Highly recommended!! Really chill store with very nice and knowledgeable staff and a good selection of popular juices and mods at competitive prices. Also the best quality and best priced CBD flower I’ve found in all of Richmond. They even have a pool table and casino games. Worth a trip even if you don’t live in Chester.

Fantastic customer service. Great prices and most importantly a great enviorment. Every single time I walked in I felt invited. It is a shop I get excited to go in. And the fluidity of conversation makes everything feel natural and real. It doesnt seem like the employees are going through the paces. Its seems like they are genuinely concerned about you and they attempt to help to the best of their abilty

Literally only sells dead vapes. And refuses to exchange. The only vape shop i have had problems with hyde bars or exchanging. Walked back in not 2 minutes after buying a vape cause it wouldnt work. And he says he cant take it back. Terrible buisness. And its dusty as hell in there. Loss for him. I took my money elsewhere. And it was cheaper.Definitely recommend dank vapes over this guy. Its not even 2 minutes away from there.

They helped me understand a wax pen I bought from another store and were very nice about it. That one failed unfortunately but I got the Kind Pen Bullet from Twisted Vapor and love it. The games also seem really cool and Im looking forward to chilling on a weekend night at some point.

I really love that Twisted Vapor has female staff.It seems like every other vape shop I go to has a bunch of bros hanging out.I feel comfortable shopping here and the staff are super nice and patient.Im always given good recommendations for a new juice to try out and they have the coils I need for my vape.Its honestly a nice shop with a calm atmosphere.

Im about 20 minutes from this vape shop, so I called the store to see if they had like 2 different flavors after informing me they didnt have that flavor. The man refuses to answer the second question when I asked about if they had another flavor. He was very rude. It was only 2 questions and shouldnt have been so rude

I really wish I could rate 0. The Owner of this place is so rude. He has a problem with African American customers he speaks to them in away that is so degrading. And he doesnt honor your cash out payments at closing time, But he allows under age children to play in his establishment. This place is always empty, and now I see why!... Customer service is awful. Never going back!.

Love this place, so glad my husband found it for me! They have a great selection of vape and salt nic juices. The customer service is great also. I highly recommend this vape shop, between the friendly staff and the products offered, all around awesome place for vape products.

Was given the wrong coils. Purchased them went home. Opened one to put in tank and was the wrong ones. Would not fit. Called the store and went back to the store. The employee was sympathetic for his mistake but when he called his boss she said she would not return nor exchange because one coil was open. So unfortunately for them they have lost my business

Decent shop, good little selection, however for the area they are on the high side for prices. Example: I went to purchase coils for two tanks, a clieto 120 coil and a smok prince strip coil was $14 for TWO coils. I try to support local vape shops whenever possible but I dont understand the price gouge for coils you can get for 4-5 bucks at any other shop.

A little on the expensive side as far as vapor products go but got to be the coolest environment and the coolest vapor shop to hang out in absolutely had a blast hanging there, and the employee Hannah is so cool and the sweetest most inviting girl I have ever seen at that place

Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable with a decent selection more recently the have added games a billiards table and casino style machines all in all very cool location

I Walked out the door and noticed that the vape wasn’t what I thought it was. Went right back in to take item back (A 22 dollar item out of 65 dollar purchase) literally a minute later, it wasn’t opened and they said they would not take it back. I hadn’t even left the parking lot. -1000000 do not recommend.

My go to vape shop in Chester. It took many trips to different shops in Chester and even Richmond to find one that was reasonably priced, and good customer service. This is the one for sure!

Sold me the wrong coil and wouldn’t exchange them for the correct ones because I opened one. bad business practice. Why lose a repeat customer over $13?

I went to 3 places trying to find a charger.. this place is the only one that had one. The guy working was very nice and was able to help me with no problems!

You’re not going to get very far ripping people off. This store sells “premium” ejuice. Only it’s not premium at all. They sell me fake and very bad quality bootleg ejuice.

Red’s apple e juice not real. The 7 daze bottle seal was replaced with an aftermarket cellophane seal and the bottle was scuffed and clearly old. I have a little bit of real reds apple left to compare it to and this is clearly not the same.

A great selection of tanks, rdas, and rdtas. They were extremely helpful and friendly when buying an rdta. Great shop and staff!!
