I went there today and all I can say is great experience! Its been a long time for me and the improvement in the technology has made great progress. I am trying to move away from cigars and the trip today was so worth it. I wanted something economical and low maintenance but still powerful. I got what I came for far above expectation. They care about what they do here and it shows.I would like to say a special thanks to David. He definitely took the time to answer every question. Also a inspirational story of how he and his wife quit smoking and now only vape. I am trying to talk my girlfriend in to the same thing. They even have a program where you can get 15% off if you bring in a pack and quit. Great shop and good people my kind of place.Also I got a LGID mini something they make its portable, low maintenance change cartridges only, also only 20 dollars, and its definitely worth every penny. Economical but powerful and tons of flavors to choose from so the toughest part is deciding what to try but David even helped with that to. You can sample anything they have with a one dollar membership again worth it.I typically dont write reviews that often but I felt it was warranted in this case. Also again a special thanks to David promote that guy. Great experience I highly recommend going if you get the chance.

My experience here has been amazing. I’ve been to the shop 4 times and each time I was greeted instantly. LUKE and PAIGE are very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect flavor profile for me. Go here for your vape kits and customized juice. 👌🏽👌🏽

I went there yesterday with my wife and had a great experience. Customer service was amazing. I can’t remember exactly the name of the assistant manager, Dave?Luke? but he was super friendly. I normally don’t like going to Vape stores but he made us feel at home. We had a very interesting conversation, the guy knows his stuff. I will be coming back again for sure.

Megan is awesome! I walked it with limit knowledge of the product, and left with degree in vaporizing. He has a very friendly and sweet personality. Her customer service skills are outstanding! I would recommend AVAIL VAPOR to anyone I know! I am her customer forever!

Awesome first visit. Quality is superb. Staff is excellent, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended vape shop. To pricey for my liking, but you get what you pay for. Ill be a regular. Insane flavors of e-liquids. Thank you.

Visiting the store was a remarkable and pleasurable experience.The manager Megan has done an awesome job and the store is beautiful. When people enter a business they want to be treated with respect and also be assured that the person youre speaking to ----knows the business and this is a plus in this store.But the most exceptional thing about this store is the staff and the customer service Andrew was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me so much with an issue I had with my Vape I experienced a week agoThen I also had the opportunity to speak with Dave on the phone because I was confused about the operation of my vape and he spent an hour on the phone being patient with me and providing such excellent service on the phone did help me with my problem so I would not have to come into the store again in onedayI had the opportunity to meet Megan many months ago when my son convinced me to stop smoking and go to using a Vape after a heart attack.She is very customer oriented and pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about her products.She is truly an asset to this business and it is obvious that she cares about her job and her customers and it is a pleasure to come into the store anytimeI have visited other locations and other Vape stores in Charlotte and this location deserves a 10+ excellent in my bookAfter working in Management for 30 years I can see that this is a location that anyone would want to do business and I highly recommend it thank youJ Dillingham

Customer service was superb. Store was clean and spacious. Selection was nice. Really, really good experience here. Thanks to David and the staff for a pleasant first time experience. Will definitely be making this my go-to spot for any vape needs.

Cool place and some interesting flavors, but this place is nothing to write home about. When I asked if I could get the flavor in 50/50, he told me that they only carry 70/30, when I asked for 6 nic level, he said they only have 4 and 8. I did like the set up the store has, but when I went to try flavors 4 out of the first 5 vapes I tried didnt even work. Like I said, nice shop, but nothing too special.

Ive been to a few local vape stores in the area and AVAIL is the best! The customer service is top notch. I am definitely a noob to vaping. They are happy to answer any questions I have and set my new mod up for me (which I absolutely love)! Havent smoked a cigarette in 3 days! Their juices have such great flavor! And they always have great deals going on! Check them out! Thank me later!

Truly a great experience. Every time Ive gone in, I run into Dave who is not only kind, but knowledgeable. I am a first time vapor user and I really appreciate what Ive learned just in the last two days. Please go by, if for nothing else, to try it out for $1.00. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

I just learned of Avail a few days ago after searching the entire Charlotte area (and online vape sites) for any vape stores that still carried 0 nicotine vape juice. It seems every one had discontinued selling all nicotine-free e-liquid. This briefly turned me back to light cigarettes, after 5 years smoke-free. I was devastated with my falling off the wagon. Then...out of the blue I found Avail. Not only do they carry 0 nicotine e-juices, but they are committed to continue to do so indefinitely for the betterment of all vapers and the support of all who choose to get clean from the worlds most dangerous drug.They carry a zillion magnificent flavors, most of which are created, controlled, and handled under stringent control protocols under their own umbrella. He spent time telling me about their business, beliefs, goals and commitment to their clientele. They offer sanitary taste-testing procedures for every liquid they carry so you dont buy juices that only sound good...but arent what you hoped for when getting them home. I tried every single one on my first trip and found the most amazing flavors of all types...some unexpected...and it was all I could do not to buy them all!! Bravo Avail!! Avail vapor at university point is the only vape shop Ive been going to since I first started vaping, a year and a half ago. I tell all my friends about this place and point them Im this direction for their vape needs. Prices are great, staff is great, goes above and beyond everytime. Couldnt be happier.

Just bought my first Vaping device and Like was incredible, he took his time with me explaining everything I needed to know about vaping. He didnt try to push the most expensive products on me due to Im new to Vaping. He suggested a good line of flavors along with a good Vaping pen, go see Luke if you want to try Vaping he is the man.

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff but they are charging $50 for a Nord 2 and that generally retails for $29.99 and sales online for even cheaper. The prices for coils and pods seemed fair . I came to get a new Nord 2 and I left empty-handed because I have 2 functioning brain cells left

Had the pleasure of meeting Dave today at Avail. Ran me through the ins and outs of vaping and I learned things I didnt know, even as a three year vaping veteran. Awesome place, great people, knowledgeable staff and decent pricing. You dont need to go anywhere else.

Staff was very friendly and helped me repair my broken glass even though they didnt sell my tank! They went out of their way to fix my tank at no cost, thanks to a little box in the back! I appreciate you all! I live in Richmond, VA, but would visit when Im in Charlotte!

Awesome Vapor Shop. Dave did an Immaculate job assisting me with all my needs. Very patient and informative on all areas of vaping. I would recommend this to anybody whos just getting started with vaping or who would be considered vaping expert.

Everytime i go to this store i learn something new. Every employee is very teaching and hospitable. There is one clerk that gave me so much knowledge on vapes and vape liquids, david. Id recommend this store to anyone that is considering switching from smoking to vaping healthy

Really clean place. Great selection available. Sales guy did not pester me while sampling their flavors. Had a clearance table in the back with some great Mods. Got a Smok Gx2/4 for 30 bucks.

They have lost my business! Went there at 955pm because MY coil in MY falcon was burnt. So, because my daughter was with me and yes she had a JEWEL in her hand, he refused to sell me the coil for MY falcon tank. The entire time from door through asking questions to register never asked for i.d. if this was an issue why was it not asked for when we entered? I wouldve had her step out. Its ok the business that I have sent to them and my own will no longer go here. Besides kure is open until 11pm.

Very disappointed. I needed a a replacement gasket for my tank, the sales person said they didnt sell replacement parts and I would have to buy a new tank. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and Avail has lost my business.
