Everyone should go see Caroline! I love her so much. I’m very particular about who I let cut and color my hair, but every time I go to see her she always does an amazing job. I drive 3.5 hours just to let her to do my hair. She’s the sweetest I highly recommend her!

Caroline is my GIRL for all things hair. I love sitting in her chair - not only because she is going to work her magic but because I love chatting with her. She makes you feel so comfortable and is incredibly kind from the moment youre in her care! I couldnt recommend her enough.

Laura Gale always does a great job with my hair color and cuts! I started with her back in 2020 and she’s been my constant hairstylist since then. The salon is beautiful and clean with a supportive staff to make sure all your needs before, during and after are met.

I love Dale! I’ve been going to her for a couple months now and she’s been wonderful every time! She’s very sweet, unbiased, and honest. I really feel like she listens to what you want and also cares about the health of your hair. I look forward to every appointment!

This place is simply the best there is for your haircuts and massages. Period. Stop looking for other places to go if you want the best.I never, EVER write reviews, but I felt obliged to because theyre so nice and good at what they do.Laura Gale has done my hair and my wifes hair for years and knocks it out of the park every time. My wife comes home looking like shes ready for a catwalk after a normal cut/style and shes also given her hair extensions before which looked incredible. She also makes my thinning hair look as good as I could ask for. Ill be using Laura Gale for the rest of my life if I can help it. Shes incredibly friendly, always happy and smiling, and as talented as a stylist can be.I just got my first massage from Sally Rhodes last week and it was indescribable how good it was. Gotta be honest, I looked at her arms and thought, Theres no way this petite lady can give me a good massage., but she gave me the best, most relaxing massage of my life. Her voice is soothing, and I could feel the stress melt away when she was working. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and it really shows. She told me I was putting pressure on the right side of my face when I slept. I didn’t believe her until she pressed down on the muscles and I could feel the strain and tension on the right side. She could be a therapist I think if she wanted to be, just such a pleasant person to talk to and get a massage from.Love this place and all the girls in it. My wife and I will never go anywhere else.

Nicole is seriously the best for sandy blond, ash blond hair. She knew how to develop my color perfectly, matching the roots and blending the growth with fine lines (no stripes!) which is no small task. After, she blended my shadow root carefully and correctly and toned the rest to perfection. It looks natural and was exactly what I needed. She is a gem who knows how to brighten an ash blonde, and understands the struggle for no brass -- which any ash-blonde can relate to. Im picky about my hair, as this is my first 5 star hair review for anyone. Also, shes just a really nice person. 5 Stars all the way!

Book Lexi for your facial and Annie for your hair! They are both amazing women. I was so happy with my hair and skin after my appointment that I literally talked about these women all day and night! This entire spa/salon is so nice. I also found that WellSoul had the best prices in the area when I researched spas/salons for a last minute pick me up.

Today was my first visit at WellSoul and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had my first ever facial with Sally and she is amazing and Candace is so knowledgeable about what is needed to get my hair style shape right for me. She did a fantastic cut and style for me. 5 stars just isnt enough stars to give! All the staff is friendly and welcoming. I have my hair cut and colored by Laura and she is amazing. Best hair experience I have ever had. I get my facials from Jocelyn and she is so amazing. So knowledgeable on skin and products. Most relaxing experience ever! If you are looking for a great place to get your hair done and get facials, this is the place! They offer so many other services and I cant wait to try them all!

Do not go to this spa. Their staff is discourteous, the services are overpriced and not what I would expect from a salon that charged me over $100 for a simple cut and blow out. They also will charge your card without authorization, so best not to let them have it in the first place.

Liza has been cutting my hair for years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! She has a way of knowing exactly what cut and style work best for your hair/face shape, and she knocks it out of the park every time. Go see her if you want to love your hair!

Laura Gale is one of the best stylists that I have had the pleasure of working with. She has given me several haircuts, and I must say she always does an amazing job! I have never had a bad experience with her, and I cant say that about other places that I have been to. She makes the entire experience pleasant, and is super easy going and fun to talk with!

My stylist Susie is such an amazing and more than capable cosmetologist! Shes talented, has loads of experience and really listens to your hair care needs/wants. The salon has a great open, yet cozy feel. Always clean and wonderful customer service. I cant say enough nice things about this business.

Loved this salon and spa! I got the Lash Lift by Jocelyn and was impressed with the results. My lashes look so much fuller and more noticeable and it was super quick and painless. Jocelyn was so nice and made me very comfortable. Susie is a wonderful stylist and I love my cut and color! Highly recommend this beautiful salon!

I am so, so happy this place exists! I have insanely fast growing and thick hair that is, apparently, somewhat intimidating to cut. I have had a horrible time finding someone I can trust to handle it. But Candace is the absolute best and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone on the planet because I always know what I’m getting. Plus she’s basically a hair wizard and I learn something from her about keeping my hair in line every time I see her. The rest of the Wellsoul staff is nice and courteous and I have never had any issues. The space is clean and airy and adorable and easy to find. I cannot recommend them enough!------------------------------------2023 UPDATE!-------------------------------------I am still so happy this place exists! Candace the hair wizard has moved on (and it is always hard to adjust to a new hair person) but I am thrilled to have found Caroline and she is now my go-to girl for all things hair and I seriously cannot get over how good my color looks so I had to update my review. Once upon a time when I was young and actually went outside I had blonde hair and let me tell you my natural blonde didnt look anywhere near this amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. Seriously, you need a colorist? Go book some time with Caroline.

I have been here once for a hair cut and also for a facial/massage for my birthday. My haircut was absolutely amazing and I’d never had a facial or massage before and I was IMPRESSED! My skin, over 2 weeks later has never been so smooth and soft. They are always so friendly here and the facility is absolutely beautiful. Prices are 100% reasonable. I recommend this salon and spa to anyone and everyone.

I love this new spa and salon! Very clean, beautiful and the entire staff is extremely welcoming. I get regular facials from Jocelyn and highly recommend her. Sally is an incredible massage therapist and esthetician! I always leave feeling relaxed and have less pain in my jaw, neck, and back when she gives me a massage. Ive had one facial by her and I loved how my skin felt and looked afterwards. She is friendly, professional, and truly cares about her clients well being. Oh my goodness! Today was my first visit at this salon and first time working with Stylist Kimberly Mocks. Today I got balayage highlights, for the first time, and root touch up. The salon is very clean and comfortable, they have snacks and drinks for their customers. All the ladies I met in the salon today were very friendly.Kimberly was not only very friendly but also very talented! She did an incredible job at listening to (understanding)and creating the color I wanted. I was blown away by what a good job she did with choosing the perfect color! She even blow dried my hair in the style that I wanted...without me even telling her!I looked 10 years younger! 😃 i’m a freak about my hair looking good, I’m 59 years old and want to stay youthful looking as long as I can.All I can say is....Kimberly rocks! 🥰

My hair stylist, Mary Powell, does an exceptional job with color and cut, especially for savvy, short styles. Shes able to execute exactly what I want and keeps my color natural to compliment my skin tones. And shes sweet and makes me feel confident that I can just relax while in her chair.

Kimberly Mocks is absolutely amazing, and that’s the subtle version. Ive never had a thermal straightening / silk press before and hadn’t straightened my hair since 2 months after my big chop in 4/2017. I don’t trust people with my hair in general after a bad experience a little over 2 years ago; however, Kimberly soothed my nerves by making sure I was well informed and comfortable with every step of the process without even being told how nervous I was. I can happily say I’ve found my forever hairstylist.The salon is absolutely gorgeous. It’s extremely clean, well organized, spacious, relaxing, and inviting all at the same time. There’s enough room between each station that I couldnt fully hear others convos and couldn’t get distracted from my own with Kimberly. It reminds me of a bridal salon, so it really felt like I was being pampered and really treating myself with this appt. I consider getting my hair done to be self care and this salon most certainly makes it feel that way.

I had a great experience with the salon; I took my five year old to Laura for a haircut. Laura was so sweet and easy to work with, my daughter was very comfortable (price point was great too). The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff friendly and professional.

The girl who cut my hair, Kelly I think, did not communicate with me, claimed she wasnt comfortable cutting my hair short dry and that I had to pay extra for the shampoo. I caved and she only asked once what length and style. Didnt check in with me after the initial cut, and I had to take my glasses off of course so I couldnt really see what length she cut it. Next thing I know its too short she added odd layers around my face when I wanted a more blunt bob and just didnt check in or talk with me the whole time. Told me I wouldnt be able to style my cut to look like the pictures even though it was a simple bob haircut. Never checked in on the temp of the blow dryer. And it was just overall a stressful and disappointing experience. My friend went at the same time and got great results and communication so I can only assume it was the girl who cut mine.

Okay to start Mrs. Candace is magic with hair. She takes the time to understand your hair and what you want. I would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with their hair 🙌 also she gives some really good tips/tricks so save your hair !!

I recently moved to the South and did not have a hair stylist. I met Candace and she gave me the haircut I needed!! She did not disappoint! The salon was very clean and everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend making an appointment !

Walked in as a new customer to make an appointment. The place is beautiful and busy so I maybe overreacting but after first impressions, I decided to call back today and cancel my appt. I felt as if it was annoying them to talk to me. No one even looked at my hair when I asked who they thought would be a good fit for me, they just kept staring at the computer and not making eye contact. I’m sure I looked a hot mess since I just got out of a ten hour day decorating cakes, but you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover and assume someone isn’t worth your time, which is how it felt. Two stars for decor.

Kimberly Mocks is the bomb. She listened to what I wanted and made sure that my time at WellSoul went above and beyond my expectations. From the haircut to the color to the style, she showed attention to detail and was super fun to talk with through the entire experience.
