EDIT: My sister informed me that the dry and obviously bitter employee hadn’t been at that location in a while. I decided, what the heck, it’s closer and she said the new guy was awesome.What a relief it was to see that management got someone in there who actually just wants to be a decent human and help us get our smoke on. 🤣Brewer was amazing, and his customer service more than made up for my bad experiences with the last associate.————I’d give ZERO stars if I could.I used to live in Tempe, and regularly visited the McClintock and Broadway location, where I was always greeted kindly, and treated with respect and humor, my favorite kind of people! However, after recently moving to Chandler, and visiting the Alma School and Ray location, not once but four times since moving, and every time I went alone the worker was a white male, working nights, long brown hair I think, and he has a terrible attitude, and has clearly never actually learned what it takes to provide good customer service. I own a business, and if my employees treated a client like this, I’d be extremely disappointed and unhappy that my client left feeling the way I did, again, not once but multiple times.My last visit, and it will absolutely be my last, and the last of everyone in my family, I got there a few minutes before close. I get it, it’s late, however, I walked in, right as someone else walked out, with their products. The door was unlocked, open sign on, everything lit up. Not even a hello, I’m sorry, but this guy just looks at me and says, “I’m not accepting anymore sales,” with an extremely rude tone. I can’t help but think that this is related to my first two visits, where he was extremely rude to me for seemingly no reason, or maybe he got mad that I forgot my ID in the car, and just hasn’t gotten over it, that’s the only reason I can think that he would be so rude, unless he’s just like that with all of your customers. What’s funny though, is the one time I went in with my boyfriend he was extremely polite, and friendly. If he’s management, I can’t imagine how employees feel having to deal with his dry tone, lack of respect, and overall disregard for others. If he’s an employee, I can’t imagine why management has kept him around. 0/5 stars, would not recommend. Go somewhere else, RJ’s, anything but here if you live in Chandler.

Have gone in several times, have had great consultation and help from an employee under the name Jaime. Helped me a lot with what I was looking for made my stop very easy and quick! Definitely would come again hopefully can heave Jaime’s help again

Loads of bongs on the wall but only about 5 or 6 different styles. Pretty sure whoever decided 90% of their glassware should be their own brand but that persons huffing their own farts. Get a wider selection of glass...

HORRIBLE customer service white chick in the counter doesn’t even greet customers as a customer service rep I am ashamed of this type of people not only that but stared at me up and down without saying a word just to ask for my ID I went back to my car to get it and decided to leave to another smoke shop keeping this type of employees will not only make you look bad as a business but loose customers, never going back to this location!

Bought a vape there wasnt even able to use it every time you hit it it would just burn for 45 seconds. Took it back and they refuse to trade in a defective product. Ive been to plenty other stores that will take it back and send it back to manufacturer. Go somewhere that takes care of their customers. Stay away.

This is the only smoke shop Ill go to in Chandler. The staff are so chill and friendly and always make me feel welcome and they have everything I need. I drive out of my way past dozens of other smoke shops just to go here. Love this place!

This was by far the best smoke shop I have ever been to. The shop itself was spotless with all the glassware and pieces arranged beautifully so that everything available was in clear sight while remaining organized. This shop was able to accomplish that with A LOT of various products available so I was very excited walking in and seeing the selection.To add on to that, the customer service my boyfriend and I received from speaking with Sam was PHENOMENAL! He was amazing and hooked us up with a good deal for an great piece. We left the store with way more than we had expected, especially since we were kinda just going for fun and to check it out. After speaking with Sam and hearing about the deal he could give us though, we just couldn’t refuse! Sam, I hope your reading this because you deserve to know how great you are! You 100% made the night for my boyfriend and I ☺️

Wonderful experience shopping for a gift on my Moms birthday! Sam came through with 2 amazing pieces for her and gave me a smoking deal! I’d give more stars if I could, the shop itself was very clean and had an extensive selection but the customer service was out of this world!

I was on the phone talking when I walked inside Sky High Smoke Shop for the first time today and was taken back by how nice this store was! Very impressed... displays were neat nicely displayed, the lighting and glass was clean and the owner and employee were so nice and helpful! The store had everything from vegan pre rolls, really nice hookahs to even good snacks and beverages.This smoke shop is one of the best I have seen in Arizona this far. If you are in the Chandler/ Tempe area and looking for your smoke needs and accessories Sky High Smoke Shop is worth the one stop shop.. Definitely will be my regular go to store!

I know we all have bad days, but there is an obnoxiously rude little girl that works there who has a habit of making customers feel very uncomfortable. Went to Star smoke shop down the street and they told me it is a story they hear too often...Dude at Star almost called them to thank them for the business it happens so much!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! This smoke shop is the best! Everything in the shop is shining, with not a speck of dust or fingerprint in sight. Great glass selection, left with a rig & a few accessories. Found something a little out of my price range but Sam was the man and hooked me up! Love this place; can’t wait to be back!

First time in this SkyHigh and I was pretty impressed with the staff. Cassana talked me into a new brand of vape even though I was skeptical- she knows her stuff for sure! Flavor was spot on. Lost Mary’s disposable vape Watermelon flavor reminds me of the Bubbalicious bubble poppin’ ‘90s! So good. Boy friend really liked the Pineapple Mango as well. High 5 to Darren for being patient with me as I kept adding and taking away items! Great experience, new favorite vape shop

I have been to a few sky high shops, but this was my first time at the chandler sky high. Sam greeted us immediately and provided the most excellent customer service. His shop has a wide variety of smoke products. Overall we left smiling!

BEWARE: They sell expired wraps and refuse to refund. I asked to check the other wraps on the shelf, they were expired too. Then the worker put them back on the shelf to sell to someone else. Crazy

Just purchased a cube vape yesterday. Tried it. Worked fine. Took 15 puffs and it tasted like the entire coil was burned. It’s the second time this has happened. First time I took it in the manager returned it after 3 days. this time I had the female manager who wears the hat backwards and she told me I’m stuck with it. But was just rude about it. The manager last time, cool as hell. She could use a business course or two. So they sell me a defective product that they can return to Cube and get their money back and she refuses to take it back. That, literally; is the dumbest thing I’ve ever experienced.I’ve been coming here for a while now. Tonight is the last time I’ll be stepping foot in there.

Dont ever go to to this location ever you spend money there they dont care they dont care about you being a customer so why bother giving them your money I bought a torch for 21 bucks and it didnt even torch it came out like a lighter all I wanted to do was exchange it and all they could say was sorry well I hope youre sorry was worth the $500 I spent every couple weeks in there

I’ve been going to sky high for years. Started at southern and mill. Usually frequent the baseline and Alma school one. But, i decided to check this one out. The guy didn’t say anything to me at all, no greeting like hi or nothing. He wasn’t wearing a mask nor did he require the two other customers to wear them. Just awful. Smh definitely not the level of I’m used to seeing in Sky highs locations.

Decided to give a second chance on this smoke shop, was looking to buy a rig set up & a jar. Didnt get acknowledge for about 5-10 minutes not even a hey Ill be right with you. Left emptied handed again. Definitely not coming back
