If I could rate lower I would.placed an order, and my other never got passed processing. Of course ur account gets charged immediately. Budget vapes has no way to communicate with them. I think there a scam. I have to contact my bank to see I can Recoup. There contact us button takes you to a paragraph that basically says just wait we will get to it if I feel like it. again the cash came out of my account before I hit the button to turn off tablet

Ive always had good service with them. They are friendly, informative and helpful. Had to replace a mod that was going out on me today. The guy there pulled out several mods that took my battery, we tried them all out with my tank, he told me all about the batteries, different settings for the mod, showed me every feature for the mod and even gave me a little discount. Ive actually been going there on and off for the past several years and the people there are always friendly and helpful.

I dont understand why I paid 13.00 for shipping for 4 mesh coils coming from Ohio to Washington PA and its been over 10 days. You are 2.5 hours away from me.

I went there today for the first time and it was such a great and memorable experience ! Ive been going to the same vape shop for the last six months , multiple times a week and they have never helped me as much as that man did today ! The crazy part is I was on a short break from work so I didn’t have even have much time to stay and talk, so I could only imagine how much more information he would’ve shared with me if I had the time! I’ve been struggling to find a flavor that I really like( I was only using Escobar cotton candy flavor but they started to taste burnt even when brand new so that why I needed to find a new brand). The other vape shop knew I was struggling to find a new brand and flavor because every time I went in there I would tell them that I bought so many different vapes and I don’t like any other flavors, 2 were tolerable but they never offered any guidance or suggestions. But the man today at budget vapes , listened and offered different kinds and explaining what types of flavors the different brands were and also explaining how to properly charge the rechargeable vapes and then he grabbed a vape off of the shelf and asked me if I ever tried it and I said no but I’m willing to give it a try ………. I LOVE IT! Lol on the first try he found me a flavor I really enjoy, I couldn’t even find myself a flavor I enjoyed so it really amazes me that he must have taken in the information I said and knew what I would like.! So needless to say from now on this is going to be my new go to vape store! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good vape shop and someone who care to help !!!

Cool, laid back place. Decent selection of liquids, and decent selection of units for all vaping levels. They had a nice sitting area and the people were very nice. I found them more so talkative here, but that correlates with friendliness. I recommend it!

Their Hazelnut Cappuccino flavor is the love of my life. I’ve tried dozens of dessert, cereal, etc flavors and it’s by far the best. Note: it tastes nothing like coffee. BEST PART: it’s the ONLY one that makes a coil last forever. I can get almost a month out of a coil, smoking heavily. Any other brand/flavor, I have to change coils every week.

The clearance selection of premium e-juices is just as endearing as their willingness to match a new vaper to an appropriate device. Top notch after-sales support. They helped me put an end to the 22 years of combustible nicotine slavery— Since they can do that, they can help anyone.

My first experience with this shop. I am not experienced with vaping so I figured my suspicious were wrong until consulting friends of mine who are much more into it. Looking into this same product online I come to the same conclusion. It’s very sketchy that I paid a full price for a Kangertech EVOD starter kit...but didn’t get the full kit. The kit is supposed to come with five coils (plus two pre-installed), two batteries, two tanks, charger, wall adapter, manual and authenticity code. I just got one battery, one tank, one coil, and one charger (I did get a very small bottle of juice but that does not make up for this). I didn’t even get packaging. I will be calling the shop tomorrow and driving up to get the rest of what I paid for, including the packaging with my authenticity code, and I will be doing my business elsewhere from now on.Edit: I called the shop after hours expecting to leave a message. Guy who sold it to me picked up and I explained the above. Very quick to cut me off mid sentence several times and tell me he’ll just give me my money back because he doesn’t care. Exact words: “I’ll give you your money back, I don’t care.”Conclusion: stay away from this shop. Go somewhere else.
