I wanted to send a thank you out to Sarah for her great work and awesome customer service. I had an issue that she was so quick to take care of , and for that I will definitely be back. I appreciated that she asked me questions throughout my massage to make sure I was comfortable and if there was any areas Id like her to focus more time on. Im usually a silent customer, but it made my massage better bc normally I wouldnt say anything. She relieved so much pain in one session, I definitely recommended her work!

Meagan is an absolute beast! She’s so easy to talk to but for my latest appointment. I was so burnt out from a long day. Meagan picked up on that and made the whole message quiet and relaxing. I felt like a whole new human walking out. Her pressure is always on point especially if I’m feeling a little bit more knotted up. I highly recommend Meagan.

I have been a regular customer of Elements Massage Concord for several years now. At one point I ended my membership because I could not get in to see the therapist of my choosing. It can be difficult to schedule, they book up so quickly! That’s my only concern with the biz, other than that, everyone is very friendly attentive, and the service is exactly as they say it is! I highly recommend visiting… Just be aware, the best therapists book up months in advance!

LOVE this Elements location!!! 10/10 customer service. Everyone at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. The facility is wicked clean which makes it that much easier to relax. Highly recommend Jamie if you like medium to firm pressure. 10/10 would recommend this elements location to friends and family! Keep up the good work!

Great place for routine massages. My last visit I had one of the worst tension migraines I’ve had in a while that was running its second full day of pain on me, Liz worked some magic level skills on my jaw that gave me instant relief, something that two days of medications could not achieve.

By the good Lord, do they do amazing work here! 🙌 Everytime we leave I feel like Im slinking my way through the lobby to our car. Youre body will feel like a newborn baby after they are done!

Elements Massage is professional, friendly, and the perfect place to unwind with a massage. I would recommend whether you have an issue, want deep tissue or just a relaxing massage- I would give them a try. I have been very happy with them.

Had my 1st session tonight. Brittany was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and got to work on them. She even suggested and showed me some streches to do to help my tightness. Studio was clean and inviting. I was comfortable the whole time! Cant wait for my 90 minute appointment!

The staff make you feel at home from the moment you step in. It is almost as if you feel at home. You are greeted with a water bottle and delicious mint.

What an awesome experience!!! My 1st visit to this studio, when I walked in I was greeted right a way by my 1st name as if I have been going there for ever. The front desk person Kaela is very friendly and welcoming. My appointment was for 10:15 I arrived a little early. I was offered a water and mint, nice touch. My wait for my massage therapist “ Diana” was only a moment. I was also greeted from Diana with a warm and welcoming good morning. The room I was in felt comfortable and inviting. I was asked what I was expecting to get out of this massage today, my hope is to work on legs. Diana started working her magic immediately. I went into this experience, expecting a traditional type of massage. What I received was much greater than that. The techniques that were used with deep tissue massage and stretching Incorporated along with that. I also received a little education on body anatomy, and how it works along with massage techniques. I left the studio, feeling completely relaxed. My body felt great, ready to take on the world. When I left the front desk, they wish me a wonderful day with a big smile and said, hope to see you soon! If there were 10 star rating here to give, I would certainly give them 10 stars. Great atmosphere great people, well done Elements of Concord. You will see me again.

The place so clean, tidy, comfortable and with good hospitality and services too. The therapist help my boddy issues all time i feel fresh after massage.Only i never get enough time n get another time to booked, coz there always full booked at the day i only can come at my day off.So far i enjoy all the sessions with the therapist. They go through staff and massage techs. None of them look over my file to see that I have very specific medical needs, so I spend the first 5 minutes explaining my condition. Appointments are often canceled last minute, replacing with a distant person. Sunday got there to find that the appointment was never put into the computer

Unprofessional and overrated massage therapists. I dont recommend going here. Support local businesses and not chains like this....

I’ve had plantar fasciitis for four years and had surgery six weeks ago. I wanted massage concentrated on that foot and leg and that’s exactly what Otis did, along with a sorely needed back massage. Thank you for helping me on the road to recovery!

Received a 1 Hour Session gift card for the holidays. When I attempted to redeem by booking an appointment I was told I would need to pay a $ 45 in advance just to make the appointment. Ridiculous. I will pass this (non) gift card on to somebody else, probably not someone who I care too much for. Be careful if you think an Elements card is a thoughtful gift.

I love how attentive & personable the staff is from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. This experience is consistent over the several years I’ve visited the Concord, NH location. I’m always greeted with a smile & a warm welcome. They listen to any concerns, make small talk if desired, and ask questions to make sure I get the best out of my visit. I was especially pleased after my appointment with Allison. I told her I hurt my back 9 months ago, to which she suggested a less aggressive approach by adding hot stones. I am SO GLAD I listened to her! Thanks to her suggestion my discomfort is all but gone. I have more motion in my back & I’m not sore on a daily basis. Overall, the entire concord team is awesome

My boyfriend bought me a massage for valentines day because my back bothers me frequently. My massage was fantastic, the masseuse was very sweet and she was willing to give the deep pressure that I wanted. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The facility was peaceful and well kept, very clean. I ended up getting a membership despite the hour drive because I had a great experience.

Very relaxing atmosphere and an outstanding professional staff

The therapists are highly skilled and fabulous. But prices are way higher than the average for the area and the monthly membership is a scam. If you need an occasional massage, its fine, but definitely dont sign up for the membership program.

The staff at Elements Massage are all very friendly. The massages are very well priced and the services are awesome. Ive had the Himalayan salt, deep tissue and relaxation massages. All were great. The monthly plan is perfect and they have awesome promotions. I highly recommend.

Worst lobby ever!Wow. Wife just got a massage and…a GIANT PITBULL DOG was hanging out in the lobby. You know a “therapy dog” without any indication such. My wife is allergic to dogs but apparently the manager/owner (who doesn’t want to leave her dog at home, obviously) did not care! Wow! Then, when my wife asked to have the dog stop accosting her it was apparently an inconvenience for staff!Heads up: not everyone wants a dog burying it’s head in their crouch before a massage.Stay away! Try Intuitive Touch or MANY other cheaper and more accommodating than Elements!!Overpriced and over dogged!!

Had a very enjoyable couples massage with my wife for our anniversary. The staff was great from the front desk to the therapists. Their nice long hours make it easy to get an appointment, which was great for us at the last minute. We will definitely be back, unfortunately not as often as wed like because we live an hour away, but we will visit again for sure.

Both times I have gone to Elements Ive had a wonderful experience! Tracy and Becca were both very sweet and gave excellent massages. They made it clear I could ask them to adjust the pressure at any time. The receptionist was also very welcoming and professional. I definitely recommend their services!!

This review concerns the front desk only. My family hadn’t used Elements for a while but all massage therapists we experienced were fantastic! I called and scheduled my teenage daughter for today. She went back and I paid the bill and left cash gratuity, which the receptionist put in an envelope and wrote a name on the front. I left to run errands and received a call from my daughter. They changed policy and minor children must have an adult in the room. I went back to retrieve her, my gift card and gratuity. The manager came out and explained. Also admitted I should’ve been told that when I made the appointment. She told receptionist to give me back my gift card and gratuity. I was perturbed that the massage therapist, myself, and daughter were inconvenienced but moved on. I went back to my errands and suddenly the receptionist is calling me to tell me to bring back the gratuity she gave back to me because I didn’t give her any gratuity in the first place! Unbelievable!! She put the cash in an envelope and it seems wrote another massage therapist’s name on it. Told her I’d bring back the $22 if she has my $22 which was impossible because I was holding my $22. In so many words she called me a thief. Phone call ended. I called back and spoke to the manager. There was no point to that. Had my daughter received her massage, her massage therapist would’ve never received her gratuity. I’m appalled customer service means calling a client a thief! I can never step foot in Elements anywhere and I have a gift card that’s now worthless.Word of advice, if you leave cash gratuity at front desk, ask for envelope and write the massage therapist’s name on it.

I’m a runner and have very specific needs during my sessions. I booked last minute with Kaitlin. She did a great job. Her communication during the session was great so I was able to get the most out of the session. She is really professional and her pressure was spot on. Great job.

First I will say the Massage therapist was great. My disappointment is with the professionalism of the front desk staff. While waiting for my massage the two women at the front desk the whole time were bad mouthing a customer, then after my massage while checking out one of the staff members was eating a huge quesadilla at the front desk and the smell was overwhelming the entire place, then it appears the front desk staff didn’t have daycare for their child because she had him at the computers beside her. Then I was told my deposit would be put back in my account since I had a gift card that I paid with, I had to call back three times to get my deposit back, because I was told the manager was on vacation and she was the only one that knows how to refund a deposit, unbelievable! The front desk staff ruined my 120 dollar massage experience, will not return. I guess when the boss is away the children play!

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Beki. This studio has the best atmosphere- clean, quiet, and the front desk is so accommodating. The entire experience was so relaxing and I’ll definitely be back for more- trying the hot stones next time!

Liza was amazing and knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body. Very detailed oriented and always asking me how I was doing. I would highly recommend her. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to me next massage.

After a week I still cannot turn my head and my neck is very sore. Very expensive 90 minutes with inexperienced kid. Graduated in August not years of experiences as advertisedLeft with bruised pex and neck. Will not recommend to anyone

This was my husbands and my valentines day treat, and after leaving we decided to make it a yearly tradition. We really enjoyed our massages, I especially loved Pam! I havent felt this great in a long time! We will definitely be back!

I switch between Liz and Yali both are very professional and AMAZING at what they do! The front desk girls are the sweetest. I’ve been going to Elements since 2019 and it’s been a wonderful time I go there. I wish I could give more stars!!

Everyone I come into contact with at elements is always very helpful and friendly and makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Cheryl worked on my back, shoulders and neck because of some severe pain I had in my left shoulder. She did an amazing job at releasing the knots and tension areas, I am not an easy person to work on and I could tell she put everything she had into the massage. I felt so much lighter afterwards and had regained so much range of motion.

Therapists are skilled. 3 visits and didnt have a bad experience. My issue is the practice of massaging for less time than advertised. I know this is a common practice but in my last 2, 90 minute massages total time massaged were 71 and 68 minutes. I was almost home when my time ended the last time.Other than that its a perfectly nice place.

I love going to Elements Massage once a month for 90 minutes of me time. The health and relaxation benefits are beyond anything. Jackie and Sarah are fabulous !! The facility is clean, calming, peaceful and just heavenly. If I could I would go once a week.

I was a last minute booking and Elements did a wonderful job of fitting me in. Liza is an amazing massage therapist and did a wonderful Hot Stone Massage. The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I am counting the days until I return. They also have a wonderful monthly wellness program that I know participate in!

I’ve been here once before and loved it. I recently booked because I wanted to use a gift card. I booked online 4 days in advance and requested an appointment. I never heard back from anyone, figuring it was all set and remembering back to my prior experience, I also didn’t receive a confirmation then. Regardless, I went online to check my appointment and there was nothing booked. I called to discuss this and the woman on the phone rebooked me for a later appointment on a random day I didn’t request. Then she proceeded to say the therapist I was requesting was already booked and I couldn’t book with her. Yes, she was 4 days ago when I booked her but apparently someone else was able to overbook me. I will not be returning to this location.

The front desk staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The environment is very relaxing and they offer a great membership program that is incredible. Cant wait for my next appointment. They even offer online bookings and sometimes have last minute options. I just booked a last minute massage on Friday and loved every minute!!

I love the atmosphere immediately when I arrive--calming, perfect lighting and vibe; Ive enjoyed every therapist Ive had and theyve all had different techniques and styles; those dang heated tables! OH MAN YES! I love the music especially--I often think to myself that I need to get some of that music for home! The soothing, easy vibe when leaving is beautiful. I love it all!

My Massage Therapist, Bridget, shared one of the best massages of my 70 y.o.life. I am a longtime believer in the power of skilled massage, and Bridget is certainly skilled. She is definitely attuned to my bodys needs and moves deftly around the table. I so appreciate her kindness, knowledge and sensitivity.

I just gotta complement Massage Therapist Jamie on here. It was the best massage I have ever received. I like deep tissue, firm pressure and it was just what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I have already booked two more sessions with him.

The website says walk-in is available but when you go into the empty building they tell you they are booked for 4 weeks. I call lies.I understand that people are scared of covid but why lie about your availability?A little honesty goes a long way, I can understand being short-staffed or what have you but you need to not lie when I saw one employee literally in her car right before I entered. You are not busy, book or not getting business.

The location was convenient. The building was nice. Nice setting. However, I have bad knots in my shoulders and back. I went in expecting to get some relief. The lady I had was nice, but programmed to be a sales person. Then she started my session 9 mins late and ended 6 min early, so my 60 minutes session was 45 minutes. I was early to fill out paperwork and was ready at 8am for my 8am appt. No knots were relieved instead now my shoulder is uncomfortable now. Now I need a massage. They rub your body but do not massage. Dont think I would go back not for $109 an hour. Plus a tip of $22-30 was expected.

My first massage, my arms have been going numb and Ive been having terrible headaches cat scans eere done ect. Conclusion? Is my muscles are so tight and knotted that its pulling on the fascia in my neck causing me to have wooshing sounds emanating in through my ears. Extreme numbness and tingling in my arms along with those headaches. I am my husbands full-time caregiver. That includes lifting and washing and everything that being a caregiver entails. It has taken a toll on my body in the last 5 years.....this massage is a gift to my body. As such? Ive had my first massage and it helped within within the hour! The headaches were better... I wish I could afford to do this weekly. but I will I will certainly go monthly or as much as my budget allows, it was wonderful... They know what theyre doing. My therapist its extremely knowledgeable in what shes talking about. Im Im extremely extremely pleased! Uou will be too.

Excellent massage therapist. A severe lack of over sight with training for the front end staff. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer services from their manager. I understand when people are training, however there should be oversight. Booked a couples massage and was told $89/pp with an additional $30 off for first time costumer. Expected a $148 (w.o gratuity) evening. When checking out I paid $158 only to get TWO phone calls after explaining that they never charged me for my husband massage. When booking the appointment I asked about prenatal, couples massage I was not told that there would be a 10/pp surcharge for them to open two doors to make a long room for a couples massage.... a $15 surcharge for prenatal, that the $89 was AFTER the $30 off. Extremely irritated that what is suppose to be a relaxing event has turned into a lot of frustration and a MUCH greater cost than what was anticipated. Again, fabulous massage, but I a night out I anticipated to be around $200 w. gratuity has turned into an over $300 night.. S/W with their manager and she took very little responsibility for the EXTREME mis-information I was given. She did give ONE free session on our accounts a $114 value.. I appreciate but frankly am not thrilled to return to such a chaotic place. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. IS. KEY. Bottom line SPECIFICALLY ask them about all the hidden fees.

Ive had a membership her for about a year and love it! Being pregnant Ive gotten my Prenatal massages with Yali and shes amazing, starts every session with a deep connecting breath that truly starts my relaxation!

Had a wonderful massage with cbd oil and felt so good when I left. The staff was incredibly professional and thoughtful and made wonderful suggestions. I enjoyed my experience so much I signed up as a member and plan to go monthly.

Pam is EXCEPTIONAL! She truly is the BEST! She takes the time to ensure that all of my aches and pains are addressed. She has a gift, she is intuitive to what the body needs. She has an AMAZING personality and goes above and beyond to provide the best massage.

Funny I should receive a request for a review today, because I was going to send an unsolicited review after a wonderful massage with Tayla on Wednesday. I have had a handful of massages in my life. I love them. I would have more if I could afford them, but they are truly a decadence for me. I understand the costs to the business and the therapist that provide them, so please dont think I dont think theyre worth the price. I simply cant justify a $100+/hour experience very often. (NOTE: I actually had a gift certificate for my massage that was part of a 2-for-1, but with the tip, it was still over $70) Thus, I really appreciated Tayla and her great massage and her friendly and outgoing personality. I would definitely return to Elements for a massage, and ask for gift certificates here.

I love treating myself to this once a month.... sometimes twice, but whose counting!!! Friendly, clean, and professional.... I so enjoy it!!

The masseuse was great, but we were supposed to get a couple s massage and the receptionist on the phone booked just an individual. They were nice enough to break up the massage session in 2 so we both got a short one.

My husband and I go every month to get a massage. He is a truck driver and it helps him with his back. I have broken my back an injured my leg. I have had some masseuse that didnt satisfy or help relieve my pain but I have found the best masseuse for me and she has actually taken away my pain that I have had for the past 12 years. I feel because of them and my chiropractor that I go to once a month, I now live in almost pain free life which I thought I would never see again.

Available on weekends. Members rates are so reasonable .My therapist really listen ! Perfect for getting regular relaxation

Elements Massage in Concord is hands down the best massage experience Ive had. I tried many different companies before finally trying Elements, I wish I never wasted the time and had found Elements sooner.Ive been with them two years now and cant imagine going anywhere else.

I have been here multiple times and had a few different masseuse . My favorite so far was Emilie. She was friendly and nice. She was also quite great at her job. I highly recommend you check her out.

Every visit is relaxing and invigorating. The atmosphere is calming and the staff are wonderful. All my muscle aches and pains are completely melted away after each session. I cant wait for my next visit.

Wasn’t actually able to get a massage here due to a weird scheduling mishap (someone with the same name booked an appointment and they were mixed up), but Sarah and her staff did everything they could to try to make it right for us! Really appreciate their efforts even if our itinerary didn’t permit us to re-book.
