Unbelievable folks work here. Best customer service and kindness. These folks are the real deal and will help with anything you ever need and endless patience . My favorite vape shop in town . Billy is the best ! Everyone that works here is next level .

Place used to be amazing. When the hot red head was there, I felt at home. The little Spanish girl in there now is the most clueless human ever. Knows nothing about any of the products. Never ever will I shop there again. My son is not allowed to go anymore after she sold him a bong. My son is 18. I almost drug him back up there with the police. Instead I smashed the bong.

I bought a vaporizer and tried it in the store as I usually do, I went out to the parking lot and when I tried to smoke again, it didn’t work, I entered the store in the same 3 minutes to be changed, and the person was very rude and unpleasant, he almost yelled at me that I left the store, I have been a customer for 2 years of this place and this is exhausting, where I have probably spent more than 2000 dollars in 4 years and they make me go through all this for a $15. What a good customer for the service of the white woman at the counter

Very bad service I bought a product as soon as I got home the product was bad went back to exchange not even return it and it’s against “their policies “. I’ve being buying from that store for about a year now and it’s not worth it go somewhere else

What are the owners thinking? They went up in price on things that shouldnt ever go up. Then they fired all the good employees and replaced them with robots.I used to spend about $100-300 a week there (kratom, gummies, vapes). Now, I refuse to pay $15 more than every other place.I saw a review that said they are 3.5% higher than everywhere else...very true.The owners are clearly non-American gaugers. Go support a better vape shop than this ripoff.

I was traveling from California to see my friends and stopped here with them. The store is very clean and the staff is super helpful. I highly recommend asking for Amber, she is super helpful and is an overall nice person to talk to. We sort have bonded over our love for anime and things in that genre. Would totally go here again 🤍

Been stopping in here for awhile! The Raz vapes are one of my favorite. Stores always super clean and customer service is always great. By far the best hours too, they open early and stay open later than any others I’ve seen. Anthony helped me the past few times and is super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Having been in this store a few times, it was interesting to see that they have items that arent just what the store says in the title. I actually did some gift shopping here. Skip over this store. Trust me. There are better vape shops all over the area.The employees are amazing. Love each one. So this is not a reflection on them.However, the owner clearly does not care about keeping the regulars vapes in stock. Also, the prices are about 3.5% higher than EVERY other vape shop.I will no longer shop there. USA Vape and the Nook nextdoor keep everything in stock and have much better pricing.

Went in recently looking for information on glass and vapes. Had a few ideas but nothing really concrete yet. I spoke to Amber about different options based on my needs. After going back and forth with a few ideas we settled on this nice glass piece that caught my eye. I was initially hesitant but she explained how the perc system and ice catcher would definitely help achieve a smooth usage like I wanted to and even assured me the quality of the glass was on the more durable side. I left very happy with my purchase. Even more so considering I had a lot of concerns and questions Amber was able to effectively address
