Massage Envy

Massage Envy is a great place to get a massage and/or facial. All the providers are great and they ask what you as a client would like to make sure you are pleased with their service provided. I have seen numerous providers and have not ever had a bad experience. If you like to chat while getting a great massage Chris is who I’d recommend. Yet again as previously said all providers I have dealt with are great.

This place steals your money and harasses you with HUNDREDS OF TEXTS AND PHONE CALLS. APPTEMPTED TRANSACTIONS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. Do not sign up for their membership. You are NOT ALLOWED to cancel without a doctors note & they make it almost impossible to cancel. Please save yourselves and read the fine print on everything from this place. Better yet, go support a small local business who wont harass you 24/7.

Dwayne is an excellent massage therapist. Service staff is very helpful. Cancelations are posted to make those appointments available on a first come first served basis.

I’ve had a membership here for two years. They are inconsistent and the only good massage therapist is Dana, good luck getting an appointment with her within two months of making the appointment. The other ones I’ve tried have invited me to there house, that was totally unprofessional. And another spent my entire massage trying to convince me that I should go to her church and be more religious. They also will find every reason to charge you. And after I was no longer comfortable going there and cancelled my membership they forced me to pay for another month. Then when I called a month later they tell me my points had expired. They also will tell you they sent you reminders even after showing them proof they didn’t. They still claim they did and charged me anyways. Even though they didn’t do their job and send out reminders, I’m at fault and had to pay. The membership is a total scam so they can have your card on file and charge you when ever they like. Also increased their rates with out telling me or having me sign anything approving them to charge more on my card. What a total waste $2,000

This was my first time getting a facial and Lisa was AMAZING- she was kind, explained the process to me and benefits of each product while keeping the conversation fun and engaging. Overall it was an extremely relaxing experience and Id recommend her to anyone new or anyone who regularly gets these services done. She also gave me a few product recommendations for my daily routine that seriously improved my skin texture and brightness.

The massage itself was great, but Chris was very talkative! I’d been looking forward to relaxing and turning my mind off but he talked the entire time. He was very friendly and I didn’t want to be rude but as I said, I’d been looking forward to peace and quiet!

My massage therapist, Amanda was incredible. Massage Ive had ever, very friendly and personable.Would have given five stars but I didnt like how the music kept changing every few minutes. It was just like 3 minutes of water sounds then 3 minutes of instruments and kept switching back and forth, would be better if they had one thing for the whole time. But that had nothing to do with Amanda

KATIA was wonderful. This is my second massage with her and I can’t say enough she’s polite she listens. She keeps quiet when I don’t wanna talk and just lets me relax. All of my muscles were really enjoying the whole thing I’m an avid runner and she was able to target everything that hurts it felt great. Thank you so much again.

Donna was awesome!It was my first massage ever and she was professional and did a phenomenal job.I had been experiencing some neck pain that already feels much better the next day.I would recommend Donna to anyone. It really was a great experience.

Love Massage Envy & Nichole, Emmalyn & Tracy!! None of them will ever disappoint. They remain in tune with their client’s. Their healing touch is such a gift.My Rheumatologists and other specialists have always encouraged me to get massages as often as I’m able. They said it is the best gift I could give to myself. They are absolutely right.It is, by far, the best medicine for the body, heart and soul…and from walking into Massage Envy’s doors, you are greeted by kind and professional people who only want the best for you. I’m going to miss them when I move…but until then; they certainly have my loyalty.

Stephanie was amazing and fantastic, I’ll definitely be returning, best massage I ever had, I’ll definitely be recommending Stephanie to everyone, besides the construction and THE NOISE Outside has been completed with whatever is happening out there!! :D, definitely made the session, Not peaceful. Thank goodness my massage therapist has a great outlook on life and good conversation skills.

Hamburg/OP location. Chris M is such an incredible massage therapist!! Love going to him, he always makes me feel refreshed and relaxed!Donna is awful, I have tried contacting the manager privately with my complaint twice now, but have never heard anything back. I am very disappointed. I had a session with Donna that I want refunded to me, was the worst session Ive ever had, she made me feel uncomfortable. She was mean and nasty to me when I asked for more pressure, and she hurt me out of spite. I would never see her again, that was cruel. Such a mean person. And her nails are way too long, so it feels like shes digging her nails into your skin throughout the massage.

Wow!! Just incredible! TRACY gave me THE Best Massage since becoming a member!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRACY as your massage therapist!She was professional. She asked a few times about the pressure being ok.Tracy stayed quiet, (which I prefer) even though there wasn’t any music, I still felt very relaxed in her hands. You can tell that Tracy is passionate and loves her career.

Donna is a great massage therapist. I usually enter feeling sore, painful and tired. I leave feeling very relaxed and the next day physically feeling much better. I always look forward to massages from her.

The massage was great but I was very disappointed that I had to rush to get dressed. It wasn’t the massage therapist’s fault. He had another client in that room in 3 minutes! At check out, I said that I just wanted a few minutes to lay in the peaceful environment before getting dressed and they said that that isn’t possible for anyone. They are back to back with clients. Next time I’m going to cut my massage short by 5 minutes so that I can relax at the end.

I loved Nicole (she did my massage)But the entire hour there was very very loud construction that made it impossible to enjoy myself. Nicole felt horrible and it wasn’t her fault but it was unfortunate that we were in a room directly next to the construction.It felt like they were going to drill through our wall. I was hoping someone from management would reach out to me to make things right but I haven’t heard from anyone.Overall a great location and great staff.

I love getting facials here. My aesthetician Lisa is AWESOME! You can tell shes passionate about what she does, and that she has your skins best interests at heart. Ive been getting facials from her for a little less than a year, and every experience has been positive. Plus, my complexion has never been better!!

While Donna is an amazing therapist, I could have done without the construction workers next door using profanity every other word. The walls are thin and it was less than a relaxing experience. I know construction will not go on forever and it is not the fault of massage envy. However, I will wait awhile for my next visit.

Katia is the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever seen. She is extremely experienced in proper massage techniques. Knows my problem area’s, focuses on them with healing results. We need more like her!!!

Lisa was friendly and thorough. My facial was fabulous and so relaxing I fell asleep and thats never happened before. Great job Lisa! Thanks for a lovely time!!@

Everything was great. Jennifer is a great masseuse. Got rid of all my aches and pains. She was very attentive to what parts of my body needed special attention.

My skin looks and feels great after my facial with Lisa. Her shoulder & hand massage helps so much with my arthritis.I look forward to having a relaxing & enjoyable session especially when its for 90 minutes!Ive been going to Lisa for quite some time at Massage Envy. I cant imagine going to anyone else!

I can not say enough about Alex!! He give an amazing massage!!! I could absolutely fall asleep I am so relaxed... but he targets all of my problem areas and one of the best foot massages!!

My massage with Alex was incredible. His pressure was perfect, but hes also really intuitive and intentional with his work. That was honestly up there with one of the best massages Ive ever had, thanks Alex!!

Alex was very professional. He uses long strokes with his massages. I didnt feel like I had to talk so it was very relaxing, plus he also worked out some knots and hes very good at feet.

He is truly a hidden Gem at Massage Envy! I absolutely loved it and felt so much better after the massage! His specialty is relaxation and I’ve been super stressed about a lot of things so this massage was exactly what I needed. He creates such a relaxing vibe in the room and makes you want to fall asleep and to melt any problems away.

Lisa is so amazing! Her attention to detail regarding any skin concerns is refreshing! Not to mention her sweet personality! Her professionalism with my chemical peels and facials is second to none! I always leave with a smile! Thank you Lisa :-)

I’ve been to massage envy three times now. While the massages themselves have been great, I would love to pass on one or two recommendations:I like to come for a quiet, relaxing, soothing massage. I really don’t care to talk through the whole Massage. All three massage therapists I had talked the entire hour. I then feel obligated to talk.Lastly, while doing the massage it would be great if the therapist would ask once in a while how’s the pressure. Would you like more or less. Instead of me having to say that hurts or that’s too much pressure.

Emmaline listened very carefully to my medical issues and checked w me frequently to make sure pressure and locations to massage were ok and that I was doing ok. I appreciated that.Very pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit w her.

Updated review: I just had a session with Donna and am so grateful I booked with her. She was super nice and professional and really listened to what I was saying and what I needed. She was able to get a huge knot out of my shoulder that was causing nerve issues and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I cant wait for my next appt with Donna to work out a few more knots in other places.I love Katia as a therapist! I never leave disappointed or feeling like I needed a little extra time. She always gets the muscles that really need attention and even ones I didnt know needed it or even mattered. She is always professional and courteous and Ive never felt uncomfortable. I have turned down appointments if its not with her because she is the best therapist for my needs. I love coming here in general but definitely if its with Katia!

Had such an amazing massage! My back and neck were so tense and needed to get in asap. I had Alex and it was one of the best massages ever! Definitely helped my back and neck tremendously!

I had My first massage ever on Friday.. it was AMAZING! I thought I would be uncomfortable but i wasn’t at all. Alex did such a great job! I would recommend him to anyone and would go back to him again!

Tracey was absolutely fantastic yesterday. She, too, remains very sensitive to her client’s needs. My whole experience, from the time I walk in until I walk out, remains professional. Vacillating between Emmaline & Tracy has never been disappointing as I leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. Thank you!

I had Alex as my masseur and he was great. He came highly recommend and he turned out to be everything I was told he would be! I left with my body feeling wonderful; he did an amazing job!!

I loved Ashley! Totally recommend choosing her for a facial. She provides great communication about the skin care she is doing for you as well as answering any questions you have. Massage envy overall is a comfortable and great place to be for any service!

Received a phone call that I had an appointment scheduled and there is a no show fee of 50% of cost. I have been there once and never made another appointment, nor would I. Too expensive!

Dwayne is a very skilled massage therapist. He hit all the right spots in the right way. It was as if my his hands and my body had a secret language. He also communicated throughout my massage to ensure the pressure was comfortable for me. Ive been to multiple Massage Envy sites from Buffalo to Florida and he is by far the best yet.Massage therapy is definitely Dwaynes calling.

I am not happy with Massage Envy after 10 years I’ve cancelled my membership. Can’t get appointments. Good employees leave. Lots of cancellations. I mean I pay for this service. But Donna at Hamburg location is the very best Massage I’ve had in years. Massage envy is not good anymore. Very frustrating

Katia does a great job. My appointment was for 2pm and my massage ended at 246. I know the massage is 50 minutes but if you take into account that my appointment was at 2 and I had to take some time to get undressed and on the table then it didn’t start until 205 the earliest. That means my actual massage was 40 minutes.

I see Lisa at Massage Envy in Hamburg once a month. She gives an amazing facial and truly cares about the overall health of my skin. I have noticed such a difference and highly recommend her.

Tracy is the best!!! Whether its with helping me regain flexibility after surgery or just routine maintenance to help prepare me for my powerlifting meet. She always uses the correct pressure for a massage!!! 2 and a half years post op and I feel great!! Thank you so much Tracy!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Alex was great, I usually can take or leave the foot massage component of the “full body” treatment and it was incredible. I didn’t know how much I needed that. I highly recommend Alex and also Barry. They are both incredible massage therapists.

I have used Massage Envy for several years to manage my chronic back pain. I usually go to the same therapists but yesterday I received an excellent massage from Christopher. He was very professional and instinctively knew where to work on my back to relieve my pain. I would definitely book him again. Thx.

I love massage envy. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Christopher has been my therapist the last couple of appointments and he is great! He is professional, educational about his techniques (I ask a lot of questions lol), and best of all - a bills fan!! Haha

This was my last massage I was taken in 5 minutes past my appointment she started at 10 minutes after my time and she finished at 10 minutes before the hour so I only got 40 massage I paid for 50 minutes. The massage was excellent but I was shorted 10 minutes what a shame. So make sure that you keep an eye on your time .

If I could stand on a mountaintop and shout how GREAT Ashley‘s facial was I would!I have never received a facial like this before in my life she makes everyone else seem mediocre. She put me to sleep three times . I’ve never had anybody massage my face the way she did!! Incredible!! Five stars!!Take my money!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great massage from Dave. I’m having a terrible sciatic flare up, He took his time to not only really work on my area but to stretch me out and help open up my mobility. FANTASTIC

To expensive. I went to Ohm Therapeutic massage. My 90 minute massage was $105. At massage envy it wouldve been $188 for the same 90 minute massage.

Heather at Massage Envy at the Hamburg location helped me tremendously with the issues I have that I sought massage therapy for in the first place. She immediately identified my medical concerns, and planned the massage to eliminate the pain/areas of concerns. I left feeling 10 times better than I have in weeks. She was extremely professional, knowledgably and solace in her work. I would recommend seeing Heather for deep tissue massage. I will continue to book with Heather :)

I am a member. I do not suggest it. I will be cancelling my membership. I do not find the receptionist here friendly or welcoming. The male massage therapists are weird and I have tried 4 or 5 different therapists. I don’t want to hear about comic book characters or have my head “ cradled” much less hear about how I may experience an “ emotional release “ I ask for a female and can never get an appointment. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a real spa.

Duane is very knowledgeable and professional. His massage therapy has been so helpful in addressing tension and pain relief that I will only be working mainly with him in the future.

I tried many of the therapists there after moving from another location. Kitty, by FAR, is the best therapist Ive had. I will continue to ask for Kitty. Shes the best at stretching, light through deep massage, pressure points, and conversation. Just perfect. If you ever have a chance to experience this therapist I highly suggest her!

The absolute worst!!!!! Had an appointment schedules 2 weeks in advance as my time is very limited and getting an appointment in this place is not easy!!! When I get there they say it was canceled and there is someone else booked in my spot! Infuriating as I am a nurse and really utilize the effects of massage therapy!! This was my first visit ever and needless to say my last!!!!! I have a gift card for here and will be giving it away!! Horrible service. To rectify the lady at the counter stated she would offer me another day...seriously!! She also gave m3 the number to her district manager after I asked for it ...When I got to my car...I called wrong number of course...FURIOUS!!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEMD THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

We were coming in today as first time customers. I Scheduled two appointments one for myself and other for my boyfriend. We arrived earlier as requested to fill out paperwork and after we finished the receptionist came to us and said our therapist wasn’t feeling well and had to leave suddenly. She explained she was pregnant and all of a sudden couldn’t perform her daily job tasks, as a women I can tell you that’s BS she woke up knowing all well she could NOT work but came in anyways to put on a good show for her employer. The receptionist did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate our wasted time & energy. I would’ve preferred a call early in the morning canceling the appointment instead of wasting my time, gas & energy to go and not receive any kind of service. CONCLUSION: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION.

The room and the bed that was use for massage smells bad as well as the beddings ,please make sure that all the beddings are sanitize and changed after each session.Thank you

Alex listens to what I’m looking for and performs as needed. My body feels enlightened when I leave and my blood flow is improved. Can’t ask for anything more. Great service !!! That’s why I joined the club and go every month now.

Went in for relaxation and instead left feeling angry, frustrated, and more stressed. I booked a 90 minute massage over the phone with a gift card I received as gift from my husband which clearly stated 90 minute massage + gratuity. Receptionist asked for gift card # which I provided. Arrived for massage and all was well until 45 minutes in massage therapist states I have 7 minutes left and asks what area I want to focus on. I then let her know I had booked a 90 minute massage and she replied she only does hour massages. Therapist went to talk to front desk about this dilemma and got response that I was left a voice mail message about this and I had returned their call. I understand people are human and make errors, but I am upset that this was made to look like my fault as front desk kept telling me they had left a voicemail. I had never received a call and have no messages about my massage being changed to a 60 minute massage. Only call I received was an automated appointment reminder call which mentioned none of this! I am baffled as to why no one at front desk mentioned my massage would be different from the 90 minute massage I booked over the phone when I arrived for the appointment. They made sure to let me know multiple times that my massage therapist only does hour massages, so why was I even scheduled with her from the start if I asked for 90 minute? I would have preferred to rescheduled to have a a full 90 minute as I was looking forward to my first 90 minute massage ever had someone said something instead of lying about calling me about it. Icing on the cake was how they continued trying to sell my a membership after their mess up! I will stick to real day spas from now on!

Dwayne was great. I really liked my massage he hit muscles I dont think I knew existed. His knowledge of pressure points were great.

Know I didnt have a terrible experiance but I definetly didnt have the most amazing either. The beginning was so comforting and welcoming with the beautiful lady at the front desk. Its when I got in the room I almost felt rushed and the woman rushed me along.... I mostly went to relax and get my mind off of work. And the women gave me the dirties look when I told her the moisturizer I used. Im and esthetican and as my first time even going to a massage place I wanted to just relax. And the facial itself was beautiful she has great hands, form, and great technique. But I lacked the feeling of spirit and soul in the 60 mins I was in the room. I feel like yes there was skin analysis but I didnt feel the most relaxed, personal I was thinking about the judgement about my skin... she made it seem routined. I didnt feel special and I always focus on making someone feel special. It was not that bad at all but when I pay 50 dollars for something and sometimes its 90 I want to fell special and not judgement for the way I treat my skin... everyones skin can be improved. And also I didnt feel like she told me anything about my skin other then telling me that my skin wasnt sensitive and I was making it dry... well then what is my skin type then, never told me what she thought the problems were... I would have liked to know that. I am saying 3 stars just because of attitude mostly I feel like thats a huge part of a facial is how your energy is with that person giving the facial.

Very calm and relaxing to the point of falling asleep a few times. Alex is wonderful. He is quiet with a very peaceful vibe.

If you need a facial, ask for Lisa! Lisa is professional and gives the best, most relaxing facial. Seeing some real results in my skin!

I guess had my first massage on Tuesday it was a good experience Jennifer was really good the only problem that I have is that I forgot my necklace when she took it out and put it down until I finish and I forgot about it I finally later noticed that next day that I forgot my necklace Ive been calling and they having found it and Im really disappointed cuz I had that necklace for 8 years really mean a lot to me is from my husband and they still dont call me did they find on nothing I keep calling they keep saying the same thing that havent found it Im really upset about it

If they try to book you with Barry say no way. He was a brute and I was sore for says after. Even tho I said ouch multiple times he kept at it. I was looking for a relaxing massage and got a physical therapy session instead. Wont be returning.

Been going few months my husband and I try to go every week, they have continued to screw up our appts everytime some are worked out some are not, last week they put the wrong time in so I rescheduled for this week I just payed for a lotion treatment very disappointing she pretty much applied lotion and the front desk is horrible not friendly and the customer behind us was in a hurry so we got blown off for her to take her. We said we would call back going to look for somewhere ekse

I went in to keep my neck and my back worked on, and I did not get get the massage that I paid for. Yes for the first time it is 50$ but for that price or any price I expected better results and satisfaction. My therapist barely worked on the area that I requested to be worked on. I am still dealing with the pain, and I am disappointed in this establishment on there work.

My body loves The deep sports massage I receive from Donna every two weeks. Highly recommend her!

Terrible terrible terrible!! Dont become a member! Impossible to make Appointments even as a member! Will continue to collect money and raise membership prices without any communication...and they stick you in a little dark room to wait for your session...which ends close to 20 minutes before it should. Terrible place

My therapist was not only kind but caring and super friendly. Being on vacation away from your normal is tough, but I was super comfortable with ME.

Difficult reserving a (many) appt with a desired therapist. The good ones get booked quickly and for months out. Services were inconsistent...one refused to do my feet.

When I go for a massage it’s about the total experience and while the massage itself was great, the location was not very conducive to the relaxing experience I desire - paper thin walls, people chatting and cackling in the hallways, no relaxing zen music, ….

Was not happy with this last massage at all. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at Envy and I am very disappointed.
