Wonderful staff! I live in a state that legalized marijuana and this place is a godsend when I’m visiting family. The delta 8 products are fantastic and staff have always been super helpful! Can’t wait to return.

I love going to this shop. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. They know their products well and always seem like they genuinely enjoy helping. They also always have the best products and best prices! I really dont like to have to go to any other shops because I end up paying much more and the staff just always seems so sad to be there. Store of thieves, I asked for an item it was brought to the counter I realised it wasn’t the item I wanted so I asked him to hand me my money back for it before he closed the register and take the item back as well (all while still at counter) and the thin bald worker said he couldn’t do that bc he had already taken my cash,,, I would understand if I had touched the item or left the store but it remained in his hands this whole time, worst experience I could have imagined I should have called the sherrifs department

No tobacco at this store but nice selection and even a raffle contest ticket with purchase. Extremely knowledgeable about all products they carry and this is one place I guarantee you that you will never see a fake or counterfeit product on the shelf. If they dont know everything about it they dont carry it. A true rare breed.Again, these guys impress me on the knowledge of the products they sell. Bigger question is where do you find such motivated employees that actually learn along as you have taught them. Either you pay the most in town or you brainwash like a Kool-Aide cult but whatever you do, keep doing it my man. Great shop!

Me and a buddy of mine went into the store around 10ish today, and Im not sure what her name was as I didnt catch it, but while I did feel a bit of hesitancy at first she was great about seeing if we were OK and made us feel right at home when ringing us up, great air of comfort in the store and awesome costumer service. Change prices at the drop of a hat. Refuse to sell the item at price stated on products. This is illegal in the United States it’s a tactic called bait and switch. Very bad customer service. Was told we can’t be expected to change the price tag on every item in the store, could have been simple sell it for the price on the sticker then change the stickers so it doesn’t happen again but instead they chose to disrespect the customer and now they lost at least one and probably more.

This place is the best! The employees know a lot and if they don’t they make sure they look it up and double check to make sure that’s what the product does. They are very friendly and try to help out find a specific product and tell me all the facts about that product! Always have what I need in stock

My wife and I are regular customers at this store and go at least a few times a month... Usually the customer service is over the top, unfortunately when we went the other day the girl that was there jayla, jayda ... was too busy on her phone leaning on the counter to help us so we waited for the other guy Alex to finish and he helped us... He asked her to help us but she didnt seem too interested in us just her phone.... Love this store but may have to only go when we can be helped... Thanks Alex for helping us.... Should definitely hire more people like him and not her...

Doug is always awesome!! His suggestions have always been right! He takes his time to help you get exactly what you are looking for. I just met Skylar yesterday and she was very helpful also! I have been going to various SmokeRings stores all over the place since college and I have yet to have a bad experience! Always mad chill decent glass, vapes and other cool stuff you can put your weeds in. Open later than most so thats awesome.

Not a single menthol liquid in stock? The Tard at the front desk wasted a good 15 minutes of my time by pulling all of the juices out he thought could possibly be menthol. Then he proceeded to crack open the seal and just about rub his nose with them. No thanks. Hire better help & label your products better.

Nice place. Lots of glass to choose from. Ive been in a lot of smoke shops and have operated a lot of smoke shop stores. This is a nice clean store. With a great selection beautifully displayed.

This store only (out of the several he owns so far), seems to be more about the owner than the customers. Most places go out of their way to meet a customers request especially if the product stays sold out. However, the store owner here would rather tell you to shop around than help you even find an alternative. Thanks but no thanks. Friendly reminder to all store owners, especially in small businesses..... You need customers to stay in business. I only gave 2 stars for the rest of your employees that do care about their jobs.

The sales lady is always rude. She skips me and attends other customers and doesn’t even know about the products you guys carry. I won’t be going back until she is gone. You can tell by her facial expressions she has a problem with Hispanic customers.

Alex is fantastic, Jared seems short with customers and Carol is very upbeat.. Who is Kirby? Ive heard about him but Ive never met him.

Not a vape shop, this place is mostly for selling weed pipes, I guess they havent figured out that selling e juice is way more profitable than selling weed. They do have some e juice, but none of it has nicotine, so I dont understand why anyone would buy it from them, not to mention theyre more expensive than prime tobacco and vape, who has a great selection of e liquid, devices and weed pipes, plus is way cheaper and is less than a quarter mile away.
