Great service, super friendly staff, and good prices! Christian helped me out so much and walked me through all the products I was interested in. As far as price, I usually purchase online but this ended up being better with their sales :) 10/10 would recommend

I’m an absolute newcomer to D9 products. I was moving into a new place, had anticipatory jitters, couldn’t sleep. My brother recommended this place. Absolutely the best experience I could’ve asked for. Christian is fantastic. Immediately attentive as I walked in, immediately knew what I needed when I gave him a description, and walked me through the process of what to expect and answered all the questions I had. And overall, just a really nice guy to talk to. Said he just loves talking with customers and helping people out. And as someone who works in retail as well, I can say he is exemplary. Give the man a raise if you haven’t already.As for the product itself, the CBD/D9 gummies I got worked perfectly. I moved in just fine, no problems at all, and it got my god awful sleep schedule back to normal. Don’t know if I’ll be getting into pens, but I will certainly be back when I run out of the gummies. Absolutely fantastic.

Christian was AWESOME! Very helpful, respectful and kind. His suggestions were AH MAY ZING! Dont be mad when he asks to see your ID, its his job.

I came in earlier today as a complete newcomer to vapes. I explained this to the guy working the counter and he was the most helpful person I have experienced in a vape shop. Extremely knowledgeable, did not push a single thing on me, was very open and honest about the pros and cons of each system, and answered my many many questions. Only problem is I wish I got the guys name. Whoever the gentleman with the long who sold me the Drag S Pro today, you are appreciated!

This store is a scam. I bought a device from them and after 2 days I wanted to replace it because it did not work. with me, they opened 3 new devices and in e they had the same marriage. but even after that they refused to replace it. im upset. I wont go back to them. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them. they are the worst of the worst.

Horrible customer service, will not be returning. Employees seem like they all hate you and hate that you’re giving them business.

Best Kure Location in the Charlotte Area!Jeff is truly the “Guru” :-) He always greets me with a warm smile, hearty laugh, fun conversation, and keeps me updated about new merchandise. I am so impressed with the customer service approach Jeff demonstrates!I would also like to acknowledge Steven! He helps me out TREMENDOUSLY when it comes to product recommendations. He is very patient and always willing to explain product features!I have been a customer here for over 3 years. There is no comparison when it comes to other vape stores. Kure is hands down the best!!

Love this place and Lauren is one of the BEST ! She was very patient and knowledgeable ! She took the time to answer MANY questions that we had and showed us all we needed to know ! I had many questions about coils and cotton and different flavors and again I mention she was so patient with us while multi-tasking with others. I highly recommend this store and her especially with her extensive knowledge and positive attitude. Cant wait to go back for more flavors ! Thank you !

I went in last night for a disposable vape pen. After leaving, I realized something wasn’t right about it. I brought it back within a few hours and they happily exchanged it. The staff was quite knowledgeable, extremely efficient and full of energy. This is now my go to Vape shop!!

This place is really great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They make their own Flavors and I really like the mermaid tears. They have a great rewards program also. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new Vape shop.

The times Ive been in the store I have always gotten good advice and good service. In fact I came in to get some non nicotine vapor liquid because Im getting off of tobacco and I dont want to have nicotine in my body. My cardiologist wanted me to get CBD oil for some of the issues that I have and I bought some of that at this establishment. How well CBD oil works for me, time will tell.

It was a pleasure to meet Jeff at the Kure store at the Arboretum. He was helping me with my purchases after another store owner had contacted him about his supply of a product I wanted. It was great working with Jeff!

I just moved to Charlotte and did not think I would find a vape shop like the one I shopped in before moving. I love this store! The juice is awesome and the customer service is amazing! A I purchased juice at another store and it was horrible! Kure definitely take pride in their products and how they service their customers. The store is 30 minutes from my home, and I have no problem making the drive!

Not very friendly, and the one guys act totally inconvenience like its a bother to answer questions or help you, my friends spend over $100 a week on vape and new coils latest styles ect but trust me its not at Kure. The owner seems nice at least I think he is the owner dark hair nice guy helpful.. and the other stoner guy seems nice but thats it.

The cashier could not answer my questions. Another person working did. Cashier gives me receipt saying there you go. I automatically said thank you. I said you really should be saying thank you. I repeated to other person my remark. Neither thanked me. I will not visit nor spend my money in this establishment with no positive remark even after mentioning my concern. It will be part time going here.

The newer shop in Ballantyne is awesome. (So are the others) The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. John whipped me up some awesome juice each time I have been there. My new go to shop. No more Madvapes for this guy. If you havent been there yet, check it out.Brian

Had issues with a device I bought a couple weeks back. Staff was extremely helpful and tried to fix the device. I come often and love the staff, theyre very friendly and knowledgeable. the supervisor was extremely helpful with the issue as well as the other rep.

Kure is on their game! I usually am in the University area and go to the store there, but my work had me down in this area today. As always excellent customer service. And the mixologists making the house juice are very knowledgable, and make great flavor blends.

The people who work here are rad. Dude with the long hair is awesome. Im bad with names so I cant remember. The other guys that work there are cool but the one black dude always acts like he just wants to get the sale over with/youre bothering him.

The people who work here make this place special. Lauren and Shelby are always helpful and pleasant. Its actually hard not to stay and chat. They have everything i need to vape at more reasonable pricing than Mad Vapes. This is the best Kure i have been to and i am now a regular. They know me haha. I have been to 4 total Kure stores and this one is hands down the best.

The store and selection are nice, the dude behind counter is rude and treats you like you are bothering him even to ask about a product ect no matter if you purchase $10.00 or 300$ you should be treated equally, he also short changes you so be sure and get receipts !!! For example 9.99 out of $20 is not $6.00 change ... He will say the right amount but check your money ... And receipt... I personally figured he must be needing it more than me to take it but he did it none the less. The guy that is manager seems helpful and the shorter dude is happy and knowledgable but the black dude watch out . He is not nice helpful or friendly and if he is at all its selective. all customers deserve equal treatment . I am not predjudice my family cousins etc are all mix black, middle East white it is all equal. However his treatment of u is not! Hmm so I read below Im not the only that feels he is impersonal and trying to be slick with $ ...

Staff was not helpful - Vape was sold with a warranty from the manufacturer. Also, Kure had a 30 day return policy. The vape we purchased had known issues which we found out after we purchased it. It, of course, broke with the same issues We were only 32 days past Kures warranty so they would not honor a return policy. When we tried to get the manufacturer warranty info from them, they told us it was made in China and there was no information available. The best that Kure could do was to have us purchase an identical one and they would give us 20% off. I would recommend going elsewhere AND ensuring the warranty for the product you are purchasing is legit.

The store setup and atmosphere is for the most part great. The juices are of above average quality. However, everything is exactly $7-10 more than it would be at other vape shops. Some of the staff is on point helpful and understanding to the individual, person to person needs. However, some of the staff is automatically condescending if youre not blowing hella sick cloudzz, faaam. You know the type. Its the dude that makes you embarrassed to admit that you vape. So in conclusion...the juices are great, all the gear is overpriced and the service is dependant on the person and his/her mood on that day.

One of the best vape shops in the Charlotte area. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Rare to find a vape shop that knows what they are talking about and looking for. This one does everything you could ask for in a vape shop. Would definitely recommend.

Not as bad as some of the other locations. Kure Vaporium in general is a bogus company, though, or at least their hiring process is. No one seems to know anything about vaping products at any of the Charlotte locations. I recently moved from out of state and this company doesnt sell my typical brand of juice Ive been using. Everytime I go into a Kure I ask for assistance in finding a similar flavor profile, the answer always being yeah I dont really know sorry. Just seems like they either dont have the knowledge or they dont care to be helpful. This is the Kure I go to typically when Im fed up with the Ballantyne location and their complete and total lack of knowledge. This store is more helpful but still woe-fully inadequate.

I went to Kure today to see about my pink kangaroo and unfortunately it had died. Tyler was so helpful in finding me a better bargain and a new bundle vape. Also showing me a new flavor Karmel ( 0 nic ) I also had another vape that the tank broke and they ( Tyler, Lauren , and Shelby ) introduced to the Baby Beast I highly recommend this vape shop. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and treated like royalty. They all multi-task and are amazing. I really wanted to acknowledge Tyler, Lauren and Shelby as they are amazing ! Kure at the Arboretum is Lucky to have such great staff that make you want to stay and keep buying more items. These guys are the reason I was referred here and shall referr many of my friends. We came in to buy joice and baught some that was on sale. The guy tried charging us 5 more for each vape juice and when we called him out on it he was like oh there nic taxe he knew he was over charging us and if it wasnt for the other guy to come over and correct it nothing would of been done about it. Then he said something about commission. Really you just tried to steel money from us and knew what you where doing and making money off of us on top if it? Shame on you. I hope you get fired.

Good customer service.Expensive juices.The Hangover Kure flavor disappeared with the promise that itll come back and it never did. Thanks to that our loyalty keeps fading.

House liquid is extremely overpriced. I mean I can get 4x bottles of name brand liquid for the price of one bottle of theirs. Please lower your liquid prices if u want local business.

The guy who helped us at Kure told me everything I needed to know about my new vape (Smok) and did a great job hooking us up with the appropriate coils for our freebase nicotine and nic salts. I will for sure be coming in the future for my basic vaping.needs.

Grayson ( hope spelling is right ) at the Arboretum helped me tremendously. I was sent on the Friday run with 2 different Vapors and asked to get 2 atomizers and also 2 different kind of juices. He helped me immediately and I was in and out in no time. Got home and thought I had gotten the wrong ones but called Grayson and he was able to walk who I got it for through it. THANK YOU. Best Vape shop and would go there even if it were not the closest !!!

This place is awesome.. im REALLY picky about my juice but the one guy (tyler) ALWAYS makes an awesome blend for me. And the juice is so good but affordable! I dont visit other vape shops anymore now that ive found kure..

Great selection of Vaporizer products and devices. Craft e-liquid and house e-liquid selection is also good. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the inside (and outside) of the shop are very nice and welcoming.

Only go here if you are completely out of liquid or are in need of a device asap. Their prices are close to double that of what you can find online. Otherwise, they have a good selection of decent house liquid and mods.

Love this place and all Kure locations. Locations are clean, safe and welcoming. Lily and Christina are awesome!
