Greenleaf Massage Spa

One of the worst spa/massage experience Ive had. Checked in and was told to wait in the room. I noticed that I have been waiting for a while, looked at my phone, and left my room to see what the hold up was as 20 minutes passed. Thats when the person who was at the reception desk came into the room and started giving me the massage. She brought in a tablet with her so she can watch who came in and out as it seem that the other staff were busy. She left multiple times and noticed that the door was left open as she had a conversation with another staff member. I was exposed. My massage was subpar, the body scrub was better. I hope this place got better since my visit for others but this is my first and last visit.

First time getting a massage here was amazing!! I’ve never felt better after a massage and the staff is so lovely and sweet! The atmosphere was also amazing, made me feel very comfortable. Definitely going to be coming back! Gotta get a facial next time and maybe some lash extensions.

The new renovation looks great. My wive and I love the new couples rooms. We are also excited to see this Spa grow. We have been coming here for about 5 years and always receive great service. Aside from the couples massage, my wive often schedules a facial for herself. She loves the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the Spa. Whether it is a couples massage or a facial, we always leave feeling relaxed and re-freshed.

I have been coming to this massage spa for several years and have never been disappointed. The 60 minute massage is great, but I highly recommend springing for the 90 minute! The prices are reasonable and definitely worth it.

After a very difficult week I felt I needed to do something for myself so I looked online to book a massage. This place was second on the list so I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone answered my questions and gave me a time to come in. I decided to go with a facial and a massage. When I arrived, she looked at my skin to determine what I needed and showed me some options and made a recommendation, I went with her recommendation of course and I literally could not be happier! The facial was outstanding and the massage was outstanding as well! For the massage I asked for medium hard pressure and when it became uncomfortable the masseus could tell and she adjusted it to be softer. This place is all about making you feel comfortable at all times and in any way they can! I never felt so relaxed in my life! The women are so kind and personal which is amazing because you know that you’re getting the most personal experience. I truly can’t wait to go back!Thank you so much ladies!!! 💖❤️🩷💖

Listen!! I love this spa!! From the moment you call you get a very pleasant and gracious team member who gets you right in.. And when you get there you feel an immediate sense of relaxation. Vivi is the Queen of Deep Tissue massages.. She mysteriously unloosened every tight bone in my entire body by any means necessary and I needed all of it! She has hands of magic! I will be scheduling soon. It’s a great spa with top notch and personable service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went for a couple massage with my fiancé as a little treat after a long work week we’ve never had one before and I figured this would be a nice way to relax. Boy was I wrong. Worst experience ever. The masseuse that I had didn’t speak to me at all didn’t ask anything about my problem areas or about pressure points. My fiancées did speak to him briefly saying he had a lot of knots, but that was it. He also wasn’t asked anything about problem areas or pressure. Both masseuses were also extremely rough. We both felt a bit beat up after but figured that’s what usually happens but as the night went on it turned into pain it hurt to lay on our backs and my fiancée actually has bruises all over his back from his massage. We called the next morning when they opened and were told he had to many knots and acted like it was his fault. He feels worse than he did when he went in. Price seems good but at what cost? Will NEVER go back to this place.

Enjoyed a 60 min couples massage. Second time we’ve gone here and loved it both times. Both masseuses worked the entire time and really worked out tough muscles. Left feeling very relaxed and loose. Great price for a couples massage. Highly recommend.

I tipped $20 the lady had the nerve to ask me “is this all” if you want to get haggled out a tip then this is your spot lol. 1 if I pay for the service I’m not obligated to tip. 2 - if j leave a $20 tip which I think is generous you shouldn’t be greedy asking for me.

Unbelievable 90 minute couples massage! My husband had a deep tissue massage by Lisa and loved it! He said for a tiny girl, she was so strong! I had a Swedish massage and Sophie was perfect. Not only did she target my knots, she stretched my muscles! Perfect after a week of workouts! Can’t wait for the next massage!

Love their swedish and deep tissue massage.Place needs upgrade and some soft music in background but the massages are very good for the price they provide it at.

Terrible experience. Dont waste your money. They put me in the open reception area where I could hear everything: incoming phone calls, clients checking in, the bathroom flushing. Not the relaxing spa feel one would hope their massage would have. They had one woman start my massage and after a few minutes she left and the receptionist took over, then left when someone came in. Just left me alone on the table behind a partition for a few minutes. Finally a young man came over to continue but I had enough. They then moved me to a room and he started again. He seemed inexperienced and didnt even massage my neck. Spent all the time on my back and arms. Absolutely terrible. Will never go back.

Bought a couples massage from Groupon and it was decently priced. Same price as many other spas that only offer 50 minutes, where Greenleaf offered 60. The atmosphere was very comfortable and for the most part quiet. Some street traffic (motorcycles) were heard during the massage, but it is to be expected, since the location is on route 70, and is a busy road. The overall massage was GREAT! We were asked about the pressure we wanted, and they were right on point. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and less stressed. We will definitely be back again soon.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and always have a wonderful experience! With my busy work life I really appreciate their long hours and that they’ll accommodate walk ins (I do recommend calling 1st so the room is clean b4 you arrive). Today I had a 2 hour Swedish massage & he incorporated hot stones in the area he knew needed a little more work. Very nice people, clean, and excellent pricing!

Booked at 4 o’clock waited in the room for 30 minutes. Walked out. when I walked out That’s when they wanted to give me a massage. It was a couples massage. I literally left my wife in the massage room because I was not waiting any longer.

Previously gave them 5 stars. I’ve been going here a long time for couple’s massages and always had a great experience. unfortunately the last time I went, the masseuses came in and immediately started giggling and gossiping about our bodies. what they didn’t realize was that I understand Chinese! the massage was still excellent, but unfortunately this unprofessional behavior was extremely off putting. :(

It was my first visit at the establishment, I walked in , they told made me pay a tip before my service. Plus an addition $7 taxes (First red flag). They didn’t ask me what service I wanted. A man walked in during my massage. My masseuse walked out in the middle of my service. She was rough & apply too much pressure. I asked her for less pressure & she ignored me. It was the worst massage I’ve experienced. My body feels soar.

It was the worst experience ever! I got a massage on Friday 10/27/2023. I was on time , not rude. Purchased a Groupon and paid taxes on it already. They charged more taxes on top of it when i got there. The man snatched my phone to redeem Groupon . The massage was painful and too rough. I mean my back hurts so bad. She didn’t understand English nor notice how tense i was during the massage. I had to yell ouch and she still continued To Be Rough. Then Forcing To Tip when the service was horrible. I asked to use restroom they literally waited and waited . Then said TIP AND KEPT SAYING it. Let me tip you on my own, DO NOT FORCE ME ! Wouldn’t recommend sorry for my women of color no offense but i was treated differently . Also i am a Muslim woman, i was uncovered for the massage of course. But she opened the door during my services which was BIG RED FLAG. No thank you

I scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I a week in advance. The ad said $99 special (couples only) for a 60min full body massage. The online booking wound up charging $107. Im not sure how the difference factored. At the time, I didnt look closer and assumed it was because of tax. A closer review of my receipt doesnt show a breakdown. It just lists $107 as a straight charge. Even still, NJ sales tax is 6.625% so the math doesnt add up. Its a nominal difference so I let it go without questioning it. The day of our massage, we were about to leave for the salon. My phone started blowing up with texts & calls saying to come 1/2hr later than scheduled. I couldnt understand her explanation as the caller appeared to struggle with the English language. She kept calling me honey. I agreed to the 1/2hr delay. Once agreed, she tried to shift it out 1/2hr more. I said no, we need to move on to other commitments this afternoon. She agreed to just the 1/2hr delay. Upon arrival, we were accosted on the stairs by the masseuse saying they just moved downstairs. She asked if I already paid. I said yes, online. She walked us to the counter to check us in on her app. She then walked us to the couples room. She asked us at the door what kind of massage we wanted. I asked for Swedish light pressure since I just wanted to relax. My wife asked for deep tissue. We were instructed to undress. There isnt anywhere in the room to put your belongings. Theres a coatrack on the back of the door. We had to keep our clothing & belongings on the floor. We laid on the tables for 10mins before they re-entered the room. The same masseuse returned with a man. She worked on my wife, the man came to me. Quite a portion of my massage was spent just rubbing my back & arms ontop of the sheet. The pressure started off okay once he moved to skin contact. Then he got too deep. Around that same time, my wife became very vocal. She was grimacing and saying ouch. She commented to the masseuse that shes very strong for a little lady. I couldnt enjoy my massage even if it was enjoyable because I was focusing concern on my wife. I even asked her if shes okay. The masseuse kept telling my wife she has too many knots and needs to come every two weeks. My wife kept telling her it hurts. The female masseuse left my wife mid-massage several times to exit the room and talk with someone. This is extremely unprofessional to walk away in the middle of the massage. Even once is unprofessional, but several times is beyond unacceptable. The man focused his time on my back, shoulder blades & some time on my legs. Barely any arms, neck, hands or feet. My hair was covered with a towel. There was no scalp work at all. He barely touched my neck or shoulders. The masseuse kept telling my wife you will be sore tomorrow but thank me for it then. My wife and I were hurting upon completion. Its 5 days later and we can still not lay on our backs in bed or lean against the backrest of our cars seat without pain. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Ive had some unimpressive massages in my past, but this is brutal. This isnt soreness... this is pain. Ive been through major surgeries that didnt even leave me with this level of pain. Both my wife & I were athletes years ago so neither of us is fragile. We both have high pain tolerance levels, but this is insane. My wife and I need a massage from a reputable massage therapist once our pain heals because of this. Never again!

This place is noisy. Not only because of traffic which is understandable but the workers scream and yell at one another. My massage was not enjoyable at all. The massage therapist walked out on me 3x!! I was so disappointed that I no longer wanted the massage. The pressure was also bad and also uncomfortable that I asked her to stop.

Terrible experience was asked the whole time by the masseuse how much I paid and can I tip the amount she wanted . Couldnt relax the whole massage and it was rushed.

Do not go here. I ordered a groupon and they made me pay additional money for “taxes”. The massage was very hard and I was left sore. I left a tip and three people( the receptionist came out of a room and the two masseuse’s)followed me to the door demanding more money. As I write this review, I see this is not the first time other customers were harassed for tip. The owner needs to do something, and not just respond to everyone on here they will do something because obviously its not working. Very unprofessional, go somewhere else

Purchased a 60min Groupon massage at Green Leaf Spa. The atmosphere is relaxed which can send mixed messages regarding professionalism, as well as the language barrier for clear communication. Be sure to set reasonable expectations and consult the menu of services BEFORE purchasing. This way you can clearly request the services right for you.I had a deep tissue/hot stone massage and my therapist did ask about pressure and hot spots in my body. I was not given a formal questionnaire to fill out as at other places I have been to. This may help with the communication that others noted.The spa/room itself is older but clean if a little cluttered for my own personal preference. I’d like to try another service here as I was satisfied with my first experience.

Do not recommend this place. The lady in front asked for the tip before the massage started and that’s a red flag. I smiled and told her I will tip after the massage depending how good the service is. I asked for a deep tissue massage but she had no technique and applied no pressure. I told her I need pressure but she couldn’t speak English so she asked her manager to come to the room and translate for her. Still no pressure. I tried to just show her to massage my shoulder and neck where I had stiffness but of course she couldn’t understand. This time another person entered the room and I explained to him but still the same random movement of her hands on my back. I gave up but kept my cool till the massage ended. I didn’t want to be mean to her since she didn’t speak English. I still tipped her and left. I will never come back. It was a joke.

We went to Greenleaf as part of a celebration. We got the couple’s massage and the hot stone thing. It was pretty good. The masseuses were friendly and they give you candy at the end. I’d recommend bringing cash for a tip.

Before I came, I called to ask if there was availability for an hour massage, there was. I get there, go in the room immediately, got undressed and was in the room for 10 min, no one comes.I yelled out, “hello”, nothing. I waited about 10 more min, got dressed and walked out to two people just sitting on their phone. I told her I was leaving and she begged me to go back in the room, she “thought” someone was in there. NEVER AGAIN.

Will never come to this place ever again. Went to get a massage. The guy focused on my back the majority of the time. I wanted a full body massage, not just my back. Now my back hurts. Instead of feeling relaxed, I feel tense now. My thighs didnt get massaged. When he told me to turn over for the front side of my body, he hit on my thighs a few times, rubbed my arms and hands for 5 minutes, and the massage was over. I gave a $20 tip, and they told me that I had to give $30 as a tip. I will never come to this place again.

If I was you I wouldnt waste my money or Time. Even though the price was reasonable they are very unprofessional. My husband and I went there for a couples massage, the two massage therapists where arguing during our massage, the rooms arent private rooms so we heard everyone conversation and customers as they entered the establishment. The massage I received I give it a two Ive had better. At the end of our massage as we were paying for our service they told us we had to tip . Thieves!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! This place does not even deserve half a star. I had a horrific experience here. I scheduled a massage here for the week of my birthday to unwind. I scheduled directly on their website. I called in immediately to alert the very rude receptionist that I was unable to make the appointment and would call back to reschedule and requested a refund. The receptionist proceeded to yell at me and told me that she didn’t know how to give me a refund. Who says that??!? When I requested to speak to a manager/owner, she didn’t respond and proceeded to speak to someone in another language until the phone line went dead. I hung up and redialed thinking that we just lost connection and the call went straight to voicemail twice. My curiosity got the best of me and I decided to call back on a different number. You won’t believe what happened next….the phone actually rang and the receptionist picked it up immediately. SOOO SHE HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO THAT I WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO CALL HER BACK!!! Wow!! I was horrified that this had happened. Through all of this, I remained calm and was nothing but respectful to her. No one should be treated this way! Especially when you’re spending your hard earned money. I’m disappointed in Greenleaf and I want my money back! It’s not right to steal someone’s money when you haven’t even provided the service for them. I’m shocked and appalled with how I was treated. You’ve been warned! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

OMG Rachel is AMAZING! I’ve never had a better massage. She focused on all the areas I needed and literally I walked out of there feeling so relaxed, I felt like I couldn’t even drive home. Will definitely be back for sure! Worth every single penny. I didn’t feel like I was being sold like the chain massage places and she took off my stress away.

I have been here at least 5 times. For the massage and price this is a great option in South Jersey. However my most recent visit was VERY unprofessional.From the start of my massage I realized the receptionist was the masseuse, 3 minutes in I hear her talking to herself. It took me a minute to realize she was answering calls (at least 4) on her airpods while her phone is vibrating next to my ears.She walks out twice during the session comes back the third time and apologizes and someone else comes in the room and starts talking (not in English) and then the new person takes over. As the first person apologized she also said she would waive the charge. Because she said that I did not complain.The massage itself was okay. The second masseuse was better. Once I was done I went to pay and she apologized again. I tipped for the second person only and once I got in my car I see I was charged full price.I went back up and questioned her. Her response “why would it be free”. WTH!?I’m only giving 3 stars because the other masseuse are good and my previous experiences were good. Otherwise 0 stars!

I had, by far; the BEST MASSAGE EVER. Vivi gave me an hour massage that felt like it was 2 hours. I had so many knots in my neck and back that she worked out.I will definitely be a return customer. ❤️🫶🏼❤️

I have been coming here a while and I love how authentic the vibes are. I’ve always gotten great service. I send all my friends and family and they are hooked too. Be vocal if you need anything; there is a little language barrier but if you work with them; it all works out!

Here’s my review. Do NOT go there. The employees are very rude, massages are done in all on one floor with a few dividers separating you from other customers and the reception area. They never answer their phone when I tried to make an appointment, instead some one texted me and said do it online. Even though I was trying to explain I was gifted a massage. Didn’t try to make you comfortable or offer any water, or ask about pressure like normal massage places. Very disappointed and do not recommend

Took my fiane there for his first massage. We both will likely never ever have another massage for the rest of my lives. Terrible, horrific experience. I called to complain and get my money back. There are no words to describe the rudeness of the manager. She accused me of just not wanting to pay the $100. How ridiculous! Clearly, they are more concerned about money than the well being of their clients. this place should be shut down. They dont even deserve one star. Despite the ordeal that we went through, the place was a hole in the wall. One of the people giving the massage was totally inexperienced with clearly no proper training. We also had a similar experience as someone else who previously posted where we were set up in their lobby behind an artificial wall (for lack of a better term). We heard all sorts of distracting things like people going into the bathroom, the phone ringing, and other people checking in. No other way to explain it but one of the worst experiences of my life.

I had a massage with my daughter yesterday at Greenleaf spa and was very disappointed. The massage therapist didn’t ask me what type of massage I wanted . Did I have any area of concern or injuries they should be aware of. I received a lot of rubbing with lotion and oil. Could have paid my 10 year old to do that and it would have been way cheaper. Second flag was the tax.Previously purchased Groupon massages for other places and no tax🤬. ScammersThen the tip of minimum $10 !A tip is something you offer a person as a gesture for doing a good job not a mandatory requirement. I had 3 people coming at me demanding a tip. What an awful way to do business. Be grateful that you received a tip for that horrible massage.Will be contacting Groupon of this switch and bait service. Please use caution when selecting this business.

Did the couples massage with my husband and it was great. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The massage we chose was very relaxing and included hot oil and hot stones. Would highly recommend!

My sister and I had massages here yesterday. My deep tissue massage was amazing! I have neck issues that I receive PT, acupuncture and chiropractic care for. I left feeling great! My sister loved her hot stone massage. The therapists were friendly and professional!

The owner and the massage therapist there were very pleasant and nice. My massage therapist Gia did a good job she asked me multiple times if her hand and arm movements were too hard. The location is clean and the rooms are clean. This was my third time going there.

Pros: The massage was really good. Very relaxingAble to schedule you in on short notice.Cons: Smell is somewhat strange. More air freshener or more frequent cleaning would helpDidn’t receive a full hour massage. Appt was at 5pm Waited 10-15 min to go into room and change, but massage was over at 6pm exact. Also when I went to tip they told what tipping normally is, instead of appreciating the tip I gave. Which I usually would’ve given if I received the FULL hour massage. Aside from that they are very friendly and polite.

Walked in with a voucher the woman told me you have to make an appointment then proceeded to tell me she takes cash or card. I told her well can I get a refund for the voucher she said I can do it on my own time and well I went back to my car because it felt off and load and behold you cannot get a refund only Groupon bucks. Not to mention the reception got mad as well as she did because I kept saying no to her offer. I don’t mind paying because I was a walk-in but don’t gas light me into thinking I can get a refund. So if you buy a voucher to this place it’s a waste of time.

I went and got a massage for my first time for the couples massage and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience. They were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They didn’t ask the type of massage I was getting, the pressure was really intense although I asked my masseuse several times to lighten up, a male walked in as I was getting massaged. Tbh, the establishment is unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back

Found this place on Groupon, went for the first time. I was very impressed! My shoulders and neck have been killing me from work stress and I was honestly amazed they were able to get me in right away, after seeing all the good reviews I thought for sure there was going to be a wait list! I did the deep tissue massage and it was very appreciated and very needed! Looking forward to making this a bi-monthly thing! Thank you Sunny and Im sorry I didnt get the name of my masseuse but he was very kind!

Absolutely loved everything about this place. I had a Groupon for a couples massage and they give you a paper for you to put down the areas you want to focus on and ones to avoid if any (they are very careful if youve had a surgery or have any injuries which si very nice of them) my boyfriend and I had gotten deep tissue massages and were in heaven because the massager focused exactly where I needed it most. I definitely will be returning because its so hard to find a place with the hours they have as well as being 7 days a week. Its super affordable too. Couples massage range from 89-100 dollars. I highly recommend. I wish we could book on line though itd be a little easier but thats okay i still loved the entire experience. Very relaxing, smelled clean, quiet and calm, and the atmosphere was like nothing i experienced before for a massage. Love love love it! ❤️

I came here months ago and I loved it! The lady who did the massage was very professional, she was great. When I came back a couple weeks ago, a new lady, I believe the owner, gave me the worst massage that literally felt like she was trying to hurt me. I had to tell her 3 times that she was being too rough. She then walked on my back (which also hurt) and kept slipping which was terrible! At the end she practically begged me to come on here and give them a 5 star rating and when I didnt do it immediately she tried to bribe me with a $10 off my next massage. AND THEN she got up and started aggressively massaging my neck as if she was holding me there until I reviewed. It was the MOST uncomfortable, unprofessional experience Ive ever had! After the review went through on my phone (which I felt forced into with my neck literally on the line), she refused to let me go until the review went live on HER phone and when it didnt she told me to write it again. THEN when it went live she begged me 4 times to please please come back and I literally ran down those stairs and left. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again. What a difference from my first experience. If my name is on here twice with one being a 5 star review, just know that is not my real experience.

Found this place on Groupon, went yesterday for my very first professional massage and OMMG I LOVED IT! The staff is so nice and friendly. Didn’t have to wait at all. Such a nice relaxing experience. Totally gonna come back in a few weeks for another!

I will never go back! Worst experience ever. I love hot stone massages which is why I thought Id try this place because its name is the hot stone spa. When I arrived they had me booked for a regular massage instead of a hot stone. After being pointed towards my room I got undressed and was lying on the table when 2 employees came in with a cell phone. Neither of them spoke English so they were unable to communicate with me and instead put me on the phone with another employee who could converse with me. I was asked to go wait in a chair for another 10-15 minutes while they warmed up the stones and got ready. I thought if I have to get up and get dressed and wait, Im outta here. When I said Id rebook, they rushed out of the room and then one came back and started to massage me. Not only did I only get a 20 minute hot stone massage mixed with 60 minutes of a regular massage ( not what I booked), I dont think the masseuse had any clue of how to use the stones. And while I battled my goosebumps in a cold stark room where they forgot to warm up the bed, all I could think of was I hope this is over soon! And yeah...I was asked to pay full price. What a joke!

The set up is fine. You can hear cars go by outside, if it matters to you. The language barrier resulted in confusion. I speak another language, so I understand communicating can be a challenge; but the woman who kindly greeted me could not understand my choice for massage. She called a friend on the phone and eventually we figured it out. She took me to a room, did lots of pointing and smiling, to let me know to get undressed. I did so, then came in, she said sorry a lot of times and motioned for me to get dressed, then moved me to another room. Ive never had THAT happen before. So, they we nice, but they should really have someone who speaks English around at all times. The price was fair and parking was easy. The place is on the second floor, so be prepared to climb stairs. Not sure if there is an elevator, however.

Do NOT go there… horrible place and service. Very rude and it’s only one floor with dividers. Very little privacy. Got gifted a massage and they made me pay for taxes since I couldn’t confirm my gift giver did it, made me leave a tip even though I tried to explain I was gifted the massage and don’t know what the person pre paid. My massager gave a half hearted massage while he listen to something on his AirPod. Very disappointed.

This is not a professional massage! This place is located in the second floor of an old building and the stairway smells moldy and wet. I should have turned back. The “spa” is just a large office space with a office desk as a reception table and rickety dividers to create massage “rooms”. The linen didn’t look clean to me and the bathroom was very dingy and outdated. The lady who massaged me (90 min deep tissue) absolutely had no clue how to give a professional massage. It was as though she was making it up as she went along—my right arm never got massages and she hurt me in some places and in other spots merely patted me.I’m not sure why anyone would give this place a second look much less four stars. The massage was good and enjoyable. The atmosphere was very relaxing. However, I was first asked for a tip and tax before the message. When i said I would pay that after, I was hounded for a greater tip than what I gave. Asking for tips were so unprofessional, especially when one was already given. They should have appreciated what they had gotten instead of asking for more.

By far the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had, I always leave extremely satisfied. The massage I had before this I went to hand and stone with a gift certificate, I requested a deep tissue massage and it was a joke there was barely any pressure applied. The lady I had today at hot stone spa applied pressure to all the right spots, I left feeling like a million bucks, she paid special attention to all the areas I showed her. Highly recommended, I never feel as relaxed as I do when I leave here.

I gave my sister some money to go there for christmas and they had appointments at 1. she tells me that they can’t get in until 2. and every time she asked they kept make excuse to her. she talked to a lady that was a manger trying to get her money back so she can leave and they refused. she also told me that waiting room is disgusting there is a bad in there. i would not recommend this place. poor service and dose not go bye appointment. My sister had to walk out with no refund. was in the phone with them and the hung up on em mutiple times. The person who speaks english is hella rude and they this no mangers. i don’t want kind of business they are running but it dose not take a weak to get a CASH REFUND. they are a bunch of theifs. Best massage I have ever received! Vivi is an amazing masseuse with magic in her hands. Personally I don’t care for hand and stone and chain spas because while their courteous and fancy the quality of massage does not even compare to this massage. I rather have a massage that really helped my muscle pain and bring me ease than a mediocre massage with fancy rooms lit with candles.

TERRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Scheduled an 1130 appointment and the masseuse was not even there when we arrived. Staff allowed me to talk to her on the phone and she stated she would be there at 1200. When she arrived I was then told that her room was being painted and they offered to give me a massage on a chair!! Mind you I booked a deep tissue massage. First massage that Ive received in a very long time. It was long overdue and this place took care of me. I have a lot of muscles knots in my back and they worked them very well. At the end, they are a little pushy with asking for a tip, but Ive traveled enough to foreign places to know that thats just how they can be. It can be a little uncomfortable, but dont be alarmed by it. Pay what is deserved.

I had scheduled 5pm appointment. I waited till 520pm for someone to come in to the room and tell me the masseuse was hungry and was eating dinner and that she would shortly be there. The massage wasnt all that great either. Had better massage elsewhere. Dont waste time coming here

My review is based on their professionalism and not the quality of their service. I found a Groupon and know some places prefer customers to call and theyll match the price rather than purchasing from Groupon. I called to check on availability and to see if they were willing to match the price ($70). She said they would match but for $80 dollars. I asked politely if I could just purchase the Groupon for $70 and she insisted I dont and pay the $80 when I come in. I disagreed and say I would rather purchase the Groupon because its cheaper. She then hung up the phone. At this point, I wasnt confident in purchasing the Groupon. I called back and said I was disconnected and she responded, I will see you on Friday. She never asked for my name or anything so I couldnt be sure if reservation was complete. So, I attempted to call again but I guess maybe she refused to pick up. I really dont understand why they have their services on Groupon if they dont like customers purchasing from there.

Booked a couples massage for 11am and we get there only to be told we have to wait 40 minutes ! And mind you , we paid ahead smh and the lady tells me “call the boss if you want refund “ horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

This is a no frills salon. I found a groupon for it and decided to give them a chance. I read the reviews, so I knew there would be a separate tax to pay when you get there. Also, the staff either dont speak English or theyre a little hard to understand. That didnt bother me bc I dont need to talk during my massage. My boyfriend and I each got deep tissue massages. I thought it was great, just the right amount of pressure. He enjoyed his also but thought they couldve put more into it. He likes to feel pain during a deep tissue. Overall, I would recommend this place.

One of the best places around. No frills at all. Cost efficient and affordable. I need massages otherwise my back starts to be in a lot of pain. Each time I go here it is painful in the best way possible because they really do everything to get the knots out! I only do deep tissue because I know my body is literally a deranged pretzel of knots. Their sweedish im sure is super gentle! Each masseuse has their own way of doing massages but they are all great. I dont know anyones names and theres a hard core language barrier for some but thats what Google translator is for and its 60 minutes of r&r anyway. I used Google once to explain I needed focus on one should for an extensive amount of time due to a sports injury and it was great. Also, THEY HAVE THE BACK WALK MASSAGES. I was super stoked to find that out. Had my first one and it snap crackled and popped my back right into place and gave the right amount of pressure on my overworked calves.

It was our anniversary yesterday, I initially purchased the couples massage just for something to do. I then decided to take him on this day instead, so I called and made our appointment. We arrived at the location that is given to you on the site, which is not the correct location at all. They are located at least 2 lights down from the presented address. I am not familiar w/ NJ, so I did have trouble finding it. I called to let her know that I was in the area and could not find it, she did attempt to help, but her accent made her unclear. I did advise her that I would continue to look, that was at about 11:58 for a 12 noon appointment. By 12:05 pm I received a return call asking me to just reschedule or get a refund back from groupon, I was appalled. As if my groupon wast not as good as paying regular price. If that is the case then maybe they should not be offering discounts, especially on groupon. I eventually found the place by 12:10 pm, but was so disgusted at her customer service. I informed her of how unprofessional and rude she was along with refunding my groupon.

My experience was aweful. My daughter and i received the gift of a massage from my son in law for mothers day. It was my first massage so i was very excited. The room and bedding were cold and damp. My masseuse did not speak english so i could not explain how uncomfortable I was. She pointed to hooks on the door and said outfit. Then she patted the bedding and rubbed her hand up and down along the bed board and left the room. Ok, she wants me to take off my clothes, hang them on the hooks and lay down on the bed. I am feeling cold and uncomfortable. When she returned i was still dressed and I tried to explain that I was cold. She must have thought I said I needed help undressing because she started pulling at my clothes to help me undress. Then I said to myself maybe she thought I said I was old. So I told her no, no its ok and she left the room again. She just did not understand. So I did what she wanted me to do, just to move things along. I was hoping she was going to come back with some warm blankets. No such luck. In fact she did not use any warm blankets, towels, stones or oil, through out the entire massage. With the exception of my feet she used lotion or oil on my feet and calves. The massage itself was painful. I had to remind her several times to be softer. When she massaged my head i thought she was going to pull my hair out at the root. Truthfully, I felt worse when I left then when I got there. I could not wait for it to be over. My hands, back ,arms, head and legs are still hurting at 5:30 this evening from a 10 am massage yesterday. I feel like i fell down the stairs. I have a hard time believing the masseuse was licenced. I never write bad reviews. I never want anyone to get in trouble but this time I do not want anyone getting hurt. I did give the girl a tip. Mainly because she was working on Mothers day, also I tip everyone. After I had this experience I read the reviews and i am glad I gave a tip. I was not in the mood for an altercation concerning the tip. I dont know what is going on there but it is shady. Stay away. Sorry i know this is long but trust me, I have plenty more I could have written. It was a long hour.

I got a deep tissue and the did apply good pressure. That was is great for me, I typically have to ask to go harder. But the massage seemed very scattered, not much of a smooth relaxing flow. Very jagged and all over the place.

Never did give her the 10 minutes. The guy whom messaged me spent 40 minutes on my back no time on feet nor arms and hands. 10 minutes on legs. My daughter and I were in the same room with all the onteruption neither of us were able to really relax.

I received a Groupon for Christmas and began calling them the next week to schedule an appointment. It took nearly a month of calling to finally reach someone but only through text message. After lots of back and forth to figure out a time that I could actually schedule an appointment, I was told to just call at the end of the month to schedule. Ultimately, I declined to receive any services through them because of lack of professionalism and communication.
