I bought a massage package as a gif for someone through Groupon. An individual who received the gift tried to make an appointment via calling, but the number is disconnected. We tried different avenues to make the appointment: Facebook, WhatsApp and texting and nothing worked. No response! I even contacted Groupon that the vendor doesn’t respond and so far I have no response and no refund. I am beginning to think it’s some kind of scam or the vendor went out of business.

I have been enjoying the services at this spa for several years. As soon as I walk in, I can feel the peaceful atmosphere beginning to melt the tension away. The place is always spotlessly clean. I have a monthly membership that provides a great savings and also gives me a discount on other services, which I have taken advantage of many times. I have some complicated medical issues and the professional staff has been able to cater to my needs. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Can’t recommend this place enough!

A bunch of scam artists run this business. We purchased a gift certificate for a massage for my mother for Christmas. It “expired” by the end of January. When she would call and leave a message to make an appointment, there was never any answer and no one returned the calls. Finally, we went in person only to find out they have shut down. We are now out of $70. What a scam!

My husband and I came here after finding an amazing deal on Groupon for sauna, massage, and salt room. The place was lovely! It was calm, cozy, and smelled of essential oils. We especially love the salt lamps as decor all throughout the facility. We enjoyed every part of our package and now plan to purchase a membership as the staff and services are excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

I took my mom here for an early Mother’s Day present because I was visiting from Chicago. She’s still rebuilding her house after the hurricane, so I thought a spa day would be the perfect gift to help her relax and de-stress. The location was a little hidden and the lobby area was smaller, so I wasn’t entirely sure what kind of experience it would be. It definitely exceed my expectations. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, my Mom raved about how great her massage was (mine was wonderful as well), and the salt room and glass of wine after was the perfect end to the experience. I would highly recommend, and plan on making this a tradition whenever I come down to visit.

This family owned spa was perfect! Definitely worth a visit! Their therapists were awesome and professional! The Salt Room is so unique and relaxing as well!

The owner wasn’t the most polite but the masseuse were very polite and nice. Very relaxing.. really enjoyed the service.

I purchased the 90 minute Swedish massage with hot stones on my back. Himalayan salt mist room with wine. I absolutely loved my massage therapist Agnerys. She has amazing hands and was able to help me feel so relaxed removing all knots and pains / discomfort from my hard working body. She really has magical hands and I will be back! Jorge the owner was very nice and the salon was clean and cozy.

My mother brought me here for a “girls day”! We absolutely LOVED IT! Very clean, wonderful staff, and the salt room was SOOO relaxing! Would recommend this place to anyone! It was a little hard to find because it is literally in a little corner between the CBD store and little stars ultrasound. But once we found it it was great!If you need a place for relaxation this is it!

The whole place is beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. My therapist, Agnerys, was the most receptive, amazing therapist I have had and her technical skills are outstanding. This was the BEST massage that I have ever experienced. Once again, I came back to Aurora Mists Spa. From the moment I walked in, the staff at this family business was very attentive and professional. The hot stone massage was excellent, and the facial done by Agnerys was my favorite part of this visit. After the massage and the facial, I enjoyed 40 min in the salt room with a glass of red wine. I wish I could come back sooner or stay in it forever. I love this place. Thank you so much for your service and kindness. I’ll be back soon!!

I have been in other places before, but Aurora Mist have been the best, very professional, clean, relaxing and make you feel in Family. Massage, Facials, Nails etc…. You can Pamper yourself or together with your love at this place. I am sure that you will stay here. They have Membership available which allow you to receive any service with discounts every month. I have traveled extensively, and have had messages from New York to California in very upscale facilities. I have to say the intimate, relaxing vibe at The Aurora Spa is one of the best environments that I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The staff is friendly, the faculty is small and relaxing. I highly recommend them for. A unique experience. The salt room is a must. Enjoy a glass of wine, sit back, and relax while the salt works its magic.

Great location and they are always very accommodating! Whether you are looking for a massage near you, facial, or micro needling, they have you covered and will do a fantastic job!

Great place for massage and facial, I am a man so I have never come to get pedicure but they offer that as well. My face turned out smooth and clean! No blackheads at all! If you go to the gym and do heavy back work out! I recommend you to come and get your back massages! You’ll become a member too!

I have had many, many massages throughout the years. Some in swanky, expensive spas, which were disappointing. The massage I received today with Ana was by far one of the best. Her hand movements were fluid, and the pressure was just right. You know it was good when you feel like you are melded into the table when its over. I already made my appointment for next month. :-)

Was a bit concerned when entering. The Spa doesnt have a large sign from the road and the waiting room was small and kind of giving the place a hole in the wall vibe but the services, professionalism and price are what made it worth the trip. The hot stone massage and facial package for $100 was just right. The therapist was amazing, gave the right pressure, worked on my knots but gently and gave me a relaxing 90mins. The rooms are clean and the little salt room was cute to unwind in before leaving. Definitely will be back again.

Phenomenal massage! The therapist was really intuitive. She went the extra mile. I started coughing and she put some peppermint oil in the lotion to help soothe my cough. The salt room is cute. I also got a manicure and Lilly really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. The owner was so sweet. You can really tell the whole staff cares about their customers. HIGHLY recommend!

On rare occasions I take the time to comment on a service due to my busy daily routine. However I feel necessary to leave my evaluation on this excellent service.The spa is located close to my house so I decided to try their manicure service with Lily. She is so detailed oriented, you can tell she likes what she does and does it very well... I love her!On a different day I tried a massage package with Agnerys and it was so good, I fell asleep for a few seconds. We laugh about it still. Needless to say I now go back again & again.Welcoming you to the spa is Mr. Jorge at the front desk. So pleasant to speak with him and he is always willing to accommodate your needs for appointments and services.Without a doubt, I would highly recommended their spa.

I am so glad we booked a couples massage. My wife and I were visiting on our honeymoon and George and his wife Agnerys are beautiful people. Love just falls off of them and it was a very relaxing and healing time for us. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all that you do.

This is the best spa Ive ever visited!! I am a regular customer now because of how professional and friendly the staff is and the service is absolutely superb! Ive consistently received a 5 Star experience here. Jorge is very down to earth and welcoming. The hot stone massage and facial with Agnerys is a must. And the pink Himalayan salt room is sooooo relaxing and cozy. Great place to meditate and soak up the benefits. Cant wait for my next session!! :)

My husband and I highly recommend signing up for the monthly membership. We each get a monthly 60-minute massages and have been members for almost a year. We only pay $94/month total for both of us. Agnerys and Yanelys are excellent massage therapists and are highly recommended. They use a mixture of techniques and always use hot stones and hot towels to relax your muscles. In addition, you get access to the salt room anytime you want. I cant imagine going anywhere else. The price is great and the service is the best!!

The spa is clean and comfortable. I got a massage, facial and pedicure . Attendants were corteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definately recommend this spa.I have been seeing Ana Cardoso for a few months now and she always knows just what to do to provide the best healing. She is intuitive, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. While there are many massage therapists available and I have been to many, she is the one I always go back to.

I am so happy that I found this place! I am a massage therapist myself and I often find it hard to find a time and place to relax and treat myself. My partner and I had a couples massage with Agnerys and Lilianne and we were both completely blown away! For the extremely affordable price we did not go in with high expectations but we were treated so warmly from the moment we walked in by the owner, Jorge and the entire staff. We were happily surprised to have hot stones and hot towels included in our massage! We spent 30 minutes in the Himalayan salt room and enjoyed a a glass of wine together. All around incredible experience. We will be back! :)

Unbelievable!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I scheduled a second massage because I had bought a package. I told the owner I wanted a different massage therapist. He said okay. He called the day before to confirm my appointment and I verified it was with a different therapist he said yes you will be happy. I arrived and he immediately started arguing with me about my review. I said I was not here to argue but to relax and give your office a chance to redeem the review I wrote last time. He then said “NO, I will contact Groupon and get them to refund the money since I already redeem your voucher “ I asked why since I am here and you could get a better review. He replied “because I can. I don’t have to accept all the people who come here, it is my choice not to see someone.”He is RUDE!I bought a Groupon for two to use for a birthday gift with my better half. My fiancé had A great massage but the therapist did not speak English. I had the manager do my massage and it was not the level I was expecting. I have been a massage therapist for 32 years and do mostly chronic pain or injury clients, so I have higher standard then someone who has never had a massage or not frequent body work. Having said that I will say it felt disconnected, and mechanical. Plus the hot stones were not hot and the therapist that massaged me wore gloves the entire time which felt weird! I bought two Groupons so I will give it a second chance. Stay tuned for follow up review.

Extremely disappointed. I gifted my husband a gift certificate and he had rescheduled his appointment one week prior to the appointment. As soon he walked him Jorge was extremely rude in trying to say that the gift certificate was no good, because he hadn’t rescheduled. Not true as we spoke to him personally and have the call documented. He ultimately honored the gift certificate.Thé massage was such poor quality that my husband cut it 30mins short, despite having paid for 90mins. He then got a pedicure where the water was lukewarm and the massage chair wasn’t working.

I originally found Aurora Mists on Groupon and have been going there monthly for 3 years now. Jorge is always very welcoming when you arrive. Agnerys always does my massage and she is amazing! When you sign up for a monthly membership it gives you a great discount on massages. I recommend this place to my friends and family all the time.

Great prices via groupon, my wife & I found them to be respectful and we enjoyed the couples massage very much. Only thing keeping from 5 stars was that its much smaller than I expected not like a large self contained spa but more like a small leased shop turned into spa. The quality of service does not suffer but due to its small size and shared space it was very difficult to find. Needs more signage especially near the roadside.

I have been going to this spa for several years due to pain from fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, back, and neck issues.Agneriz is the best massage therapist. She may be small, but her strength is amazing for deep tissue massage. The owner is always pleasant and very accommodating. I highly recommend them. Their prices are also extremely competitive.

I came to this salon to do pedicures and acrylic nails which many salons do not do . I can say with confidence that this was my best experiment in my years of living in Florida. Exceptionally accurate pedicure and excellent work with acrylic nails. If you want to feel that someone is really ready to look after your wrist and lfeet, come to this salon. This is by far one of the best massages my husband and I ever received. We did the couples massage and it was so so relaxing. Then we went into the Himalayan relaxation room with a glass of wine and this is such a great way to end a very relaxing experiencing.

I have been getting massage therapy from Danielle for almost a year now. My right arm was going numb and I had a tremendous amount of knots and tension in my neck and back. She has done such amazing work on me that my arm doesnt go numb anymore. I would recommend Danielle to everyone and anyone who is seeking a masseuse or just looking for some relief of the tension in their muscles. Her personality is also a major reason I continue to go to her practice. She is very caring and listens when you explain what symptoms you are having and will focus on those areas or recommend someone who can help you when she cant.

I love the atmosphere of Aurora Mists. Jessica is incredible. She listens to and addresses all the issues and concerns you have. Its my go-to spot and I always recommend it to others.

Great experience! Very hard to find!! Google maps gets you close but not close enough! Look for the CBD store its in the same building but the door is on the side and the only signage for the place is on the door itself and a small yard sign.

Danielle is ok when she wants to work. Mostly late to the appointment a d now she doesnt want to to work anymore because she has multiple sclerosis. That place advertised there are doing deep tissues and trigger point. Danielle is the only one who is trying it - she still has a lot to learn. She is professionally and it is a somewhat clean place..it is a better place to go over Groupon ,because she need 90min for a 60min work.. GET IT OVER GROUPON otherwise it is to expensive
