Jonathan is one of the very best massage therapists and manual therapists who worked on my injured back and neck. If i could make it 10 stars I would. He is knowledgable and competent manual therapist who also does a lot of stretching and posture correction. He was the only one who could fix my herniated disk and my “frozen shoulder”. He is rare therapist with rare talent, aura, and wonderful personality!

I received a 90 minute session of Integrated Bodywork with Jonathan. It was my first visit with him. I came in with a lower back muscle strain. He took the time to do gentle stretches that helped any imbalances in my lower body, followed by a relaxing massage. He explained everything he was doing which I liked. I walked out of there feeling like a new person.He knows anatomy and how to help you. I highly recommend him!

Jonathan was amazing! Def not a typical massage…did a lot of movement and stretching in addition to deep tissue massage. I went in with major neck and trap issues. Came out with no pain. He’s my new go-to for sure!
