If you are looking for a relaxing experience in a luxurious environment this is it! We had an amazing experience at the Woodhouse Day Spa! They accomodated 7 of us with only a weeks notice. The spa is very relaxing and everything is clean and comfortable. All the ladies raved about their individual services and my massage was top of the line. I have had massages all over the world and this was in my top 2 without a doubt! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I cannot say enough about the staff, atmosphere and overall experience. This is by far my favorite spa! Everything from the greeting of the front staff to the relaxation room all the way through the services=quality. I have had a number of massages and facials. While I have had different therapists done these, each were attentive and skilled. I left feeling rejuvenated.The atmosphere is very calming. I would stay in the relaxing room all day in the best robe (I bought one). With the ambrosia hot tea.You will not be disappointed!Cheers and heres to your spa day!

I booked a couples Swedish massage for my boyfriend and I as a Christmas present. When we arrived we were treated so wonderfully by the staff. From start to finish the experience was so relaxing, peaceful, and exactly what I had hoped for. Some massages are just an in and out experience, but I loved that this was a full in relaxing experience. You change into your cozy robe in a beautiful “locker room” and move to a quiet room where there’s tea and water and a hot neck pillow. Then our massage therapists retrieved us and gave us an amazing massage, and I appreciated the questions they asked. They never rushed us out after, they have showers and before that you can relax as long as you’d like. Seriously was such a wonderful spa and I will return any time I’d like a massage or any other treatment they offer.

I had the most amazing time at The Woodhouse Day Spa!! They provide a tranquil environment in the middle of the city and pamper you silly. There was also no waiting, they were right on time with appointments and the results were spectacular! I cant say enough about the facial, my skin looks and feels dramatically different! My pedicure is still flawless even 2 weeks later!! My massage was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep and relieved the tension in my neck and shoulders! I would highly recommend Woodhouse Day Spa if you truly want to pamper yourself!

The facility is large, beautiful, and relaxing. I went in for a prenatal massage because Ive never had one and have had a rough first trimester, Anna was courteous and calming. However, I felt a little rushed, my appointment was at 6 and my massage didnt start until about 6:10, looking at the clock when she was finished it was 6:50 so I felt I got shorted a little for the $100 50 minute massage I paid for. Overall a relaxing experience which is what I went for but I definitely cant afford this often and wasnt thrilled about being shorted.

This was my first visit to the spa and I enjoyed everything about it. The staff took me straight back. I got changed into a plush robe.Theres a very relaxing atmosphere. The sitting room has your choice if citrus infused water or teas which they prepare and bring to you.. You are given a soft, warm neck/shoulder wrap while you wait on your massage therapist. The wait time was just right and gave you time to get relaxed. I did an 80 minute hot stone massage which was heavenly. My therapist was Leroy.

My mother and I both had messages the experience was so wonderful. Before our messages we changed into robes and went to their beautiful waiting area. We enjoyed some tea as we relaxed near the fireplace. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We made our next appointment when we checked out and cant wait to go back. This was my first day spa experience. It was fantastic! Special thanks to Brandi who did my Organic Discovery Facial. it was amazing! Dare I say almost life altering. And all the excellent staff at Woodhouse. Annamarie and Angie who are equally talented. I had a wonderful calming & relaxing time at Woodhouse. I Highly recommend.

I received a massage, facial and pedicure.In between your services you can relax in the waiting area, so very cozy. My hot green tea made my day. There is an echo in the hallway but once those double doors were closed I went in to complete serenity. My services and their providers were all excellent.This was my first visit for we have just moved to Chattanooga. I really did enjoy my time here, and I will return!

The atmosphere was lovely, and the therapist who did my facial did a good job. With that being said, the experience as a whole was less than satisfactory. I had a massage scheduled for over 3 months, and since this is a rarity for me, i had planned around it for months. 4 hours before my massage was supposed to take place, a girl called from the front desk saying that the therapist was sick and that they needed to reschedule me. I asked if I had any other options because i really needed to visit them that day (i live 45 minutes away), and they offered me a facial that was substantially cheaper than my gift card value. When i told them that i wanted a service that would be the same value as my gift card, they just offered to put a credit on my account. Very unwilling to go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. Which shocked me since this spa has such a pristine reputation in a ritzy area of downtown Chattanooga. After i pondered, called back and spoke with a different girl, the manager agreed to compensate me, so i was able to get a nicer facial. (which was appreciated) When i booked that facial, i was asked if i had any skin problems, and i told them no. Only acne scarring. When the therapist took me back for my facial, she informed me that i had been booked for a facial to treat rosacea! Which i do not have, and the therapist could tell at first glance. i dont know if it was due to my late afternoon appointment, but i just felt the sense that i was being rushed. Overall, not a serene, relaxing experience and i likely wont return.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage. It was a great way to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary! We liked it so much that we bought two packages! My therapist, Hayden is a runnerand really knew how to help my knee feel better. This is my favorite place to go for massages. Everyoneis very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is wonderful too!

This was one of the best experiences at at spa that my wife and I have ever had. We live in Smyrna Ga and came to Chattanooga to get away. First off, the ladies at the front desk were so nice and made us feel so special. We had reservations for couples massage. I may have the names of the therapists wrong but I think it was Amanda and Stephen. They were very professional and extremely thorough. Everything about the whole experience just screams classy. We would definitely use this Spa many more times in the years to come.

This was my second visit to Woodhouse. I don’t live in the area but when I visit this is the spa I like to use. I love the shabby chic decor and the friendly staff. My facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! My massage was also relaxing-just the way I like it. The only downside-and this is just a personal peeve, others might be ok with it-they have a bunch of products that they used on you waiting for you at the counter at check out. Just in case you’d like to purchase them. I feel as if I have to purchase something each time. Other than that one minus, they get all pluses from me.

We spent a Saturday evening at the Woodhouse Day Spa for a Girls Weekend. They were wonderful with helping us plan, reserved us a spot by the fire to sip our wine, and pampered us through the whole stay. Not to mention - these were some of the best massages we have EVER had! We will be visiting the spa in the next couple of months for a repeat, and I CANNOT wait!

My first time at Woodhouse Day Spa and it was totally worth every penny. Allison, at the front, is super hospitalitable, friendly, and professional and recommended me do the 80 minute massage instead of the 60. She couldn’t be any more right (She is a keeper for sure). By the time I was fully relaxed, it had to have been about an hour so that extra 20 minutes of massage made me feel incredible.Megan was my massage therapist and I had a Swedish massage. Megan was personable, professional, respectful of my experience, and had the perfect touch that wasn’t too much or too light. She checked in at the beginning, middle, and end of the experience which allowed me to stay in a meditative state.Thank you Megan, Allison, and Woodhouse for helping me achieve the self-care I have so desperately needed. HEAVEN on Earth!!!! The first time for a massage!!! And it was perfect! The building was so cool!!!! Knew we were in for a treat right away! Then stepping into the spa was wonderful! Looked sparkley clean...smelled heavenly and the workers too nice and professional!The dressing area was very nice. The waiting room made me feel like a Queen. Those robes alone were so luxurious!!!My lady was very sweet and never made me feel uncomfortable. She did the massage just like i wanted it.If i was in the area i would definitely go back...Alot!!!!Their inventory of lotions, scents, robes, etc was very nice and reasonable. Great gifts for the one you dont know what to get.

I have had some good and mediocre service here. I loved my facial. Shelly was very in tuned with my face. I got a massage and that was not the Spa’s finest hour. The sheet keep coming up off the bed. I had what felt like corn oil all over my body and I had to take a shower afterwards. When the massages was over I was patted on my back and told that was all that could be done for me today. The online booking only offers one lady for facials when several ladies do the facials. I feel for the price of services and the location, the service should be better.

Beautiful place, everyone was so friendly from check in to massage and pedicure! This was my first visit and it was my 30th birthday gift. I absolutely loved it! The relaxing room and robes were so relaxing and comfortable! Can’t wait to go back! Best massage I’ve ever had. I felt like a celebrity 😂

The Woodlands had all of the proper elegance and feel of a top spa. Everything looked right, smelled right and was relaxing and safe. The service was great too. HOWEVER, haveing visiting spas all over the US in Every major city, including The Ritz Carlton Spa on One Mile Island...I must conclude that the woodlands prices are way overpriced! Of all of the spas at hotels, spas & resort & spas, the Woodlands was by far the most expensive for the services offered.

I had a gift card which I used for an Agave Pedicure. Going to the spa for the first time was just what I needed. I felt totally pampered from the moment I arrived. Putting on the soft robe and getting a warm neck wrap and cut of Earl Grey tea in the quiet room immediately began to wash away the stress and business of the week. Then the pedicure was great and warm agave oil massage was luxurious and then back to the quiet room. I left refreshed and pampered and ready to go back into the world. I will go back and cant wait to try the hot stone massage.

I guess this is not the best place for pedicures, maybe just massages and facial stuff? I was really disappointed with my pedicure. I still had dead skin on my heels and the massage lasted about all of 6 minutes and was not good AT ALL. It wasnt relaxing or therapeutic in any way. Under my nails did not get cleaned either just the cuticles. Staff was friendly but for $55 I was extremely disappointed. The chairs were uncomfortable and even the massage settings on the chair were awful. Neither me or my daughter used them while there. She was pleased with her pedicure but shes also 10. I couldnt wait to get it over with so I could just go on. I felt like it was a waste of time and money even through the setting and atmosphere was really nice. I dont think Ill be back.

This was my first visit to Woodhouse Day Spa. My sister was visiting for her 50th Birthday and asked me to find a spa, so I asked for recs on FB. This one came highly recommended. We had a 10 am appointment (right when they open). We arrived at 9:30 so we could enjoy a hot towel draped on our necks and a warm cup of tea in the Relaxing Room. My visit started with a 50-min “Restore and Firm” facial while my sister enjoyed a Swedish massage. We ended with simultaneous pedicures. My facial was provided by a sweet woman named Galen. I will definitely request her services again. I love the location at Warehouse Row. Bring your parking ticket into the spa because they will stamp it for you. Plenty of food options at Warehouse Row to choose from for lunch or dinner as well. It was a relaxing and memorable experience with my sister. I will definitely be going back!!

Best spa experience Ive ever had! I love that you get a quiet, dark room to lounge in. Theyll even bring you tea and there is trail mix type snacks in there if you need to replenish. The massage itself was amazing and I totally made full use of the locker & shower facilities afterwards. Beware of the near-constant upsell, but overall, the experience is superior.

I had a very relaxing morning at Woodhouse and the staff made me feel like royalty. From the cozy robe and hot tea while I checked in to the peaceful bath and massage, it truly was a rejuvenating experience. The staff members were both professional and skilled at their jobs and the rooms were immaculately clean and inviting. I will definitely be back again.

As I entered the Woodhouse Spa I was welcomed by one of the employees and offered a robe and slippers. I was led to a quiet restful room and offered water or hot tea and given a warm wrap to place around my neck. . As soon as my appointment time came my manicurist came and got me and began. It was a very positive experience and everyone I dealt with made me feel welcome and cared for.

Im not really a spa guy, but my girlfriend suggested I try it out when we were visiting Chattanooga. Woodhouse was awesome! I had a gentlemens hot towel facial, which was quite enjoyable, with excellent professional staff and a great massage therapist who put me at ease as a spa newbie.

Lovely spa, my wife and I booked a couples massage. The whole experience was top notch from reception to massage. The facilities were perfectly clean and all the amenities made the experience true perfection. I would recommend this Spa to anyone as the perfect gift or time for their self.

The Woodhouse Day Spa provided exceptionally good care to my wife and I. We have gone many times and plan to go again in the future. We love the relaxation room, it is a room where you can sit near the fireplace and enjoy some water or tea before and after your massage/service. If you want to be pampered, check this place out.

Woodhouse Spa is a haven from the real world. The relaxation room is peaceful and calm and the staff are experts at pampering. A warm neck pillow and a hot cup of tea start and end a delightful experience. I have had a facial and several massages and all were wonderful. My favorite spa by far!

From the moment me and my wife walked in till we were done this was an amazing day. I had planned a couples massage for us both, my wife had the Swedish massage and I had the deep tissue. They treated us so special. We got the 80 min. which I highly suggest a hour just isn’t enough time to truly relax. They also have a 120 min option. They do not serve alcohol but supply glasses and ice for you to bring your own. Dressing rooms are available for men and women to shower afterwards. This beautiful place is in a remodeled warehouse and can be a bit tricky to find. Park in the parking deck behind the warehouse and they will validate your ticket for free parking. This is truly a gem for Chattanooga please treat yourself you will not be disappointed 🙂🙂🙂

The Woodhouse Spa offers excellent service, once you get past the booking and front desk staff. The massage, pedicure and facial services are quite lovely. However, the staff rushes you through services and their greeting lacks friendliness one would expect from a high end spa.

I had a really good experience here would recommend this spa to friends and family! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Karolyn did a great job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed as this was my first time getting a professional massage. I would love to go back again real soon!

Ive recently moved to the area and was given a gift certificate to Woodhouse Day Spa as a going away gift. What an indulgence! Every facet of the experience was sumptuous and relaxing, and my only complaint, though it is not insignificant, is the expense of everything, which will preclude me from using their services on a regular basis. However, Ive told my husband to feel free to liberally gift me trips to Woodhouse Day Spa!

I was given a gift certificate about 3 years ago for Woodhouse and kept putting it off. I finally made an appointment for an 80 minute deep tissue massage for July 20, and I am still smiling. The therapist (I don’t remember her name, but DAMN, I remember her hands!!!) was so good and strong. It felt like she had 6 hands. I am definitely going back soon.

I just had my Birthday Spa Day with my girlfriends here and it was amazing! They were accommodating to us setting up the birthday cake in the relaxation room and the tea served there was amazing! I even bought some for home. I will definitely be back!

My best friend and I went to the Woodhouse Spa. Spent the day celebrating 44 years of friendship. It was the most awesome experience either of us have ever had. The most helpful, polite, professional staff ever. I will be going again. Soon!

I, too, have two massages left on a series I bought from Woodhouse Day Spa not long before they shut their doors (valued at $135!). I wasn’t even notified they were closing, even having been a consistent client for a long time. I have been trying since FEBRUARY to get a refund, to no avail. I’ve called Woodhouse corporate along with the Chattanooga and Franklin locations Luxenhouse Spa, but everyone tells me I need to speak to someone else.....that’s if anyone even answers the phone!! The owner is a thief, plain and simple. I got a number from WH corporate that’s supposedly Calina Burns, the owner, but I’ve gotten no response. I will keep trying to get my money! So wrong!

I absolutely love Woodhouse Day Spa. My best friend and I meet in Chattanooga several times a year for a Mommy retreat, and ALWAYS end up here. The staff and services are amazing.

I cannot get a hold of anyone. I have a series and giftcard balances from Woodhouse Day Spa. The Luxenhaus Day Spa agreed to honor these or refund them. Ive spoken to the corporate and Nashville Woodhouse offices and learned some interesting and unfortunate back story. Evidently, the Woodhouse Day Spa corporate folks didnt feel the locations being run by this owner were keeping a high enough standard. They were forced to disassociate with the owner. There were court proceedings and court orders dictating restitution be made. Thus far, it sounds like the owner is not following through with her end of the agreement. Its so sad. I loved the Woodhouse Day Spa and am super bummed to learn this.Ive tried calling the Franklin and Chattanooga phone numbers for Luxenhaus and you cannot leave a voicemail and there is no one answering. The facebook pages have been taken down. I do not know how else to contact the owner, Calina Burns, but I am trying my darndest. Hopefully she or an employee will see this and reach out to me.

Nice interior, calming, I like that they offer you a beverage. However magazine selection if poor and not well thought out. I wish you could bring in your own nail polish, but they will not put a base coat if you bring your own because their polish already has one. Overall not worth the expensive cost.

Im a plus size women & going to spas have always been uncomfortable to me. Let me say how pleased I was when their robes went up to a 4x! The staff exude professionalism & the environment is extremely soothing. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Ive been a client of Sally for more than a year. Each time I am impressed by her consistency and her ability to meet my needs. I cant say enough about her. In addition, this is the only place in Chattanooga I know of that provides a real spa atmosphere to truly relax. Love this place.

Do not do business with this company. Like another review stated, I also had a gift certificate purchased at the time this company was affiliated with the Woodhouse Day Spa. I contacted Calina Burns via Facebook messenger as no one answers the phone at either location and you cannot leave a message. She informed me that I would have to contact Woodhouse corporate to get a refund (which I had already done before reaching out to her and who had informed me that Luxenhaus was obligated to refund the gift certificate).I responded to her message and informed her that according to Woodhouse corporate, she was under court order to honor the certificate or refund the customer. I received no further response from Ms. Burns. Within days, the Facebook page for Luxenhaus was removed. I will continue to seek a refund, and pursue legal action if necessary.In the meantime, I would not recommend doing business with a company that treats its customers with such dishonesty and disrespect.
