I have been going twice a month for several months now and could not be happier with the staff and overall experience, however the reason for the review is to highlight the outstanding massages I receive from Chantal. I have a rare autoimmune condition that affects my nerves and the best I ever feel in terms of mobility and circulation is when I leave my massage treatment from Chantal. She has a true gift and has been a real blessing.

Dont do the membership. Its just one more place scheming for money. I had an appointment for Monday....got sick Sunday...called to tell them. I had just become a member the month before. I would have driven there when I felt better to leave a tip for my massage therapist. However they would charge you a full credit or $40.00 for a missed appointment. I wasnt a no show ..I wasnt going to leave the therapist high and dry. I should have just gone in sick. Thats the message.

ALLEN IS AMAZING!!! I’ve have been to many massage places but this one tops them all. Allen is very skilled in what he does. He took his time, hit every spot and made me feel safe, relaxed and comfortable! I highly recommend him! I will be back!

Had a wonderful first experience here. Angie and Celeste at the front desk were super kind and welcoming! My hour long massage with Allen was wonderful. He was super professional and attentive to what I needed and I left feeling much better. I will definitely be back!

Highly Disappointed, would not recommend if you are someone who regularly goes to get massages. I have paid up to $200 in a single hour session in NYC & I came out feeling like a brand new person. Zero tension in my muscles, calm, relaxed & in full zen. However the service that I received today on my birthday from Allen was by far one of the worst massage services I’ve ever received. Within 15 minutes I asked if there was anything else he was going to do as he kept doing the same exact up & down motion. No technique or anything it just felt like he was petting me, zero effort when I asked for medium pressure.It was as if he was using one hand and had the other hand on his cell phone & was preoccupied. After another 15 minutes I got up to leave as the petting did not stop to which I have NEVER done that before but I could not stand it any longer. Also I still had to pay for the awful services. Terrible

I was a monthly member here. When I decided to not renew, they refused to honor any of my credits from previous months. I was told as long as your membership is inactive due to non-payment, no credits are available. If you have already charged me in prior months, and I have stored up credits- I should be able to use them.

The therapist was good however when I went for my introductory rate they offered me a promotion and then when I went to use it they told me thats not one of their promotions. When I asked to speak to the person who offered it of course they are no longer there so they will not honor it.

I requested to freeze my membership and was assured over the phone it would be paused until I decided to unfreeze. However, today I received a poorly written message informing me that my membership had been unfrozen after just 2 months, and I would lose my 10 credits if I didnt continue the account. This lack of communication and abrupt change felt like a waste of money, compounded by the unprofessional use of excessive capitalization in the message. I wont be returning or recommending this establishment due to the disappointing customer service experience.

Well ladies and gentleman, I had a great experience today with my massage therapist Alvin. He was so professional, made me feel comfortable, and I could feel him flushing the toxins out of my muscles. The toxins didn’t stand a chance. This was my second time with Alvin. The reason I joined the membership was because when Alvin gave me my first massage, I noticed that over time, I was feeling better and better. I had more energy and was more productive at work. My HSA includes massages, and I think they must know something about the health benefits of massage.

I’ve been coming here on and off for over 10 years. I’ve had a membership for the past year & 1/2. I have had many massages from different therapists here and my favorite by far is Alvin. I wanted to cancel my membership and get something a little closer to my home. However, he does his job so well, I will not be cancelling now! Thanks, Alvin!

I had recently visited for a massage and that was amazing, the front desk staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I called in regards to canceling my membership due to attending school and not much spare time to visit. I had spoken to three different staff members on different days and they all explained that Sherri would be in contact to assist me. She never contacted me on all three times that they collected my “name and number”. Still no call back from Sherri and I now have been charged since it has carried over into the next month. Last I spoke with Clariese and she said some really rude things. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I just had a wonderful massage experience. From the very beginning, Angie was very helpful with getting me and my friend in for last minute appointments with Bailey for my birthday. Honestly, it was one of the highlights of my birthday. I type all day for work and she really knew which muscles to target to leave me feeling relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend Bailey and this location!

I was a member here a decade ago when I lived in town. I came back a month ago for a massage and it was ok. This time they booked me over the phone the same way I had before and never told me the new rate of $230 for 90 min massage which is crazy until after it was over. I called the next day to see if it was a mistake and a rude woman said the prices went up and that I must have been focusing on intro rates. I explained I was just there a month ago and no new prices were given to me & they knew I don’t live in the area and would be a non member. After she hung up on me I checked the website and the only way you would ever see this pricing is if you clicked the book online option which obviously I called to book by phone. I tipped 25% because I’m always generous and after I said that and they ran my card they said that was $300. I arrived 30 min early for the massage so anyone could’ve told me about the new prices at any time but they didn’t. They also had a sign saying free foot scrub with purchase of 90 min massage which I didn’t get and never saw until checked out. This place has a lot to learn about customer service and how to price things in line with competitors. I haven’t paid $300 even at 5 star resorts for a much nicer place and better Maasage. Just ridiculous.

I would not recommend Massage Heights Stonecrest.I made a 1:30 appointment and had both text and email confirmation of the time. Apparently their web system changed my appointment to 1:00. I was never called or told about the time change. I was reminded multiple times that I was “late” and the front desk was not helpful to correct this error on their end. My massage was cut short and they did not give a partial refund for time lost. This was not relaxing and stressful.This was a prenatal massage. I asked that the focus be my back. I hardly received an upper or lower back massage.I would not spend my time or money here again.

Great location, very accommodating with a scheduled, and always feel great when I leave. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, awesome serene ambiance, and calming vibe.I do their special rate plan for 12 months which is a great value. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I both will never recommend massage heights. Had to cancel an appointment for a medical emergency rushing my daughter to doctor and they insist on charging for her cancelled appointment. She got hit in the eye. Tell me how was she supposed to attend her appointment. Money hungry business.

The quality of the massage was highly professional. This review is for their administration. Will not be coming back.I would leave a note to be careful of time and to get there early. They can take up to 10 minutes for their consultation which means that a massage is 10 minutes shorter than advertised.They seem to offer a no refund policy. So if you are late or take a while with the consultation that will be included in your time. I recommend asking for a rebooking in that case as they do not seem to be proactive with supporting you.The management is also aggressive. I asked for a discount because I got a 15 minute massage as they were closing. It was an understandable situation due to my naiveness but they chose to capitalise on this which was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore instead of communicating that they offer no refunds or to rebook they consistently implied that I was dishonest and that there was nothing I could do about it. I thought this was unprofessional as I had called to just inquire about my situation and was left violated as a dishonest person.Though to be fair I guess this is standard for the massage industry. I hope that this can be better communicated in the future.

Absolutely love this place! I go to relax and get a little bit of self care in, and they deliver every single time. The front desk is welcoming and the Massage Therapist always give perfect massage and experience! I definitely recommend.

I saw Allen today and it was the best massage I have ever received. My service was 90 minutes and included the hot stone and facial elevations, and breathe aromatherapy. I was recommended this by the front desk and was not steered incorrectly!! The front desk was also very polite and professional. I had a membership with another spa in the past and have decided to begin a membership with Massage Heights. Can’t wait to come back!

Friendly staff, great first time service deal, clean rooms, calming atmosphere, and they handled a guest acting inappropriate in a different room in a professional manner. I also was happy that the front desk people didnt shove their membership program down my throat. She explained it to me quickly, and that was that. Its actually making me think more seriously about joining.If you need a deep tissue massage, ask for Isaac. Hes great. Managed his time really well. No rushing towards the end of the session because he lost track of time. Perfect.

I am from out of state and have a membership with Massage Heights. I booked with Chloe and she has been the best masseuse I’ve ever had. My back was so tight and she helped me tremendously. I loved her technique! I will definitely rebook with her when I’m back in town! Also, the front desk staff are beyond sweet and helpful.

I had a really bad experience with the Massage Heights in Charlotte, as they are all individually owned and the other locations do not assist each other. They directed me to the corporate office that was less than helpful. Be very careful about joining as a member of Massage Heights as they will take advantage of you, if possible.

The gift card bonuses are restricted and not refundable. I was sold something that was not what was told to us. Essentially the bonuses are to get new customers to join and expire, they cannot be used as true gift cards. Called to see what solution would be available, but was told gift cards are non-refundable. I learned the hard way, but dont make the same mistake.

Took my husband here for Father’s Day! He loved it! I was able to book the appointment on the same day which was incredibly convenient being that most times and places were booked for massages on Father’s Day! Will be booking again in the future :) thank you again

The best massage of my life ... and I have been fortunate to have had over 50 massages over the past decade. I was greeted at the front desk by Morgan, who was extremely efficient in getting me checking in as well as comfortably set up for my appointment. Morgan was super friendly and sweet. When I was brought back, the room was clean, smelled like essential oils, and large. The temperature of the room was comfortable for disrobing. The massage bed was extremely comfortable - the right combination of firm that still allows your body to relax and sink into it. Christine was my masseuse/therapist and it was my first experience there. She was PHENOMENAL, folks. I cannot state this enough. Christine focused on my problem areas as I requested with the perfect pressure of deep tissue massage. She was soothing when she spoke to me, but mostly let me rest. In other experiences at other places, I have sometimes had masseuses who want to talk the whole time - and while I understand, my goal is to relax and decompress, not talk. Christine seemed to intuitively understand this and made me feel comfortable to just be silent for those 90 minutes I so rarely get to myself. I dozed off into a deep state of relaxation, with the aromatherapy oozing into my skin coupled with Christines massage techniques that helped the injured spots on my body and hardened knots in my muscles to break down. She also helped relieve some of the deeper tissue massage moments with rubbing gentle circles around my body. Additionally, she focused on pressure points to release the tension in my neck and back. As someone who frequently gets headaches, it was wonderful to have a head massage to help that pain subside. I felt as though I was on cloud 9 after my massage and immediately signed up for a monthly membership! I hope to return at least once a month and I will basically only ask for Christine because I felt she truly understood what my body needed and she was an extraordinarily skilled masseuse! I have never had a massage like this and Ive gone to some ridiculously expensive spas before. Those prices are not worth it, based on this experience. I think its rare to find someone who helps your body release the pain it experiences daily - I know for example it took me about 5 years to find the right physical therapist - and this is the same feeling I got when I finished my session with Christine. It was like, Finally, someone who can help me with this terrible pain that plagues me for hours a day! - So please, go to Massage Heights and ask for Christine. Thanks!

Do not sign up for a membership here. After many attempts at a cancellation due to moving, they continue to charge my card for several months. They continue to tell me that they have cancelled my account, but are still charging me. Please do not get trapped.

Be very careful when using the online booking feature. I booked online for a next day appointment and when the system booked me in for a same day appointment instead, a called to try to get it fixed via telephone. I was informed that I was being charged for the session as I was not permitted to do a same-day cancellation. However, I was not trying to do a same-day cancellation I was trying to make an appointment for the next day! Needless to say they would not work with me. They cited that their therapists work on commission, which I totally understand. However, as an owner I would think it would be good business practice to accommodate your member given the booking problem and compensate your therapist accordingly, in order to retain the membership stream overtime. Unfortunately, they have left me as a member. There are lots of great massage studios out there as alternatives.

Massage therapist was great. But I wont be going back. There was a bit of sticker shock at check-out. I did a 90-minunte massage and added the $20 hot stone option. At check-out I was charged $250! Obviously there was some poor communication (or poor understanding on my part) about their introductory vs member vs non-member pricing. MH should have been a lot more clear upfront. Cant help but feel a lot of buyers remorse here due to their unclear pricing and murky language. The front desk should have confirmed the rates going in so I would have known.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage. Instead I was placed with someone who specializes in Swedish massages. I informed the front desk staff about the issue after the massage, and they informed me that management would reach out to me. The next day, I was contacted by a manager and instead of refunding me, they tried to get me to come back to spend another $90 for a massage, stating that this is their first time rate, and they would do me this favor. I will get my money back, even if I have to escalate this. They knowingly placed me with someone that did not specialize in what I paid for. Take some accountability, and refund me. You will continue to hear from me until I receive a refund. Period.Update. After the response left below by staff, I called and they still refused to offer me any compensation. Instead they are still trying to get me to come in to spend more money and get a massage at the first time rate. This is no way to treat your clients. The response given by the staff member is deceiving. They did not take care of anything. Do not go to this place. Read the reviews and you will see there are other people who experienced the same thing as me.

I went there to purchase gift cards and the front desk attendant, Jessica, was great! She was welcoming, funny, and very kind. I have also received massages here and they were great! I love that aromatherapy is a part of it.

My first time at Massage Heights Stonecrest, however, my 4 star rating is for the therapist that was assigned to me. His name is Isaac and he was fabulous. I am an athlete, primarily a cyclist and I requested deep tissue. and I mean deep deep tissue. He was very intuitive about the muscles involved with cycling: glutes, lower back, sides of back, upper back. He was able to zero on the knots and work them out. Another extremely positive for him is that I had signed up for a 90 minute massage and when we got close to 60 minutes, he said it may be better for your muscles to rest as opposed to me working them further, so I agreed and he spent the last 5 minutes on my feet. He would have earned more had he kept my 1.5 hour appointment but instead, he looked out for me, the customer and did what he thought was right for me. He is a terrific guy. I will definitely go back. KUDOS TO ISAAC. You are now my guy.

As a visitor to Charlotte with acute pain from travel I called and booked a 90 minute massage. This was the only place with a live reception team and they were great! My therapist, Michael, was thorough in his assessment and gifted in his execution of my massage. If I were local, I would book standing appointments! If you want quality, look no further.

I love!! The ambiance of this place. The host are kind and welcoming. But most importantly!! The massage I received on today was the absolute best I have ever had in my life. Simply put!! She actually targeted the areas I needed worked, she didn’t rush at all. Christine Varela deserves some type of trophy and a raise.

I am a member of Massage Heights and normally go to the Matthews location which I love. I woke up with neck spasms so I had to make an emergency appointment. My normal therapist was booked so I called other locations. The receptionist at the Rea Rd location was very knowledgeable about the specialties of the staff. She scheduled me with Sarah. Sarah is phenomenal. She takes special care to provide a spa experience, but is skilled in massage and stretch techniques to provide much needed relief. I can move my neck and head again. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed with the level of professionalism. The lady at the front desk was so nice. My therapist was so AMAZING! Ive been to other spa type places for massage, but this is my favorite. I love how they build relationships with their customers to make me feel special.

After a crazy workout with my clients I love going to see my therapist to work out all the muscle soreness with a great sports massage. My therapist spends some extra time on my feet so I love doing a 90 minute massage. I definitely recommend Massage Heights Stonecrest. Absolutely amazing experience from my first call talking to the front desk staff, check in process, and massage!!! I have received many massages as a college athlete and this was hands down the best massage ever!! I went in with tension and a migraine; I have a hard time relaxing and am not always the easiest to massage. I left pain free and refreshed!! I could not be happier and I cannot wait to go back!

I have been going here for the last year. I received my monthly massage as a gift. Hands down my favorite one! All of the staff is so friendly and inviting. They provide a very calm and relaxing environment. They have different types of massages and essential oils available. You work with your therapist to find the best type of massage that works for you. Really happy with the level of service and care they have provided.

A few weeks ago I visited Message Heights at StoneCrest. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. My therapist was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I simply informed her of my concerns and she did a such a great job accommodating my needs. At the end of my session she made sure to discuss her findings and make recommendations for when I return home. I will definitely recommend Message Heights at StoneCrest to my family and friends.

My first massage was wonderful and exactly what I needed. Lauren was amazing and I will definitely be a regular on her schedule. The staff are polite, professional and give great energy as soon as you walk in the door.

The front staff that greets you is very welcoming and helpful. I go here regularly for deep tissue massages. I enjoy sitting in the quiet room for a few minutes before my massage because it is very peaceful and helps me to relax. Their retail products are a little pricey so I havent splurged on any yet; however, they use the scents during my massage and they are wonderful.

I’ve had two massages here (Danielle and a different lady) in the past 2 months. Both were great and relaxing.I would recommend that the employees not having massages that walk up and down the hall to not have loud conversations as people are trying to enjoy their massages.I did have a question about my paperwork/contract and Natalie answered my question and corrected the charge.

Don’t patronize me and act like I haven’t tried reaching out kindly and respectfully to discuss my reasons for the review, which you have ignored twice.

I called to schedule an appointment for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I was scheduled with a therapist who specializes in Swedish Massage, which was not disclosed to me until I was in the therapy room. I was told it would be OK. Once inside I asked the therapist personally for deep tissue, focusing on my spine, and some on the hamstring area. The therapist mentioned their specialty in Swedish Massage, but also affirmed that what I had requested would be delivered competently.As the massage progressed I was aware that the treatment was of the Swedish kind, but thought the therapist might be warming me up before the more pointed deeper massage began. I was disappointed. Concerned, I began to request more pressure 20-30 minutes into the session. But for a very few minutes of deeper pressure (5 maybe?) it never came.I asked for more pressure 4-5 times, and it was never really delivered. I was told that 1) men generally cannot withstand the pressure that women can. 2) I was told that smaller women were the best at delivering it. 3) Hot rocks were offered as an alternative (a special that was being promoted).The therapist was pleasant. I suppose that the Swedish Massage I received would be regarded as competent if that was what I needed or wanted.The therapist did not deliver the deep tissue I needed and requested numerous times, both before and during the session. A wasted effort.Im not a complainer. I paid. I heard the marketing pitch. I wont be back.

Definitely disappointed! Front desk staff not polite nor helpful. I asked for them to give feedback to management and they said they wouldn’t. I’ve been s member for 9 years and have come for my final massage. I booked massage for friend am myself, both long term members, and they charged me way too much! You would think some loyal membership discount could have been given. No, that’s why you will lose good members and therapists. Sad to end this way!

Really is an easy place to get massages. Great parking, easy to get to. Friendly staff and trained therapist. I have experienced several of the therapists and all were highly trained professionals. Great receptionists and Admin staff. Sometimes hard to book appointment in the short term, but if you leave a week or so, very easy.

Chloe did an excellent job! Attentive to my needs and targeted those areas very well. Highly recommend seeing her!

I became a member in December 2012 and look forward to my massage every month. The Stonecrest group is friendly, courteous and helpful. The massage is very therapeutic for me, loosening up tense muscle buildup from work. I highly recommend anyone that is interested in doing something special for themselves or others to look into this special service!

I came into this place with a horrible migraine. The massage therapist (Mike) was very educated about my situation.He took the time to explain alot of things to me that I didnt know about migraines. He was very professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with migraines or any other ailments with pain. It was a wonderful experience.

Massage heights at Stonecrest has a great atmosphere. The staff was very professional, victoria and Alandra at the front desk were very pleasant. Eugene, one of the therapist, Help greatly with my back and muscle issues. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had great mannerisms.

Massage Heights Stonecrest has a very serene atmosphere from the moment you enter their doors and greeted by the most pleasant professional staff. I have tried numerous massage therapist via other avenues but nothing compares to the service provided at Massage Heights. Having degenerative discs in my neck it is difficult to find massage therapists that understand the condition and can provide relief. They can customize the massage to whatever is needed on a particular visit. The different elevations offered such as hot stone therapy are an added bonus. Josh and Boa are wonderful!

It is relaxing from the time you walk through the doors. Soft music, dim lights, and cool water set the mood as you wait for your therapist. Nancy is very knowledgeable and committed to giving you the best experience possible. I highly recommend the hot stone elevation. I went for a one time experience to work out some stress and now I come back each month.

Massage Heights at Stonecrest offers the best experience you are going to find. I have tried many different places offering massage but all seem to fall short in one way or another. Massage Heights Stonecrest gives you the total experience! From the moment you walk in you will feel the tranquility. Natalie, the Regional Manager, promised services that the offices do not have access to service customers with. She has been avoiding my calls for the last two months, will not resolve the issues and continues to charge me for a service that is not offered by the company. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Do not get a membership here, you will be let down. They schedule appointments months in advance and cancel with less than 5 hours of the appointment with no other specialists available to replace the applointment! Will never go here again!

I was greeted by a welcoming and professional staff who made me feel special throughout my visit. Bao was absolutely excellent and targeted those deep tissue areas that needed attention. She knew exactly how to get my tightened muscles to loosen up and begin to relax. The hot stones were amazing and the reviving foot scrub was heavenly. For 90 minutes I felt as though I floated off into another zone and enjoyed every minute. This was long overdue and I will be going back as often as possible.

First time going here, i needed a massage desperately! I was taken to the back for the massage on time, the ambiance was relaxing. My masseuse did a great job, came out feeling relaxed

Its on and off when you get a person who can massage well. My gf complains of people not massaging strong enough. For myself, it is good since I do not need deep tissue. Atmosphere is great. Everyone is nice.

Jena is my go to therapist. From day 1 we discussed tension areas I wanted to focus on that I hold stress. She went above and beyond to make it a relaxing experience while working on me and to last after I left. I typically book an evening appt and leave feeling a great release of stress and relaxed muscles. If you don’t have a specified therapist, you must consider booking with Jena.

I have been a member at Massage Heights Stonecrest for quite some time now and they just do a great job. The staff is so nice and friendly and very helpful. It is always so relaxing and helps with all the aches and pains. I highly recommend this experience for anyone.

Had a session with Ben and it was the BEST massage EVER! perfect pressure. I ussually get deep tissue everywhere else and leave feeling sore for days. After a Deep tisue with Ben I wasnt sore at all, I was relaxed and he FIXED the pain in my neck and shoulder. The girls at the front dest were also very good! they were sweet and personable. I went to Massage Hights with a gift card and left a member. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Facility is cleam and calming! Great experience!!

Definately not a new customer, and they DONT provide Same day services. schedule your pain relief in the future and not when your body actually need relief seems to be the trend these days. Oh its just how it is and its your fault as a customer to want same day services....

Lois is an amazing massage therapist! She applies perfect pressure, addresses any issues (knots, tight muscles, etc). I would recommend her over and over again!

Massage Heights Stonecrest is the best of the MH locations in the Charlotte area. Their staff are the most professional and I have found the therapists to be the best at this location too. I highly recommend buying a membership to MH, it has helped me incorporate massage therapy into my lifestyle and has helped me enjoy the many benefits of massage therapy.

Even though my experience was not great I will leave 3 stars because Ive only been once and it could have been bad luck. Nevertheless I did not enjoy my massage because the person was very very aggressive. I even had to stop her a few times. It just was not enjoyable. Front office staff was very friendly though.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBER!!!!!!This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They talk you into a contract swearing that once you fulfill it you can end with them. IT IS A LIE. They keep your card information and they bill you. When the contract is over they refuse to stop billing your card. They lie and say you will not be billed. The only way to get it to end is to get a new credit/debit card. They lie and cause lots of bank fees. Do not give them your information the service is not worth it. When you call for help, it takes 3-5 phone calls to actually get a response about an issue. Only trust them with cash or you will regret it!!!!!They are dishonest theives!!!!!!!!

Did not give me the refund, as said over phone. They continued to try to charge my card. Thank gawd, my card declined the extra charges. Have yet to receive my money quoted

Untrustworthy. I dont know if they cover it up or just do not check on the status of their employees license, but I was given a massage by someone who was on probation and they were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assume responsibility when an incident occurred to where I felt uncomfortable. Please, do not do your business here.

Dont go here. The owners are hucksters. They have some good therapists, but the contracts are a scam. Dont sign anything. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU STOP GOING. THIS PLACE IS OUTRAGEOUS.
