Found the sales staff opinionated and condescending!! If your business cares about sales, the customers always right. Told me I was wrong about three or four things just very pugnacious and wanted to be right more than make a sale for the business. Sold me a filter product that did not work at all it was a complete waste of $10

They have a very wide selection and decent prices. One thing I will say which is why I give it only four stars is that sometimes their sales staff is not that knowledgeable. It depends on who you get. Not going to lie my last visit there I bought two disposables that after a day the coils burned on them and they were supposed to be for 5,000 puffs which usually lasts me 2 weeks or more. But now I know never to buy that brand again and will stick with the ones that I normally do. I just wont call them out by name not to have any problems. But stay away from anything in the middle section all the way on the end towards the front of the store they seem to be a bad batch vapes.

Website says open @ 10am this is like the 3rd time I’ve went close to 11am and there’s no one there. Do they just open when ever they feel like it?. So unprofessional

Bought a 5 pack of .16 ohm coils only to open it later and find out that it only had 3 coils and 1 used coil inside it. This was after a long period of time it took for the clerk to try and find it. I had to find it. So i was falsely sold a tainted product after doing their job. Dont go here.

False hours. Closes way before 1am. Drove here for no reason.

Always a positive experience when I visit Cloud 9.2. The owner and the rest of his staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Their pricing is always reasonable, and I dont feel pressured like I do in other local shops!

It has good selection of vapes and accessories you can think of. And always nice and clean
