Not worth the money. The picture showed dancing and yet the room was barely big enough for tables and the two musicians. My back faced the musicians and it felt rude and awkward. The musicians were great but were more ambiance than experience.Magic show was so simplistic. And food was lack luster. We left about an hour into the experience.
This place refused to refund tickets to their brunch, claiming there is a space limit, and asked us to reschedule. That makes no sense. Why would rescheduling free up limited space? Unless they have figured how to convert time into space, which would be a Nobel Prize worthy discovery. I am going to say this place is not worth the trouble to make reservations. Do not purchase tickets to their events.
My friend and I spent $60 plus dollars for the speakeasy music and magic show. The magician got sick, but they refused to give a refund or accommodate us for the money we already paid. Would highly not recommend as they may cheat you out of your money.
This place was horrible. The food was served cold and was not completely cooked. We were expecting a real jazz performance and we got a guy playing old songs on a guitar and a young girl singing songs from movies made in the 1940’s. The only part of the entertainment that gives the show a one star rating, was the magic show. My husband and I walked out after the first hour. Please do not waste your money paying for this experience. You will regret it! My suggestion is go to your favorite restaurant and listen to real jazz music on your phone.
I like the manager of this place. I think his name is majima san. and his policy is the customer is king. Even when the client began to behave badly, he didn’t kick him out, but made him out of this show
It is an intimate venue. The salad is tiny. The soup was like congealing from being out to long. The musicians kept saying tittttties over an over because there are burlesque pictures on the wall. The musicians played newer songs but jazzy. Not a speakeasy and no burlesque show. We left before the magician because he was creepy.
The manager is cool, I respect his motto of The customer is king. I think Majima was his name but Im not sure
Watched the peep show preformance and the performances shows a lot of creativity. They were also all gorgeous and graceful. The drinks were also good. Its a small space but cozy.
I really liked this place. Good food and a great variety show. Performers were friendly and impressive (we attended the drag brunch and burlesque show).
I would only say DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE , My husband and I order Rib tips and the meat was very hard couldn’t stick my fork in to it ,the coleslaw was not good and cornbread was awful and no magic show , I was very dissatisfied.
Nasty, greasy, undercooked food. Very slow service. Overall experience sucked. Not worth the money at all.
Once saw the one-eyed manager fight a creepy purple jacket guy with a knife, 10/10 would come again.
Terrible customer service!
