cancelled my original appointment pushing me a couple days out, and when trying to schedule another appointment before leaving was crazy. The massage therapist they wanted me to see wasnt available until Mid June, 3 months out. The therapist I ended up scheduling with was again 6 weeks out. I did sign up for a membership and scheduled with another therapist, but the more I think about it I just dont think this place is going to work for me. At this pace it would take too much time and money to find the right therapist and then even harder to consistently get in with them.

Karla was wonderful and I would highly recommend her/definitely come back for another session! She was very attentive at making sure I was comfortable, and had a lovely attitude/personality. The evening receptionist (I believe her name is Tierza) was also very friendly and attentive to me during my visit. We struck up a pleasant conversation a couple times. The atmosphere of the lobby was ambient, and had beautiful pictures of the Colorado mountains, which I noticed and enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend (:

10 minutes of my scheduled time was spent waiting in the reception area while the TWO people at the desk upsold to other customers on their way out. Then they had to check first to see if I could still have a full hour. Another 3 minutes and she still hadnt come back, so I left. That was almost 15 minutes of my appointment that I waited in the lobby. 10 minutes of which 2 clerks were helping outgoing customers. I told them not to charge me and I sincerely mean it. I called to speak to a manager who wasnt there once the CLERK got my name. I told him again not to charge me and why, in very direct language. He didnt apologize. Not once. Not while I was there and not on the phone. He is culpable for this outcome along with his counterpart at the front desk. He did tell me I cannot talk to him like that. But he should get used to it. His noncaring, nonconcerned attitude will get him alot of talking to like that over the course of his career.

Cody is the best!! I’ve seen one other therapist there when I couldn’t get into his schedule, but it was too much for me. I wasn’t able to relax because the pressure was too much. However, every time I see Cody, I feel so relaxed during and after my appointment!! My boyfriend has seen a bunch of different therapists, and they all have been great for him!! I love this place!!

First time visiting Elements. I suffered a neck strain recently that has been difficult to recover from. Mekayla was amazing. She really knows her technique and was very communicative and receptive to my needs. She made a HUGE difference . The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I will mention is that I found their website booking system to be confusing. I purchased a first-time customer deal but it wouldnt let me book a massage without putting in a credit card, giving the impression that I was being charged full price without being able to put in a coupon or gift card code. When I called they did assist me by phone but I found the process cumbersome. Other than that it was great and I will definitely be back.

A bit pricey, but everything is top quality. Sometime you get what you pay for.

Purchased gift certificates for two massages last spring. Have tried to schedule many times with very low availability. I’ve left multiple messages for the manager to call me (her sidekick is useless). Finally reached her today after nearly six months to request a refund since this process has been just ridiculous. Without asking me anything about my schedule, type of massage or number of people, she started rattling off dates: “See? Tons of openings, I don’t know what you’re talking about!!” Every time I spoke she interrupted and started another rant. Typical passive aggressive retail manager with zero people skills. The online schedule doesn’t match the dates she barked at me either, so someone is slacking. Their massage therapists might be great, but no chance of a relaxing experience in that hostile environment. I’ve got her owner’s info and will deal with it that way, but I would definitely avoid this location.

Not the worse place but honestly for the price, we were disappointed. I had originally asked for a couples massage. After being told this was possible we discussed what gender therapist we both wanted and how long we wanted. We chose two females and a 2 hour massage. Come day of and it starts with me being called back, by a male therapist. My husband and I ended up in separate rooms. My massage was just shy of the full 2 hours, however, my husband was called back after me and sat in the lobby about 5 minutes before I walked out so his was clearly not the 2 hours we paid for. This was not a cheap experience and at this time will not be referring them to anyone.

This was my second time coming to this location and it does not disappoint! They always take me back early and take the time to discuss any problems areas I’d like to work on. Super welcome, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had Linda today and she is AMAZING! 11/10 recommend!

Great experience for my first massage, everyone was friendly, I loved that you get to choose what scent you would like if you get aroma therapy, and the heated bed was really nice as well. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking to get a great massage and to just get relaxed.

Cody gave me a fantastic massage recently. He listened to my input and tailored my treatment perfectly. I would definitely recommend him. The facility is also nice, parking was easy and the support staff was super pleasant.

YOU should go there.I had a massage for the first time in over ten years and Linda was amazing. I have numerous issues with my back and also tennis elbow. She listened to my concerns and tailored the massage so well I left feeling fantastic. I signed up for a membership and and am looking forward to my next session with Linda. Give her a try, I dont think you will regret it.

Me and my husband have been coming here off and on for 2 years now, we love it. Front desk staff are also so very kind and pricing is reasonable. Would highly recommend! Becky was able to work my strained back out before I went to work and it was amazing

My therapist was very attentive to the areas that were causing me the biggest problems. He was caring and kind, I felt he truly has a passion in what he does. I did not feel like I was just another client on the books. I highly recommend Michael!!

Had an absolutely terrible experience today. They didn’t honor the $40 new member discount which they promised ( which is also on the website) when fixing the appointment but gave me only $30 during my check out. Andrea was very reluctant to give me a proper massage and applied mild pressure even after I asked for a few times for medium and more pressure on legs and shoulders. There also seemed to be racism at play because when doing a foot massage she did not seem comfortable touching my feet. The people at the front desk were very rude. Did not have a pleasant experience here at all. I paid $144 including tip but total waste.

The massage itself was excellent—I would give Nikka five stars for sure. She was great and the place was clean and nice. The issue I have, however, is the incredibly misleading Elements website. When it says a 1 hour massage, they dont tell you that youre being forced to pay for 10 minutes of getting dressed and undressed too. So you actually only get 50 minutes of massage for the 1 hour youre there. Thats a joke, Im sorry; to have your customers pay to get undressed and dressed again? I have NEVER seen this at any other massage facility in my life. Very misleading.

Elements and the whole staff are wonderful! My newest fave is Mick. I love that I can get a different type of massage with different people at Elements when I want. I may have my favorites, but everybody is good. The environment is wonderful and clean! Thank you, Freedom, for being an awesome owner who inspires awesome massage therapists! And let’s not forget the front desk staff! Very thoughtful and genuine people. The lil’ chocolate at the end hits the spot after a relaxing massage. :)

I went in for my first prenatal massage at 8 months. I don’t want to name drop anybody but really I had less than an ideal experience. I talked with the masseuse before hand and we had discussed a full body massage. However, most of my hour massage was spent on my neck. Literally maybe 20 minutes was delegated to other body parts other than my neck. The pressure and repetitive pressure points hit in my neck became very painful and I had to ask them to be more gentle and then leave the area alone.I came in miserably uncomfortable hopeful for some relief and tonight I am more miserable than I was before with horrible neck pain and a migraine from this experience. This masseuse was trained/certified in prenatal but in no means delivered a relaxing full body massage as discussed in the consultation.My other complaint was that I was charged $10 extra for a “prenatal” massage when I was never told that before hand and the website list prenatal as the regular rate.Super bummed because I had such high hopes for this place but was extremely let down by my experience.

I started going here monthly, beginning in September 2019. I have had 5 different massage therapists (I like the variety) and have loved the work of each and every one of them. The front desk staff is consistently warm and personable. Way to go, Elements Massage, for your excellent business!

From the manager, to the therapists and to the front desk. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The front desk and therapists were very attentive to my needs and I appreciate that as I don’t get that from a lot of places. I was able to get my issues addressed through the many different techniques and styles that the therapists have performed. I would highly recommend this place.

My life is busy and I forgot about my monthly membership, so I had accumulated 3 massages since October. Elements sent an automated text message reminding me to use them, which was SO appreciated! I had just given birth to my 4th son in September, so my body was definitely needing some love. When I called the NE Westminster Elements, I spoke with “V” and her customer service was exceptional. Her voice was pleasant, her attitude was chipper and her knowledge of the business and staff was extremely helpful. I was able to make an appointment right away and she paired me with Christina for my massage. When I met her at the beginning of my massage, that 5 minute consultation really made a big difference so she could be sure to address my body’s needs. When the massage was over, I felt like a brand new person! Christina’s demeanor was very kind and serene. Her massage techniques were very effective. She even took the time to show me a couple stretching techniques and personal recommendations for at home care until I could come see her again. A masseuse has never taken the time to do that and go that extra mile for me before. (I’ve had plenty of massages in my lifetime, even from the same Elements location). As a mom of 4, I appreciate this specific experience much more than I can put into words. Thank you for the professionalism, patience, and kindness. I definitely plan to return in the near future.

Working retail during the holidays has truly taken a toll on my body and stress level. I usually have a friend come to my house for massages, as I have not had great experiences in places like this. My experience at Elements was INCREDIBLE. From the minute I walked in the door Madison (the receptionist) was kind, attentive, and professional (I mean, I was even given strawberry/orange infused water)! Liz (my therapist) gave me the best massage I have ever had. I felt like she knew exactly what my body was saying, and even gave me recommendations on how to care for my achy muscles at home. I not only booked another appointment, but also purchased a membership. For the holidays I even received a member gift! Today I feel 1000x better. I am so happy I found this place.

I have been going to Massage Elements at Westminster for years, even after I moved to a new neighborhood. The front desk staff are exceptional and their process for managing massage therapists with patient preferences is fantastic. This is my favorite self care practice and this clinic takes such great care of me.

I have called to schedule couple massages twice now and both receptionist I have spoken have been absolutely rude. The first time I called she seemed to not want to help me over the phone and told me I should book online instead of calling in. The second time I called today 12/31 at 4:45pm I got told my couples massage was not a couples massage in a ridiculously rude tone with attitude even though it was scheduled in person with HANNAH on 11/27 as a couples massage. Terrible people here I will be finding a new location ASAP! Nothing to the massage therapists they were great for our couples massage on 11/27. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL HERE.

Antoinette was amazing! I have never experienced a massage like this and was very impressed. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage. Would highly recommend!

Its my 2nd time visiting Elements Massage, Ive been impressed thus far and I dont live here! I live in CA but come to Denver to visit family. Through all the hustle and bustle of travel, activities etc..I look forward in getting a massage at Elements!The staff is so friendly and professional. I always get greeted with a smile and they accommodate my schedule. Ive been paired with the right massage therapist and I love it! The therapist applies the right amount of pressure and can change it during the massage if needed. I get 90 minute massages and every minute is used on me!!!When I came back, they had my previous massage in the system and kept track of the areas of need. This was a nice feeling and a personal touch... Thank you Elements for making my trips to Denver enjoyable!!

I hesitate to give this review only because I dont want Landon to get booked out -- but he is an extremely talented massage therapist. Im a retired chiropractor, so I have experience in delivering and receiving bodywork. Elements Massage is lucky to have him on staff! My experience with Landon was exceptional. I will be back!

My wife and I both went in for massages. The massages were with new therapist as we usually stick to the same person. I have to say we got awesome, phenomenal therapists. We seek deep tissue with great skill and knowledge of working out pain points. My wife and I got more than we could have asked or imagined. We will continue to use these same therapists. I can say with great joy that we have now found 3 therapists we love at this location. Thats not to say all of the other therapists arent awesome everyone has a different type they prefer. We have now found 3 at this location. I would give Elements Massage 10 stars if I could.

Very relaxing atmosphere: warm and inviting. Front desks ladies are informative but not pushy on upselling. ( I get very anxious when sales people are pushy)Diana was my therapist. She has great energy, personable and amazing technique. I felt like a new person after my first visit. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I like EVERYTHING about this place. The staff is great, the manager Kalee, is very helpful and friendly, and my favorite massage therapist, Sunny is the best Ive ever found for deep tissue work. I had a baby a few months ago, and due to covid i dont go anywhere, but I allow myself to go here to relax and feel good once a month.

I have been going to Elements for about a year now and have tried several different therapists. Each therapist there has their own style, so it may take a few tries to find the one you like. The place is inviting and very clean. Staff are professional and very kind. I have been going to Landon for several months now and he is fantastic!

Horrible experience. Scheduled two massages back to back. Drove two hours to arrive at the spa to be told “sorry we tried to call you, there is no therapist today.” They Called and left a message two hours before the scheduled appointment...while I was driving to get there. Then found out that this is a common practice at their spas that if they don’t have someone to cover, they just cancel you. Poor customer service and terrible follow through. Nevermind they make you leave a credit card to confirm an appointment. I think the client should be able to charge the owner when something like this happens.

It was my first time trying a massage here. I usually go to Spavia that is in the Orchard area as well. I figured lets try a different place and it was an awesome idea.Pros: Massage was excellent. I had Nicky and my hubby had Liz and we both really loved the massage and felt great.Cons: Got there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork as they had requested. Massage started at 4:15pm (scheduled at 4pm) and promptly ended at 5pm. If the massage starts late because of your schedules, I still deserve my 1hr massage. If I had gotten my full service, I would have given 5 star.Otherwise, overall a good pleasant experience!

I get really consistent massages at Elements even if my primary therapist isnt available. Its very calming and relaxing and clean. I would recommend this particular place to anyone, always friendly and accommodating.

Had an excellent massage and have already scheduled my follow up. The staff is very kind, considerate and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The membership option is a cost effective solution as well.

I visited this place for the first time and had a great experience. The front desk was friendly and I liked that the massage therapist took the time to do a consultation and review my medical history. I prefer more of a lighter pressure massage and my therapist adjusted her pressure level to so it was just the right fit. At the end of my session, the therapist showed me some things I could do at home to help with my back pain. I cant wait to come here again.

Nice enough place, but despite asking for firm massage and asking for more pressure, didnt get nearly enough. Came in with pain and tension and left with the exact same amount.Real bummer because staff was very friendly, the massage itself was just very disappointing.Edit: came in for a make-up session with a different masseuse, she was, much better. Was willing to go very firm and focus on the areas requested. Had me so relaxed I *almost* fell asleep, and upon leaving my upper back/shoulder tension was gone.

I have been a client of Elements for 7 years, 4 years at this location. They will go out of their way to get you in when the schedule is full and are always fantastic when you are there in person. The therapist I see is so amazing I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Had a lovely experience at this nicely appointed and very welcoming establishment. Massage was tailored to my needs as I carry a lot of stress in my neck and back. My masseuse, Nicky, was lovely and I felt like a million bucks afterwards. Definitely recommend a visit.

Recently went for a 90min massage and it was a wonderful experience for the following reasons. Professionalism, wait time was short, cleanliness, friendliness, heated beds, great communication from the masseuse, and a good soundtrack.

My daughter bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. I scheduled the massage online. I received a call that I need to call back to provide additional information. While on the call I answered 3 personal questions over the phone and could hear additional office staff and customers in the background. Once I finished answering the question and felt very uncomfortable the employee said they needed to have a credit card on file. I explained this was a gift certificate and no need for my credit card information. She said “that is fine. I will just put you on the waitlist”. My business phone rang and asked her if she could please hold. I was on less than 10 seconds and she hung up. So, how does my daughter get a refund on the gift certificate?

The massage therapist was amazing. It was the best massage I have ever experience. I walked in with muscle stiffness and soreness and walked out feeling like I could move again. The therapist found areas of tension I didnt even realize needed attention and fixed them.

I recently visited Elements Massage for my first prenatal massage. As a first time mommy, and my first prenatal massage, I had no idea what to expect. Elements exceeded my expectations and helped to relieve muscle tension from the extra baby weight. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left, I felt very relaxed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Elements. I know if they can impress with prenatal, there other massage services have to be superior as well.

I had a spa finder gift card. This was my first time at Element. After my massage, which was good, I checked out at the front desk. I handed the receptionist my gift card and she said ok you’re good to go! So I left. A few days later I checked my bank account and $39 was withdrawn from Element. I never signed a credit transaction, element did have my credit number due to their policy that if you do not cancel within their time limit your card can be charged. I called them immediately and Antonio apologized and credited my account $30. I guess I owed $9, again I never signed a charged transaction. So the moral is: if you give them your credit card #, check your account! You might not have signed and will still be charged! Frustrating. I will not return, this makes me nervous.

Moving to a new state is so stressful and my friend recommended this massage therapist, Nicky, who was just amazing. The studio is calming and so fitting for the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and welcoming and I cant wait to come back. Thank you so much.

It started off good and quickly turned. Asked owner to call me regarding an disheartening experience with an associate and massuse. I sent a second email and finally got an email 5 days later...Too many other great massage businesses in Broomfield/Westminter. Best advice- skip this one!

I used to love this place. But now it’s definitely going downhill. It’s already hard enough to schedule an appt. But we got canceled on so many times a day or two before the appt date. Which made us wait longer and reschedule.There were a couple of times we would reschedule and they still get the appointment wrong.

Polite front desk staff, ease of scheduling appointments either in person, by phone, or online using the app. I also appreciate the texts and phone calls to confirm appointments. Not to mention excellent massage therapists. This place is awesome!

This is my favorite Elements location! I have a membership and have locations closer to me but I keep coming back to this one. The therapists are wonderful and everyone at the front desk is so helpful and great to visit with.

By far the best around! Elements has a relaxed, comfortable upscale feel to the lobby as well as the treatment rooms. Membership program is flexible and fairly priced.

Rachel was great! You can tell she knows what shes doing. Great energy, great pressure and I have complete relief of my shoulder and pain! Hope you hold on to her because shes the real deal! Thank u!

Preston was great! He helped so much to relieve my back pain. Felt so much better & was able to get Thanksgiving dinner for 17 people the next day. I traveled from Arizona to Colorado for the holiday. Would like to return when visiting family in Co next time.

It is a very clean, welcoming facility. The therapists are wonderful and take a personal interest in your needs. I walked out feeling very relaxed and couldnt wait to schedule my next appointment.

Worst customer service ever, but I guess you should expect that from a scam of a company like this, especially one where the chic only has her job because she’s sleeping with the owner. Client beware - they will sign you up for a monthly program that is damn near impossible to cancel due to their lack of communication. I can’t caution you enough about this place.

Massage therapist and the Elements experience were amazing!

Elements has canceled my appointment 2 times in a row. I guess they dont care that I am somebody that suffers from sciatic nerve damage, and the cold weather makes it riugh on me. They off offered to reschedule me 8 days latter😥what a joke😥😥

Chris gave a great deep tissue massage. He focused on my neck and upper back muscles so I can have better rotation in my neck. I will definitely come back to continue the work on my upper back and neck!

Absolutely love Elements Massage! Chris was incredible with getting out the knots in my back, and the staff is always so communicative and helpful with making sure that all went well!

I have gone to Landon for a monthly massage for the past 4 months, and he is great! I like more of a sports massage for some injuries I have, and he always focuses on the areas I need and gives me stretches to do at home in between massages.

My daughter and I enjoyed an exceptional experience from Sharee and Kari as well as very warm and friendly front desk staff (Antonio and a female I neglected to get her name) I was convinced to become a member so we could have monthly massages at a discounted price!

Very relaxing atmosphere, they had apple water, and the massage was great! Good deep tissues massages are hard to find, and I felt that I was listened to and the spots that I wanted worked on were addressed.

They were very cautious about safety and cleanliness regarding Covid-19. Sunny was amazing!! The best massage I have had, and I have had a lot!

COVID protocols are in place, they are accommodating to get me scheduled with the masseuse I want and the office is always quiet, relaxing and clean. I also appreciate the little complimentary chocolates and waters.

I had a great massage with Chris. He was able to do a deep tissue massage. My 1st time with the hot stones and they felt great.

Preston is great! I like his gentle technique. I’m a local truck driver. So my body takes a beating. But Preston gently works out my knots and helps me relax.
