Healing Hands Massage

The staff was very friendly and professional. My massage therapist was excellent and very attentive to my specific needs and addressed them with respect and just the right amount of pressure. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere that didn’t feel like a franchise rush in and out.

Lyse Potter is very personable and really listens to her clients. I have only had a couple massages but wish I was able to see her more often. Im hoping to schedule more appointments with her since i will be moving back into the area.

Lyse has been my masseuse for 8 years (I have a monthly subscription). She does a wonderful job of working out the knots in my shoulders (which is my trouble spot) and she has such a relaxed and soothing way about her. She helps me have a peaceful hour in my busy life.

Id like to start this by saying Carol B is awesome and so are her massage skills. This review isnt about her. So any stars given are for her.Ill never use Healing Hands massage again.Mainly because theyre unresponsive and unwilling to pick up the phone if a billing issue or explanation is required. I had to reschedule an appointment the morning of my massage last week due to a child care conflict (I called at 10 am, the appt was at 6). The scheduler was perfectly friendly and happy to reschedule me for a week later. I attended the appointment a week later, had a good massage, paid and went on my way. Two days after that massage I get a $50 charge on another card from Healing Hands. I wanted an explanation. I called the office on Saturday and not one person picked up - not even a scheduler. Even though their hours suggest theyre open until 9pm on Saturdays. I left a message about the charge.Monday rolls around, I call and they patch me through to Jesse, in accounting, who I leave a message for about the charge. No response. Ever.Note: Their cancellation policy isnt on their website... anywhere, I clicked through every page. I couldnt find it. The scheduler said they send it in confirmation emails when you book a massage. Ive never received one confirmation email - just confirmation texts. Which conveniently dont include their reschedule or cancellation policy. The scheduler who I spoke with to reschedule my appointment didnt mention the cancellation policy on the phone.I wasnt charged the reschedule fee for over a week after my cancelled appointment. Ive had massages before, I understand that some places do charge cancellation or no show fees. I understand why - But to not advertise it anywhere? Or even bring it up? Just shady practices.The person on the phone this morning that I spoke to said she doesnt know when Jesse will be returning my call. Because he most likely wont.If you book here: The cancellation policy is $50 for cancelling within $24 hours. And if you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment its the full amount of your massage. Just so you can read it somewhere.

I have been getting massages exclusively at Healing Hands for over a decade. Each massage therapist I have worked with there has been very good, but Lyse Potter is exceptional. Lyse is very intuitive and finds the places where I hold tension better than I can identify them! She has a gentle, caring manner and strong hands. I work a really physical job and nothing is more restorative for me than a massage from Lyse.Healing Hands is well run and professional and convenient to deal with as well. Win-win 😊

I have been going to Healing Hands Massage for about 15 years now and have always had the best experiences with friendly and excellent therapists. I highly recommend Lydia Dorwart for any woman who has undergone breast cancer and now is in need of a therapist trained with attention to lymphatic massages. She will make you feel 100% at ease with her caring attitude!! Things may change in life, but not everything has to... keep getting your massages... Lydia will make sure youre happy you did :)

The day came when I was tired waking up with a sore back, when I FINALLY took the time to schedule an appointment with Lyse Potter, the massage therapist my wife described to me, simply, as miraculous. Well, I made an appointment and am thrilled to report that my wife was absolutely right (as usual, if shes reading this...).I set up regular massages with Lyse, and they have helped me recover from the work stress Ive been carrying around. The morning backaches are gone, too. Highly recommended!

Kat is a wonderful therapist! She never fails to help my back issues. Pays special attention to areas that need attention such as shoulders. I have been going to Kat for several years and highly recommend her services!

Lyse Potter gives the most amazing massages! She was naturally guided to exactly the right spots where my stress has created stubborn knots. Lyses touch is just perfect, correct amount of pressure to release, relieve and melt away muscles tension. Lyse loves what she does, has incredible talent, a huge heart, and will make you feel relaxed, at peace, and ultimately revived! I have been getting massages regularly for 20 years to relieve chronic low back pain. Now the pain has migrated to my neck and shoulders. I bought a Groupon for a therapeutic massage back in 2009 with therapist Lyse. Let me say I was hooked and became a VIP client of healing hands. Lyse is very good at what she does and dedicated to keep her clients happy and healthy. As a hygienist and now mother of 2, I have alot of neck and upper back tension that need attention. As a massage therapist myself, I am pretty specific when it comes to the quality of a massage. I would travel hours to this fascility specifically to see my therapist Lyse. One of the best therapists to work on me, she delivers excellent pressure, seemlessly flowing from one stroke/technique to another. Her effortless connections from one body part to the next provides a truly incredible and relaxing experience.

Lyse is excellent. She is professional, but also friendly. Ive gotten massages where the therapist does not use enough pressure, Lyse uses the exact pressure I require. Thanks Lyse!

1st experience with healing hand message. Wow! Jen was very helpful and made me feel relaxed. I went with a deep tissue massage, i have some muscle issues and that works the best for me. Most relaxing deep tissue ive had to date. She went deep and I was able to stay very relaxed and she managed to work out the kinks. Ill be back!

Had a male masseuse who maybe lightly grazed my back for half the massage over top of the blanket. Truly one of the worst massages I’ve ever received and I’ve had 100+. Just really bad all around. Would not recommend at all unless you like someone’s hand basically resting on your back for an hour.Edit: owner stated below he would email me and never did

One star is being generous. Dont ruin your day. They took 2 of a party of 3 early but made me, the driver, wait 20 minutes past the confirmed appt because the person before me was late and thereby ruined 2 special birthday celebrations and the receptionist defended their actions the next day. My masseuse never even introduced herself, never offered me a glass of water and the water to the building was turned off, begging the question of how they wash their hands or flushed toilets. Horrible, horrible experience from start to finish. Even afterward 3 employees defended their inappropriate priorities by saying there was nothing we could do when yes, there was....they couldve and shouldve told the person who was late to get out and NOT ruin 3 peoples day because of 1 who was in the wrong.
