Simply the best. Customer service is TOP notch. My atomizers last for weeks, sometimes months with their juice. The other places gunk them up within days. I dont know what they do different when they make their juice, but it is much better quality than anyone else Ive tried. They also have the only Root Beer that actually tastes like Root Beer! Other places *might* have better prices during sales, but you get what you pay for. And I love that they never try to up-sell. If you like what youve got, no need to buy the next best thing. You want fancier? They explain the benefits and pitfalls of each piece they have and then let You decide. Love these guys!

I called this place on a Saturday coming from Rochester, he was awesome enough to let the shop know I was coming and to stay open for me. Got there they knew I was coming and they hooked me up with extras! Very pleasant crowd working there knowledgeable non rushed service. Check them out you will be satisfied I havent had a cigarette since I picked up my kit!! Amazing!!

I have been going here since late 2013 when I used to live across the state line in Erie, PA. It was worth the drive back then, with both friendly/knowledgeable staff and amazing juice. Here I am in 2016 and I live outside Chicago, IL and can no longer drive to the store. I have tried tons of local B&M however they are nowhere near as good, so I order my phone/mail. If my level of commitment to Vapor Trail over the years and distance doesnt convince you just how great this place is. Than go and try for yourself, I promise you wont regret it!

The guys here are super knowledgeable. They will let you try any flavor before purchasing. Talk with you about all the different types of vapes they carry. I like that their juice is a little heavier than other places which I have encountered juices running as fast as water. You can earn points with each purchase that goes towards coils, juices, etc. You can sign up for juice deals etc.

I brought my parents into the shop a couple days ago; theyve both been longtime smokers and have never vaped or attempted anything about vaping before. The guys in the shop that afternoon, Andrew and Nate, were INCREDIBLE. They spent so much time explaining every little nuance of the equipment and how the whole process works. They even got my parents set up on their own rigs. It has been a long time since Ive seen such authentic and patient custom service. These guys are great. I live half a mile from another vape shop, and will totally drive the 25 minutes to get to these guys, because it is worth it. Came across the border and stopped at this amazing shop! The staff were really friendly, we got to drip some of their flavours and gave us an awesome deal. Definitely try their Dayman juice, tastes exactly like blue freezie!

The staff is definitely knowledgeable about their product and there is a nice selection of both hardware and juice... I just dont feel really comfortable there because the staff seems as if they would rather be doing other things than helping a customer...

I have been off the stinky death sticks for two years now, and this is where it all began. The staff knows what they are talking about, and can get you set up right and SAFELY, all while staying within the insane FDA rules. The e-liquid there is very good, the flavor selection is absolutely massive and they carry a wide range of gear that suits many styles of vaping, so finding the right gear to help you get off cancer sticks and KEEP you off them isnt a problem. The prices on things can be a bit high at times, but other than that, I literally have no complaints to speak of.

I dont vape, but my significant other does, and this is the only place that hell go for his liquids. Theyre super helpful, and they even remember his order when I come in for liquids and wicks and stuff. And they have a rewards program, which is super cool.

One of the best, most iconic vape shops Ive ever been to. The shop ownership are very involved in fighting efforts of rotten politicians in Albany to tax, restrict, and ban vaping. These guys are the kings of max VG eliquid. If you like runny 50/50 eliquid, give this place a chance to change your mind.

These guys are the BOMB . Last 1 1/2 years I have been looking for a real tobacco juice. I went all over. Tellabacoo, Naked Tobacco, Ankara blend that tasted like lemon freshener, I tried and mixed everything . I bought three from here, Virginia Blend and two others. They are ALL real. I used to smoke 3 packs a day. Like Camels in the morning, WInstons in the afternoon and Dunhills at nite. I know my tastes. You will not regret buying the juice from here. I finally found a shop.

Ive been dealing with these guys for almost a year now in my attempt to quit smoking. Exclusively.I lost my primary e cig. Now Im not aware of laws here in nys and I dont have anyone to watch my 13 year old son. I cant very well leave him at home to go shopping! Im not comfortable leaving him in the car either. We walk in and they politely explain that they cant sell me anything in his presence. Furthermore they cant sell to me if hes waiting in the car. OK... I drive him home and drive all the way back. Now my son is alone at home so I can quit smoking. Yet unless I can prove with ID that hes over 18 which is impossible since hes 13, I, a 37 year old man still cannot get what I need. I can lose my job is all the dueshe nozzle behind the counter can tell me.Now I understand that laws are stupid to protect stupid people from themselves. This is not me providing for adolescents or anything. This was legitimately for me. No games.I can overreact a lot. Maybe I am here. Although I dont care either way. I was a customer that spent on a regular basis and recommended them whenever possible. Never again! In fact I hope to launch as much negative publicity I can against them now.

To be frank theyre not using any of the coils that are in use nowadays their juice is subpar but their customer service is pretty good only reason why I hated it was because they didnt carry the correct coils and theyre juice sucked and is overpriced
