Not only are the people that work here down to earth and very real and honest their prices are great. Their selection is amazing. The only place in Raleigh I go to to get anything I need.

These guys are real friendly, always love walking in they know what they lookin for they know what you want they know what you need. And they will 99.9% of the time have it. Honestly my favorite tabacco shop hands down. Best prices and selection. Always fresh. Super friendly staff. I bought my hookah from here almost a year ago and Ive used it everyday since. Didnt feel like he was trying to over charge. And he took his time to really check out which hookah would work best for me.

I used to go to the shop when they first opened. I was a regular by all means. Now repeatedly have gotten stale blunts from them. Bought a vape that was broke when I got home as well. The employees/owners park in the handicap parking spaces at the shopping complex. Tells me how much they respect their customers and the community. Please take your business somewhere else.

Dont like when I ask for a recommendation and get pointed to the most boof fake garbage on the market. New to the area and looking for a good shop but Ill keep searching.

Went to buy a few cigars.- Wasnt well stocked and many of the boxes were empty.- Prices werent well marked, so I bought a few cigars that I probably wouldnt have, had I known the price.- Cashier was on the phone the whole purchase.- I ended up without a receipt, which kinda bothered me because I spend $100 dollars.Cigars arent bad, they had lots of other stuff in the store that Im sure they focus more on.For Cigars, I wont go back, but its kinda on me for going to a vape shop for Cigars. Lesson learned.

I purchased a dry herb vaporizer (highly recon the associate) from this store about a week ago. I took it home, charged it and used it twice. Then it stopped working. I just left the store and explained this to the gentleman Working. He pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. This is not what was told to me upon purchasing. I was told that if I have any problems, I could bring it back and exchange it out. He was completely rude and kept telling me that because it worked once and it was used it’s not his problem. I WILL NEVER shop this store again. I’ve used many vapes and have had problems with a few and was able to take them back and exchange with no problems. This is definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a vape shop. This was a $50+ vape. It’s amazing how quickly stores are to take your money, but slow to rectify a problem.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. For your safety!!! Consigned and sold a few things at this shop and went to pick up a few things that hasn’t sold and to buy a vape after they told me to come in and was locked in the shop and assaulted while one employee was shooting a splat master pellet gun at me. While I drove away another employee pointed a real gun in my face. These are bad people. When the cops were called they lied and shut down there camera system. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
