If you a US Veteran -- Amplify DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.They took away standing 20% for US Veterans. They raised the medical prices due to recreational. Their site stated 20% off and when I called in about it no one there knew their own policy. They falsely lured me in and did not give me the stated discounts. Be aware they will change policy under your nose and even if the website says one thing--the stores will NOT honor it if changed. This is extremely disappointing to a US Veteran. I will no longer shop at Cleveland Hts.The dispensary in Euclid did NOT raise prices for medical and in fact offers 25% of to medical and additional 20% for veterans. Choose wisely.

I absolutely loved my first experience at Amplify! Everyone was efficient and professional and it seemed like they had a very proficient system for keeping the flow of things going.Loved the building, the cashier was super friendly his name started with M I think and he had like magenta hair and glasses, answered all my questions and was digging his vibe.Special shoutout to Chris Riggs who helped me browse their catalogue! I promised him Id write an awesome review and Im a man of my word. He really impressed me with his knowledge of the craft and I loved his energy and his enthusiasm!Chris Riggs got the Cannabis Rizz lolAnyways thanks yall, Ill definitely be back and Ive been telling people all about it. Feels like going to the bank but way cooler.

Numerous occasions where concentrates purchased have obviously been improperly stored and are either all over lids or have physically leaked outside of the containers, contaminating a product that is supposed to be for medical use. Concentrates are apparently not cool stored at this location as well (this is a problem Ohio wide), so if something has been on the shelf for any amount you will likely notice the quality loss. If you want a refund or replacement for a jar of concentrate, you are going to have to spend your own time/effort contacting the cultivator, rather than just walking in and getting a replacement (as has always been my experience at my primary dispensary). Concentrate prices in Ohio are already ridiculous, would be nice to see them at least try to bring consistent high quality.Bottom line, dont buy concentrates from this location if you expect them to be stored properly or get the quality you are paying for. Staff has always been friendly and nice.

I like this store. Been here at least 10 times and they are fast, efficient and friendly. It seems the employees are happy when I come in.The thing in the shopping cart is my therapy animal that I bring on plane trips to annoy the passengers . (joke people)Thanks for everything Amplify employees

Bought a new luster battery in February. I just opened it this week and it does not work with any pod.Was told there is nothing they can do because it is past the 60 day return policy and it was my fault for not quality checking the battery as soon as i purchased it. Had to pay for another one.Should not have sold me a faulty product to begin with. Poor customer experience.

Ive been to a handful of dispos in Ohio and none compare to the warm welcoming staff, wide range in menu variety, and daily discounts. They offer multiple ways to pay for your product including multiple atms and the Spendr app. Youll never want to shop anywhere else 💯

Called before going and asked if theyd accept a passport as a form of ID for recreational, two people said yes. Went there and waited in line for 40 minutes for them to say no. Also, just by looking at their website, theyre gauging on prices; youre better off going somewhere else.

Austin and Weiland are always super helpful and knowledgeable about products! Austin and weiland both know a lot about concentrates but are really helpful with any and all of my questions. They both have a wide knowledge from gummies and drinks, to flower, to devices for consumption. Highly recommend coming here if you’re new to the medical process or just looking o try something new!

Be aware, this dispensary rounds up your purchase total so you actually pay more. When I questioned them why they do this, they said it was to eliminate change. I pay with Spendr so change is not an issue.

Store is not good compared to ones in Detroit you can not see or smell product before purchase and it’s not weighted and packaged in front of you like in Detroit no specials like pre-rolls they just show you a menu people like to see and smell before purchase I hope all Ohio dispensaries are not like this and prices are to high

Gave my order to wrong person, when I finally received my order the pen was broken. I got refunded but then had to get back in the long line to place an order for the same product. Had to leave because wait time was too long. Terrible service

Medical prices have gone up with the start of recreational. There is an adjustment for medical patients, but the adjustment doesn’t take them back to pre-recreational prices. Disappointed.

My go to dispensary.. Great deals great customer service... Very quick in and out experience. Plus I love the reward system and deals.

The slowest service ever! Order before you come and anticipate unprofessional clerks wearing sunglasses as they only contribute to thier own well being.

Outrageous pricing! Three times the price at store I visit near downtown Cleveland. First time customer recommended by my neighbor because of proximity but I will gladly drive for extra 10 minutes to save 50.00. Specifications are same as well. Facility is very nice but not much more than the store near downtown. There is generally street parking any time.

If you’re visiting this location, get dropped off, catch an Uber/Lift…the parking near this location is horrible. My husband and I always have to take turns going in unless we are lucky enough to find a parking meter on the street. Just not a good location— especially for people who are handicapped/can’t walk far. The staff appears to be pretty nice. If you know what you’re looking for, they are great at helping you place an order at their kiosk, however if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for…I felt like their knowledge is very limited in explaining or assisting you in finding options that work best for you. The discount given for Veterans/Indigents is only 20%. (Most dispensaries in Akron give 25-30%) I live in Akron so unless there’s something Amplify has that Akron doesn’t AND it’s on sale, it’s not really worth the extra miles/headache. They have a website which I find they often blame for issues with preorders. I’ve had 2 instances where they have claimed NOT to have something that is clearly on the website.For my complete and overall experiences with this location I give this location a 4 out of 10.

Ive been coming here for over a year now and this is a fantastic dispensary!! Very organized, super friendly and helpful staff. I have NEVER been ignored or treated badly. I would give the place 10 stars if I could.... 😂 Dont understand the negative reviews. Know the laws and security clearance to get into the dispensaries. This had nothing to do with the customer service a dispensary provides...

They don’t know the laws here. You do not need a medical card to buy just batteries. I’d be very careful using a place like this. I can see this place going out of business real quick once it’s legal especially with everyone just sitting around on their phones.

The staff does a wonderful job here. This was my third visit and all my experiences have been great. Today I had to return a couple cartridges (manufacturing defect) and pick up a new order. From the front desk to the registers, I was treated with care and understanding. On my way out the front desk staff asked and made sure my return went smoothly. They really care about their patients here and it shows with each interaction. Thank you Amplify!

Very Professional Dispensary, friendly atmosphere, large variety of products, including edibles as well as Flower of top strains and vaping oils, CBD products. The price wasnt too high either. I was very impressed with product knowledge and information the attendants possessed. I will definitely be visiting there again soon. Lots of daily and weekly specials.

The Marijuana here is trash I bought all Buckeye Relief and it was all weak and taste like brown paper bags. But if you never had good weed and dont know the difference you might like it. Ill personally never purchase again. Step yall growers or products up. Ohio legal bag is trash the good stuff in the streets or Michigan

By far one of the nicest shops I have been in to date. Very, very beautiful. Staff is tremendous and know what they are doing! They always have specials and deals going on! A little further away from me but it doesnt stop me from making a trip every so often just to see these smiling faces and save some bucks! Lol. Overall my favorite dispensary in Cleveland. Great prices and amazing sales. The staff is very helpful and kind. You can definitely feel a chill vibe the minute you walk in the door. Drove almost an hour to pick up online order. Sign on building clearly says open until 8:30pm. Arrived at 8:05pm. Was told theyre closed and they wouldnt allow me to pick up my order. Will never shop here again. I hope these kind of misleading business practices discourage others from doing so too. I even explained the distance I drove to no avail.

Overall, a good experience. First time there, they were doing 20% off their brand, Buckeye Relief and affiliates (if you added one of their disposables, it made it 30% off; no brainer).Even though I had never been there, I was able to pre-register and order online for my first visit; none of the other 4 dispensaries Ive been to allow for that, so that was nice.Picked up 4 things, spent $136 and change after saving $54.00. That made it worth the drive from Lorain county, including gas and time. I wouldnt go for one or two items, but I would make the drive there again for a good sale. Id love to go on a 30% off day when I have a full supply of program days and a few hundred dollars to spend.The place is not real convenient to get to, and people who live in rural areas or dont like driving in the city will hate going there, but I cant knock Amplify for where they were allowed to build.

The staff here is always super knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I love going here, and wont go to any other dispensary! I love that the website lets you know whats on sale and when and has a lot of helpful information. I cant recommend this place enough!

Over all had a wonderful experience! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! They were quick about getting me registered and signed in. They took the time to explain different products to me and helped answer all of my questions! They told me about their future promotions and showed me how to stay in the loop. I was lucky enough to get a swag bag that was filled with a bunch of goodies!! I would certainly recommend Amplify to a friend && I will definitely be coming back to visit again soon!

Bad customer service today real bad I went in a couple of days ago one of the people there told me about spendr app were you get 25$ for linking your bank anyway I did that put in a order today went to pay and now they dont no nothin about the app it was no training but a few day before an employee told me about the app so first they told me they new nothing about the app then after I got upset about the false advertisement now they can take the payment but they cant do split payments cause I was gonna pay the rest with cash I just paid cash and left unsatisfied dont advertise something your employees no nothing about its not good for business period

I have been to dispensaries all over the country and around Canada, and I can comfortably say that Amplify is my absolute favorite and I LOVE that its right here in my backyard.Their people are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, place is clean and prices are what they are...I have no complaints at all here, just excited to see what comes next since their only limitation is that our industry is nowhere near as mature as other states, but when it is, this place will truly be world class.For now, I love them and this is your best bet in Ohio. Everyone who uses concentrates.. steer clear from the GMO badder by Revel.. black as reclaim and bad taste plus it was all over the lid and side so it’s probably been upside down for a LONG TIME... shame on Revel for putting out such a terrible product. #LOLTheySaidItWasGMO. the store was great otherwise.

Easily the worst dispensary in northeast Ohio. Impossible to find parking, no priority to pre-orders, and 15+ patients in waiting room at the same time. They have a good selection which is why I gave them 2 stars, but you can get all of the same things at Rise or Botanist. Online ordering is not up to par to others either. Avoid if you can.

Horrible , I drove all the way out there from elyria and they scanned four vape and I only received 3. So I didn’t get what I paid for , I called right away when I noticed which was hours later They said they would look into it and call me back , nobody called me. I called now they no that « something happened » and I paid for a cart and never received it. So I basically lost $59 dollars. Now I have to wait for video footage to confirm something they already know. What a great day. Thanks amplify. I am so mad. I feel like they stole from me I am supposed to be relaxing not stressful.Buyer beware scam

My favorite dispensary in Northeast Ohio. The atmosphere is just phenomenal which just helps improves the whole mood. Walking grumpy walk out happy and its just because of the atmosphere and also the down to earth fine folks who work here. Just wish it was closer, Thats the only downside, So I dont get to visit as often as Id like. And the other reason I love this dispensary is because they stack the discounts, which is awesome and makes it so much more affordable for me.

Went for the first time today (my first dispensary ever in fact) and they could not have been nicer. Very helpful and guided me all the way.

Went to Amplify for the first time 6/22. There are multiple dispensaries closer to me, but I had to give them a shot due to their customer service over the phone. I had called several times during the week, right when they were closing. I spoke with a Sean(?sp) and Devon(?sp) they were both amazing and the reason I made the drive. The guys working the front desk when I got there were fantastic, Im kicking myself for not grabbing their names, but i remember the one made a joke about not being an outside person 😂 They both made it an extremely quick and easy process. Will definitely make the drive here again!!

I am surprised this did not hear about this place sooner. When you walk in you are greeted by amazing happy professional staff. Then entering the back everyone greeted me, my bud tender was knowledgeable and helpful. Actually knew about bud, terpenes and effects. Every other place I have gone to bud tenders seem to be more cashiers than a knowledgeable force to assist you when making a purchase. This is going to be my 1 on and only dispensary I will be going to. They offer brands that no other dispensary in Cleveland, Sandusky, Columbus area has to offer so if youre looking for things that are new to this area check em out!

Great first impression today at Amplify on Coventry.Devin was on intake, and quickly created a new profile for me within his computer system. Not only was he efficient but he was pleasantly answering my questions about the dispensary.Tyranae, my host, warmly greeted me and ushered me back to the retail floor. She told me all about what products were available, which items were on sale, and some personal recommendations. I took them all. 11/10.Shawn, my point of sale representative, was articulate about the products I had selected. He also was candid about some of his favorite items. I enjoyed feeling all of the positive vibes on the retail floor.The lighting was top notch, and the cleanliness on point. Two ATMs? 8 tablets to browse on? Or was it 10?Walked out with a few Wana Gummy 10 packs for a pittance, a grape punch for about the same, and a 5.66 of Notorious CLE.Lets go!

Do not buy any MKX cartridges it’s a trash product from Michigan that you can get 10/$100 up in MI. But they’re charging $54 for 1 MKX distillate cart. But you can get. Buckeye Relief Live Resin cartridge for $50 save the literal headache and get anything but MKX 😂😂😂 didn’t know the Ohio market would come to this
