Sold me two fake vapes and when i came back in and told them the flavors weren’t even the same, the two employees used both of the vapes before giving them back and saying they were “fine.” vapes are cheaper here because they’re trash.

I went here twice in 2 days. The first day was a great experience so I decided to go back the next day. On day 2 I was over charged and did not enjoy the experience as much. The guys working on this day seemed over it. Couldnt even get a receipt to show pricing of my items. Will not be returning.

Its funny how these companies are spending millons on their grows only to turn out poor quality weed, thats basically 1 step above mexican brick weed. Also noticed they dont have any labels with what pesticides they use and what ingredients are used in cultivation. This industry is owned by people who voted against marijuana legalization.

The guys that work here are top tier. Theyre welcoming, respectful, very knowledgeable, more than happy to answer any questions, and they dont try to talk you into anything. The quality of their products continues to sell its self and their recommendations are genuine.

Excellent store. The employees are ALL super friendly and know the things they sell well. Lots of fun stuff in here in addition to the normal cigarettes and stuff.

This vape shop is seriously overpriced. The vapes they sell are out of style and not good quality. The delta 8 sucks and its like 30 for a gram. Every delta 8 Ive gotten from here doesnt have much affect on me at all unlike others Ive tried. The employees are very nice though.

Every time I go in, Tyler and mason are always super friendly and have good recommendations for me! This definitely the best store in town and they have a wide selection of products depending on what you want!

They have a nice selection of glass pieces and rolling trays but as far as flat wrap rillos they are the worst place to stop because all of their flat wraps undo themselves while smoking. But they did have a big selection of SwishersEdit: and I did forget to mention that everybody I met there was awesome, no complaints on service!

Used to like this place,but when I went in today and bought a delta 8 vape, it wouldnt work well even showed to a worker and was told it will be OK after I used it a little, which its not, but while I was there I asked if he could just replace he said no. I will not spend my money here again.

Every time I walk in it feels like home. The workers are great and the supply of endless glassware is top notch 🔥 definitely recommend

I loved it there! I wish I could have stayed longer so I could look at everything but there were too many options I almost got overwhelmed lol but overall a great store, business & even better, the staff members that were there during my visit were very helpful & seemed really nice.

Roll One Smoke Shop is by far the best smoke shop in Chattanooga. Excellent customer service, friendly employees, and top of the line inventory! Shelves are stocked with all of the newest and best products! Can’t beat it. Absolutely love the place, and the guys who work hard day in and day out to make sure every customer has a 10/10 experience.

These guys are freaking awesome! Not only did they give me a brand new vape since mine stopped working without me even having to ask, but they also asked if i had any nicotine to hold me over until the new vape arrived, and when i said no they gave me a disposable vape for free. Phenomenal customer service. I know a vape shop around here that would have (and they did once) just tell me “welp thats too bad”. *cough cough vapor tonics cough*. They also have wayyy better prices than most vape shops around here *cough cough vapor tonics cough*. Even if its not the closest vape shop to you, i highly suggest driving the extra mile for this excellent customer service.

This is by large the best smoke shop in town. They have the best merchandise and there employees try to create a professional relationship with each of there customers. I won’t go to another shop as long as they are there.
