Was there for an Autism Event. Every one there was just awesome. Staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. My only company would not even be the venue. But the event. Most Autistic people are sensory sensitive, the music was SUPER LOUD. However, earphones was offered. Which I thought was so nice. I greatly appreciated it.

Very nice atmosphere! Jason the manager and Jess took good care of my group. We had a good time enjoying the bands, cornhole, and food. Definitely a family bar and perfect for all age groups! Cover charge after 7pm on weekends due to bands playing. Either way worth it to come and hang out for drinks as well as a good time.

We’ve gone several times to see many people and had a wonderful experience each time! Highly recommend the VIP table experience, we worked with Tommy and everything was seamless. Great service, great food and drinks. View to the stage is spectacular and sound is great too! Always have a great time and will be back for sure.

Went on feb 3 Madalynn was our server. She did a great jobLove her. She had a young man helping her too. He was Johnny on the spot awesome staff. Got 2 vip sections had alot of family there and the main event was family too. Great atmosphere. Wonderful 5 stars. Thanks

I went for 1990 country night. I didnt drink but I had a blast danced lots and enjoyed good company. I dont know how to line dance but if you show up early they kinda show you a step or two.

Went to Loris on Saturday night for the Costume contest. Fun night, food was hot and delicious (hot pretzels are amazing and the tater tots rock)! Great drinks and the bar maids are nice and clearly have fun. The costume contest was fun but a few of my favorites didnt make the cut. Maybe giving each costume a number and letting the crowd vote would be a more fair representation of the crazy work that went into some of the ones I saw that didnt win. We were Dorthy and the tornado from Wizard of Oz and my kid was Master Chief from Halo! We always have fun at Loris. Laid back atmosphere, lots of parking, good food and great live music.

Went here on a party bus for a girls night And had a great time! No long wait times for drinks, the bartenders kept hopping. Plenty of rest rooms too. Had Cornhole outside and a big dance floor.

Thank you to Tommy for the exceptional table & service the other night. If youre looking for a great country venue Loris Roadhouse is your place. We had an amazing time at Tyler Hubbard.

Night out with the ladies and our first experience at a country bar. The atmosphere at Lori’s was incredible. From the bartenders and security team to the drinks, dancing and live music, this place was a hit! We will definitely be going back soon.

I bought tickets to a 21+ show yet at 10:14pm on a Saturday night there are kids under 10 on the dance floor and hanging out? No one comes to a bar on a Saturday night to deal with children. Yet my 20yo couldn’t come based on the ticket info?

Took friends there and it was all our first time. Bought tickets online for a Saturday night performance that started at 5:30 and we arrived 6pm. No one at the door to scan our tickets or to greet us. Couldn’t really figure out what to do. We sat at the bar And finally asked bartender. She stated that there was no cover until 7 PM, so not sure why we even had to buy tickets. We left at 7pm And apparently apparently we’re out $25 for nothing. Not welcoming for new people and it’s a shame because we live two minutes down the street.

Met with some friends here too eat and see a show. It was a great time. Awesome Venue! Food was done well and drinks were good. Not a bad seat in the house.

This place is a joke. We bought VIP tickets but didnt realize the VIP area is just closer to the stage. Its way too crowded a d you have to stand the entire time shoulder to shoulder. The part that really gets me is the ticket said the main act starts at 8:00 but at almost 9:00 the opening act was still playing. We had enough and left without ever seeing the band we payed for. This place is terribly ran. This is a first time and a last time for me.

Here tonight to support the Ken Anderson foundation and this venue is perfect!! Its super large and the the vibe is terrific! There is food, musical performances, silent actions and so very much more! I just bet that this much fun happens here every night. They also have good food and plenty to choose from when it comes to drinks. As Always, Enjoy!

Going for a concert if it isnt crowded can be very loud far away from the stage with it bouncing off the walls. But we loved the outside bar and how you could still see in with the Cornhole. And the food and drinks were awesome !!! Definitely a place worth going back to and trying some other concerts and food! The wings were amazing to add.

I have heard about Loris Roadhouse since it opened a few years ago, and think of it as one of the most popular West Chester haunts these days. Nonetheless, visiting for the holidays I stopped by with some friends for our first visit and we were shocked that such a new bar in the burbs offered zero draft beers. Not to mention prices for cans/bottles more expensive than you would find downtown. It is a huge space with several stages that I am sure offer a good time, but on a quiet night with no live events, I am not sure what draws people for $6+ bud lights and cavernous auditorium of mostly empty space.

I dont know how this place operates. Its an absolute joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PAYING FOR A BOOTH. One of the worse experiences Ive ever had. Paid for both. Paid for bottle service. Only to get trampled on by the crowd. There is no one to stop this from happening. There is no one to protect you from this happening. Our drinks were spilled from everyone over taking our PAID FOR booth and way overpriced bottle service. Over 2k spent from our group. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Crystal is hands down one of the best servers we have ever had. We had a blast at this place. She put up with my goofy butt the entire time and made sure we never went thirsty!

Best fun Ive had in a long time. I took a seat at the vip, which tommy did an amazing job in booking my table, as well as the bottle girl we had, Melissa, she was amazing in getting our drinks for us. Making the whole experience amazing. Thank you again guys, I love the time I had there and I cant wait to go back!!!

The wait staff was great. Mistakes were made which is human but they fixed everything and were great about it.I would of liked more security up closer to the stage as people were very rude and physical, should have been warned or removed.

Held a small group for a 50th birthday party for my GF. Samantha did a great job in handling all the event details and went above n beyond making sure the birthday girl had Strawberry Margaritas for her (which they dont carry). Our server McKenna paid close attention to the guests in making sure the food Loris (chicken sandwiches were the hit!) catered was set and ready and our drinks always full.Facility and bathrooms was very clean (impressive), and had multiple parties going on plus a normal crowd flow. Our group had a blast dancing and listening to Kaleb Hensley band. Extreme kudos to Loris and their team! Great place for parties and look forward to returning to see some of the big names I see posted on the roster.

Went to a concert there and stood the whole time. If you are expecting a bunch of people there you should have more seating. Other then that it is a nice place place. Someday it like 8 seconds in Indianapolis but 8 seconds is better they have more sitting

I had my first experience at Loris Roadhouse and it was fun! I did feel the cover was a bit high for the bands we saw but the facility was outstanding and not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of seats and bars to get drinks from. The food was decent but we went for the drinks anyway. I will return for bands that come to town for sure.

Great place! Food is outstanding, awesome entertainment. Separate stages so theres no long delay between the opening act and the featured artist. Meatloaf was absolutely delicious, hush puppies had a nice kick.Beautiful new facility, outstanding atmosphere, highly recommend!

10 stars for the party they threw us in VIP last night for my boyfriends birthday! Tommy and the VIP service girls made sure our group was taken care of and having a blast the entire night. This is exactly where we will be to celebrate EVERYTHING; the VIP booth experience was unbeatable!!!!

This was our first visit. We had a great time. Our server Crystal took great care of us the entire evening. We will absolutely go again.

My birthday party at lori’s was one of the most fun nights i have had. Tommy was super cooperative and flexible when helping make sure everything would be right and ready for me and my party. Definitely coming back.

Been there many times. I was there for the Diamond Rio show. I do not understand why they took barstools away from the bar. There are not many places to sit already. Not many food options unless you are at the bar or at a table.

I love this place, great atmosphere. It was my first time there and it will not be my last. Cant wait for line 💃 🕺 on Tuesdays!

Fun place! The country music vibe is strong! Plenty of space to move around!The chicken quesadilla were blah, and the service at the bar was slow. But, its such a unique place that Ill probably go back again to give it another try.Im sure this place would be great for a big event or on a holiday. I bet this place gets packed on the 4th of July and new years Eve.

Really nice place. Love having a country bar/club near by. Alot of big name stars come through here. The band we seen when me and wife were there was really good. The patio is really big witch is also a plus. Not a very big selection on food and mixed drinks. No draft beer but still if your a country fan I recommend checking this place out. There is a cover charge just a heads up but its worth it.

We went to the John Michael Montgomery concert and it was not a good experience. We left shortly after the main act played a couple songs. Here is why I say that. We were standing near the center bar area and we could not hear the main featured band very well. The place felt over sold and was body to body crowded. Likely would not have passed safety codes. Because it was so crowded people all around accidentally dropped drinks and spilled drinks from people bumping into them to get through the crowd. This was our first time at Loris Roadhouse. Bring cash if you drink beer so you can avoid the very long lines at the bar areas, because they had a cash only beer station near the entrance with quick turnaround time.

Food was good but very skimpy. JTM 1/4lb burger with cheese and 1 piece of bacon was $13. Fries were an extra $5. Titos and cranberry were $10 a piece. Bucket of 5 beers $45.

A cool roadhouse in Ohio, highly recommend

The atmosphere of this place was so fun. Brought my daughter for her 12th birthday. We heard so many good things about this place and was kind of let down. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing really wowed us. The pretzels were the best thing we ate. The service was awful. It was a slow, early Friday evening, Im talking like 3 tables at 5 oclock. Took forever to even get our drink orders in. The food didnt take very long so that was a plus. We definitely want to come back to watch a show though. Not all bad maybe just a bad day.

Terrible place. Catch them charging different prices to get in when the website says something different and when it was pulled up was told too bad.

My first time attending an event here with a large group. This is a very nice venue. Drink prices are decent and so was the selection. Staff was friendly. I would come back again. VIP tickets were worth the money.

Dave Campbell ll was an excellent singer! I enjoyed the show very much. The steel guitar player made it band amazing!

Amazing host for sports events! Live music half time show and fun, sports fam atmosphere! Live dj to replace annoying commercials too!

Amazing time at the John Michael Montgomery concert. We had a vip table with Bottle service and the service was excellent! Couldnt of asked for a better experience, our server was so attentive. The manager Tommy also came around and made sure we were being taken care of. Cant wait to go back!

I’ve been to Lori’s roadhouse for large and small concert events ever since they opened. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend it for anyone who loves live music and dancing.

We purchased tickets to a show that was general admissions. Our group was the first ones in the door and were told that there was no place to sit and eat because all tables were reserved. So we left without watching the band we paid for.

Happy Hour is Nice and Line Dancing on Tuesdays is definitely a time to be had!!

Music great!Freakin smoke machine is killing my asthma!!!! No need! We all need to breath fresh air!!! GET RID OF THE SMOKE MACHINE!! NO NEED ITS HAZZAROUS TO OUR HEALTH!!!UPDATE: All night long people were moving the fan in front of the smoke machine! No one wanted it blowing on them!

I’d I could leave 0 stars I would, this place needs to hire people that actually care about their job and customers. We ran an event there on sun and upon our arrival this place had maybe 10 people inside the establishment. Fast toward to 4pm and the place has prolly 50-60+ people (FROM OUR EVENT) inside sitting down eating food and enjoying a drink. The bartender proceeds to be completely rude. To the point she was talking to other customers about the guy running the event because she was confronted by him for her rude behavior (that everyone was commenting on). No events will ever be ran at this place for us again) no respect from this place. You’re welcome for the income yesterday!

Friday night, 10 dollar coverage charge for women, but guess what?? Only 5 for men! And guess what the website says? You bet it! FREE. Spoke with the bands manager Friday night, he said ?????? They charged 10?? We were asking 5 bucks each. Almost no one was in here. Joke of a place. Fun if you can entertain yourself. The guys up front said, sorry, what do you want me to do about it? Have it on recording. Ask and you will receive it. Don’t waste your money.

Our visit last night was an absolute disaster regarding our food service. It was a sold out show and very busy so I do take that into account. However we arrived very early at 5pm to allow for the crowd and to order food. We ordered food at about 5:30 which we had to flag our server down to even do this. We were seated outside at a picnic table because all tables were taken inside as well as outside. I understood it was very busy. Now we order and wait for about an hour and I watch our server take a tray food over to another table that ordered right before us. She then walks away with that tray of food and takes it inside. About 10 minutes later she walks back out and gives that table their food. They finish their food and our food has yet to be delivered nor has our server returned at all to check on us. About the 1.5 hour mark we start trying to find our server or anyone to help us find our food. Bouncers continually tell a member of our party they have no idea that we need to find our server. Who is no where to be seen. Another table that say down way after us gets their food and is finished and we still have no food. Finally we find the server and about 2 hours into us not having food tells us that she gave our food to another party. That our food is being remade and will be up shortly. However this is not the case, we have friends stand in line at the short order window and purchase $9 burgers just to get something to eat because at this time we cannot find a manager either to address our missing dinner. The bouncers told us they were working to find a manager for us at 2.5 hours and no food. Finally at 2.5 hours the manager comes out with our food and tells us that we will not have to pay for it because of the unfortunate circumstances. Saying all of this, we have never had a bad experience at Loris Roadhouse prior to last night. I am more disappointed in the fact that our server not once came to explain what happened and that she accidentally gave our food away. Instead she never returned to our table and we had to track her down. The manager took care of our food bill which we appreciated but it was a very disappointing situation with waiting 2.5 hours for our food.

The parking is great and the service is above anything else! The bartenders are what even make it worth coming out! The bands here are more miss than a hit! Food wise it was a lot better before they cut over half the stuff off the menu! The Good stuff at that ! Not to mention everything is way overpriced! Poor management decisions will run this place into the ground.

LRH is a blast, I have visited 4 times, each time taking advantage of the VIP area- staff is great and Tommy B is a pleasure to work with each time! Best way to visit - VIP!

I was a part of the Cars & Costumes event on Sunday. My two kids and I (a baby and a toddler) sat at a table for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. So we went to sit at the bar, it wasn’t very busy until the event actually started, but the bartender stood there talking to other customers who seemed to be her friends, as they were on a first name basis. The group she was talking to had a young kid at the bar, eating. We sat at the bar for 20 more minutes without her greeting us or even making eye contact. Eventually, she came over and rudely said I needed to move my children before anyone would help me. I said, “okay can I just order really fast? We’re getting hungry.” To which she responded, “no go sit at a table. We have a server.”The food took 35 more minutes to come out (one order of wings and one order of fries). The wings were beyond overcooked but we ate them, not wanting to wait any longer. More people from the event joined us at our table. We were all treated just as bad by the server. We will never be back.

I went there for the first time as part of a large party and it was a great time! Personally Im not a big country fan but the vibe was great and the place is enormous. We reserved a VIP section and honestly expected to have a section of the bar roped off. Boy were we wrong! The VIP section is on the side of the stage and dance floor, and is elevated about 10 ft. They also had lots of seating, tables, and a dedicated wait staff. Check it out but make sure to bring your boots or you will stand out.

Great venue with good sound and nice staff! Local band was on the smaller stage and they were good and the acoustics were great. The burger reminded me of my grandmas cast iron skillet burger and it was excellent. 4 stars only because the fries werent cooked all the way.

It was my first time at Loris Roadhouse. I went with a small group of family and friends. We were given top of the line VIP treatment by Jake. The service by Hailey was excellent! She was attentive to our needs the entire night and gave recommendations on drinks and food to make our experience even better. The sliders and Brussel sprouts were delicious. Looking forward to going back again soon!

First time there arrived early for a good seat and went to bathroom and even though my friend was saving my spot for my wheelchair a couple to my spot even with her protesting! But after speaking with the awesome security staff Dee took care of us got us closer to the stage! I will definitely go back I had a wonderful time Marshall Tucker band was great, thanks Dee!

Great venue for a concert. Last minute plans with friends to do something together and different. First time visitor and i didnt realize tables are first come first served on nights when they have national acts. Called Tommy and he made VIP experience happen for my group. Everything from the food, service and seating was perfect. Certain that will be my preferred way to see concerts moving forward.

My family and I had an absolute awesome time here! This was our second time coming to Loris Roadhouse. The first time was a little rough because they had just opened and were still working out some kinks. We returned for a second visit on 12/3/21 to watch a popular local band that we frequently go see around town. The service was perfect, the staff are over the top friendly. Even the security was friendly but intimidating enough to let you know youre safe. The food is a little pricey but Im willing to pay it because it was over the top delicious! I met Jake, who I believe is the general manager of the establishment. Hes a super friendly guy and I watched him as he walked around most of the night checking in on customers to make sure everything was good. I think this might be one of our new favorite spots to go to watch awesome bands and have a great time. I did take some photos of the great food but unfortunately Google review isnt letting me attach them to this review at this time. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out. I find it to be very unique than any other place around town.

We love everything about Loris. We have been more times than we can count and we have a blast every single time. The atmosphere, the energy, the food and drinks, and most importantly, the service. Tommy the GM is phenomenal. He def knows how to take care of you, make you feel welcomed, get you everything you need, and help you have a great time. He and his team do a great job with events and concerts and theyre always 🔥🔥🔥. We tell everyone about Loris and will never stop going!

-Went to see Tyler Farr. Had two beers only. Sat at back table so min. ppl contact. Went nowhere else after and the next day. Was so sick 1 day later and still fighting it. Question... Why, in this current climate of rampant disease, would they open beers@ the bar & expose that beer to every germ in the air on the way to the customer?Easy solution to healthier living, possible disease prevention, and customer retention....remove lid at table\destination.-Admissions ppl must hate their job as they seemed miserable.-Tyler Farr-did not disappoint.

First ever going had a blast. Kenny Anderson had a benefit for his Autism Foundation. Spent time with some retired Cincinnati Bengals.

1st time ever and let me tell you, we will be back for sure. For the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Jake was very accommodating and got us a great table. Haley was amazing and we did not go empty all night. Good was spectacular. The atmosphere. The music. Did I mention Jake, the manager. I am from the industry and to have a GM check in you a half dozen times, yes we were there for a while, is unheard of. Thanks LRH.. ....We are certain to be back.

This is an excellent live music venue and restaurant/bar! Always a fun night every time Ive been there!

First and last time, as first impressions are everything.Sat at the bar, looked up the menu on my phone, and patiently waited to be greeted. I asked for a Liquid Death (canned water) which is clearly printed on the menu. Bartender, with attitude, states they dont have it. Ok? I said I must have looked up the wrong menu. So I ordered a soda water (from the tap) and a lime. Bartender confirmed I didnt want alcohol. I asked about appetizers and was given more attitude, and the bartender asked if Id like a hard copy menu, perfect. There, so clearly printed on the menu was the Liquid Death water , $5. After the distasteful interaction, I decided I wasnt hungry after all. Asked for my bill for a soda water from their tap and one slice of lime; $5.33. I havent paid that much for a soda water ever. I paid and I left. And lo and behold what do I see under the bar as Im leaving, Liquid Death, multiple cans, all flavors.Train your people better. I came in with great expectations, and left feeling very unsatisfied. I wont be back, my friends wont be back. And this is the only story Ill have to tell of your establishment.

With bands on into dinner hours, it would be nice to have talk Mark options so you dont have to leave to eat.

I don’t leave reviews often, but felt the need to. In December 2021, I went to a line dancing lesson here and it was amazing, 5 stars. Good food, fast service, overall fun for someone who can’t dance. Tried my luck at clay walker last night (august 2022). Itinerary says “door open at 4, music 6, clay walker at 8. We arrived at 7:15 and felt the need to keep “our spot” because the second someone moved, someone would shove their way into that spot. I’m glad we had a large group, or I would have never made it back to where I was standing. Finally at 10 pm, the headline came on. Only played for 1 hr and 15 min. There was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms at the end of the night. Not enough bar tenders, and the ones that were working wouldn’t even make eye contact with you. Bring cash to buy 5 dollar cans of Busch Light. 1 star for a large concert night. If I decide to come back, I’m paying the extra for VIP

Nice atmosphere great server (crystal). We were there the night Lonestar played. Food was good but apparently kitchen was overwhelmed and/or short staffed. Took over 2.5 hours to get our food. We werent going anywhere so not a big deal that night. Like I said food had good taste but my cheese burger forgot the cheese and all other items like onions, pickles etc. Brought to table just plain burger. No way I would say anything or send it back. Concert would have been over. But would definitely go back again.

Been coming here to catch concerts for about a year now. Seen Clay Walker, Eddie Montgomery, and Joe Nichols so far. Out of the 3, Joe put on the best show. He was on time and played all the hits. Clay Walker put on an excellent show but arrived nearly 2 hours late. Eddie Montgomery arrived an hour and a half late as well and put on a pretty lackluster show, low energy and really didnt seem all that interested in the crowd or giving them their moneys worth. You can catch some really good live country music here, and if you keep an eye out they have some real national headliners that come every once in a while. Ppl that were big stars in the 90s, this is the place to see them. Id recommend showing up early if you wanna get a good spot, and earplugs are honestly recommended. Shows can be extremely loud. This little spot is cool and Ill definitely be back.

Our favorite server, Crystal, has been waiting on us weekly since Lori’s Roadhouse opened. She is terrific! She is welcoming, personable, quick, efficient and has an uncanny ability to remember our drink orders from week to week. Crystal had a “party” so we had another server wait on us last night when we went to hear Blake Tyler. The music was first rate; however, our service was not. Getting our server’s attention was virtually impossible; refills were non-existent and forget about asking for things like ketchup or salt after our food was delivered. She rarely came to our table. I went to Crystal looking for ketchup, extra napkins etc. As usual, Crystal helped us out immediately. Ask for Crystal on your next visit to Lori’s Roadhouse.

My favorite live music venue! A beautiful interior design, amazing acoustics, and the overall service and hospitality was 10/10. We can’t wait to come back and see some more shows and they also have some awesome weekday specials and promotions!

I will never return to this place again. It was not worth $90 ticket for New Years Eve! What upset me the most was the manager with the mullet and his lack of respect for the elderly. The cutest little lady had been sitting at the front of the bar for hours enjoying herself until mr mullet manager took the bench she was sitting on from her. I said to him for $80 a ticket you cant give her a chair. He replied no its for our VIP customers. Keep in mind no one ended up in the area that he set up after taking the bench from her. He didnt try to help her up either or offer her a chair. Hes a horrible representation of Loris Roadhouse and for that they will lose business.

I went to LRH for my birthday and for a last night out before moving out of state, and let me tell you, I had an amazing time. The waitress, Brittany, was absolutely perfect. She really made the whole night a night to remember. She was incredibly sweet and remembered all of our orders. A personal thank you to her for being so awesome.

Cool spot. Nice crowd. Staff was great. Whoever does sound needs to step it up. When you cant understand the guy on the mic when hes talking, you definitely cant understand when hes singing. Terrible hum in the background of both bands we saw.

We always love coming to Lori’s for bingo on Wednesday nights! The atmosphere is always great and the employees are even better. Jake and crystal are the best. They are always welcoming and interact with the little kids in our group.

This is a great venue, employees are very nice and great at what they do. I would have have given a five, but after two shows now starting and hour and a half after they were to start it gets a three. Arrived at 6:30 for an 8 o clock show and the headliner did not hit the stage until 10. If they get this fixed this is going to be a great place to see a show.

We decided to get the girls together and come here for Bingo! The host, Jake, made everything so interactive and fun. The food came out everything quick, fresh, and delicious!!We will be back next week and I am so glad we found this great spot right in the middle of West Chester!

Whoever would’ve thought we’d have a good old country hunky tonk right in our back yard that draws National artists! I celebrated my birthday here last weekend w/friends to see Ian Munsick. Jake, the GM, made the best VIP arrangements for us to make up for a previous bad experience I had had there. He truly went ABOVE and beyond! He personally called me at a time after hours that worked for me to discuss everything and followed up many times prior to the night! He even met with me prior to Saturday to show me where he would have us set up! Our waitress Crystal was phenomenal and made sure we were taken care of all evening and enjoyed our time there! Jake checked on us after the show, even though he had a million other things to handle. It was all the little extra touches that made for such a great experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable and turning a previous bad situation around!! Can’t wait to come back for another night of fun!! Keep those national artists coming to town!!

It’s literally the most fun place to come to Cincinnati since I can remember. The artist’s talent brings Nashville to us, the food is much more than standard bar choices, the beer is ice cold and our server Crystal made the night even that much better. Please request her…we were so impressed by the hospitality:)

Tommy Booner the manager set us up for success, he ensure we were taken care of and the service was amazing. Price was what it should of been and the staff was quick to handle any issues or needs. Overall great time great place thank you again Tommy for making it happen. Always a pleasure.

Updated Dec23, similar joys and wishes. Really liked this venue, did return for line dancing. Couldnt give 5 stars because the dance floor gets crowded and they have no ceiling fans, was so hot and a bit stifling even in the cold season. Food is typical bar food. Staff are great. Its a fabulous honky-tonk. Wish they had assistant teachers to help with line dance instruction on walls that dont face the stage.

Place was a lot of fun! Even though I was just the wing man for the night! The Bartenders rocked. Great service, Chad and MOE! Was also very happy with our food! Definitely coming back in the spring!

It’s unbelievable that the website used to say free line dancing. Captain Morgan is $9. Food gave me and my two girlfriends terrible heartburn. I had to pay a $5 cover to get in to “free” line dancing. Not worth it! Plus service is terrible!

Went for a concert. All employees and people were friendly and working hard. I was three hours early and no seating available. Once the concert started, I could not see the stage from any point in the facility. To be near the stage it was wall to wall, packed tight people. Maybe that was acceptable years ago, but not anymore. Stream it on some of the TVs through out the facility and let all people who paid get to see the act on the stage.

Probably a cool place if you get VIP seating and treatment. Not enough tables and seats for customers to be comfortable and attempt to enjoy dinner. Arrived at 5 PM for an 8 PM show, and was told at the door to go eat at the Mexican restaurant down the way, and come back at show time. Judging by the amount of people we seen walking from the Roadhouse to the Mexican restaurant, we were not the only ones told this. Seems like you would want that business and money for yourself, instead of sending paying customers away for 3 hours. Standing room only and the acoustics were awful for the main act. Again, if you get VIP seating, probably a cool place but for those stuck at the back of the room, you couldn’t see the main act or hear very well. Highly disappointed! They have TV’s on the wall showing pics of former acts, maybe put a live camera on the main act and show on the screens so all can enjoy. Just a thought.

What a great venue! There is plenty of seating and the staff goes above and beyond. I was with a large group and Lori’s offers VIP sections and bottle service and private bartender! I reached out to to Tommy Bonar, the CIP manager while I was in line to enter and by the time I got through the doors he had everything in motion for me and my party. We had excellent service and a great time! I highly recommend the VIP section. Not to mention, the seats are on the side of the dance floor for a great view.

We attended on 1/21 and the band (The Divisson Brothers) and it was nothing but inaudible jamming, no songs that the common person would know. We rented out a VIP booth and regretted that decision as soon as we realized there were only going to play their originals. Service was good, band was not good.

I designated drive for my family alot. i dont drink alcohol or go in bars but my family enjoys it sometimes. the drive wasnt bad and Loris is right off the main drag in West Chester. it looked like a nice place and they have live music. my family had a blast and they usially return to places they have fun at. i always ask them if they enjoyed themselves and they will tell me honestly if they did. so im relaying wjat their experience was. sorry i didnt get some pics. i promise to next time.

Went to LRH Saturday for the Craig Morgan concert. The concert was spectacular!! Actually, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding because Tommy, our host, did an amazing job taking care of us! Tommy— Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Hope to see you again soon!!!

The Front door staff were unwelcoming and frankly rude. I have never left a review for any establishment up until this date. The immediate reception /greeting left such a strong lasting impression that even though the entertainment was truly amazing, I will not recommend nor return to this venue. The entertainment was top notch and the bar/wait service were fantastic especially on such a busy night.

Beware when booking the VIP tables.We were extremely disappointed with the level of service and staff interaction we received from LRH Live on 10/28/22. We purchased VIP tickets that included a $250 food/drink credit. Our receipt says VP 10/1. Our server was Eleanor. When we were seated, we asked about the credit we had from purchasing the tickets for the VIP section. We understood this credit to be $250. Eleanor responded that we actually had a $1000 credit. We were surprised by this and asked her to verify with the manager. She verified that we had a $1000 credit. There were five people at our table and all heard Eleanor say that we had a $1000 credit. We ordered some food, beer and 2 bottles of liquor thinking we were well under our credit limit. Later in the night Eleanor checked on us and asked if we wanted anything else. We again asked how much credit we had left and were told we had about $250 remaining. We told her we werent sure about getting anything else and she told us we could take a bottle home with us, so we ordered another bottle of liquor.When we decided to leave, she asked for a credit card and we were a bit surprised, but we wanted to leave a tip. When she returned to the table she brought a bill for $727.85. We asked why this was and she said that she made a mistake about the credit. We told her it was unacceptable and we asked to talk with a manager. After about 15 minutes, she came back and gave us an additional $250 off, but the bill was still far more than expected. When we asked again to talk with a manager, someone finally came over and told us that it was the server’s mistake. We told them that this was essentially a verbal contract since their employee confirmed that there was a different credit amount. Another manager came over and we were told that we had to pay or they would involve the police. We never got the opportunity to discuss the bill and since they took our credit card, they would not give it back. The second manager were aggressive and brought a police officer over who told us we had to pay the bill. We paid for the $477.85 bill but we felt completely scammed by the LRH Live business.The following day we learned that another VIP group had a similar issue. Their server told them something different than what the tickets stated. I reached out to LRH on 10/29/22 and Jacob Harlan, the first manager we spoke with the previous evening returned my call. He apologized for the interaction the previous night and told me that he would speak with the owners regarding our dispute to see what he could do. He again said that it was the server’s mistake. I told him that this was essentially a verbal contract, since their employee confirmed that credit amount was $1000. He committed to calling me back with an update on either 10/30/22 or 10/31/22. Jacob did not call back. I tried reaching him 3 times and left 2 voicemails, but he has not returned our call.

Really cool venue, great service, but... if they are going charge $10 cover and $16 for a shot of tequila, then the musical acts need to be top notch. The night we were there Stagger Lee was good, but the headliner, Anthony Orio, was not. Not a good singer. I expected more from a full-time musician out of Nashville.

We were there last night for Frank Ray! His concert was a great show. Lori’s is a great environment, but want put my husband and I’s experience over the top was Crystal our server! She is hand down one the nicest, accommodating servers I have ever had. I will be coming back to LRH just because of her. Crystal you deserve 10 stars. Thanks so much for keeping the waters coming!

The food was very good, but super overpriced. Did not have any alcohol as those prices were high also. Loved the line dancing lessons, Erica was terrific, but the dance floor was so sticky it was difficult to do the turns in the dances, even with slick bottom boots. Maybe some saw dust on the floor. Overall, would go back again, but would eat before going. Visited on a Tuesday.

The show was amazing. We were in the standing vip. The only suggestion I have is to add some kind of fan and security guards. Didn’t really enjoy the people ramming into me and dancing on me because they had too much to drink. And the floor got a little slick with beer everywhere.

Nice establishment. Needs more tables and chairs. Had a VIP section but not many were in it. Water bottle was over $3.00 each. High priced! The main band was great.. The first band female was off key.. Not good.. Will probably try it again.

Im not a country music fan at all. Went with my husband to see Colt Ford. This place was the best run, best staffed, well ventilated place Ive ever been to. I dont know how they are doing it with the staffing problems everywhere else, but they are doing it, and doing it right. Every staff member legit doing their job. Im impressed and kind of in shock. Lol

We showed up at 5:30, on a Wednesday, and sat at the bar. There were 2 bartenders & 2 servers. Took 15 minutes to get a beer and a lot longer to order our very overpriced food. My husband got the $22 shrimp & grits and it was the smallest portion of food (but good). I got a tiny portion of onion straws bc I didnt want to pay their prices. I have no idea how much they charged me bc they wouldnt give us a receipt. Again, we waited a long time for another round so I finally asked the guy, who was stocking beer, to help us. He did. Other friends ate. The $9 fries were good but were just garlic fries, nothing fancy. Another friend got some kind of chips & dip. She said it was gross. The band was amazing, as always, but they echoed all night bc of the building. When she would talk into the mic we couldnt understand anything she was saying. I understand this place is new and will likely work out their kinks but Ill never know as I refuse to go back. Our food & 7 busch lights cost $100! I really wish they would have gave us our receiptUPDATE:The following day the general manager Jake reached out to me and actually called me. He was very personable and was concerned about our experience and was taking notes on the events that occurred so he could fix them and train his associates on the mistakes they made. He asked us to come back to give them another try and we agreed that we would. I believe that if the manager cares so much about this business to reach out to try to make things right then this establishment will be outstanding once they iron out the kinks. Im going to bump the review up from one star to three until I return in a week or two and hopefully give it five stars after our second experience.Last update:Our second visit was amazing! The service & the food was outstanding. Even though the sound still isnt great, we will definitely be back

Myself and a group of girls went to Loris Roadhouse for my moms birthday! We went on a night when Matt Stell was there and booked a VIP booth. The concert was amazing, the set up of Loris Roadhouse is amazing, and the service is top notch.. The manager, Jake, was so helpful facilitating all of our needs and so kind while doing so, and we had a lot of needs as a big group of girls! Great experience and cant wait to go back, we will definitely contact Jake with any future wants or needs!

Need more seats even if its a peice of wood on a wall for people who want to eat. Its all about money not what makes the customers happy or the complaints would be going away . The floors were extremely dirty and dangerous when wet. No staff or waiters for drinks on the floor . ViP was a joke for the cost. ViP with the booths are way far away from the stage. The music was so loud you couldnt talk to the person next to you all night yelling or just walking away. I took the time to read a few reviews and the replies from the business says.(Thats the way it is!). When you only make 1/3 of your business interested in coming back its just a matter of time before its over. I honestly cant say 1 good thing except the music was good. The lack of seats and tables were the biggest issues. Huge floor with 1 bar and few seats. Add another bar and double the seats. It would also be safer with 2-3 waiters at each bar.

Loris is terrible. Me and my friends were so excited when Loris first opened. A real Honky Tonk in Cincinnati. The closest we had was Bobby Mackeys. We went to Loris a few times and then to a couple concerts and found it to be over priced and just not fun. The concerts were oversold and the artists only played for an hour or so. The nights with music were not good. Couldnt really dance, country two step, line dance. Nothing else to do there either. No pool, darts, bull etc. Save your money and see the big names at a real concert arena. Bobbys is way better if you want to hear real country music and dance!

Went at 4:30 for a 9:00 concert, all tables and chairs were taken. Had to leave to eat.I know people stand at concerts but your seat at least saves your space. Probably wont do a big name concert there again but will definitely go back for local music with friends and also for line dance lessons on Tuesdays.

We heard so many good things about this place, we thought lets go try it out on a Sunday, just to look around, have few beers, etc talk to the bar staff to get educated on how the events are. Welll that was a joke, sat at the main bar for 15 minutes, several staff walked by, ceaned up and organizing behind the bar. Mind you there was only about 10 others at the bar. Staff looked our way, but not one person acknowledged us. Including a guy that appeared to be a manger of some kind. One staff member even went around on the floor, then came back behind bar and stood 3 feet from us watching TV. Needless to say we were so disappointed, because we have several friends getting ready to play there and this basic experience was awful.

Best indoor concert venue in the Cincinnati area, top artists helps a lot and they sure do have a variety of mainly country stars…my favorite!

Stay away from this place. They are total crooks. Some of the most dishonest and unethical people I have ever met.

Couldn’t find a place to eat or order food. There were 7 reserved tables that seat 10 people, but I didn’t see any of them show in the 2 hours I was there. Employees will pass by, if you ask a question they will say I don’t know and keep walking. I had to stand by the bar to get nachos, figured that would be the easiest thing to eat standing. A seat opened at the bar, so I got a seat, hung my coat on the back, sat down my nachos and drink. I went to the bathroom and they threw away my drink, but they left my nachos. I give them a couple stars for the floor not being sticky and a pretty decent band. The $15 nachos were not $15 nachos and the $9 drink didn’t seem to have any alcohol. Eat and drink before you go and don’t expect to sit down.

First time we were there, and we were really excited to see the band Gen X play. We got there early so we could eat. Which turned out to be sort of a joke. What we seen that they had online was nothing that they offered there. The band that was playing on the little stage was a good band but The salth system was horrible. We could hear the music but not understand any of the words the singer was singing. Too much bass pump through the system. When Gen X started performing It was unbelievably loud. Even again the sound system sounded horrible. It was our first time there, and I don’t believe any of the 10 people that was with me will go back.

Amazing experience and staff. Stephanie was attentive and made sure we had a positive experience. Wait times were better than expected considering the crowd. Diamond Rio was amazing. The marketing manager did an amazing job with setting up this event. 11 out of 10 experience.

Need more sit down tables. Waited over an hour for fried pickles. The musician was great

This place was nice a lot bigger than I thought , the bartender we had was amazing! Shout out Kiah!! Great music and good overall atmosphere. Bathrooms were huge so no long lines (if your a girl you know the struggle)

Mid. The waitstaff is rude. The food isn’t great, the chilli and nachos were good. Everything came out missing this and that, menu is too complicated for what feels like just a big bar. The beer is also expensive for bottles, with no draft. The mac n chese wasn’t good despite all the good things I heard

Always love coming out to Loris with my friends and getting a table. Tommy is unbelievable in helping make sure our time is perfect. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would because he’s so good at what he does. I’ll always go through Tommy when planning nights here. Loris 5/5, Tommy 10/5.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Nashville prices in West Chester, Ohio. Give me a break. You wait 45 minutes to an hour for a spot near the bar, then good luck getting served once you get to the front. Staff is incredibly rude. Never have buckets and always out of something at the bar. Insane it’s $5 for a Busch light. Trash and cans all over the floors because there’s no trash cans. One bathroom in the whole place. Sound quality is awful. Do NOT go here for a concert. They way oversell the venue and you can hardly move. Easton Corbin was over an hour late & we left before he even went on because we got tired of waiting for him and beer. I will never be back.

I’ll give Lori’s a 3.5. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, line dancing lessons are great. However the food & drinks are expensive for the taste and the mixed drinks are way too weak. I know everything is pricey right now but….at least add some liquor to the soda.

Went to Lori’s Roadhouse last night for the Diamond Rio show. Not only was Diamond Rio amazing, this new venue is awesome. Loved the layout and the space. Our waitress Sarah was incredible and took care of us all night. We will definitely be back.

I am an avid concert goer. I’m sure this place is absolutely fabulous on a less packed night. However, for a sold out concert in the VIP section there were small things that could have easily made it more enjoyable. Send someone to fix the toilet in the girls restroom. 3 stalls is not enough. Open a door to lead outside to the smoking section. Create an entrance for VIP so we don’t have to deal with the overpacked crowd in GA. All in all, Easton Corbin was fabulous. The place is huge. And staff was friendly!

Love this place. Great place to see some new and up coming artist. And some seasoned acts from years gone by. Highly recommend getting a VIP table they are a bargain when you consider the food and drink credit.

Terrible experience, paid $156 for 4 tickets to see an 8:00 concert for Clay Walker. They had a terrible cover band play until around 9:00 then just played music over the speakers. The manager made excuses why they couldnt give a refund. We left at 10:00 and the concert still hadnt started. At least we got to pay $5 for beers that were clearly advertised all over the bar for $2 on Friday nights.

$10 cover and the place was pretty dead. Drinks are way too expensive. Employees aren’t friendly. They don’t have a lot of normal drink ingredients. It’s just a huge room with overpriced items. Too much like a club. This is not a “country” bar. They should’ve kept the old bar that was there a few years ago. This place is a joke. Don’t believe the hype. Don’t waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would. It’ll be out of business in a year or so. Terrible.

Called 3 days in a row... no response to messages.Went there to hear country music.. heard none until 11pm when I tipped the band $20 to hear country music...it was the only time the dance floor was busy.Bought 4 rounds of the same drinks, got 4 different prices. Staff training to blame herenot the staff. LolMe and my 9 friends wont be back because when you claim to be a country music bar that cant be in the city and you play no country music you become a fraud.So bummed that this was our experience. Guess well wait until a country bar tells the truth about what they are and what to expect.

The line dancing was fun I think if there were a TV screen or something to project the person teaching to see their feet it would help tremendously. The food service was less than to be desired. Food was ok I guess but youre paying for the ability to eat where youre enjoying dancing. It isnt anything to rave about.

Bought VIP tickets for Brady Seals. Arrived at 5:30 and sat in the VIP seats. 5 minutes later the manager comes over. Says I cant sit there yet. Its not open. Area was not blocked off or marked. I was told that it would be 2 hours. Then told it would be open at 7. Very poorly managed.In response to Loris response below:There were tables set up in the pit area. I was not sitting at the couches. There was nothing stating what time the pit area would open. And when we asked. We got different times from everyone. If you pay for vip and there are tables you should be allowed to go in that area when you get there. There was nothing stating that vip opens at this time. We asked if we could reserve a couch earlier in the day with out a clear response and was also told that seating was available. This could have been handled alot better.

Love this place!! Best place in ohio. Awesome staff as well. Jacob Harlan is the GM. The guy is amazing super nice and makes you feel like you are at home. Never met a GM like this guy!!

Saw our first concert there a couple days ago and it was awesome. Great indoor venue.

First time here. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was really fun and inviting. The food, well its a good place for snacking food, but not really dinner. Drinks were also delicious.

I really liked the bar until the bartenders started charging me different prices for the exact same drinks I had previously purchased. My other problem is… one particular bartender decided that she thought it would be okay to short change me $68. Thanks to my buddy that literally just had the same thing happen to him last week reminded me to check my change. The bartenders need to be watched.

Morgan is my waitress on Wednesday nights for Bingo and you could not ask for a better waitress she goes above and beyond for her patrons. She has a heart of gold and smile that matches. She is a plus to this bar for sure.

I’m sure this place is nice enough most nights. Easton Corbin had this place feeling over capacity. I ordered a “bucket of beer” and literally received a bucket with 5 beers and no ice. When I immediately questioned our server she responded with, “I can’t find the ice scoop” 😳 lol Very crowded. Bathrooms over flowing onto the floor. Short staffed by a long shot. Maybe Easton Corbin is bigger than they anticipated? But it feels like they dropped the ball that night.

Lost my key to my car in the coat check cost me 130 dollars could drive my car for three days .Eric the manager is arrogant and rude.The drinks are priced high and the food is not edible .They have waitress with low cut blouses to make up for the big square room the claim has ten bars in one .The floor was filthy .The coat check lady didnt even know where to swipe the credit card .Do not put any valuables in the coat check or they will lose them and deny having lost them . Basically its a Hooters and Burger King with music. Country bar in West Chester ! What a fake .

LRH is a great addition to West Chester! Who knew thered be a first class venue where top notch and national acts from Nashville could appear for such reasonable cover charge. The staff, from Jake the manager on down, were all professional, courteous and pleasant. They made me feel like they actually appreciated my business. What a refreshing approach!They are brand new and still figuring things out but they are already doing a great job of getting it right. . That said, Im sure they will continue to improve, making LRH a first rate regional draw that will be another jewel in the crown for West Chester. Not only that, its locally owned! Good luck to all!

Wow!! Not since the days of the River Saloon at Covington Landing have I ever had such a great country music experience. First time here, Boozy Bingo was awesome! Jacob was the best bingo caller Ive ever experienced in my 41 years. Not that I play bingo a lot. Like ever. Except online. Or bingo scratch offs. I really dont get out a lot.

We have been going Tuesdays for Line Dance Lessons for several weeks. Great time, wonderful food, and the best staff. Crystal takes care of us every week. Shes great.

Great service, outstanding food! We had the meatloaf and hush puppies….it was hot and tasted WONDERFUL! Local music as well as bigger entertainers. More than one stage and one act flows to the other. Come out and visit!

The worst music venue Ive ever been to and I attend a lot of concerts. There is standing room only and the noise is deafening to the point you cant hear the artist. You cant see because everyone is standing for hours. The headliner started an hour after advertised. We finally ended up leaving.

Too crowded. Very young crowd. Waited almost 5 hours for the main act. Not the place to be if you gotta work in the morning. They dont serve mixed drinks during big concerts and they are extremely expensive.

Loris Roadhouse is a great addition to West Chester, Ohio! So excited to have this AMAZING venue right here! Great food, music and atmosphere. Be sure to check it out!

First time at Lori’s. Great service thanks to Crystal she is friendly, so fun, and a great server. Waited an hour to see Lanco but Crystal made it worth the wait.

Showed up opening weekend not sure what to expect. Tommy was quick to show us around the new place and let us know all the exciting things they have planned. Great time in a beautiful new facility. Can’t wait to go back!

10/10 recommended. Been there for three concerts now and have never been let down. Manager Tommy is also a great help with anything.

Great music, food and venue. I ran into Lori the first night we went, and she was very nice. This is the best country venue in the Midwest.

Love coming here have seen a lot of shows here .The only downfall I could say being in the VIP section I wish they had more tables set up because it gets a little overcrowded where people are bumping into you .

Had a good time hanging out with old friends but the venue was overpriced, service was terrible only because there were no servers, you have to wait in line for 30 minutes to buy a bucket of 5 beers for $31. Also they only carry Anhueser Busch products....🙄

We booked a vip event for loris roadhouse for my brother in law’s birthday and Tommy treated us great he made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful evening !!!

Loved working there I was back house of the place miss the people there but one person I dont miss and this person is the reason of me leaving I hated how things ended the kitchen leader was horrible to me for no reason at all I hated coming to work if I had to work with him he had physically pushed me verbally abused and burned with hot oil and thats the day I walked out Ive been depressed every since I would take that job back any day but long as that Tae is there I couldnt I wont him to know he cause a great deal of pain you treated me like dog dodo

Very disappointing experience trying to plan an event at Lori’s. I got about halfway through the process with everything, and then my phone calls stopped being answered/returned. Not very professional in my opinion :( I was looking forward to a fun night, but now will be looking elsewhere. (And won’t be jumping to go to Lori’s anytime soon.)

Enjoyed our time there. Great atmosphere staff was great. Everyone was very accommodating. Great experience. Drinks are very much over priced.

Political opinions mixed with business lead to such an unprofessional atmosphere. Location is 20+ miles of Cincinnati… no affiliation to that fantastic open minded city.
