Gravitate Smoke & Vape

The store manager possesses ZERO people skills and whoever put him in charge carries as little people skills as him. Of the over a hundreds of times this manager has not smiled, greeted or even shown he was a manager he looks like an average employee that hates his job not manager material this is coming from someone that has over 20 years of experience as a retail manager. I don’t know what his experience is but it’s not people and it’s not customer satisfaction. I spent on average $1,000 every couple months in recent month it’s been double that and over $35 they lost my business. I have spent over $800 at this place in the last 2 weeks and they sold me a empty tank of of nitrous and refused to even exchange and there is no way to test it without loss of product so not go here they will rip you off and send you away whoever owns this business I would take another look at this he is actually costing the owner money and I guarantee I’m not the only customer this business is ripping off.

Normally my favorite smoke shop but lately the staff has seemed a little disgruntled. Went in for my normal product and guy who said he was the manager (tall bald guy) helped me and was complaining about the new rewards system saying how it’s taking money out of his pocket and how he plans to be the owner. Also said more than once how they are the cheapest and that’s what they’re doing for the customers. Just felt kind of uncomfortable and unnecessary. Did not lose a customer, but maybe work towards making the staff happier?

The store itself is good although the customer service today was awful. Dealt with a bald 30th year old that was disrespectful and rude. This needs to be addressed, I spend $100 to $200 a week here and won’t return if I’m treated disrespectfully.

Low prices, high quality products, and large selection. Great customer service. Ill be shopping here from now on.

Great selection, vapes, pieces, literally anything you could imagine they probably will have it. The employees are super chill and if you ask them a question they’re most likely going to know how to answer it. They have a drink fridge at the entrance of the store with is awesome!!

Awesome shop, tons of cool glass I hadn’t seen at other shops. Huge selection. I had a very odd piece to replace and while they didn’t have what I needed, they looked plenty and also hooked me up with a new battery that was 75% less expensive than the one I had… AND cooler looking ❤️‍🔥 Thanks guys!

This place has a picture of a nice cigar humidor. Unfortunately they dont have a cigar humidor inside the store. The Owner refuses to remove the photo of the humidor. Even if they get a humidor someday in the future Ill never buy from this owner merely on principle.

I love this place ~ so easy to get anything youre looking for with the help of very friendly staff ~ Ricki the Manager was knowledgeable, friendly and a great atmosphere! I love what theyve done to their new space! Rockn vibes ~ great prices and late hours ~

The gentlemen there were so very sweet and helpful showing me stuff I needed! They are so welcoming and when my husband and I walk in and their prices are awesome!!!

Got a disposable vape, it was defective after opening. Went back to get a replacement and because it was on sale they wouldnt do anything. Out 12 bucks for nothing, didnt even know it was on sale and screwed. Sticking to Red Star Vape instead

Employees were rude and unprofessional , went in and no one acknowledged me. as one employee was behind the counter the other was on their phone infront of the counter, I cautiously approach I thought maybe the male infront was a customer but after no interaction I realize he might be an employee so I approach and ask for what I came for and the male (Ricky?) Just mumbles we are closed it was 4 p.m. on a Saturday, so I ignore it and ask for what I wanted before I can finish the female interjects and says we dont have it so I ask for an alternative grab it and wish them a good day I hear them mocking me as I exit laughing just because they said they were trying to pass the time

I felt rushed by the dude that helped me. The girl working was very friendly and I have a feeling its just the dude that helped me that was like overly hiper demeanor and anxious to get me out. They do not close till 10 and its not even 6 yet. Also I told him I wanted a 2nd item that he never sold me. I was on my way hm when I looked in the bag and noticed this. The place however is awesome. Its huge and clean and they have a lot to purchase. I wanted to get a torch too but like I said I think he wanted me done.

Gravitate Smoke & Vape is my go-to vape shop and has been for about 2 years now. Love their vape options they have so many flavors! 👌🏽💯 The staff always helps me find a good flavor if Im not sure what I want. They are very respectful and love ma boooyyy Rick! 🔥

Definitely never coming back here again. I gave this place three chances and each time the guys working here have said something inappropriate to me as a customer. They even took my information from my ID to find me online. Top creepiest places to go to in Gilbert and is not worth going to for a smoke shop.

Great selection of vapes and glass pieces. The customer service is beyond excellent. The atmosphere is extremely positive. Its just a fantastic smoke shop if youre looking for a great place that has many options to offer based on the customers needs.

Music blaring from dudes Bluetooth speaker, him rapping, seemed to busy being to help sadly. Not very helpful but alot of selection from glass, vapes, nic juice, dab stuff, etc. Other not so good reviews make sense. Wont come back unless desperate.

Good selection, stock and prices. Nice looking store. Representatives do their jobs quickly and politely. They keep the vibe what youd expect of a cool smoke shop with music and relaxed demeanor. Reps remember me and anticipate my wants when I come in.I slightly prefer Vapor Trail when the owner is there--which is often. He is so enthusiastic and pleasant. Either one works, depending on the distance for you. Def go to Vapor Trail if Gravitate doesnt have what you want in stock, and vice versa.

My favorite Smoke shop, the guys in there are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service, and vape selections.

I go here almost daily for Kratom. They have a great selection. Love the whole crew here - the prices are great (my liquid Kratom shot is 20 dollars. When I was back in IL the same shot cost me 25). and the workers always help anyone with any questions they have. They also don’t rush you - I’ve seen them take up to 10 minutes with certain customers who had questions without seeming frustrated. They also recognize their regulars - they remember what you come in for and will actually smile look you in the eye and ask you how you’re doing today, unlike some other businesses I’ve frequented that seem like they don’t really care about anything but getting you to swipe your card. The manager is awesome too, she has a great staff and runs a great shop. Highly reccomend!

The guy working tonight was really cool and the shop seemed to have a large selection of a lot of different products. Prices weren’t bad at all. Google/maps randomly changed their hours online so they stayed open until 11 instead of closing at 10:00 which was also really nice. Will definitely be back

This is by far my favorite smoke shop!! All the employees are super knowledgeable & friendly, & they will go above & beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. They even started carrying my smokes just because I asked about it, & they have the BEST cigarette prices, which is an added bonus!! They have a great selection of glass, & Ive always been able to get everything I need from here...& even a few extra things too!! This place is the reason why I no longer need to drive to 5 different smoke shops to get everything I need!!!

VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ATTITUDE, AND BAD PRODUCT. I BOUGHT A HAPPI DISPOSABLE AND IN THE BOX THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO CHARGE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE USE. THE BATTERY DID NOT HOLD A CHARGE SO I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE AND THE TALL HEAVY SET MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNREASONABLE TO NOT EXCHANGE SOMETHING I BOUGHT THE DAY BEFORE. I DONT EVEN WANT A REFUND JUST A DISPOSABLE THAT WORKS AND HE WAS BEING VERY HOSTILE AND AND WOULDNT HELP AT ALL. I ASKED HIM IF THIS IS HOW HE TREATS ALL HIS CUSTOMERS AND PROCEEDED WITH SAYING YES I DO VERY LOUDLY.Not worried about the product or the money WE ALL NEED TO TREAT all people with respect and love one another. We got to do better.......

This is a pretty good vape shop. I like to go here because they are open later than my regular shop that I go to. They have a huge vape juice selection and it looks like they have some really good hardware too. The customer service I received was top notch. Id recommend this vape shop!

Went in today on my lunch break and was blown away by the assistance I got. Tony was insanely knowledgeable on the products they carried, took time to find out what I was looking for and made some recommendations that really helped. Definitely my new go to from now on.

I’m giving my experience a 2 because while I used to like this smoke shop, recently one of the employees who had blonde hair with colored streaks was very rude, and I did not appreciate how she handled my situation. After I left frustrated she actually walked to the door to watch me leave with a smirk on her face. Very unprofessional and If it weren’t for her specifically I would give this place a 5 star rating. But she definitely ruined my experience and I won’t be coming back.

Im not a social person, but the folks here have a way of getting you to warm up to them. Everyones friendly and relaxed. The store is always rotating theyre products so theyre usually in stock of whatever you need.

One of my favourite quick stops for the type of products sold . Not only is it clean , well kept , convenient and assessable it also has a rocking staff to go along with the unbeatable prices ! Thanks for the positive experiences!

Scott is freakin awesome! My sunglasses broke on the way in and my man literally gave me an extra pair he had out of his car. Folks like that work there and thats dope!

If I could give a zero I would… this place sells bs product. I have bought vape pens, quick fix, lighters, pipes, light up tolling trays all of which broke within a week if not a few days. Got told every time I couldn’t get my money back or an exchange! Always made out to look like I caused the error when it’s simple the trash they are selling. Only reason I go there is cause it’s close to my house. But needless to say I’d rather drive to California from here before going back to this place. Highly recommend no one to shop here!

Would recommend anyone and everyone travelling north of the 202 and towards queen creek for vape and smoking needs to come here insread!

Solid head shop, they have everything from hookah to vapes. Nat is really knowledgeable and helpful.

Been in twice and had a positive experience both times. Staff was attentive and courteous to me, an inexperienced smoker. Both purchases were also a good price.

Had a bad experience. I bought a puffco atomizer yesterday and it didnt work. Went back today to see why I would have gotten sold a broken piece and too see if anything could be done about it. It was obviously never used and basically got told to get screwed in a nice way. I wouldnt recommend this smoke shop to anyone way too sketchy...

Gravitate has a huge selection of glass at prices that rival Amazon.I was ready to compromise for the sake of cost but instead I got exactly what I really wanted at a much lower price than I expected to pay.

I tell you what. Im in the Customer Service business and these people blow me away every time I go in there. So polite, looking out for what I purchase and making sure I always have my smokes and Kratom in stock. Thank you guys!

Customer service is friendly enough but honestly the staff is not knowledgeable at all when it comes to vaping and dont bother wasting your time buying anything associated with vaping there because it will be broken I dont know how many hundreds of dollars that thrown away in this place and its partially my fault for returning there but everything I have purchased has been broken in one way or another right down to the coils Im officially washing my hands of this place and well never be returning again

Sells expired vape juice, make sure you check the date before purchasing.Update 11/20: Still selling expired vape juice, will not refund or exchange. Over 4 months expired as of writing, please just go elsewhere to buy your products. If the inferior product isnt enough to put you off, maybe the price gouging will be.

Woman who works there is very rude, unprofessional, and hot tempered. That’s all I gotta say.

I hope this isnt a frequent occurrence for them because it seems like a nice shop, but I tried to go get some juice today around 4:10 and there was a sign saying be back in 5 minutes up and another couple waiting, they ultimately left and I waited until about 4:17 before I left as well, and there were a few others that came and went as well.
