Me an my bf went in the other day just to get kicked out the lady was really rude an tried to ID us before we even walked in I was like yeah nope thats never happened that’s not suspicious at all like I got weed in my pocket I’m of age

Very rude employees. They act like its an inconvenience to wait on customers.The older lady rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Ill take my business to Tobacco&vape outlet. They have much better customer service.If the ladies dont like waiting on customers theyre in the wrong business. Like I said the new place is much better and also have a wider variety. Better prices also. Hope you guys get ran out of business. Cambridge, Ohio store

Had a pleasant experience. Had pretty much what I wanted. Woman that helped me was very nice. Honestly, I read the reviews and was hesitant on stopping by, but Im glad I did. Nothing could be further from the truth about the staff being rude. As long as youre polite with them, they will be nice to you. Maybe a little bit more variety would help, but overall a nice visit.

This place does not even deserve a one star. But thats the only way I can leave a comment. Picked out a vape and it had no flavor they would not even trade it for another. And I had never even left the store. And they wouldnt refund me either, never again.

The first thing I notice when I walk in is the strong odor of cigarette smoke. Yeah, its a tobacco place but the overwhelming, super strong smell of cigarette smoke upon walking in gives me a headache and in my opinion, shouldnt smell like that. I dont often go in there but when I have the prices were decent. The ladies working there could be friendlier and nicer. Once when I asked for a box of Kayak long cut wintergreen, the lady just gawked at me with her mouth open, speechless. I said um...thats all I need... She continued to stare at me, like she was in shock that a woman was wanting to buy snuff. Finally, she said well I need to see your ID! Okay, so I open my wallet and show her and she said no you must take it out cause I cant see at all. Im 33 but I guess I look really young. She stared at my ID then my face like she was trying to figure out if that was really me. The point wasnt that she asked for my ID, its how she handled the situation when I asked for a particular product. So their customer service skills definitely need some attention.

I absolutely hate being hovered over. I enjoy looking at the products and seeing what all is available. Looking at and comparing finding the better value and coming to a decision. If I have a question I will ask. I get asked if theres anything they can help me with when I walk in (to which I reply no thank you or just looking) which is great but they always continue with follow up questions and/or stand 1 foot from me while Im browsing the cases and move as I do. You have so many products and choices now and I would like to check them out but that can not happen when I feel rushed or pressured. I understand the world we live in these days and have worked retail so I understand the theft aspect if thats the case but literally everything is in a locking case, watch me thats fine but leave me be to make a decision.

The lady that works there has poor customer service skills. I thought that she was just having a bad day,, but shes rude everytime. I would like to change my former review. After several months it seems as though all team members at this store have done a complete turn around. I believe in giving credit when it is due . Thank you for the improvement!!

I was going to come in to your store, but by these reviews, I wont. I thought maybe things changed since I was in there over a year ago. Just because youre the only vape supplier in Cambridge doesnt mean you can be rude. Get a grip. There will be a new vape shop opening, so you need to reevaluate your customer service skills.

Amazing cashiers, knowledgeable about their products, and the prices are fair!! Store is always clean!!! They value their customers!!! Def recommend

I sent my husband in to get my vape juice and a coil, he didn’t have his ID so he comes back to the car, and I go in. I hand them my ID and the lady rudely tells me that she could deny the sale to me because she knows I’m buying it for him. For one, you can’t because I’m using my ID it would come back on me, not her if he was underage. The other worker then says, “What do you want” I told her “You know what I don’t want anything, but maybe you could try some better customer service.”

You really cant beat the price on their 100ml vape juice. I also get great customer service here, especially if Janet is working. I love going to this store.

Owners are exceptionally rude. It was only recently they started wearing masks. Anti-Maskers and rude, how funny is it that those two things tend to go together. High prices for products as well, the vapes can be found significantly cheaper at legitimate Vape shops. If you dont mind the trip Id suggest the Ohio Valley Vapor Station in St. Clairsville. At least theyre friendly there.

I agree with Johnnie Walker...People read these reviews!!! they are not lying not all of them but a couple of these ladies especially the one is super rude also they never have nothing in stock as far as Vapes go.. way overpriced on everything!!! be prepared to be verbally abused if the one lady is working and tape up your behind cuz theyre going to get you!! Definitely would give zero Stars

The lady working in here makes rude remarks to customers who never Wanna come back here. Would be 0 stars for me and a few others.. I walked in to price a carton of camels and the lady said the price. I said theyre a lot cheaper back home and I asked her for 1 pack. She ripped open a black curtain and said We dont display camel cigarettes in this store ever, and for me to go back home and buy them since they were cheaper! I still bought a pack. So unprofessional and I will not be going back to this store, along with a lot of others whove also had experiences like I did.

I purchased the wrong item and did not realize it until after it was rung up. Sales person would not let me exchange for the item I needed had to buy both.This was A very expensive trip for me. I have never met a more rude salesperson. Will never go back to this store and am sure to tell my friends and family of this horrible experience.

Would be nice if someone were able to elaborate more on some of the products they are permitted to sell but not allowed to talk about.

I bought a cigarette machine for my daughter for Christmas but before I bought it I asked if she stopped smoking before then could I bring it back. They said I have 90 days as long as its not been opened. Well it has never been opened still in the bag with both receipts they gave me but the are refusing to allow me to return it. This is the store in new philly but the other close one to me is in cambridge and they said I have to take it back to new philly since thats where I bought it.

I have always had great customer service there. Never had a problem with the staff. They are very friendly to me!

Bought a tobacco bong today 11/16/17 brought it back home and the darn down stem was broken and called and told them and they said tough...not a reputable buyer and has lost all business in both my family and I was so excited and now its a sham of a day...thanks cheap tobacco...CAN NOW SEE WHY THEY ARE CALLED CHEAP TOBACCO!!!!! so cheap they wouldnt give a replacement...thanks for nothing. Also filing with better business beurea.

No high end cigars, at all. Only cheap, 5 in a box varieties like Dutchmaster, Swisher Sweets, etc. Has chew and snuff as well as cigarettes. Mostly one of those pseudo-pot shops. Friendly workers though ! Very helpful ladies.

Its stopped here out of town because I ran out of vape juice. The lady working was very friendly and helpful and I was more than happy with the experience.

The service is horrible, the staff is rude, the selection is poor and all around just not a good place to shop, if you must go to cheap tobacco I suggest going to Zanesville or New Philadelphia.
