The young lady who was working was extremely helpful. I arrived to the store at 8:40 pm and was told that she was suppose to lock the doors at 8:45 pm. Bewildered because the store hours clearly said they were open until 9pm. Which explains why I arrived at different locations a few days prior and the young man said they were closed, although it was only 8:50pm. I should try to get there before its so close to closing but I work on a farm and stop when its getting close to dark. But I believe a business should honor their business hours or change the hours to close at an earlier time

Never open on time always waiting or having to come back the next day in hopes to get what I need… but ig I will just order online and not shop local

What’s going on with the store not being open? Says 9:00, no one here! The other store says they’re supposed to be here already. It’s 9:15 8/21/21 store is closed.

For a long while you couldnt keep my coils in stock so i had to go to aqueous, which I enjoy, but Shawn is one heck of an employee and hes the reason Im coming back. Hes super personable and amazing at recommendations. Definitely employee of the month in my mind.

The only reason this location is receiving a one is because Ive been coming here for over a year..And this particular young lady was the only negative experience Ive ever had.A young woman by the name of Raquel greeted me extremely unpleasantly upon my last visit. This little girl instead of calling the manager, as Id requestedScreamed at me to leave her store.I will most certainly, as a paying customer for over a year NOT BE SCREAMED AT under any circumstance.I need the manager of this location to please reach out as soon as possible.

Just terrible employees, I went in at 7:30 on 10/27, asked to see a 26.99 product. It rang up as 58.99 when it was scanned. They employee who came around the corner to see it was obviously posted at 26.99 said “well it rang up at 58 so”. I’m not gonna pay double the advertised price especially dealing with an employee who cares more about talking to his baby momma who was in the store then helping a customer. Just garbage.

Best place to go for your vape essential and mods. The workers are super friendly and help you in every way of what you need. I definitely recommend going here.

The store in general is a great place and super fairly priced BUT. TODAY it is June 13th. I’m sitting outside. I’ve been sitting outside for the last 45 minutes. The hours are 10-9 today. Well it’s currently 10:40 and I’m STILL sitting outside waiting for someone to show up and open the doors. I have stuff I need to do today. I drove 10 miles across town to get here. I shouldn’t have to leave and come back later when THEY SHOULD BE OPEN. I’ll update again whenever someone finally shows up that way you guys now what time you should actually go to the store, because their hours posted by the door obviously mean nothing.***UPDATE: 10:48 am. That’s when he showed up

I was initially excited when this shop opened because there isnt anything like it in the W. Broadway/Scott Blvd neighborhood. Ive been here twice and both times the same employee had the most awkward customer service Ive ever experienced. It was almost as if he had no idea that he was working in a vape shop. He wasnt rude, but he barely spoke and looked almost terrified if you asked him questions, which is the polar opposite of what Ive normally experienced with customer service at any other vape shop. I asked him if he could help me remove my tank because I needed a new atomizer (which is why i was there-to purchase an atomizer), again he looked at me like I just asked him to change my car battery, or something. He was trying to screw off the tank with his bare hands, and I just looked at this guy like, OK, wheres someone that actually works here because you clearly have no idea what youre doing. I said dont you have any tools you can use because every other shop Ive been to has tools and can always help me change/replace parts. Again, he looked at me like I was asking him to go to Walmart and buy some tools. It was maddening. Thank god there were other customers who looked as confused as I was by the entire conversation. At one point even this other customer was trying to help me. Eventually the employee broke the glass on my tank (shattered) and I was like just give me something because I had to leave, I was losing my cool. He gave me another tank (for free) but it looked absolutely ridiculous and was clearly not meant for my small mod. All I could do was laugh, and wonder if I was on a hidden camera show. It was beyond bizarre and I will never go back.I was so annoyed I just went to another shop and paid for another tank. I retold the story and the employee said hed heard similar stories from other customers! I legit have no idea how theyve stayed in business, unless they are selling another product I didnt notice.

I had stopped going here due to how expensive they had become. . Now they have the lowest prices in town on premium juices . Ill continue to shop there . P.s. the new manager at the Columbia store has been very friendly and helpful. . Great way to turn it around

A)Although there are three locations in Columbia theres only one phone number attached to one of the stores its main store Ive talked to employees before while Ive been there and theyve expressed their frustration with this as well so they definitely need to include the store numbers for the other two locations in townB)Vapor Maven actually offers any unique feature in their stores which is a Bitcoin ATM I think itll be really important to advertisers on your page as these Bitcoin ATMs are very rare and hard-to-find

When I went in to buy a battery they told me to buy another one instead when I got home I realized the battery didn’t fit and I needed to exchange it. When I went in to exchange they rudely told me they didnt and started telling me they can sell me something in my price range and when I said it was not right cause I litterally just was in the store they started calling me “Jew boy” and throwing out anti Semitic jokes. Never ever going back

They wont open on time. Thats the only problem I have with this store. I ran out of juice and left my job 2 blocks away and sat outside til 10 after and had to leave. Went to a gas station to buy a disposable til I get off work. Hopefully theyll be opened at 6pm.

The lady in the store was very helpful and offered us a variety of flavor selections and options. I wish they had actual tester vapes. Other than that she was knowledgable about the liquids and good with her suggestions on what flavors we would like based on our flacor profiles

Absolutely great service. The big guy with beard, names Rich always give me the best customer service. I will shop there as long as that guy is still around.

Please before you buy from here know that they DONT have a return policy EVEN if the product they’ve sold to you has an issue. And they don’t even want to accommodate. They just don’t wanna hear it, you bought it and even if product is not working properly they are just going to keep repeating “we have no return policy” while you trying to explain your issue. Very unprofessional.

Customer service is okay. Selection of juice is large, but not very many GOOD juices to select from. Got a bottle of that slotter pops by lost art, and it tastes nothing like it did in the tester. Tastes like cough syrup. Ick. Anyway, this shop is mediocre.The dude who was working the night I went in seemed very limited on his knowledge of hardware. You figure anyone that works at a vapor shop would know that you cant run anything lower than a .3 on an unregulated series box (Hexohm) safely. Hes honestly lucky he didnt injure me or himself or his sweet girlfriend that was sitting there visiting with him by trying to fire such a low build on a Hexohm.

Im from a smaller area than Columbia, when I walked in to Vapor Maven it was overwhelming! Colin was fantastic! He took the time to walk me through everything and even converted me to a better vape mod! Not only that, but he set it up for me and showed me how to use it! Absolutely recommend!

As a new vaper I was nervous walking into a vape shop for the first time! I ordered my mod and things online as to avoid the awkwardness. I must say the clerk was more than attentive. Answered any questions I had, no matter how dumb. If you just admit you know nothing, they will go above and beyond. I bought a 2nd set of batteries and replacement coils for my mod. The Juice selection is impressive. Will definitely be back when I get more info and find out what kind of flavors I like, as well as how I want them blended. All in all, for a 1st time vaper buying equipment in the field, I wasnt pressured and gained knowledge along the way. Will definitely be back! Thank you for the pleasant experience! 10/10 customer service!

This is the worst vape shop Ive ever been to both of them they close whenever they want an open whenever they want and they dont put out signs when they close nobody shows up to open the store when theyre supposed to its the worst vape shop Ive ever been to in my entire life. Take your money somewhere else

My review is about their kratom only. I have not purchased vape products from them.I have been using kratom for over two years now. It has gotten me off of seven medications. But what this store has is not true kratom. You can tell right off the bat when you open the bag. It has a chemical smell. Kratom should always taste and smell somewhat like tea (sometimes bitter). Their product gives me no relief from my disabilities! Know what you are putting into your body. If its not 100% true, you will go through a withdrawal as well. Stay away from Njoy kratom. Its synthetic.Other than that, the big guy that helped me was super nice and helpful.

Customer service is non existent. The gentleman behind the counter “forgot” I was in the store and I had to ask multiple times for help as he kept walking away

The new manager is horrible. New product just as bad as he is. Bought 4 bottles, tried to return 3 unopened within just days of buying and he said too bad, we do not exchange or refund. Do not go to this store

Soooooooo many vape juice choices. But they arent limited to just vaporizer products. They have everything an alternative smoker would want. This place is absolutely amazing.

Paid over a hundred dollars a week ago.....I got told by the associate being it was my first time vaping and buying a vape I could exchange for a lesser juice of the same kind if it was too harsh.....just drove a half hour and told they wouldnt honor it.....instead tried to get me to purchase a new bottle or something else to thin it out.....what a joke

I bought 2 disposable vape pens and before I left the parking lot discovered 1 was leaking. Tried to swap it for another and they wouldnt do the exchange, even though I had just purchased less than a minute ago. Total rip-off

Great store with vape stuff, kratom, and cbd. Theyve got some of those juul compatible pods if youre into that, but also lots of regular liquids and stuff.
