I I have been coming here for awhile since they opened , for many years I always had great experience but the last 2 years I think they go downhill on business like the masseuses always talking while they giving me massage, even the owner. They have many older masseuses dont know what are they doing . I tried 3 more times to like them, but this is last time I wont be back . Cause they dont change the way their service.

I have been going here for three years and always feel incredible! Plus, the prices are amazing!Not only that, but I have brought dozens of friends who all have continued going.There is a small language barrier so make sure to tell the front desk what you need specifically.I had spine surgery and when I tell them not to work on my lumbar they listen.You have to make sure to show them what you need to ensure you get exactly what you want and trust me you will!

I had been having pain in my hip area. I thought maybe a message might help. Heidi gave me a complete thorough deep tissue message, paying special attention to my hip. It was invigorating and afterwards I was walking without the limp I had before the message. Wonderfully strong hands and very professional. Thank you Heidi, Ill do that again.

One of worst massages Ive ever had. I told the woman several times areas of pain to focus on, and she ignored it. The areas she did massage were not areas you wanted massaged like bone areas. Then she did fast rubbing with a rock that felt like I was being grinded down. 3 of us went, and all 3 had the same experience. At the end they do the whole pressure you into a tip by having the massage person stare at you by the front. I didnt cave and did no tip, then they got upset even after I explained why.

First off this is my 3rd time coming here and 2 times were not good experiences. I asked for 30 minute foot massage. I was rushed because they claim they had an appointment even tho I was already in the middle massage. So they had two people one on each foot 15 minutes each or less. She did take $5 off $25 but the time was already cut short anyway. Today I went and got the same thing the massage felt rushed AGAIN and rough. didn’t feel like she took her time. I asked to add shoulder area. so I tell her I have $20-25 more to add for that part, she say okay 20 more minute. Then ask for TIP. I say okay. so she starts the shoulder area then say to me while massaging me it’s now 10 minutes (Mind you she just started the massage) “ am I adding a tip?” so I just stopped mid massage and left. she was making me uncomfortable trying to force me to tip after not doing a good job, kept changing the prices and minutes in The middle is massage. I will not be coming back and I wouldn’t advise u to go based on the lack of effort and money hungry attitude.

Q foot spa deserves more good reviews. The massage is great. The massage therapists are knowledgable and friendly.

The best in town! These auntie knows how to deal with any kinds of back pain. Trust me you won’t regret it. It’s going to hurt but it’s so worth it! You will feel better with all your knots taken care of

I had a Mother’s Day massage and had a great experience. I had a full body massage with hot stones and reflexology foot massage- $60/hr. The facility was large clean and all employees had masks on. Upon entering, I was lead to a serene dimly lit room with the relaxing sounds of nature. My masseuse was Susan she was very attentive and accommodating to my preferences like pressure, temperature, and only uncovering the area she was massaging. She worked my scalp all the way down to each toe. She could feel my tight spots and spent extra time on them. I highly recommend her. Honestly, best bang for buck ratio, I will definitely return.Side note parking lot was very difficult on the weekend due to kids parties at Bounce Bounce. There were kids running out from between cars. Be cautious go slow!

As a hairstylist some work weeks are very hard on my body. After one of the hardest weeks I decided to drive to Q Spa all the way from the Heights . I was paired with Tracey and oh my gosh! She was exactly what I needed, I felt completely revived & rejuvenated. I will only come here for all of my future massages❤️

My wife and I have got their couples massage multiple times here. By far the best massage we have been to. They really work on your problem areas and the hot stones are a really nice touch as well.

Very friendly, clean and professional establishment, no shady business or extras, they even took payment after the session, not upfront. As soon as you walk in the front desk person made me feel welcome. Tracy gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage, with walking on the back and hot stone included and made sure the pressure was good several times throughout the session. She focused on the areas I specified that were causing me severe pain. You cant beat the price too, best in the area. I will definitely be back again, thank you for the amazing experience.

Great spot, clean, polite, and of course the massage was fantastic. Got the 1hr full body and it was beyond my expectation. Be warned, they apply alot of pressure and it can be a bit painful, but thats exactly what I needed. Certainly you can tell them to go easy. Because the price is very reasonable, and massaging someone for an hour with a high amount of pressure, I always tip well $15 to $20, because this is not easy work.

My girlfriend had a gift card to this place, so we went while I was in town. It was a first for me. Once I was covered properly, the lady came in and started my massage. She was really kind, but aggressive in movements. She also straddled my head to massage my lower back. I did not see that coming!

I offered my wife to get massage at this place and it ended up as night mare.At first my wife wanted to foot massage and we got upsell to full back massage, $55 for an hour. She didn’t get the foot treatment as required and ended up just back body massage2nd were forced to pay $10 tip3rd, my wife started to feel pain on the upper back after an hour and it started to swell. Over the counter didn’t help much and night sleep was hauntedI called them in the morning and they don’t understand what I say, she kept telling I have 10 years experience and will do massage again. I’m like no way, no more damagesMassage are for relief and relaxation, however this service made remember the pain

Omg I loved this place! Tried it for the first time and I can definitely say I’m coming back! Got the body massage by Tracy and I have never felt so relaxed in my life! My man got the cupping and says he needs to come back every week! 10/10

I had my 1 hour massage with Sue. Not only was she an amazing massage therapist, she was super friendly and professional. She continued to check on me throughout the hour to make sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. The place itself was super clean, followed all mask mandate rules, and their staff was just very kind and professional. Will definitely be back, and will request Sue.

This was my first experience with having a full body massage. Jessica really helped me relax and guided me through the entire process. At the end of the session I can truly say that I was relaxed and stress free. I am definitely using her again.

It cheaper than other places and the massage is good. But it seems like they do the same massage for all types. Even though many types of massage are advertised in their spa, they don’t seem to know the differences of each one of them. Also, their English is basic so if u enter with questions about massage techniques they will be confused and do whatever they think you asked for.The spa experience is minimum, you will hear voices on the background, door will open and close by another employee in the middle of the session, no essential oils or scents, the massage ladies will have conversations if you’re doing a couple’s massage for example, or with a friend in the same room.Now what I liked was that some techniques are different than what you’d find in a western style massage place, they kinda pull your arms a little, stretch your legs, slap your feet, walk on your back (if you want). They will touch inner thighs, buttocks (over the towel of course, many places stay away from your butt). I think it’s kinda weird when they use the underwear to hold the towel, but that doesn’t bother me much.I would recommend if you are in pain and need a cheaper option without the fancy spa experience.I wouldn’t recommend if u are doing a couple’s massage for a romantic experience in there.They don’t ask you to fill out any forms like many massage places do, they have flexible hours and seem to always have availability for a walk in.

I found this place on Google. Wasn’t sure how it was going to be but I was in so much pain and haven’t slept for three days straight so I had to give it a chance. Boy am I so grateful. My massage therapist was Jessica. She literally brought me back to life. I can’t thank her enough. It one of the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of massage in my life.I highly highly recommend this place. They are the best and has the best price in town.

I feel very upset with this place !! They forced me to give 15 dollars of tips in cash for bad service !!! In the middle of the session, the receptionist comes in to interrupt my massage twice! It is disrespectful.. My massage was not complete as I requested. I really will not return to this place! I feel cheated

Me and my husband both had 90mins massage in the couple room. the masseur walked on his back . also they used the hot ston for free . and very clean place . we feel very comfortable after massage .i will recommend my friends go to there !

In the past I’ve only done the foot and head massages. Yesterday I wanted my back included so they said to get the full body massage.It was the worst experience ever. Initially a woman took me to the back and I assumed it was a woman that came back to do the massage but I later found out it was a guy. Then the entire massage was painful. I asked several times for him to not be so firm. I honestly should have just asked him to stop and left.Not once did he massage my feet, which was something I asked for. He didn’t massage my head but only my back, which now hurts.I wasn’t going to place this review because this was the first horrible experience but after hurting as much as I am this morning I figured I could at least warn others to not do the full body. Stick to the feet and you should be fine.Also when leaving I was pressured into giving a $15 tip when the service was not great. I’m truly sad that I had this experience because now I have to get a real massage to help with my back and find another foot masseuse.

I have been going to this spa since it opened and I love it. I get the 1 hour foot massage for $30.00 and by the time I leave I am so relaxed I feel almost drunk. They are very considerate and I have never had a bad massage. I highly recommend it to anyone who has had a bad day....you will leave feeling 100% better!

Terrible experience! I asked for a back/shoulder massage, but my back was barely touched during the entire 30 minutes. My masseuse tried massaging my face and head, but it was the most uncomfortable experience. He even put his finger in my ear. Why?? Then I moved to my own room and the lady masseuse was SO rough with my body and at the end of the session, she literally slapped my back multiple times. I conveyed what I wanted for my massage at the beginning, but both of the masseuses did not ask how I felt or what I wanted throughout the session. At the end, even though I was so upset with my experience, I paid and gave a $5 tip anyways. Then the front desk lady got upset and asked for more, which is completely unprofessional. Please beware of this horrible place.

So for the last 3 days I have had a bad headache! My husband suggested I got get a foot massage and I like okay I am willing to try anything to get of this pain. We went around 7pm and they were very pleasant, we got the foot and back combo massage. My Husband did tell her I had a headache so she started rubbing my head and face and moved to my neck. Next she spent 30 mins on my feet and another 30 mins on my back but those 30 mins felt like an hour. I am leaving the place released and headache free. We will sleep like a baby tonight.

I have massages done everywhere literally the last two times my husband had massages arranged in our 4 and 5 star hotels I have come home and come here. I ask them to not stretch or walk on me as a tradional Thia massage is done and they do fabulous! I am a Graphic Artist an I get knots in my back that freak out the other massage therapist I come here and they work them all the way out! Amazing! And the price is so reasonable I can justify going weekly!

My brother recommended me this place & did not dissapoint. I had a 1 1/2 hr of deep tissue massage and it felt so good that I didnt realized how time passed. I felt so much better after the massage. I will deff be coming back.

My boyfriend and I both had the 90 minute combo. Very relaxing and worth every penny. The facility is clean and welcoming. This was my second time. Boyfriends first massage ever and loved it.

I got the 30 min foot + 30 min back massage, which was relaxing but I was honestly hoping for a better experience. She started with my face which was nice but didnt spend much time on my back. Then when she did my feet, she used way to much lotion that her grasp and pressure was a little off. When I asked for lighter pressure she started going slower instead of lighter. She didnt really do my legs except for just rub lotion back and forth. Then she did either side starting with my back and then hips, and did generic massage on my legs, but forgot to do my arms and hands, which I had to ask for.

Been here twice and it is very noisy. Also, both times they tried to upsell by only massaging my back claiming I needed to pay for more time for a full body massage even though I paid for an hour. Everywhere else can do a full body in one hour why can’t they? Just a rip-off.

The experience was amazing. THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. Total body massage. Absolutely no rush. Very good and firm. Will definitely be returning

I got a wonderful massage done by Mia. I came the whole body completely broken and she took care of all my nodes, one by one. Shes amazing! Im definitely coming back

The foot reflexology massage was ok, the first half of the massage was subpar with it feeling more like someone quickly putting lotion on my legs and feet with very little pressure applied. I requested more pressure which lasted about minute. Then it became more of the same quickly rubbing my legs and feet which lasted about 20 minutes of my massage. The 2nd half of the massage was much better with more pressure applied to my back and body. I decided to pay in cash, and the employee at the front desk took it upon herself to hold back a $10 tip for the masseuse and hand me the remainder of my cash. This was very unprofessional in my opinion.If there is a mandatory tip of about 35% it should be posted. Also you should always hand back the full and correct change when someone is paying in cash, let the customer make the decision of how much the masseuse should be tipped. If it were a more balanced massage I would have probably tipped more than what was taken. Will not be going back.

This is a new place and I had a great relaxing massage. There is nothing better than taking time for yourself after a long day at work. I highly rate this place and recommend you give it a try. Im sure you will love it too!

Subpar experience. been to several other ones for same price and this place is nothing compared. first they pressure you into getting the more expensive massage. i went for the foot reflexology and thats wat i wanted. only the foot massage part was excellent. the rest wasnt. they use cheap .99 cent lotion u can smell it. then when u tip them 20% they get upset. never again. taking my money back to chinatown where they are thankful for the tips and much better massages with actual oriental lotions not dollar store ones.

The massage was great but then then they wanted me to give a more of a tip. I dislike that anyone tells me I did not tip enough.That is bad business and is the reason I will never go again.

Tracy, Sue, and Lisa are very good. They could walk on my back and do stretching very well. It’s a good place for a 60 minutes massage.

I’ve been to this establishment a couple of times and this time is the last time, pretty much I wanted the combo 30 min back and 30 min foot which was $40 good price btw but the charged me a full body massage which wasn’t what i wanted. Charged me 55 and was upset that i gave them a five dollar tip, she demanded more

Worst foot reflexology my husband and I have ever had. I felt like I was just being petted and my husband said his was too hard. We hurt more now than before. I think they were mad we didnt upgrade to the $40 massage. Like the lady didnt even massage my toes just continuous rubbing in the same areas.

Tracy is awesome! If you have a specific spot you want her to work out, she will!! I usually dont find a lot of skill in foot spas, but Tracy and Mary at Q, are just wonderful and know their stuff.

Just left the establishment I should have walked out and saved my money. Before they convinced me to spend 60$ And didn’t cover all areas it was very rushed and unprofessional. Hopefully the owner can see this and do something about this situation. So unfortunate.

Many people work here, try to visit this place when not that much is going on to be able to get a massage without being pressured into something.

Massage was alright but when I went to pay the massage therapist complain about the amount of my tip. I’ll make it easy, I’ll never come again so I don’t upset them again.
