Eden Massage

Mary is a delightful person and is skilled masseuse. I really enjoy her massages every time I go to Eden. I work physically and need massages regularly. I have been getting massages for 27 years after a bad pinched nerve in my neck. Mary at Eden is one of my regular healing ladies. She is the manager, so is responsible and reliable...always there when I need her.

I was treating my dad out for Fathers Day (his very first massage at 70 years old). I walked into this massage spa and:1. Wasnt greeted at all, not even a smile. Instead, the woman immediately held her hand out for the payment we discussed over the phone. I was confused about this payment process, as other spas charge at the end so that we could pay and tip all at once. Despite this, I paid upfront to find out afterwards that there was an extra credit card fee of $3. Moments after, another (older, more courteous) woman came out and greeted us.2. We walked down the halls, only to be led to an EXTREMELY dirty room. There were dead bugs in the corners, strands of hair everywhere, a few splatters on the wall, a dirty pillow without a pillowcase with spots on the bench, and a towel folded on the bed. The hand towel that acted as a face cover had hair strands on it, so I kindly switched it out myself. I was afraid to take off my shoes because of the filth and refused to walk on that nasty floor barefoot.3. When I peeked my head out to ask for a blanket to cover myself, the rude woman who was doing my dads massage was EATING in the back kitchen instead of starting on my dad, who was ready. She replied to me that the towel is used as a blanket. It was not even a spa sized towel and I wasnt prepared to be so exposed. I also noticed that neither one of the ladies washed their hands before our massages.4. Shortly into my dads massage (next door), I heard the rude masseuse walking in and out to greet walk-ins since there was no one to handle reception. I expressed to my masseuse that this wasnt fair and that my father deserved his continuous full hour. She relayed my concern to the rude woman, who responded that she would do her best. I had to stop my massage (throw on my dress because there was no proper covering) to walk in myself and ask her to give my dad his full hour that I paid for (which Im unsure if she did).5. My massage was so-so. She never asked what pressure I wanted, only massaged one of my hands, and not my feet despite me booking a full-body service. She also talked alot and asked me twice about how much money I make per client, which was quite uncomfortable.6. At the end, when I asked how to tip, I was told by the rude woman to just scratch out the amount on the original receipt and change it, which didnt sit well with me. She then suggested cash, which I didnt have. Finally, she offered to do a separate credit card charge for my tip and did. She ended up adding on an extra $3 fee despite me already paying this fee when I first walked in.Ive been to multiple massage spas and NEVER have I experienced such indecency and unprofessionalism. And to think this was my dads first experience on Fathers Day. Sad.

We have had a really good couples massage at EDEN massage yesterday . They are pretty good and professional my husband had great father’s as well . We’ll be back soon.

I booked two massages they were only able to accommodate one of us. I felt they were very unprofessional. I let my son have the appt. They wanted payment before massage started then demanded a certain amount of tip from my son after the massage. I will not go back to this massage salon nor do I recommend this place to anyone else.

My back is a problem. I really appreciate that lily walked on my back for 30 minutes. Then she did a wonderul traditional massage for the rest of the time! Thank you!

I always get the best massage at Eden.I would never go anywhere else.The prices are extremely reasonable.

We were visiting the area and were able to get a same day spot. They called an hour before to confirm. Led us to the room right away even though we were early for our couples massage. Started promptly at the designated time. Asked what level of deep tissue we wanted. Very pleased with the massage itself and finished right on time.

Great professional massage, clean and nice facility. Awesome value. One of the best massages I have had, and I have been to top spas, and low end places. The only caveat is that one should not be shy as they do not really drape you as would someone with certification. But this is a better massage for less then half the price of a resort spa.

Excellent one hour full body massage by technician April. Couldnt ask for better. Nicely located in a safe and busy area, very clean and updated equipment. Will be returning

“One person does all”•-Paid before my service???-No privacy.. no sheet to drape over myself before she walked in. Literally naked.-Not relaxing at all-Nails need to be clipped.. at times I could feel them digging into my skin-Very uncomfortable-Will not return

Chi Chi was sweet. Lesd me back to room. Deep tissue one hour. Felt amazing g next day. Drro tissue can be little uncomfortable Chi Chi the best

Just went for a massage because back has been hurting me to where I couldnt bend or turn . The lady greeted me and was very good at my massage , very reasonable price and calm and very relaxing place.. thank you

Most of the time massage therapists want to do an easy Swedish massage, not this place My mother and I Got exactly the Massage We wanted Deep Tissue.. Great Massage Highly Recommended...

Went to eat next door and stopped by with my 3 year old to ask how much was a massage and the lady said we are busy now and basically saw us through to exit the place :-/ dont think I will be trying this place.
