Had an awesome experience at Steam Engine! The very knowledgeable Manager Chris listened to what I was looking for in a device and found the perfect one for my needs. He even set it up for me to the best settings for my vaping style.There were so many juices to choose from there, it was difficult to stop buying them!! All ready to go instead of having to wait for them to steep. They taste delicious!Truly an amazing experience today with Steam Engine. I have no doubt Im all set to successfully quit after 40 years of smoking! Thanks Steam Engine and Chris!!

Affordable to high end they have you covered. Always on top of the latest and greatest products. Extremely helpful staff with amazing customer service! Manager and employees will go out of there way to help! Willing to listen to customer requests!!! Product line from juice to mods and accessories plus everything in between is very large and very impressive. Regular and premium everything! My only go to!!!

Of all the vape shops in Decatur, this is the shop I recommend everyone do their shopping at. Very wide variety of juices in various sizes, always carry what you may need and if they dont have it, they wont hesitate to order it for the following weeks, the employees have been very kind every time I have been inside, always helpful. The whole arcade set up inside is amazing. Just stop in and enjoy your shopping!

Short little red head guy with an attitude problem ruined this place for me.Loved this place. They really cared about their customers and knew who came in to the shop. Would give you great deals and work with you when thing s would break or not be what you thought!! They really cared. However, this annoying little guy in there today didn’t care at all about me and was smug and rude!! Not going to deal with him and his attitude so sadly They lost my business due to a horrible worker!!!

Went here for the first time today. Had a problem with a pod system, was able to take it back and get help with it and they replaced it for me! Albert was great help, and the atmosphere is awesome! Defiantly will make you feel welcomed :)

Went here for the first time today and Im very impressed with their selection, especially on juice. Staff knows what they are talking about and are friendly. Ive been vaping for over 7 years and i know exactly what Im looking for most of the time, and they had it covered. Decent prices and a massive selection on juice and hardware. Will definitely be back. A+

Awesome people, awesome atmosphere. I called to check if the could order the Tesla punk 85, but didnt get through to them to actually ask. I came in a week later to get juice and again ask about the mod and based on my call they had already ordered one in every color.

Theyre always willing to help you find the perfect mix of mod, coil, and juice to fit your special taste. Very kind people as well. Also love the atmosphere of the shop as well.

I bought a box mod and I paid over 150 dollars for it I used it a week . It quit working so i brought it in for a exchange or a refund . They told my that I dropped it so it was my fault and they would not cover it. So I was just out of luck. The product was 40 dollars on line . I just figured buying from a store you would have better customer service! I was wrong!!! I could have saved money and had better customer service on line

Bought my first big mod here a while back and it has been a great experience. They have a great selection of mods and juice flavors at reasonable pricing. Going back to upgrade soon!I support Steam Engine Vapor Co for my vaping needs.

Was new to vaping when we went there. I was trying to get help and knowledge. I was cut short and felt like I was an inconvenience. I tried a second time to see if they just had a bad day, but unfortunately felt the same way both times. Prices seem fair, juices are not bad, was a clean store. I really wish I would have felt welcomed.

After going to what felt like every vape shop in town we finally found Steam Engine! Wouldnt waste the time going to the others again. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Had the best variety of mods and juices. Steam Engine was the only vape shop in town that had just what we were looking for.

Awesome staff, picked up the Revenant Cartel 160 here, only place in town willing to help you get whatever you need. Sell several quality brands of liquid, unlike Blono Smoke. Average prices, fast service, and knowledgeable... Again, unlike another place in Decatur, Steam Engine is a great stop for people looking for a variety and quality! 💨

Just a solid shop. The workers are helpful and easy to talk to. The shop has a decent amount of different stuff from devices, rebuildables, wick, wire, and coil heads. 10 out of 10.

I hadnt been in for a few years just went into the new location . I love it great location and products. Very helpful i dont know the guy who helped my wife and I but he was awesome will deffinentley be coming back . Keep up what you guys are doing !!!

Best place in town to buy vape juice and supplies. They sell the best brands at internet comparable prices. Not only that , but their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I went in and bought a few batteries just the other day and the owner Paul helped me choose just the right ones for what I was trying to accomplish. I go here for all my vape needs
