Xhale City - Carrollton CBD Smoke Vape

People were coming in and out a lot I never been till today so guessing the company brand is popular but this place has people in and out pretty fast if they already knew what they wanted. plus there were a lot of options there to pick from so that was awesome. And people were pretty cool and helpful. This place will definitely be going back.

Best service! Employees are friendly and well-informed. Great selection of items. I do wish their supplier could keep up with our towns demands. But that isnt an employee issue its a worldwide 2024 supply issue 🤦‍♀️

Decent prices, terrible place to work. Will refuse to pay you what they agreed to, then fire you when you try to speak up.

Its a good place to find what you need for a decent price in terms of products.

Just came here from Alabama due to certain restrictions in my state, hoping I wouldnt be let down, I surely was not. Denise was very helpful and nice. The prices are great and I will be coming back. Thank you, Xhale City

Great prices and some great staff! My OG favorite Sale’s representative is Mark 🤙🏻💯. Shawn is also helpful, well mannered and caring💯🥰 (opened the door for me when I broke my leg) and very charismatic!! The manager is very down to earth and a real one. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 hands down…Best In Town!!

Went before closing didn’t have what I needed

I’ve been shopping at XHaleCity for years and I never had a problem with what I wanted and the employees. I %100 recommend going to this smoke shop. The people are nice and the employees know about there products. Very chill environment and comfortable. Still receive fire service even with new staff. Loved all there deals and discounts on special holidays and smoking holidays like 4/20. Really nice experience every time

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always take time for my questions (barring busy times, of course) and make sure I understand. Fantastic products at great prices, as well. Carrolltons Xhale City has my business for as long as Im in Carrollton 🤷

Caleb is always so helpful when I come in, and he always has a great attitude. He is helpful and very knowledgeable when you ask him questions. All employees in there make sure that you leave with what you need and more! Lol

Cracked tip cheap product over priced only had it for 2 days called wouldn’t refund me or give a a discount on a different one last time I’ll shop there. Wouldn’t recommend going to purchase items there.

Have recently been introduced to delta 8 at this shop through a friend and am very grateful for it. However after spending $400 in here this month happened to get a bad pen 8/12/21 which I opened 8/13/21. I figured that was bound to happen eventually. I tried to charge it initially and tried several times before taking back today 8/14/21 at 10am as soon as they opened. The guy told me I couldn’t speak to anyone other than him it wouldn’t do any good they won’t exchange for a working pen. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stopped by store today and we were definitely not disappointed, better yet blown away by the knowledge and awesome customer service that was provided by Greg! So happy that they put a location in town as well! This is the only vape store we use and the closest one was Douglasville have to give credit to Shawn over there too he’s always very helpful and provides good customer service. Happy to hear he’ll be at this location as well!

Pretty Dope smoke shop. Big space knowledgeable employees. But sure why they sell defective dispo Pops vapes, bought 4 and everyone leaked upon opening the package. Wasted almost 4 hours of work paying fort them

Had a great experience first time in this store! I used to go to the douglasville store but after the amazing service I got from Sean and Caleb, has me more then convinced to shop at Carrollton from now on!

Great and friendly staff. The building is very clean. They have the biggest inventory in town, with top notch products. I recommend everybody to go to Xhale City for their vaping needs. They also have a large selection on Kratom and CBD. The staff is very knowledgeable work great customer service!

This shop is amazing! I have been in the area over 20 years and always had to drive to Atlanta for a good smoke shop. For the first time ever, we have a big city, top notch ATL quality smoke shop right here in our own back yard! They have an amazing selection of all things CBD and every type of smoking accessory imaginable, all at reasonable prices. Great store hours and exceptional customer service. This place is nothing like all the other smoke/vape/cbd shops around the area. Knowledgeable friendly staff takes the time to answer all your questions about all the products. Store layout and display is extremely professional and very well thought out. Even the non smoke/cbd/vape retailers in the area could learn a lot from how these guys do it. We are quite lucky to have a smoke shop of this quality in our city and I encourage all smoke and vape enthusiasts in the Carrollton area to support them. Glad they made Carrollton an Xhale City.

Great place to go visit friendly service and Beautiful Store. They have anything and everything you want and need for vaping and all kinds of different kinds of stuff for smoking. Its a big store, a nize store with wall to wall display fixtures throughout. Ive only really seen just a small fraction of the store where I purchase my vaping juice. They have a large selection of vape juice so I always bring my empty bottle with me every time I need a refill. The folks there have told me there names but I dont remember what they are right now but everytime I walk in they are the Best always speaking to you when you walk in to the store, They have always treated me like family!I highly recommend this store if you dont vape I would recommend just walking in to check out all of the cool stuff they have in the store!!Thank You Xhake city for being there!

I will never be shopping here again. Over the last couple months, I have experienced such horrible customer service from one employee. I have taken my business to cloud nine. I never had any issue when Greg was working there and supported the store since this location opened. Very disappointed.

All the other xhale city stores have the same pricing on items, except this one. For the 100g Kratom its $25 for the Lipht, all the other XC its $20. I will gladly go to the one off Thorton Road.

Bought mod on 420 and was told any problems come back and they would fix it. 9 days later they say oh its been too long.

Beat vape smoke shop I have ever been to the guys there are all was helpful on information about what they have and it dont stink in the store it smells nice just wish they had there number listed when you google them lol
