Best smoke shop in Orange County been coming here for years! All of the employees are polite and care about the customers, and the prices are always fair. I’ve been to plenty of shops and I understand the costs to run a business, but it is about the principle!! The owner Andy has been great since day one and treats everyone like family, I would recommend anyone to patron this business.

Clean, professional, huge selection, great prices. Sean is friendly and knowledgeable- in the 10 minutes I was there, I watched Sean greet 3 customers by name. He clearly cares about the business and his customers. No reason to go anywhere else!

Lots and lots of vaping supply. The lay out of the store allows the customer to handle the product, its a nice touch since most vape shops have their stock behind the counter; leaving you to play to pointing game. I went here specifically for CBD products and they had a good selection.

Staff are super friendly and prices are very reasonable. Dont go to any other shop in Cypress.

I’m thrilled I found this hidden gem. The customer service is great, super helpful. Owner is kind and interactive with staff and friendly to customers. They have the largest selection of vapes. So many different flavors and decently priced. Location is easy to find, there’s always safe parking; overall a fantastic find. My new vape GO-TO

Simply outstanding collection, outstanding selection, and above all they have the best prices in town.Was absolutely thrilled when they only charged me $13 for a large glass pipe. I paid more than $60 for the same pipe in some douchey neighborhood in Northern CaliforniaHere I got much more value, so I bought a lot more, and its just a nice little area in cypress, you can drive in, real quickly, get what you need and bounce... And as far as I saw, they literally carry everything you need when it comes to smoking.Highly recommend, I will be back many times

Best vape shop in the area! I drive past 3 other vape shops to come here. They have a great selection of disposables and their prices DESTROY the competition. Most shops will charge roughly $10 over online prices but Cloud 9 practically price matches. And to top it off, the owner and employees are really cool. If you live within a few miles, this should be your new go-to shop. If you live further, itll still be worth the drive.

Andy was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. HE GAVE me a super great deal that I even bought some batteries for my vape. This is now the only store I will go to because of andy thanks again.

Andy is one cool dude, the glass that comes through is phenomenal, layout is easily readable from what cigarettes he has, glass/pipes, vape products and more. You wont be disappointed in shopping here for your smoke shop needs
