Had a great experience my first time there. Lisa was awesome and had me hooked up with a new MOD and some really good peppermint house flavor. She set everything up for me! I walked out of the shop vaping on my new device within five minutes of getting there and I spent way less money than I expected! Will definitely come back!

Lisa is so informative on all of the products and is all around great help with all selections of devices, tanks and juices. Normally I stay away from house juices but everything I have had was amazing! Truly a great store for everyone and great prices.They also allow you to build points on your account without spamming you through email.

I’ve been to many different vapor shops and this is the only one I’ve found where they treat you with respect. The customer service I’ve received here is outstanding and I’m so happy to have the shop near home. Lisa and Cody are very nice and helpful, their music choice in the shop is tier one as well. They deserve 6 stars!

Lisa was the employee that help me and she was super awesome and super helpful. My mom and brother come in here a lot and she knows them as well. They have a huge selection of liquids and different brands to choose from and a very good reward system I would highly recommend coming in and checking out what they have

Ive been purchasing from vapor etc since they opened. I stopped about 6-7 months ago. The quality of the new employees arent that good. I normally would shop at the Phoenix location, but they were always out of everything. The staff changes very often, and they arent helpful anymore. Its a shame, I really liked this place.

Super sad to see the Chandler location being shut down! Yall may want to put a sign on your door or SOMETHING so customers know you guys are closed for Good. They still have the phx location over by Biltmore. I dont vape, but my boyfriend does and the workers here are awesome. Nice, attentive, quick, staff remembers repeat customers by name and also remember what items they purchase, have a great rewards system and have reasonable prices on everything to boot! !

I love Vapor ETC! They have great juices and they are very friendly. I have been into some other vapor stores that has everyone smoking in them and you can barely breathe but both of the Vapor ETC that i have been in (Ray rd and Casa Grande) have not been like that at all. They also help you and dont look at you stupid if youre not sure what you need or how to use something. You guys are the best!

Id bought a fairly expensive (for me) vape pen ~$50 about 3 months ago from this place. Worked very well for 2 and 3/4 months then suddenly quit, tried charging but the battery no longer holds a charge. I went in today at 5pm a the kid with a beard asks if he could help me. I tell him the story...and he looks at me like Im suddenly disturbing him and says so what do you expect me to do. Then before I can ask if he could look at it he takes it and said we no longer sell these and if they did itd be too bad anyway because the warranty is only for 30 days. He then dismisses me by turning away and talking to his friend. I could not even ask if it was my fault due to operator error. I cannot recommend this place if this is the kind of people who work here!

Im supper happy I stoped in today... Katie If I got your name,right verry knowledgeable about your vape shop and supper happy I got,the right,coil been,looking for a while... Thank,you for your help she changed out my coil and saved my juice did not spill one little bit... In and out in less then 3,mins great place,good size alot of house flavors and clean and smells good bot like stale smoke. If you need a vape or juice just have a question stop in and ask away she will be more then happy to help... Thank you again...

I came into the store late and even though I know Lisa was probably wanting to leave she was still energetic and extremely hepful. I definitely recommend this vape store especially because Lisa was willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thank you lisa

This place is the business. If you need anything relating to a Vape, these guys will help you out. Codey is the Best! He fixed my vape free of charge! Definitely worth the stop.

Overcharged 20.00 for CBD oil. Went back for refund or return. Associate didnt know how to issue one so to make it right took my number down and promised me a free 30.00 jar of CBD. Its been 2 weeks no call. Im done with this place. Enjoy my 20 bucks...

Would give 0 if I could. I showed up to the store at 5:15 PM on my lunch break and see a sign hung from the door that says will return at 5:10 so you were already late when I got here. Im still outside the shop now at 5:30 and no one has showed up. Will never be back and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from here. This is complete BS, thanks for wasting my entire lunch break. Returning to work now without juice because of these idiots.

The chick at the desk was super friendly! Didnt catch her name though.Pricing on the house juices are pretty hard to beat, as well.Ill definitely be back!

I went to the store today, they said they open at 10 but the gate was closed and the sign was off at 10:10. I tried to call to see if anyone was there and no one answered. While waiting, I watched 3 additional customers come, see they were closed and leave. Its important that they open on time, some people are working around their own schedule and should be able to depend on it. On a side note, the employees are always kind and courteous.

Lisa is so great! Shes bubbly and cheerful and very well informed about the products she is selling. Love Vapor ETC and love this location!

Love this place, nice rewards point program, email receipts, lots of flavors. Tanner has extremely helpful, even fixing my tank after damaging it. Also place is very clean.

The fine people who work here are very intelligent and compassionate. They got me setup to successfully quit smoking cigarettes. Thank-you!

Good while it lasted. This location has been shuttered with no indication if theyve moved, thrown in the towel, etc. Weird.

Nice little smoke shop, they sell my CBD cartridges for a decent price.

Unfortunately it looks like this place has closed. I wondered about that when their inventory got low and never seemed to be replenished. You have customers email addresses....you could have sent a notification that you are going out of business.
