The price seam cheap and sounds reasonable on arrival at the spa but definitely not worth it, just save your money. If you love yourself, if your body and mind is a priority to you, I strongly advise you not to go here for a massage. My husband and I got a couples massage here and went back home in pain. Ive had a bump on my back and having to take Tylenol for days now from the guy putting so much pressure on several spots on my body. My husband had the same complaint and definitely do not recommend this place.

I went here for a massage today. I felt the environment was very good, the masseuse was very enthusiastic, the service was in place, and it relieved my muscle soreness. I liked it very much and I will come back again

WOWWOWOWOW!!!! These people really know how to give a good massage. I’m sitting in their parking lot in awe. Happy tears for finally finding a place that is actually well worth the price. Thank you for making this mama feel like a million bucks(:

Our husband and wife came here with our daughter for an hour of body massage. It was very relaxing. The beautiful music, the clean massage table, and the professional massage techniques made me feel very comfortable. We like it very much and we will come back soon.

Called around to local corporate places near me in Crystal lake, and everyone was either over priced and or booked. I expended my search and found Cozy in Cary and decided to try it. I’m a bit difficult to please, I know this about myself, and if you’re anything like me you’d have potentially skipped going in because it’s next to a 7-11 in a strip mall.I almost did, but something told me it be the best massage I’ve had in years, and to be honest it was probably the best massage I’ve had period.The place was super clean, and comfortable. The only con is the local ambient noise, but you’ll get that anywhere. Not their fault.5/5 stars - all day!Thank you for an amazing massage Linda, you were very professional, and proficient! Got off work late on a Tuesday they stayed open a little longer to accommodate me. The place is nice and clean and smelled clean when you walked in. The massage therapist greeted me quickly and kindly. The massage beds where new and smelled like fresh bleached linen. Over all I would visit Cozy spa again.

Booked a 90 minute massage. I was excited to try this place due to the great reviews on google. They were running about 10 mins late, which was understandable. When the lady checked me in, she asked me twice if I booked 90 mins and had an unpleasant reaction so I asked if there was a problem and she said no. You’re asked to pay first which was $100 I charged to my card and did not add tip pending quality of service. She did a great job so I gave her $100 and asked her to give me $75 back, $25 tip which I thought was generous enough, more than the 20%, even though she was not pleasant. She actually asked me for more and asked for $30! I was shocked, but said yes. I’ve never had this experience and thought that it was greedy.Bathroom was dirty. Comments in google mention that the room is clean. To that I say, it’s dark in the room so you can’t really tell if it’s clean or not.Shocking experience and will not be going back.

My legs and back have been incredibly tight the past few weeks. I saw the reviews for this place and thought why not. I’m so glad I stopped by. Got a 60 minute deep tissue and it was so awesome and relaxing. Just what I needed. Left feeling like I was wrapped in a cloud. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem!! I am not one who takes much time for herself. I am wound very tight. These ladies did an incredible job loosening me up! My husband and I feel like a million bucks! Will be back!!!

In from out of town, and wanted my wife and aunt to get a massage before Easter. Called last minute, got them in for two deep tissue. Aunt who is local… was a sceptic. But both got destroyed and left giggling! Xo good job lady’s.

I called an hour beforehand to schedule a massage. The lady confirms on the phone, I gave her my name and everything. I drove 45 mins there for them to tell me they are busy and need to turn me away. Not very professional at all. Dont make appts over the phone and then waste my time.

Cozy Comfort Spa are all new girls, very professional, relieved my sore back muscles, gave me a lot of stretching, really relaxing, I will come back again

Linda took care of me. She was very professional.The spa was very clean and simple. I have had a lot of massages and this by far has been the best Ive ever had in my life. I would highly recommend

Owner charged more than the Groupon price....refunded after a bitter disagreement....she totally ruined the massage!!!!
