This place is amazing. The owners name is Tim and he couldnt be anymore welcoming of he tried. Products are great and extremely tasty. However, I would say the best part about Mount Washington Vapor is the prices. Their prices are amazing and their products are amazing. To have great products priced fairly is very hard to find these days. I hope Tim stays around for a while and years to come. If I could give this 10 Stars I would. Cant say enough good things about Mount Washington Vapor!

Went into today to buy a vape to quit smoking. Tim was wonderful to deal with and was able to provide me with all the information I needed to purchase a vape that was a good financial decision to fit all of my needs. He was personable and a joy to deal with. Having just been to another vape store where I had asked for info on refillable vapes and was handed a disposable vape and told that it was refillable, this was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Mount Washington Vapor to anyone in the area knowing that Tim would go above and beyond for his customers. Will definitely be using this place as my go to store.

A little small, but dont be fooled, this is a nice, clean vapor shop with helpful, kind, & knowledgeable staff. They were able to help select juice and coils based on what you like to vape and the tall you have. Quite knowledgeable about their products and other products on the market. They make sure you get what you need. They even have tester bottles so you can smell before you buy the product.

Very honest business person, professional, and is very knowledgeable and willing to help however he can. It is very pleasant to see someone who is that willing to help anybody but more so the locals, being a local business himself. Great place! Needed a new vape and they were MORE than accommodating. He opened up boxes to show me each one so i could make a better decision. Great customer service! If i wasnt from out of state it would be my go to spot!

On the way through town I stopped here because I ran out of juice and vape shops are very scarce in this area of New England. The sales person is very friendly and helpful and I had a good chat with him.

Tim helped me quit smoking not just by selling me a product Id never used before but by taking the time to show me how it worked and how to maintain it. Excellent customer service. Ive been back a few times with issues (all my fault), we have a few laughs and he sets me up to go on my way.

Great place, great selection, great product, and great staff. I went in for some coils for my mod and I messaged ahead on Facebook, very quick response time and made it easy knowing I wasn’t wasting my time driving there not knowing if it would be in stock. After getting my coils I explained to the manager that I was on vacation and had left my charger at home, he kindly gave me one from an opened box free of charge. Highly recommend going to this shop!

By far the best shop I have been to. Tim is super knowledgeable about what he sells and makes perfect recommendations based on your taste. Always a great experience in a super friendly and clean shop. I make the drive faithfully because honestly, I won’t go anywhere else.

Tim was extremely helpful and patient. Im from Florida and my taste buds are still screwy from cigarettes and he KNEW every flavor he had, how they vaped, what the after taste is, and had sample bottles so i could actually smell them. Plus, the flavor i did pick is awesome.Tim, if you read this, after changing my coil, this grahams flavor is awesome. Thank you sir!

Great staff welcoming atmosphere my only issue is the very high price points. Yes they have great products but for a 60 ml bottle of fluid charged $25 when not far from there I can get a 100ml bottle of a great product for $20. Aside from that I do enjoy the place and it’s even better that it’s a locally owned business.

Stopped in to score a new mod to replace my backup mod. Since the Vape tax (feel good law) is 95% here in Vermont, it was cheaper to head over to North Conway for a new mod. Keep in mind, at the time of this review, Gas is $4.69 a gallon here in VT .Whoever the dude was who hooked me up, was totally awesome and friendly. We BSed for a while about vaping before I went on my way. All I can say is, I would totally buy from this place again and plan to when the need arises. I would be more than happy to drive over from Montpelier to North Conway (My happy place) anytime .

Honestly I can’t say enough about the shop, great selection of all your vaping needs from big to small. The staff is awesome very knowledgeable and down to earth, including Tim who is always there to answer any questions you might have!. Great friendly atmosphere they always make you feel welcome. Very reasonable pricing, there’s something at MWV for all Vaping enthusiasts from beginners to experienced users. You will not be disappointed, a definite must see if your in the area. Stopped in while in town buying a kayak for the wife. Was a hot and trafficy day in the neighborhood while wife and dog waited in the truck. Though wife was so happy she got a kayak she didnt care! Enter me walking into this establishment and immediatly being greeted by Tim. I asked what kind of deals there were to get a feel and was told I could sample anything they had for sale. Ran back to truck to get my ancient Stingray mechanical mod and was back in in a jiffy. Tried a handful of juices while chatting it up about the store and owners history in the industry. Grand experience that reminded me of shops on the west coast I frequented in the hayday of vaping before the govt (state and fed) decided we adult vapors should have to jump through hoops to get our alternative to actual cigarettes. The knowledge and helpfulness and selection here are all top notch and I have no idea when I will be back in the area but to anyone who reads this, go support this local business and the industry as a whole, while you still can! Solid vape shop with a quality selection. Too often I go to stores and it’s the same juice as the gas stations for more money, the products that Tim and crew carry are unique to the area and they back everything they sell. I was on vacation up in the White Mountains and I needed juice and some coils. I stopped in to MT Washington Vapor because from what I could see it was the only vape store in Conway. I was satisfied with my experience here. They dont have the biggest selection of juice, but the customer service is worth coming here. I was sold the wrong type of coils for my vape, and when I brought the coils back I was given the right coils at no extra charge. I think the coils I needed where a little more money than the wrong coils as well. I was very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this place, and next time Im up in the area I would definitely stop again.

I am not local to this part of New Hampshire, I am on a family camping trip that was going great until I suffered a vape mishap and found myself needing a glass tank for a fireluke tank. I pulled the tank out and Tim (the owner) knew what it was (even with paint worn away) and best yet had a new tank in stock. If you are local, you should swing through. if you had a mishap like me, swing through!

Love Mt. Washington Vapor. Unfortunately, I started smoking again. By Vaping I was able to quit! Not all vapes are big and bulky. Some are small and fit right in your pocket. Tim, the owner is very knowledgeable and really helped me through my journey. Some Vaping has a bad wrap but I have struggled quitting cigarettes. Using patches, Meds and cold turkey... none worked. If you are looking to quit smoking go see Tim. He will set you up with the right vape for you and your needs! Ive Tried Gas Station brand e-cigs....garbage! Cheaply made and die after a month...so you must buy a whole new set-up? Other reviews mentioned high prices? I found the opposite! AND...Compared to smoking....so much less money! I highly recommend this place. ♡Thanks Tim!!

Its OK, doesnt have much variety.... on vape juice seems that the better brands that had high quality awesome juice for your vapes are gone.... sad.

All the makings of a true blue vape shop in the heart of beautiful Mount Washington Valley. Prior to Mount Washington Vapor, a customer would have to go to gas stations or head shops to search for their electronic cigarette needs. This left many people choosing to continue to smoke cigarettes. Tims passion for helping people paired with his joy of vaping opened a place where smokers can come for information and advice, vapers can come to relax and resupply, and people feel welcome. In my time as a customer at Mount Washington Vapor, Ive felt that the associates have catered to my needs in a timely fashion and have continued to add to their already great selection of products. Mount Washington Vapor is a welcome addition to Conway.
