Awful.Read through the fake 5 stars reviewsOr they may have got new crew to work there.If they offered me a free massage in this place I would say no.An elderly lady who basically rubb her hands against my skin for 30 min. Nothing near what real massage is suppose to feel like.She is doing her best, but is it this disrespectful for a business like that to offer such a poor service to their customers.After 15 min i basically wanted to get out of there.Avoid.

First visit from a recommendation of a friend. Glad I went and got to experience a quality massage from a professional masseuse. She went through all the relaxation techniques with hot stones, aroma therapy oils and such. The massage itself was very good. Ill be going back. Very well kept facility and reasonably priced.

Not sure if it was a bad day, but wife and I showed up for a couples massage on our 10 year anniversary and were told that wed need to go one at a time due to a masseuse calling out that day. There was also difficulty placing the appointment, and receiving this information due to a language barrier. At least we didnt have issue canceling and didnt have to put down a deposit.

First time there Saturday and Stella was my masseuse. I heard great words about her. I made the mistake of telling her to give me “hard pressure” and I will regret this. During the massage, it was 80% feeling great and 20% i was lifting my body due to pain. She was doing it so so fast with pressure so hard and I heard her telling a client via bluetooth that she’s free exactly right after my time.Afterwards, I felt like battered black and blue but in a relaxed/good way i just wanna go home to rest kind of way. Like really relaxed.That night i felt a bit of lower back pain which i just ignored as it was negligible and thought itd be gone soon. I went about my weekend with friends (memorial day) I still felt the lower back but negligible pain.Today, tuesday, i woke up screaming in pain with every movement towards the left like level 10 pain. Did she pinch a nerve? Was there some muscle injury? It was excruciating but at rest if i found the right position, it’s zero pain but once I move it’s crazy painful I couldn’t even walk or stand for more than 30 seconds my left hip hurts! I had to take the day off with Advil.Again it was probably my fault telling her “hard pressure” so now Im suffering from it. Ive had many massages before “hard pressure” but not like that.Am i going back to that place? I’m traumatized by massage itself i may not go to any massage place in the near future.Im here typing on my phone laying on my back on the floor because that’s the only position i can tolerate.Do i think Stella is good? Oh yeah she is! Just if you’re a small built like me, don’t ever ask for hard pressure.——Update: 14 days later and I still couldn’t walk properly especially after i wake up there’s a pain in my right pelvic bone down to hip… can’t believe this has changed my life - couldn’t work out, couldn’t get up and get down from car properly … arghh

Amazing experience.very relaxing and very affordableI have an autistic son. He is 12. He jumps and is not able to be very still. He is very sensitive on his feet and does not let me touch it. So I thought it was time for a massage so his body could relax a bit. We went to the spa and we were assigned to LILY. She was able to make him so comfortable he smiled the whole time. Did not make any noises. And let her massage his feet as well.And we made it for the full hr without any issues.I was prepared to leave if it didn’t work out or disturbed their other clients.Made my day. Just smiled feeling his body must be relaxed.I did have his headphones with his favorite music which helped too. All the best if u decide to try it out for ur kiddo.

Stella gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She took out so many knots and put 100% of herself into her work. I’m so appreciative of her service, I won’t see anyone else!

Needed a massage quick and they got me in! The rooms were very relaxing and music was playing at the right volume. My massage was very good and was very impressed with the over all experience! The staff was super friendly and I left feeling like a new woman!

Worst place, total waste of time & $$.Just avoid. She doesn’t have basic skills.

Incredibly affordable, quality massage. Its not private, but the atmosphere is calm and I didnt mind that I wasnt in a room. Ive had 3 massages from both men and women, and they were all great. Tip: the $29 reflexology is actually a full body for 60 min. Amazing!

1st time here today. Sign read walk ins accepted, but we had to come back, hour later. When we returned we had a 70 min massage, foot & head was great! Back massage was too deep; had to say stop twice. As a masseuse u are to listen to client and back up off applying pressure, that never happened. Will ask for someone different next time.

First time customer for any small reflexology location. As a small business owner myself you always want to support other small businesses. Very reasonable prices for a good muscle massage and joint tune up. Great hours! Vivian was terrific and very accommodating. If youve never been, I highly recommend it. Come with loose fitting clothes, no jewelry, and relax!

Soak your feet in warm water. Relax and enjoy a 50/50 foot and back special. The price is reasonable and they have a loyalty card. If you enjoy massages as much as I do and want a quick in and out session this is great spot for you.

Horrible unprofessional experience! I went today for a massage, but a few minutes in my massage therapist starting speaking on the phone. After a while I asked her politely to not speak on the phone during my massage and she stopped my massage to continue her talk. So unprofessional. After a while, she came back and once again started talking on the phone pretending it was normal and not rude to do so while giving a massage. Again, I had to ask her to please not speak on the phone in the middle of my massage. And when this finally happened a third time, I cancelled the massage and let her know that never again with I patron this place, because Ive never received such rude and unprofessional treatment. There are many other spas like this in Carrollton that are much better, dont waste your time and money for sub par service.

I was Very much in pain when I got there. Had Vivian give me a massage. She was awesome!! Leftwith no more pain in my back. Thank you sooo very much. Will go back. Make sure you wear shorts and a tank top.

Been going to this place for over 2 years. Since change of management, it is obvious they are cutting budget. No front counter person. Staff has to run back and forth to the front counter and tending to their clients at the same time. Multiple interruptions, noisy and lack of relaxing atmosphere why client comes in to distress in the first place. I have seen better days and will be seeking a new place. It has progressively going down hill since.

The place is very nice. Chairs are comfortable and work. People are friendly and do good work. Even when very busy, still able to get us right in for a great pedicure.
