I recently visited Imperial Vape and was incredibly impressed with the service provided by Krista and Noah. Their attentiveness and patience in explaining their products went above and beyond my expectations. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they took the time to ensure I understood everything I needed to know. Additionally, the shop itself was immaculately clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Imperial Vape, thanks to Krista and Noahs exceptional service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kinda expensive but they do offer points and would get it cheaper ivertime.

I came last week for a vape base, the owner was very welcoming and calm. He also seemed to have a lot of knowledge about what he sells obviously lol I enjoyed the experience.

Great flavor test bar, in-house and boutiques. Lots is Smok products and others. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Easy to get to, just a few doors down from the Buckeys.

Great selection, sales, and points system. Staff is super helpful but also patient for indecisive people like me. Ive never had a bad experience here. Nice atmosphere and a convenient stop on my way out of Cypress in the afternoons. Always walk out happy, especially when they have Mexican cokes in the fridge.

The folks here have always done right by me and Krista is an absolute delight to work with. This seems to be one of the last proper vape shops I’ve been able to find, one that isn’t also a head shop / smoke shop with employees who have probably never used a vape in their lives. It’s a bit out of my way, but I’ll make the drive every time because I know I’m getting reasonable prices, genuine products, and service that appreciates when you come back again. No joke, I found this shop because an employee at my old “regular” vape shop straight up told me I was better off buying at Imperial.. let that sink in - their competition’s employees would see their own customers shop somewhere else because it’s -that- much better.

The staff here ALWAYS goes above and beyond. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Their stock is always plentiful and exceptional.The prices are the best I have found.This is my go to 100% of the time.

Pretty good prices really good service. There is no option to tip when you pay which I agree with. a lot of these little shops think we should tip the cashier which is bogus

Russell is always the nicest guy you could ask for. Super friendly and helpful EVERY time we visit. Honestly hes one of the reasons we (my wife and i) always come back

Stopped in late on a week night, 30 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, even when it was after closing and I was still there.Prices are good, especially for the area.I’ve found my new go-to shop.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and walked out, never was greeted and the store is super low stock compared to plenty others in the area. Not helpful, rude, laying on the couch as we walked in and gave NO customer service. Good luck to you guys building a business, customer service over everything so probably need a to work on that

I have been going here for a few weeks now and have always had a great experience. The staff is nice and helpful. The hours are awesome. The store is really nice and clean. They have a suggestion box and actually listen to your request.

If you vape. Go here. They have a large inventory of e liquids, all the supplies for the equipment thwt they sell. Great selection with a knowledgeable staff. Thats what makes a great vape shop.

Cleanist place around and ONLY place to get quality, lab tested Delta 8 products. They have saved my life moving here from a state where Medical marijuana helped. These people are very knowledgeable but you do pay a little bit more for the quality. I dont mind and hope to see more products soon

Most of the time great customer service. Be sure to check your disposal vapes before leaving the store. Only had an issue once where it leaked but the store quickly fixed the issue.

Stopped in just to see what this place had for their house liquids, the staff is amazing. He took time to walk me through my preferences, gave many recommendations and pointed me to a lot of choices. Picked up a few great flavors and I think this will be my go to shop in the area from now on.

Was at a wedding nearby and my device stopped working. Found this place closest, stopped by and they were able to fix my device along with accommodating me with great customer service. Super friendly people here. Thank you!

Super busy day at work, out of juice, i got there like 6 or 7 minutes after closing and they let me buy a bottle of juice real quick. Awesome service, super nice, and great prices on their house juices. I rate them 6 out of 5 stars for their amazing service and good prices

I love the people who work here, they are overall friendly, nice, helpful, and easy going. If you are in a rush let them know. If not let them know and they can take their time finding the best options for you.

Great place with great employees!

Employees are very knowledgeable about their inventory. Fair prices, good selection of devices & juices. The only thing that needs improvement is their house salt nic. They make their own juices, and my opinion is they are not good. I have tried 3 different flavors and didnt care for them. I couldnt even smoke them, so I opted for a name brand juice which is my go-to. Other than that the house juice being bad, very good place to get your vape stuff!

Great place, have just about every vaping product available. Could not find a specific drip tip anywhere but these folks had several different styles to choose from. Huge selection of well priced juices, organized perfect too I might add

The juices have changed and their quality has declined, they no longer have the same quality as before, it even seems that they are made so that they run out quickly. the quality is no longer the same now they are of lower quality

Very helpful people. I was getting some things for my son. I don’t vape so know nothing about this. The guy really helped me and my son was so happy I was able to get what he needed. Now he goes there and refuses to go anywhere else. Other shops we’ve gone to have never been this helpful. In fact they seem annoyed to help someone who has no idea about vaping. Thanks so much guys.

Really cool vape shop. I was hesitant, as a first time vape shop customer, as I assumed most shops are little unwelcoming and kind of hardcore in culture for newbies, but imperial vapors has a very laid-back and chill atmosphere. The employees are very nice and professional. They have a very wide selection of juices, coils, mods, JUUL, pens, etc and youre guaranteed to find what youre looking for. Prices are decent, about 15 bucks for a 60 ml. They told me the Lychee Kiss is the best seller, so I tried it... its a very yummy juice, highly recommend.

Fantastic store. Wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable people working here. They are understanding and really get to what makes you want to vape. Loved their helpfulness with my inability to speak and their patience.

Super clean and organized. I love their flavor selection and their variety of vapes. The only thing to mention is that they are dangerous for those who love sweets. They have CBD snacks and treats that look about as good as their branded competition.

After searching for a vape shop and reading the reviews I decided to try this establishment. Being a first time customer; we went in for a new vape mod for myself and my husband. Russel and the other employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with our wants. They carry many types of mods; as well as parts for vapes and the juices have good flavor. We have found a new place to buy our vape wants.

The guy that worked inside was pretty friendly and gave me helpful information about the vape battery I bought. It was fairly priced. Alot better prices than the last vape store I went to. That one was charging double what these guys charged for the same product.

Great staff. Theyre worth doing business with. I went in looking for a vape pen charger. They had one that was far better than the one that came with the pen. It was only a few bucks.

This is my favorite place to buy salts. They have a massive selection of vaping products. From vape pens to empty refills, salts to juices, they have anything you need for vaping.... a great way to kick smoking btw.They have a very relaxed atmosphere and are very friendly & knowledgeable about the products they carry.I started smoking 25 years ago. I tried a well publicized, rechargeable vape stick seen on Tv and on the radio. I was ok, but the prices were high and I did not feel they were helping with smoking cessation.So I tried a recommendation from this shop. Needless to say, I have almost completely kicked real cigarettes. I went from over a pack a day to 3 or so cigs a day.In summation, I highly recommend Imperial Vapor. I have nothing but praise for the store and staff. Go see them today... tell them I sent you. 😉

Great staff! Got a SMOK 22 and some in house juice. They offer boutique juices as well, I didnt get that far in the taste test because the house juices are awesome.
