Silk Thai Massage & Spa

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today at Silk Thai Massage & Spa. I have never had a massage before, so I was feeling a bit anxious about it, but as soon as we got there my anxiety melted away. The receptionist was very kind and really listened to my requests and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. I had a neck/back massage and foot soak/scrub and it really helped me to feel better. My massage therapist was very nice and worked hard to make sure I was having a great experience. My husband was in the same room with another massage therapist, and she also did a fantastic job - he was very pleased. We both will be returning customers. Thank you to everyone at Silk Thai for a wonderful experience. I find it difficult to relax and this was exactly what I needed!

Great relaxing massage. Plenty of availability during the week. Cost is high tho but reasonable for this area.The room I was in (all the way in the back), I could hear commotion going on in the break room, people talking outside, dog barking, etc. But the massage itself was worth while.I appreciate that they clean your feet 1st before massaging. Feet are dirty, after massaging the feet, it feels gross if they come and touch my hair or hands but this place did it right! They also use a nice oil during the massage which is better for massages than lotion (Ive been to few places that use lotion).

We got a 60 minute couples Swedish massage and it was wonderful. The atmosphere with the dim lights and piano Korean OSTs was perfect for the massage. Room and bed were clean and the pillow was so comfortable. Wasnt able to catch our masseuses names but they did an excellent job. Pressure was perfect and they would softly communicate with us every so often to make sure everything was okay. By the end, we felt like so relaxed.

I don’t even know where to begin. I requested 90 minutes of Thai & Deep tissue massage and told them that I wanted to focus on the neck and back. The masseuse didnt even touch my back and neck at all. all she did was walk around my legs the whole time then gently rubbed my throat for about 1 minute on each side and because of that, I had to hold a cough in. She then scratched my hair with a bunch of oil on her hands leaving my hair super greasy. And again, with zero pressure. She even cut off the time off at the end of my service finishing early.I complained to the receptionist that I didnt get any back and neck then while the masseuse was sitting right next to her and talked back to me that she did everything! I was too nice didnt even want to argue about it and left tip for her. The receptionist asked her if she did a proper massage and of course the masseuse said yes. She then just took her word for it, didnt do anything about it, charged me full price and didnt even say sorry. I walked out and spent $130 with a horrible experience. My back and neck are so stiff now from facing down the whole time for no reason.

They did a wonderful job on my husband body and he was relieved. The receptionist was super nice and professional, the place is welcoming when you walk in. Wont be our last time coming 😊

I loved this place. Communication was smooth and seamless with all of the staff. My masseuse was very well-trained with skillful technique that really allowed me to relax into the session. I would definitely go again!

This place is fabulous! I went in super tense after a very stressful past few weeks and explained what issues I was experiencing and the Massage tharapist completely took care of me! I got the Thai combo massage and it was possibly the very best massage I’ve ever had! Another thing, this place was clean and felt fresh. They even gave a 1st time gift (not sure if this is all the 1st time clients, but it sure made me feel extra special!

Today is my bday and I’m completely satisfied with the massage I received today from Sandy !!! I got the Thai Combo with Deep Tissue Massage . I will be back !!

Great massage. Thai style so you would have to get used to that style. They also do body scrubs and sauna if you are into that.

Heavenly spa/massage experience yesterday with my 30 min massage, 30 min body scrub with sea salt, and 30 min sauna. Clean facilities throughout. I didnt feel rushed with my scheduled appointment. I felt well taken care of and listened to. All of my concerns were met with generosity and appreciation. Thank you!

Great massage for a great price! I was able to get an appointment the day before I wanted to go and I had a good experience. I did a 1 hour combination massage. My therapist was very skilled and mindful of my sensitive spots. I would definitely go back the next time I need the knots in my back worked on. Highly recommend.

I come here once a week for a massage with Joy. She is absolutely awesome every time. I go to the gym and play hockey almost every day so my body is always sore from that and she really helps make me feel better. Please go any other day besides when I go because if she gets too busy I will be sad. Highly recommend and I have tried like 5 different massage places in the area!

SANDY was an AMAZING massage therapist. I cried tears of joy and relief. My favorite thing about her was how good she was at intuitively massaging you. Her pressure was perfect and she was a great communicator about when I wanted more or less. The only thing that could make the establishment better is space heaters. The tables are heated but I was a little bit cold at some points. BUT SANDY MADE UP FOR IT ALL!

The massage professionals here really know what theyre doing! Ive had back and neck pain for a while now, and theyve always done an amazing job at finding the stress points and knots and easing them through good pressured massages. Kat, Katie and An are my most favorite so far. Im a regular at this place now, and Ive referred many of my friends as well!

Hands down the best massage I have ever received! Dao is incredible and I have never felt more relaxed leaving a spa. I booked a Swedish massage, but Dao recommended some Thai massage techniques that she felt would better address my needs. She was absolutely right! I am not very flexible but the assisted stretches were able to work out problem areas in my hips that I have never been able to isolate before. I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for relaxation and muscle tension relief.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting my massage therapist Nan, shes very professional, knowledgeable with very strong hands.The place is clean with very nice and helpful staff. I never had a Thai and deep tissue massage together before, I highly recommend this place. I cant wait to go back.

If I’d rate this spa 0 star I would!! Never come to this place. Service is so bad. We have an appointment at 7pm. 1hr of Thai massage. Ann did not addressed my concerns. I told her I have back pain, only she did was massage my back with her forearm and not even touch my back to release the tension or stiffness on my back at all!!!!!! I told her deep tissue and she did nothing. I’m so nice I gave her a tip. I always do thai massage 2 months atleast. I would not come here. The manage did not even say anything when I told her what happened. After 1hr, I didn’t feel like I got a massage, my body still having pain and feeling the stiffness. If you all are needing a good massage, visit Best Thai massage in Frisco and look for Ava!!

It was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, with calming music and soft lighting that immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly and attentive.I had Ashiatsu massage, if you look you enjoy deeper pressure during the massages this is the one. In Ashiatsu the therapist she control the amount of pressure by using their body weight and adjusting their foot position.

This place is exceptional. Friendly, competent front desk staff, clean and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve experienced FOUR different massage therapists and all of them were excellent. Sometimes they applied too much pressure so I’d say something and they were very open to feedback; they made modifications and the massage was perfect. They stretch you, pop you, walk on your back… I had no idea a massage could feel like this. Highly recommend.

But I came back this time as I was only in town after business travel and brought two other guests, though it was a short notice appointment for the 3 of us, they were able to accommodate us all. Love this place for their later hours. Its always easy to schedule with them. I loved getting a massage with Ham; she was so nice and worked the tension out of my muscles.We even got a good recommendation for Thai food. I used to live in Bangkok and always look forward to trying Thai restaurants nearby.

This is a great place to get a massage. There are different styles to choose from, & the staff is great to work with. I often have tense muscles from my job, but my therapist was able to make me feel good as new! It’s been a few days since my experience, & the pain has been at bay 🙂 Will come back again & again

This massage is heaven!! First they gently walk all over you and get your muscles loosened up. Then they massage you! I recommend the 90 or more massage. It is so relaxing! They stretch you too! I loved it! I will never go back to a regular massage again!

Amazing massage. Went for a couples massage. We both were pushed to our limit, but not beyond. That day and the next we were both relaxed and amazed at the quality of the massage.They are professional, respectful, and family friendly. They tolerate no funny business. Their options and quality far surpass the normal massage places, yet their prices are still great.HIGHLY recommend Silk Thai Massage! If youre not in the area, its still worth the drive. I would suggest calling ahead for reservations to make sure theres no wait. Thats what we did.

I have been there a few times and will continue to go back as they provide the exact type of massage I need.First, I love that they always seem to have appointment times available that work with my schedule.Second, the front desk staff is always super friendly and very accommodating.Third, and most importantly, l have yet to have a bad massage. I have seen multiple different therapists and all have provided exactly what I asked for. I tend to be very stressed and have crazy knots and tension. I always book the combo massage that combines Thai, swedish, and deep tissue techniques. I love that after I tell them to please use the deep techniques they really get in there and work out the tension. Im not going to lie it occasionally borders on painful when they are working on a particularly big/stubborn knot. However when its all said and done l always feel 1000 times better.

Love this place. I come in feeling really hurt and body feels difficult to move, and leave feeling light and better to breathe. The stretching seriously helps. Every person I’ve had massage me has done extremely well.

This place is a complete ripoff. I came in for a prenatal massage (which the website says they offer) and was given a paper to circle the areas I wanted most focused on. I did just that, and the most the lady did was very gently rub my back. No other areas were focused on. She was clearly not a real massage therapist, and my “massage” only lasted 45 minutes when I asked for an hour. I was still charged the full hour though for $100.

This place blew our minds and our bodies feel SO FANTASTIC!!My wife and I were able to get in on short notice and it was the best decision ever. Everybody was so kind and easy to talk to.The massage itself was on another level! I have been here twice now and am very impressed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the entire facility is super clean and fresh. They take great care about sanitation and your health and wellbeing. I have enjoyed the sauna both times getting the massage and sauna package. The massages were excellent and professional working out the kinks in this old body and very relaxing. I give this spa my highest recommendation. They customize the massage to focus on the areas of most concern to you. I will return often.

This was a fantastic massage experience. My wife and I had a Thai massage years ago in another country and have been looking for the same experience again. We found it here. The facilities are very clean, and the women were really strong and good at hitting the areas you wanted. I highly recommend this place, and we will come be coming back!

Wow. Great Thai massage. If you like traditional massage, then you should at least try a Thai massage. The massage therapist Nan was awesome. I was so impressed. She is truly amazing. Got the Aromatherapy massage as a birthday gift for my husband. He loved the massage and walked out feeling all relaxed yet energetic. Service is great and the staff is pleasantly friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing! I was slightly turned off with American style massage parlors. I am a HUGE fan of this place! I truly think this was the best massage I have gotten in my life!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great new shop! Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms and I had an excellent Thai combo massage. The therapist was able to adjust the stretching to accommodate by personal needs perfectly.Next time I will see how close I can get to a traditional Thai foot/leg massage - they assured me that one of their therapist knows those techniques which I miss dearly from my times spent in Thailand.

OOMMMGG!! I went for the first time yesterday and let me tell you!! This place is life changing!! The way I feel today is literally priceless. The therapist are God sent! I got the combination massage and it’s what Ive been missing my whole life. Typical “Massage Envy” massages don’t cut it because they don’t stretch you out the way this place does. They stretched me in ways I didn’t even know my body could stretch. And they gave my wife and I an arrangement of flowers for our first time visit. HIGHLY recommend this place!!! I’m a lifetime customer!! I’ll be going no less than once a month.

Me and my boyfriend went for a couples massage and they did awesome. We both havent done many massages so we didnt really know what we wanted, but they listened to us and gave us suggestions based off what we told them. Everyone was very kind. The place was very clean. And the prices were competitive.

Top 3 massage. Great spa and awesome experience. Go see Didi she is excellent. She knew exactly where my tender spots are. Love it when it does not feel mechanic or scripted and the masseuse knows exactly how and where because they can read and feel your body. That is Didi. Don’t forget to try the sauna. The price points are very competitive with excellent quality in return. Will be back once a month for sure.

I just got home from getting a great deep tissue massage at Silk Thai. Its been over a year since I last had a massage and I was a knotted up mess. The massage tech, unfortunately I cant remember her name, was fantastic! I wanted deep tissue so I knew it was probably going to be a little painful in the beginning but she adjusted the pressure till I was more comfortable. The entire experience was really great and Ill be going back very soon. Im spreading the word to family and friends to go see them.

Although its hard to do this, if I could describe my experiences today at Silk Thai Massage & Spa in one word it would be: Magnificent! I have frequented many spas around the World but this experience was, by far, simply the best. From the ease of scheduling to the very open communication to the environment to the services, everything and everyone there is God sent. I just moved to Carrollton 6 months ago and I am still learning the city and all of its riches. I would consider this business as a true gem. I will make it back there as often as I can and I encourage you to support them and do the same. Services today: Swedish massage, body sugaring scrub, and a body wrap. Im pretty sure I fell into another dimension while I was there. Completely relaxed and disoriented when I came to. This was a great thing. I was able to let go of all the stress and things Ive been going through and completely surrender to enjoying myself. I cant thank them enough. Lastly, I feel the services were very affordable which made it easy to tip appropriately and still not break the bank. You should go!

I’m a massage person. I’ve been to a lot of them. This place is hands down the best. They honestly know what the are doing. It’s clean and nice. They keep a chart of what you have done and what areas are problems for you. They are very nice and very respectful. I highly recommend.

This was AMAZING. We are so grateful this is just down the street from us. She kneaded me like dough and twisted me like a pretzel, and it was exactly what I needed. My massage therapist was able to tell where all my trouble areas were and focused on what she felt, which was right on point. We havent had a massage like this since our last Thai massage in Spain (she was from Thailand though) and this was just as authentic. Got my massage from Dao today. She is very, very, good. Addressed all my issues with knee injury and inflamation. Gentle yet firm and great techniques. I will make this a regular visit with her and already made my next appointment. They also have a punch card for free sauna and free massage after so many sessions. Highly recommend this spot-- clean, friendly, and attentive service. A+

I can at the recommendation of one of my carriers as I had a pinched nerve and huge knot in my shoulder blade. You have no idea how refreshed and better I feel with their deep tissue massage! Their customer service is top notch too. They don’t treat you like just another customer, they genuinely care. They have a repeat customer with me!

This is honestly the best massage/Stretching I have ever experienced. This time I brought my husband and he stated it is “hands down” the best massage ever. We live in iowa and will definitely make it a must have every time we come to Dallas. You must try these ladies!

This is a CLEAN AND TRUSTWORTHY Thai Massage. The women in here are tiny but STRONG and they stretch you in ways you never knew you could be stretched. They even walk on your back. It hurts so good. You can adjust the pressure. I get the typical deep tissue massage but the massage is as good as my therapeutic trained masseuse, with a touch of Thai stretching. I highly recommend this location at the intersection of Old Denton and Hebron. Its in a typical strip mall -nothing fancy but clean and VERY professional. Price is about seventy dollars for an hour.Definitely will visit again !

This place is fantastic. The massage was great. They know how to dig into those areas that bother some. There will be no knots in any area of your body when they are done. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The massage was basic and really quick . Idk why everyone giving 5 stars to this place . Tbh I’ve had better in Grand Prairie outlet malls . I told them medium but it felt like too much pressure.

Been trying to find a place that does deep work with how stressed my body is, and this place does it well, combining deep work with Thai work! I absolutely fell in love with Thai massages when I traveled elsewhere, and will definitely become a regular here with my husband!

Dont go there !!! So my wife booked me a massage for valentines and silk cancelled due to the weather ( understandable). I go a week later with an appointment, the masseuse was super rude because i told her my appointment was at 530 as she walked in at 545. I guess she felt offended and lashed out at me. I understand they are busy, however dont double book clients. If you are reading this far , good luck if you decide to go.

This place was absolutely amazing. We did the full body Swedish massage for 90 minutes and the 30 minute sauna. It was clean, the therapist were great and the staff was really nice. This is definitely my new go to 💝💝💝

Dont even know how this place got 4.8* review. Ask for a deep tisue *massage* end up the lady all she do is just use her elbow to push down my back and my neck. She dont know how to do massage properly. Very disappointed. Worst place ive ever been to. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!!!!

This was the best body scrub I have ever had. I did the sauna, scrub, and massage. It was phenomenal. No rush by the staff. Clean facility. I thought other places I have tried were good but this place is far better. I just wish I lived closer.

Was wrongfully charged by this company. I dont live in texas and dont know anyone who does. Im sure they got some good masseges and stuff. But they need to check IDs when someone uses a card. And not enter info. My card info was keyed in by this company. Dont key in info either.
