Not happy about their prices. Bought baton vape pods and they charge double of what anyone else charges. They asked if I was a member I gave them my phone number and they told me wow it’s been four years since you’ve been here. after they charged me that price you can understand why it’s been four years. Very nice people though, I guess you have to be nice to charge those prices with a smile on your face.

Best vape shop ever!!!! The management and employees is fantastic, they have a great selection too. I’d rather go out of my way and drive a while than go anywhere else. Thanks guys! We appreciate y’all. :)

Wow Monica it’s a bummer having a vape break but let’s be fair! A day is a very liberal return policy. The staff at Smoke this too are very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Several times one of them have fixed a piece for me. They always are more than fair. You most likely dropped the vape and that’s not a defect in the vape. Sorry you had to buy a new one but the staff, products, and amazing stuff are the best.

I was a fan of this place until they sold me a Lost Mary vape that was defective, the piece has a screen that shows the amount of liquid and battery left, even though I purchased the item less than a week ago and the liquid was full (because I know I didn’t even used it that much and it shows in the screen) they refused to exchanged it or even offer a discount for another one. They just lost a couple customers.

11/2023 update: I moved to Miami and was too far but now that Im back up this way I came back and still excellent service and treatment. Jake was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable with every question I had (Im very picky and ask a lot of questions lol). Well worth the drive and wait with getting there 20 mins before they opened.I found this place one day on my way to work and I love the fact that they have a rewards program as much as I spend there. Andy has helped me a few times already and have been very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place.

Visited this shop today and was blown away by the large selection of Vapes, Disposables, CBD, Glass Pipes, Hookah and more...Prices are better than most area shops too. Clean shop with friendly, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend!

After dealing with 5 other stores for two months trying to find a part for my vape, Austin, Bella, April, and Andi made it happen for me in less than a week! Only smoke shop in the area I will go. Extremely knowledgeable on vape mods and all items in their store. The nice workers instead of trying to upsell me a new mod took the time to try and fix/trouble shoot my mod even though I went in knowing I needed a new mod. They were also kind enough to throw in a few small gifts. Also the only shop I know that gives you points and have a reward system.. glassware was also very impressive and a wide variety.

I just stopped in here with some trepidation because of a prior negative experience, and I am glad I did. Awesome customer service due to a very knowledgeable staff. There was no pressure to buy and they spent plenty of time with someone who was just looking. I ended up purchasing some hardware and some juice and I am very happy with both. Highly recommend this shop to anyone into vaping, beginners and experienced will enjoy the experience.

This is one of the top 3 smoke shops I’ve been to from Miami to West Palm Beach.The selection is incredible; they have an enormous variety of vape juices, massive area of disposable vape brands with many flavors and they have a nice department for those who like to puff/🔥 trees! The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Had a battery for cartridges that I had bought from them about a month ago and it just completely went out on me. Brought it back and the guy tested it out, saw it wasnt working, and immediately gave me a new one free of charge. I didnt think they would do that, I was just hoping for a little discount or something. Great people here, highly recommend.

Great little smoke shop here in Cross Springs I always go here when I need stuff. A few days ago I went there and purchased a ELF vape after owning of device for a few days The battery seem to stop working on me. I went back to the store and they replaced it without a receipt it was very easy and RJ really helps me out! Thank you guys for always making this a very easy experience.

Great shop to get all your vape needs locally in coral Springs. Customer service is great Dick gives out great advise on mods and he is one of the best coil builders that Ive seen., Andy is hopeful on the juice to vape on and so is Peter. No complaints, Ill be going their all the time.

Ive been going to Smoke This Too every now and then for a few years, and they have the best people working there super friendly and a fun customer experience. Their store is pretty ample and highly decorated even seasonal decorations. And its always fun to shop here.

Great selection great customer service always have what I’m looking for. You never over pay fair and reasonable. This is now my go to place.

I go there for all my smoking supplies, weather it be Vaping or for tobacco usage.... Staff has always been very knowledgeable, the owner was extremely helpful when it came to selecting a new high quality vape kit. I got a new Segeli Legend, it is awesome!! Im in there at least once a week just picking up new odds and ends...........

I have been coming here quite a while now and usually Im very happy with the service and prices but I went in to get coils for my ecig and I wanted 2.5 and the younger girl who Ive never seen there says oh ok then she takes all of the five sealed coils and pops them out and put them in a zip lock baggie, I was thinking to myself why would she do that?! Anyway I definitely didnt like the way they smoked I went back and talked to one of the regular guys and he just brushed it off and said well those look like 2.2 and basically was like to bad and said they only carry 2.2 now so I said forget it and left. So Im trying to find a new place to go, I loved the owner shes basically my age and I got along well with her but for as long as Ive been a customer u didnt appreciate the service I received. Very friendly and helpful staff! I came to replace some coils and brought in my 2nd ecig pen that I couldnt get the coil out for months. Rich got out some tools and was able to fix it within a few mins! I was so thrilled I can finally use this kangertech pen thats been sitting in my closet for months because I just wasnt strong enough to fix it. Above and beyond service, highly recommend :)

This is the only shop that carries my favorite juice. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other shops. Also the staff is ALWAYS friendly and ready to help you !! I highly recommend this shop!! You wont be disappointed!!

This shop is close to my home so I have gone many times. It has been a mistake, every time. I am sold the incorrect item or end up overpaying. The workers make up the prices so you pay whatever the person decides. No receipts given, so no way to return anything and they do not even stand behind what they sold you the week prior. I decided to quit smoking and I was sold a $77 e-cig and a juice I was told was similar to the light cigarettes I had been smoking. The juice was terrible so I went back the next week and was told that the juice was NOT like the cigarettes I had been smoking but was much harsher. I was not able to exchange it ($10. gone). The next week I went back to get another e-cig because I could not get rid of the terrible flavor in the one I had been sold 2 weeks before ($77 gone), I was sold a tank set (included a coil), that alone, was $55. I went back the next week to replace the coil and I was told these coils had not been in stock for a month. When I explained to the guy that I had just been sold this tank the week before, he just gave me a shrug ($55 gone) although he did tell me he would give me a good deal on a new tank. He sold me a tank for $26 and the person helped after me paid under $10 for the same one! I could not believe it! I started ordering most items online because the tank I paid $26 was $6.00 online. I stopped by last week to buy coils, something I thought would be easy. I was sold 5 coils that were the wrong size. My tank leaked all over and I wasted $5.00 of juice plus the $20 in coils that are the wrong size. Horrible store!

My husband went there and, originally, loved it. The guy sold him a unit that he said was the best they had. When my vape, not purchased there, stopped charging, my husband took me there. This time, we dealt with the owner who proceeded to say that eleaf vapes are crap, which is the one my husband bought from her store the week before because her employee said it was the best one! I was very specific about the vapes I didnt want and she still kept trying to sell me that style because she likes it. My husband purchased a new coil for his vape and once she installed it, it stopped working. She said it was an issue with the eleaf vapes and did replace the his tank and they finally got it working almost an hour later, but after reading these reviews, I dont think the tank was the issue. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured in the store. There was anot her customer, whos a regular that was just hanging out there gaping who kept lurking behind me and butting into our conversations. He even went as far as to make a comment to my husband, when I said I wanted another e-liquid, about me spending his money! It was really creepy. No, he doesnt work there, but hes a regular fixture in the shop and something show have been said to him. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because I do like that you can try the different flavors before you buy them and the guy that was helping me with that was really nice and helpful. My husband went to another shop yesterday and bought the same coil for $3 that they charged $9 for! The liquids and vapes were MUCH less, for the same stuff, too! We definitely wont be back here!

I called for info about CBD products. I was given so much good info. Not rushed off the phone. Definitely great customer service. Over and above the normal call asking questions. This is a store I will go today. They deserve my business & yours!

I came to this store mainly for vaping supplies. I was quite dissapointed because they didnt carry any mods or rebuildables. They only sold simple ego type batteries that were knockoffs from china as well as the clearomizers. Everything there looked like it was made from china. Very unproffesional compared to the other vape shops Ive been to. Also the people working there seemed like they didnt know anything about vaping. The lady who I assume was the owner also didnt know what she was talking about. They really need to hire somebody that is knowledgeable when it comes to vaping. The only good thing about the store was the e liquids. I know that they carry flavorz by Joe and ruthless. I never got the chance of trying them out at the shop but I hear good things about the e liquid brands. I know for a fact that the store would get more customers if they started selling mods and rbas. Even clones would be fine. I just hope the owner reads this and takes everything I said into consideration. I just want this shop to be better so I can be a daily customer.

This is my favorite vape store. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I have actually moved a fair distance from this store but still drive there for all my vaping needs.

Absolutely my favorite smoke shop (next in line wont be mentioned on this review lol) but Ive been to them ALL from Boca to Lauderdale. I quite smoking 3 years ago and had NO clue what I was buying or what I needed and was taken for a ride on numerous occasions by other establishments and really just wasted money, its only when you have the knowledge can you appreciate talking with a staff that knows there stuff. They wont over sell you, they wont offer you a product that doesnt fit your goal or needs ( even when you have that deer in a headlight look, me as a novice) and most importantly they have the knowledge to explain WHY! like I said, out of the hundreds of shops I only go to 2 and Smoke this too is my first stop. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Good selection of cbds, Delta 8 and Delta 9 gummies. Batteries and whatever else is necessary for vaping, as well as papers and the usual accoutrements however the selection on the gummies is somewhat limited.

Well lets start that I bought a Smok species with a prince tank. I explained to the kid that I used to vape way back then had an aspire tank on a battery stick broke alot right at tank and battery.18 mlgs what i used and still have in some juice flavors. well any who the kid didnt even offer any sample flavours before he sold me a menthol flavored tabacoo. Just NASTY! So I went back to try and give them a chance to fix that instead I was told theres a trash can by register and trow it away. OH WELL! As I spent another 40 bucks this is how they treat there costumer. Defiantly never going to this place again.P.S As they complained about the last winey customer that just left.

Horrible customer service.. they sold me a broken scale. over priced vaporizers and they claim to have the best price .. all the workers have attitude and they do not accommodate the customers... and when i talked to the manager she got upset with me and raised her voice .. these people do not know how to treat customers.visit greatfull jays or smoke stash .. better prices and customer service
