A massage here results in durable improvement versus just slight improvement at other places. Ruby is attentive and intuitive and really will put the pressure where it is needed even if you cannot articulate where the discomfort is. Best massage location in Chicago easily.

What a glorious treat we received from our lovely daughter during our visit to Chicago! It all started as we walked through the doors. The receptionist was very knowledgeable on the package she purchased. The therapist were outstanding sorry it has been a few months so we don’t remember there names. In fact, I’m trying to book my daughter a birthday massage, yes it was just that great!

I booked an appointment for my mom for her birthday and couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. Receptionist was really helpful and friendly since the beginning, I told her my mom didn’t speak any English if she could get someone that could speak Spanish for her to communicate and feel comfortable, which then put us with Laura. My mom left out of there happy and satisfied, she said Laura was really helpful and attentive to her needs. It was a really special day and they made it even more by just takin care of my mom that way, they exceeded all of my expectations. For sure coming back and booking one for me!

We did paid street parking closeby, it was like 9.5$ for 2 hours. This place is located on the 2nd floor. We had a couples massage reservation. It was for 75 mins with CBD oil and hot stone. We had an amazing time, it was so relaxing. Our masseuses Gigi and Susana were really great and paid attention to the specific areas we told them. They also gave a complementary mimosa. Overall a great experience.

Phenomenal!!! I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life and the 90 minute cbd massage with ashiatsu is life changing! Kim Healy is fantastic and you’re cheating yourself if you don’t try her out. She is very passionate about massage, and combines several different techniques and stretches to relieve pain. I would highly recommend trying ashiatsu (when they walk on your back) as it allows her to get perfect pressure levels! Many places don’t offer this type of massage, after trying it here I can never go back! I don’t go easy on my body as I am in the recycling industry, every time I go to Kim I leave feeling amazing!!!

My girlfriend and I went for our first couple’s massage, and although we really enjoyed it. They really did not do a good job of offering add ons or the options they have available. We booked same same day, I asked for the hot stones and didn’t receive that until more than half way into my massage. It was just a disappointing experience because no options or information was given upon arrival. And ultimately they missed a great opportunity to upsell. I saw they offered cbd infused massage oil as an option, at checkout. Would have totally done that.. had it been mentioned.. overall the therapists themselves delivered but the front staff dropped the ball.

I got the best massage of my life here from Max! Hes also a yoga instructor and really listened to my issues in order to address them. Max helped address some chronic pain and discomfort Ive been having. 10/10 recommend!

Had the BEST, much needed, most relaxing massage with Rhema last night. After a couple of long days shopping Bridal market we decided we needed some pampering. The hot stone massage was perfection with an added head and scalp massage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will be back in August to rebook during next market buying!

We had a really good experience the first time, but second time the massage therapist spent half the time gliding his hands. I made mention of my experience to the owner and receptionist and they couldn’t have cared less. We will certainly not be going back and would recommend other establishments for the price.

Booked a couples massage + hot stone add ons (which were only an extra $10- the entire experience was much cheaper than most local spas/massage services). The building is across the street from Chicago French Mkt. and a lot of other cute spots with $9.25 street parking for 2 hrs. Common space was clean and bright, and the massage room was perfect temp and atmosphere. Justin and Laura were magnificent and took extra care to adjust based on our needs. Laura’s head massage will live rent-free in my mind for a long time, and Justin gave my partner the most amazing first-massage experience. So good- we are already looking forward to next time!

Soooo good. Booking was easy and you can choose your masseuse if you have a preference. Booked a couples massage for me and my partner for our anniversary and the whole experience was great. Easy street parking pretty much right out front ($9.50 for 2 hours) Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, provided complimentary mimosas. The place was so clean and quiet and relaxing. And our masseuses (Ingrid and Justin) were fantastic. We both left feeling very peaceful and relaxed. Absolutely recommend.

My husband and I booked a couples massage and it was an amazing experience! The staff is extremely friendly and professional and the whole suite was beautiful and relaxing. We had wonderful massages and felt rejuvenated afterwards. We will definitely schedule another appointment the next time we visit Chicago!

My girlfriend and I scheduled a couples massage with you this past Saturday. Neither of us had ever been to Massage Evolved. She is use to getting massages regularly and this was my second massage ever. We had such a lovely experience. The masseuses were so good, attentive and clearly masters of their craft. The ambience of your facility is so soothing. Every aspect of the experience was perfect and we will definitely be back!

I recently had a facial at Massage evolved, and it was a complete disaster. Instead of leaving with refreshed and rejuvenated skin, I ended up with a swollen and painful face. The esthetician seemed inexperienced and used harsh towel use on my face which didnt suit my skin type. My face started swelling the next day after the treatment, and it only got worse over the next few days. I had to visit a dermatologist to address the damage caused by this facial. I would strongly advise against getting any treatments at this salon. It was a costly and painful mistake.

Ive worked with several Massage Evolved masseuses in the past; all are wonderful, but I had an above and beyond experience this time with Susana. I showed up late to a 60-minute session and she offered to extend the session on her own accord. I let her know I was having some hip pain and she quickly identified a secondary complaint Ive been working through in physical therapy. She spent the majority of the session really focusing on relieving the compression and knots around my hip flexors, while suggesting stretches and other methods to loosen them up on my own. Before and after my massage genuinely felt like night and day. She helped to increase my hip mobility in the limited time that we had and was so caring and knowledgable throughout! I would highly recommend Massage Evolved and Susana in particular :)

This place is always consistent with cleanliness and the ambiance. I had the best massage in years from Brittany yesterday, her pressure was amazing as well as her stroke techniques. I have referred three people since yesterday.

I booked a couple massage. Susana Aguilar and J.R Sanchez were our massage therapist and they both did an excellent job. Both very professional and at no point I felt uncomfortable. The place was very clean and the mood was calming. Will book again.

Ariel was one of the most skilled massage therapists I have had. I have had massages all over the world, from spas in Thailand & Hong Kong to physical therapy massages in New York & Atlanta. My standards are high and I wasnt expecting much from a little massage parlor next to the train station. The building is dated so I was kind of worried at first. Once inside Massage Evolved, it is very nicely decorated. The staff were nice, attentive, professional, and inclusive. I got a 1 hour full body massage. Ariel listened to my request to focus on my neck and exceeded expectations. She was firm and got the knots out but it was never painful. Perfect balance. My neck feels so much better now. I will definitely be back.

I have gone to Massage Evolved three times with my wife for a couples massage, and this place is amazing! Each time we went we got different massages, every visit the massage therapists were great, and we enjoyed each one a ton!The first was a deep tissue with JR and Gabriela. If you have any muscle tightness in your neck or shoulders, or knots in your back, this massage will really focus on working those out. Can get kind of painful, but the massage therapists were very responsive to our discomfort when we brought it up mid-massage. And it is a good hurt that leaves you refreshed after the massage is over, so worth the temporary discomfort.The second was a Swedish massage with Susana and Rhema. The massage therapists were excellent and this massage was more mild than the deep tissue. The massage focuses more on general relaxation rather than specifically working out deeper muscle tightness. It was great and the massage therapists were great, but we enjoyed the other styles of massage better.The third was an Ashiatsu massage with Ingrid and Stephany. We were blown away with this massage. Like the deep tissue massage, it really targeted knots and muscle tightness since the massage therapists could use their body weight to apply pressure. Unlike the deep tissue massage, we didnt have any discomfort from too much pressure, but still relieved muscle tightness. Definitely our favorite of the three massages.The only possible complaint is the price. Each 50-minute couples massage was around $300 including tip, but they are definitely worth it if you have the means. Perfect for a birthday present, or as an infrequent treat.

Terrible experience. Left in more pain than I entered, to just find out that my masseuse was brand new. This is a very expensive massage to get someone new that doesn’t know what they are doing. I should’ve atleast been given a heads up that the masseuse was new and not had to pay full price when I am coming here to relax but leaving in pain because the person doesn’t have experience and is using me as training.This has happened twice now(back to back times). I do not plan to return and would not recommend to others unless you have gone often and know exactly who is giving you a massage. Very disappointed

I came in November and had my first ever Ashi massage with Ruby! I got lucky and was able to book a last minute appt. This week I was able to see Lauren and it was fantastic too. I’m a massage therapist and in-between my last trip and now I have gotten the Ashi training myself. She definitely knows her stuff and did a wonderful job at getting all of my tight areas. The place is clean and the decor is lovely! Thank you!!

The atmosphere was amazing. Susana was amazing. She took great care of me. The massage was wonderful and she made me feel instantly at ease. She checked in frequently on the amount of pressure used as well as making sure I was still comfortable.11/10 would recommend every time!

I have been coming to Massage Evolved for quite a few years. All the therapist have been excellent. Today I worked with Ariel for the first time. Lets just say she has mad skills. One of the best massages I have ever had.

Im a College athlete so this was a well needed massage. I book a ashiastu massage with Lauren and it was my first time doing so. Lauren was amazing you can tell she knew what she was doing. She was perfect with her craft. Definitely will be rebooking

My boyfriend and I scheduled a massage separately but when we arrived we were told only my massage was in their system and that they had no one available to give my boyfriend his massage. Both of our cards where charged and we received two email confirmations for both separate massages. We drove into downtown for our massages and this ruined my boyfriends morning. The woman at the desk was unapologetic and we were told that he “should” get a refund. We finally got the refund but to the wrong card, it was sent my card and not my boyfriends. Would have appreciated an apology or anything on their end to make up for this.

Juana was fantastic and really tailored the session to focus on areas of chronic pain. I really appreciated her communication, advice and overall demeanor. Also, she was the first massage therapist Ive had that could truly break up my stubborn, long-standing knots.

Im a regular client for eyebrow wax & shape at Massage Evolved. It is a great space with a great atmosphere. I have only worked with Rhema, who is kind, thorough and attentive. Frankly, at this point she is the only one I let touch my eyebrows. I highly recommend this place and Rhema especially!

I met with Gabriella and it was a great experience! My session was a mix of Sports Therapy and Deep Tissue. It was my first massage, and would recommend Gabrialla for anyone thats ever wanted a professional massage but was apprehensive about doing so. I walked out feeling refreshed, incredibly less stressed, and a general feeling of things being not so bad.Will absolutely be back.

It was my boyfriend and Is first time, and the whole experience was great (especially during COVID). They give you a brief questionnaire beforehand about what youre looking for in a massage/any other issues you may have. Very clean and calming atmosphere, kind staff, relaxing room. We got a couples massage and felt super comfortable the entire time. Masks on the entire time for everyone! Both therapists were very accommodating and thoughtful (Gabby & Ruby). We will definitely be back!

This was my second massage this month with Monica and it was magical. She not only cared for me physically with a phenomenal and professional massage, she also blessed me spiritually. Update 6 months later: I went back 2 times scheduling online with Ruby but for some reason they had me with another therapist instead each time. There was no acknowledgement either time so I just rolled with it when meeting someone else for the massage. Incredibly disappointed, though, because the ease of online booking was a huge draw for me, but it looks like selecting the massage therapist online doesn’t seem to work. Other massages were not as good as that first 15-minute massage with Ruby, and my husband was also disappointed when I brought him in for a couples massage.:( :(Original review: LOVE the ease of making an appointment online, all the décor at the new location, and the superb skill of my massage therapist. I only booked a 15 minute express massage and the service was way beyond expectation - a thousand times better than most hour-long massages that Ive had in the past. I am absolutely thrilled to find this place!

This place is sketchy. They never have the same therapists, and have trouble booking & keeping appointments. They never give the full time allotted (typically ending a full 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time), and the CBD massage does *not* use CBD products as advertised: again, the product changes every time. There is no consistency! Do not trust the online system to state who you will get as a therapist, either! As a client, you have zero control of this experience, which is not a good place to be when youre paying this much. For a run of the mill massage this place is way too expensive for what you get: stick to Massage Envy.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserves one. It’s pretty damn good. I’ve been trying out a few places in Chicago but I think I’ll stick with this one now. The masseuses know what they are doing.

Hayley is amazing. I have had many massages and she is one of the few massage therapists who really listens to what you need help with and takes time to work on your problem areas. She was able to find exactly where my pain was stemming from even in areas I didn’t realize were part of the problem.Go see her if you’re having pain or even just for a relaxing massage, she’s great!

I am nervous to leave this review because I dont want the word to get out about my hidden gem in the West Loop, but I want the brownie points a positive review might get me so here goes.....THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I stumbled upon this place one day while I was out and about, and it is by far my favorite. Every time I am here, I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and 1000x better than before I came. It is my secret fix to cure all that ails me. Stephany, Nickie, Lauren & Hayley are all fantastic! Dont believe me? Then do what I do, and get your self a 2 hour Evolved Signature Massage and see for yourself. Have an extra hour on your hands, then have them perform some energy healing on you and tell me you dont leave there feeling like a million bucks. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance and mood help melt the stress away and you realize this is not your average massage envy or hand & stone. Although if they offered monthly memberships to this place, I would certainly sign myself up. I cant say enough good things about this place; you have to try it out for yourself.

This place is great. I was running behind due to parking issues and they were very understanding. Gabriella is an absolute delight. She was polite, courteous, extremely professional, took detailed interest in my problem areas, and even laughed at my cheesy jokes. I was a bit apprehensive about having someone use their feet, but with as much tension my back had, I didnt care if they used their hands, feet, or even had to throw in some atomic elbows to get the knots out. Which she was able to execute flawlessly. My back felt fantastic afterwards.

If you want a real deep tissue massage book Justin! He is seriously the best. I’ve tried to get massages everywhere in the city but I’ve never had a better one than with Justin! He actually uses firm pressure and I leave feeling actually rejuvenated rather than something that feels like a Swedish massage. Highly highly recommend!!

She addressed my worst places, shoulders and neck and through careful application of pressure released some chronic tension held in these areas. The space is lovely and relaxing as well, but ask for Stephany, she will do a great job for you. I left feeling relaxed and energized. This is a great place!

Initially scheduled 2 massages, one with Ruby and one with Stephany, but after the first massage with Ruby I rescheduled the second one with her as well because it was the most relaxing massage Ive ever had. Massage Evolved has earned a repeat customer.

The therapist took her time with slow and deliberate technique. You dont get that many places. Most places just go through a routine to fill the time slot, but here I received the specific attention my shoulders needed. I highly recommend.

$100+ dollars for an oil rub down? There was no focus to the areas I highlighted. I left with knots and tension still in my neck and shoulders and $130 (including tip) less. Would not recommend. Waste of money.
