The staff is friendly, the store is well stocked, and there is plenty of parking.

Had two orders now totally messed up and leaving me dry as a desert. Ordered first thing Wednesday morning to ensure that I would receive my product before the weekend. Received a call at 330pm that same day stating what I had ordered was out of stock, all good, picked something else and was told my order would be going out that day. Fast forward to this morning and I received a email stating my order was received and now I’ll be receiving it Tuesday!!! Not only did they not ship it out the same day they waited an entire day later to ship my order completely disregarding what I was told and not doing what they said they would do.This is poor customer service. Excellent way to treat a customer of over two years.

Purchased a $60.00 bottles of their product. 1st time EVER purchasing CBD anything.Did not work, their was no relief at-all. Called back to the store, use it a couple of more days. Did that called back. All they did was recommend more of their products.I will post the name of the product. Stay away---- 5000 units of what.Bengay gave better relief.*** Relief Cooling CBD Topical ***Does not work.

Prerolls are advertised as 1.0g and are actually 0.75g. Pretty sketchy. Just say they are 0.75g. Prices are Hella high, but nice people and nice quality.

I have never been to the store but I have talked to your representative on the phone. She was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable with your products. I appreciated all the information she gave and the confidence it gave me to make the right decisions for my purchases which included products for my mother as well. I stopped in with a friend to grab some D8 carts and had an excellent experience. We were greeted with kindness and they assisted us in finding exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely visit again.

Nice. Clean. Quality flower. Weight is right. Effects are getting stoned in non THC state (for now). Really cool dudes at the counter. They know what they’re selling. But they must say it 500 times a day. Be cool and buy something. Play a little music though. Lightens things a little. ✌️ ☮️

Every single staff member is so knowledgeable and friendly! The available products are abundant and they have anything you may need. I love the products that this store sells, but more importantly, I love the knowledge that their staff have regarding their products. I’ve been working with Lydia for 1 1/2 years, and she’s outstanding! Her care and concern for my wellbeing goes above and beyond any place I’ve ever visited. In July I was out of state and went to a different store. I had a terrible experience and a sever reaction to what they sold me. I called Lydia and she helped me get what I needed. This confirmed that I’ll never go anyplace again! Thank you Lydia for all you do! You are the best!!!

Lydia was amazing and I will be returning because of her!!! I came in interested in product to help boost energy and focus. She was very attentive and asked questions about my tolerance and use preference. I then asked her if she had anything that could help my mom with her RA but cannot have THC in it. She showed me several options that could help her. I left the store with a bag full of goodies and will be back again soon!

Very well organized and clean store. The decor is really cool.Great products and prices. They have everything from CBD, Delta-8, Delta-9, THCA flower and everything in between. Ive been visiting this place recently and I have nothing bad to say at all. Everyone was nice and extremely knowledgeable. All you have to do is tell them how you want to feel and they will hook you up with what you need. My fiance is a army vet and hes been trying out the psilly squares and he had a good experience and is going back for more bc he has PTSD and it gave him relief nothing else has given him. He will be trying other edibles too bc hes now hopeful and he hasnt been in a very long time. Thank you so much to the staff!! You guys dont know how much youve helped me with my fibromyalgia and my fiances PTSD!!! Your products really do work!!!

Amazing flower! Love the thc-a products. Been going to the Columbia Farmacy for half a year now, and every time I go in, it feels like the first time in (not in a good way at all). Some of the staff there are rude, you can feel it as soon as you walk in. Today will be my last time going to the store. They made me feel super uncomfortable, way more than the usual uncomfortable feeling I get while being in the store. I will stick with ordering online…

Visited for the first time earlier this week. Thought it was a very cute place and the lady we chatted with was super sweet and knowledgeable . Got home and opened one of my tinctures and it was full of particles of brown and white floating matter…like mold? idk. Brought it back and exchanged it out, wasn’t offered a refund as well or anything lol. First time I had ever bought a tincture, now i’m afraid of them. Was nasty, could make customers very sick.

What a great place. One stop shop when it comes to Cbd heath products. Lyida and Mason were super nice and very informative. They bring great energy as soon as you walk in. I definitely recommend this place. 👌

When I 1st discovered this little place, I was a frequent customer of the 1st. Dispensary in Columbia SC.. At that time this place was very friendly! So I started getting all my products there because of the friendly and knowledgeable employees.. But lately.. the last 2 times I visited this location; the lady was very rude. I actually walked out without purchasing anything.

I have only had great experiences here, she is genuinely helpful and caring. It is not about a sale for them. That makes me keep it in mind.

Great people who work in the store. Great product, what I like to buy is consistently in stock and if it is not there, then usually at least 1 similar product I also like is available. Prices are worth what you are paying for and if you go there regular you can earn discounts after a certain amount of purchases which is cool.

My favorite place in town to buy Delta 9 products.Of course they also have CBD, Kratom, Delta 8, Delta 10. They have tinctures, flower, prerolls, edibles (syrups, gummies, baked goods, etc.), vapes, cartridges, etc. They have a really good selection of so many different products.The staff is really great. I like that it’s a small staff because you’re always seeing familiar faces.& the best part is their rewards program. After every 5th purchase, you get 25% off. You can use it immediately or save it for future use.

I visit this store atleast once a week for my Delta-8 and Kratom products for multiple reasons. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they always have a great variety of products, its very reasonable priced and they have a terrific rewards program. Im super thankful to have stumbled upon this store and I encourage everyone to stop in!

Lydia was the most sweet, kind and considerate sales person. She listened to me explain my issues with pain and directed me to several products to help me begin my pain management journey with Delta-8 products. I feel so lucky to have a shop so near my home with staff that do not make me feel awkward or dumb. Although I would rather my pain issues disappear tomorrow, I do take solace in the fact that CBD Farmacy of Columbia and Lydia are there to provide safe products that will allow me to enjoy activity again.

In brief? Great customer service, solid selection of products, cool environment... Hard to really find something bad to mention, heh.More lengthy review:Ive been by CBD Farmacy a few times now - and each time the service has been stellar. Help is readily available, but not overly intrusive - finding that perfect balance between being ready to assist but not crowding/shadowing customers.The selection of Delta-8 products is what Ive been most interested in, and its pretty good (in my admittedly novice opinion). Id recommend having an idea of what youre looking for before coming in (gummies/edibles, vape carts, etc) - and then seeking some input from them on what best fits your needs.

I always receive good service when I visit. And, they always have what I want. Lydia has been very helpful in informing me of new products and how to use different types of products. I really enjoy the friendly staff.

I’ve visited other Cbd shops in Columbia and cbd Farmacy has the best quality products at great prices ,they also offer a membership program which is awesome and allows members to save money. CBD has truly helped with my with withdraw symptoms from THC and other mental issues that I’ve masked for years getting high on THC. Thanks Lydia!!!
