The worst massage of my life. I get massages every 2 weeks where I live. I had some time to kill before my flight when visiting Texas 2 weeks ago so I scheduled a stretch session and a massage. Both were terrible. I was cordial and kind and didn’t mention anything while there afterward although I did keep asking for more pressure during the appointment. I thought about it for a few days before I called in asking to speak with a manager because I really just wanted my money back. They called back after a few days and now nothing. I also replied to their follow up text after the appointment requesting a refund days before the phone call. I’m telling you this massage was so light that it was not even sufficient for relaxation. The massage therapist was supposed to do up to a firm level and I had to keep asking for her to use more pressure. It was like a light graze over my skin. Like I said, the worst massage of my life. Don’t waste your money here.

I love it here!! I got my first massage here by Vicky and she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and her technique is to die for. The girls at the front, Ragen and Kaylee were so helpful as well! They helped me get all checked in and were very sweet. Overall I highly recommend coming here!!

I absolutely love this facility. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I recommend this ME location to anyone looking for a wonderful massage and helpful friendly people. Richard is an amazing therapist. His techniques are very purposeful to help where it hurts. He remembered that I like the face rest up a bit higher. Thats impressive to me!! Sometimes its the little things that make for a wonderful experience.

If you need a wonderful facial, microderm and some extra pampering, look no further. Tina is an amazing esthetician, she is very knowledgeable about all things skincare, sweet, caring and fun. Best hour spent and when you leave, you feel like a whole new person! I cant wait for my next appointment.

I got a 90 minute massage yesterday with , Cat. All.I can say is in my 52 years Ive never had such a wonderful massage. I felt like a new woman afterwards. Today at work people said you got a glow today about you. Im not even playing it was that good. I highly recommend her. She was knowledgeable, kind, and she knows her stuff. Ill definitely start seeing her every 4 weeks. Excellent job.

Everything and everybody is a solid 5!! Front desk staff, therapists, environ, all exceptional. I dont have a favorite therapist because, even though they are all different, they are all wonderful.

Rianne is professional and very helpful. She takes her time to understand what’s going on with my body in order to best serve how that specific treatment should go. Rianne doesn’t just repeat the massage but change it up for each individual appointment according to what I need.

Aimee is the best! Her sessions are relaxing & she has great pressure. Highly recommend!

Tina gave me the most amazing facial ever. She is so knowledgeable and delicate with your skin. Shes definitely my new go to!

I went for a massage and had Autumn . She was amazing and listened to what my problem areas were. She made sure to focus on that area. When I walked in, Abby was very warm and friendly. It was like talking to a friend. Abby is the best manager I have encountered there.

Tina is the go to for skincare! I have been to her twice now and had an excellent experience. I will definitely be scheduling to see her regularly!

Autumn provided a fantastic massage experience for me. Autumn worked on all my requested areas and got out some pretty hard knots. Front office was friendly and professional.

The staff’s attention to detail has been amazing!While preparing for up coming radiation treatments and managing my busy schedule, Alexis has gone above and beyond to ensure my requested massage therapist ‘s availability meets my busy schedule. My massage therapist, Eric, even recommended a facial with Tina to prepare, all of which have been wonderfully relaxing experiences. And, when I accidentally left behind the skincare product I purchased after a facial, Chloe followed me to my truck to ensure I didn’t have to make a special trip back!Overall, I can’t imagine better customer service than what I have experienced thus far! The scheduling is easy, the service providers are thoughtful, professional, and attentive, and; the location is convenient for appointments on my drive from work, grocery shopping, or picking up my dry cleaning!

I had a great experience. The check in process was smooth and efficient. My massage therapist was very professional and reviewed my concerns before starting. He techniques was excellent!

Complete disrespect for time. If an appointment is canceled you should notify people before showing up to find out. Lack of ownership for mistakes and poor communication. Ive been with massage envy for over 7 years and never experienced the problems like I do at the Corinith location. Avoid disappointment and do not waste your time. The Flower Mound location is 100x more efficient and courteous.

I have always had good experiences there. I’ve been seeing David for quite awhile and he’s very professional and warm at the same time, listens to your needs and applied what you need. Always ask for him. I have been dealing with serious health issues the last two years and the staff has been extremely supportive and flexible as to when I can get massages. Just had a wonderful facial by Tina. My results are already showing from the products she uses.

The Gentelmen that did the a massage did a fine job however customer service at this place sucks. I had an appointment at 8pm but the massage started around 8:30 pm. The gentleman had me leave the room at 9 so it turned into 30 mins massage. I brought this upto the Alexis the front desk agent. She was inconsiderate and charge me $120 for the hr.Why would someone want to pay full for the service that was half done. There was 0 effort from the lady to even check on it. She was just like “oh ok and then proceeded to charge”This level of ignorance and service is unacceptable and I would love hear what management has to say about the situation. For future customers review what management will say here as a response to my review. That will tell you a lot about the business and the service.Hope this helps future customers

Everyone was super nice for my first time here. I hadn’t had a massage in 14 years so I was nervous. My husband and I did the couples massage and Dawn immediately made me comfortable! Once we check out our upcoming schedules, we plan on scheduling these on a more regular basis.You are awesome, Dawn! Thank you for a relaxing time!

Always a consistent great experience here. Check in is fast and the rooms are nice and dark and quiet. Cat is an amazing masseuse and I highly recommend! She was able to work out some very tight muscles without it hurting TOO much.

My experience was noticeably great! The staff were very helpful and cordial. My masseuse, Rachel, delivered exactly what Iwanted, a deep tissue massage. Im writing this review the day after my visit and the therepy I received was very effective. I couldnt be more pleased.

Shea is the G.O.A.T of massage therapists! Whether you want a deep tissue fix it massage or a stress reducing medium pressure relaxing massage, Shea is your girl. I started seeing her when I had a terrible pain in my neck from sleeping wrong. She listened to me and throughout the massage asked follow-up questions as she worked on me to make sure she was addressing the problem. When I got there I could barely turn my head. By the time I left, I had gained back most of my range of motion. Ive been booking with her every 7-10 days for other isues with my mid back (developing scoliosis from previous surgeries). I am a special needs teacher so my hands/wrists/arms/shoulders hurt from being yanked on. Shea has alleviated almost of not all of that pain. She only works on my upper body. She doesnt work on my legs and feet just because thats her 90-minute routine.I had the same experiences with the front desk staff as did those who left reviews 3-5 years ago. The front desk staff 4 years ago not only lacked working knowledge of company policies but, were also unprofessional, disrespectful and argumentative. None of those people are there now. The staff now have been kind, helpful and respectful so far.It was well worth the time and effort to give Massage Envy-Corinth a second chance.

I went in for a facial, it was my first facial massage, and it was the most relaxing and most comfortable thing I have done. This place is so amazing, I highly recommend going there for any type of massage you need/and or want. Tina made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was ok to my comfort. Such an amazing place 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!!

Have you ever heard of ice therapy for anxiety? This is your place! I’ve been going to this location for a while and something has changed in the last few weeks. The temp was a bit chilly, probably 60° this morning, which was a great contrast to the 80° with humidity outside. It is not my preference but as long as their increased electric bill doesn’t translate to an increase in membership fees then okay. Service was great as always but can we negotiate for a more realistic 68-72° indoor temperature?

Rachel was professional with great hand endurance. Her pressure was comforting yet detailed to hit all my muscles with the correct amount of pressure. This was one of my favorite experiences. Ive been to many Massage Envy across the nation for over 12years. This past massage with Rachel ranked in my top 5 massage experiences. Thanks RACHEL

Employees are friendly but went for a full body massage, and she never touched my legs. Having sciatica I needed my lower extremities massaged but it didnt happen. My wife had the same experience during her massage. Wont be going back

I recently went in to get a massage after having moved and I had a bunch of tension in my upper back and left shoulder. Richard knew exactly how to relieve that tension and got me feeling like a renewed person. If you are in need of a deep massage, Richard is definitely an amazing therapist to go to!

I tried a different therapist bc my regular one was sick. The one I got was hurting me. I did not enjoy the massage. I asked for it to be lighter but she said it was already. I was griping the table in pain and trying to decide how to get out of my 90 minutes. The front office staff is always so nice! The massage was rough and I had to pay for it. Lesson learned. Wait on your regular therapist......

I have always had good, friendly service from the front desk personnel here. Stephanie is great for a relaxing, no-sales-pressure, facial. I havent quite found a massage therapist yet that suits my needs (everyone has different methods/firmness, etc, of massage, so its a matter of trial to find one that matches, I think-I prefer light/med pressure), but I have generally been satisfied with them. .

My experience at Massage Envy was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. This was a birthday gift from my daughters and I loved everything. I had the stretch and facial. I felt and looked so restored after my service. I would recommend it!

Staff is the best! The front desk always texts and calls to confirm my appointments, and is super kind when checking in/out. Masseuses and aestheticians are very well skilled and always provide the best services.

Always friendly service from when you walk in the door until you leave. Been going here for several years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Bree is always fantastic, and can not recommend her enough! My back and shoulders were in a bit of pain from my job, and she does an amazing job getting all the knots and tension points taken care of!

Dawn has been working on my prenatal massages and absolutely goes above and beyond. She makes sure you are comfortable and takes everything you say that bothers you into consideration. Highly recommend. 👌🏼

Shea does an amazing deep tissue massage! Always focuses on the areas I ask for and suggests enhancements that work for my multitude of knots and tight muscles. Highly recommend the 90 minute massage!

Rachel was my massage therapist, she is actually good about applying medium to firm pressure so if you need less you can always ask and vice-versa if you need more.It was a top quality experience.

My massage therapist is the best! However, the day after I visit the small of my back hurts.I’m not blaming my therapist. I don’t know what the problem is. I didn’t clarify the problem. Getting up after the massage I had a sore left hip. Next time I will ask Richard to help me up . By the way, Richard is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had.

This was my first massage and it was the most wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and professional. The whole environment is so calm and serene. Brittnee made the experience so easy that I wasnt shy or uneasy in any way. Id give them 10stars if I could!

Staff are always so sweet and kind. They are knowledgeable and can answer all questions. My massage therapist is freakin’ Awsome. She listens to what my issues are and does what needs to be done to help me feel better. Massages are not a luxury for me a necessity for me. Living with Fibromyalgia and experiencing pain everyday these massages help to release some of the muscle knots that form from being in constant. Shea rocks!

Rachel is amazing if you have horrible knots and need firm pressure. Fair warning…her firm is definitely firm, which is what I needed! It’s hard to find good firm pressure but she nailed it and she put all her focus on my back like I requested!

Ive been to 3 ME locations, this one has been my favorite. I dont feel like Im a bother or out of place. Everyone has been super sweet! I highly recommend Dawn if you are like me with a weird place between medium/firm for specific spots.

Travis was very nice and knowledgeable. He was super respectful and I’d highly recommend him, as he’s super good at what he does. I feel so much better after my massage and have no shoulder pain anymore.

Changed my rating. Was coming here on and off for almost 6 years. Recently I had been getting my appointments “canceled” without an explanation. Called today only to find out the therapist kept canceling my appointments. Was not given a reason why. This location was not honest, they just kept canceling appointments week after week without any kind of explanation.

I look forward to my time at massage envy. Autumn does a great job of getting rid of my aches and pains and getting me ready for the upcoming week.

I have requested Laura three times now. She has given me the BEST prenatal massage yet. I’ve struggled with my lower back throughout my pregnancy and she has really helped alleviate some of that stress/pain.

Amazing massage this weekend with David. I usually go to Nikole because she’s incredible; but she wasn’t available so I tried David. They are both wonderful!!!

Chris was fabulous. Facility clean. Only complaint is the way new owner charges customers now to leave a tip. You can no longer add to your card but have to run a separate transaction and pay the transaction fee. Note other Massage Envys dont utilize this practice.

Awesome service. Great staff. Clean. Friendly. A ton of options. I have lowered my review simply because of ownership issues. The prior owners started nickel and diming the patrons. The new ownership has brought it to much worse levels. They need to realize we have other options. My current therapist Travis is awesome. Hes the reason I stay.

Christopher was absolutely amazing!! He was able to hit evey sore muscle in my shoulders and help relieve the pain Ive had for so long. He is also a great conversationalist and made me feel very comfortable.

Just had a massage from John and he was awesome. Im a big fan of heavy pressure and he did a great job. Hes good to talk to and was experienced and professional. The girls at the front desk were also friendly and helpful.

My 13 year old son plays baseball and football. He’s always complaining of aches and pains. This was his first massage and Gretchen made him feel very comfortable & relaxed. He loved his massage and raved that it was a “life changer” lol. We recommend Gretchen and will definitely be back to see her!!

Everything about my experience with being a member has been awful. I have had a membership for several years and have decided to cancel my membership due to not being able to use it as frequently because of the pandemic. I went into another location and was told I could cancel but would have to use my 8 sessions in 60 days or freeze my account and only be charged $20/month. I asked if I could transfer my sessions to someone and they said I could if I paid an additional fee and I could only transfer one every 30 days. There seems to be a fee to do anything, what’s the point of having a membership if I’m still going to be charged so many fees? You would think they would provide more flexibility considering we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I decided it wasn’t worth getting charged anymore and asked to cancel but was then told I would still be charged for one more month because the system doesn’t process the cancellation immediately. Okay fine, I still asked to have it cancelled and was then told I couldn’t cancel because I had to visit my “home” location. I’ve moved and my home location is a drive for me to be able to get this cancelled. This is the worst experience and I can definitely say I will not be recommending their membership to anyone I know.

Booked a 90 minute massage and about 30 minutes in, the man said he was light headed and left. They charged me for 60 minutes for a 30 minute massage, made no effort to apologize or remedy the situation or inconvenience. I called and left a message for a manager to please contact me regarding this, and no one did. Will be finding a different provider.

Massage therapist mediocre and trying to cancel was a 3 try process. Then when I was told I would get till end of year to use remaining credits I was told they were gone because there was a different expiration date then was told to me. I put in my calendar but when booking was told I wasn’t able to use. DO NOT SIGN UP VALUE IS NOT THERE!

Vicki is the BEST. She always remembers exactly what I like down to every detail and she gives the best massage I’ve ever had, and goes above and beyond every time I visit.

Dawn is the absolute best masseuse! The front desk staff is always so nice. Like the other reviews say yes they ask if you want a membership. This is their job! I never feel pressured by them.

The front office staff are always welcoming at check in and check out. The rooms are very clean as is the rest of the office that I have seen. The best part of my visit is my therapist Brittany P who is wonderful.

I have found this pace to be awesome. I have seen Josh now for about a year and he is the best therapist I have ever seen. He has awesome skill and transitions between areas so soothly you hardly notice. If you can get in to see him, I would highly recommend it.

I had Bree for a massage. My back was in pain from pregnancy. Everything felt so much better the next day and she was very social. Very easy to talk to. Will definitely be back.

He is the BEST! I have chronic pain issues that he pin points and eases. He absolutely listens and cares about improving my overall health. He teaches me exercises and stretches that help between sessions, as well. Im hooked!

BEWARE! Do not get a membership with this company.We signed up for a year, the second massage hurt my neck & shoulder for months.Then, we had to change our credit card on file so were a month behind BUT had months of massages built up and PAID FOR! They wouldnt let us use the ones we had until they got the new card. So, held our 100s of dollars hostage.They also have a funny way of telling time. Their hour is really 45 minutes.Never again.....Cant wait until March when we are aloud to cancel!!!!

My daughter’s prenatal massage was canceled twice, because they can’t get their staff to work when they are scheduled. The same person canceled the day before the appointment, twice. We waited two weeks between the appointments, and the woman decided not to come to work, again.

Absolutely love going and getting couple massages with my husband. Rosemary is absolutely amazing at her job and always tailors to what I need that visit! Highly recommend her service!

Ive been using this store for 3 years and very pleased with service. call to remind day before. call me by name when i enter. a few times my therapist was late and felt cheated on time but thats very rare. Therapist give me good advice and we have ongoing report. recommend this store

This was the second time I visited this location (5 years in between).I thought the high pressure to join their membership was a little much. And exactly how I remembered from 5 years before.The therapist was good, in fact he barely said two words to me...which was actually fine with me.BUT, the gentleman behind the counter needs to understand that those who do not sign up for a membership, it is not always due to lack of funds or it being a money issue. Thank you for explaining that you can delay the first membership payment (in front of other clients by the way...nice touch)..but thankfully, me NOT signing up for a membership was not due to lack of funds. It is because I simply do not want a membership. I just wanted a message.

I explained multiple issues with my service (Facial) and they simply didnt care. It was hands down the worst facial Ive had in my 15 years of receiving facials. $65 was robbery to have to go home and do my own skin care regimen. I felt so strongly about the poor response of a sarcastic What would you like me do about it? that I terminated my contract. Beware of their new skincare line also: Jan Marini. Gave me an allergic reaction.*Edit* Went ahead and filled out the form they requested below (which was the 2nd time since that is how i communicated my displeasure the first, and they never reached out.*So, if you want a quality facial and GOOD customer service AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Dawn is absolutely amazing. I go in kinked up and grouchy and come out relaxed and ready to face the rest of my day. Hands down(pun intended) she is the best.

The staff is better described as use car salesmen sleazy then staff while the massage was ok (its the McDonalds of massage clinics) the massage ends and begins with a high pressure sales ploy to sign up for a membership, membership being a pseudonym for year contract. If you sign up for the contract, then realize that they are also bait and switch masters (you get a decent massage the first time you visit, after that they are literally glorified lotion applications, even if you ask for a good masseuse, its a subjective request and you will end up disappointed) there is no getting out of the contract. Even if you provide a doctors note like the contract states, they will claim they never got it no matter how many times you bring the note. Then they will turn you in to collections, charging triple the amount of money left to pay out the end of the contract. I highly recommend just saving your money and going to a professional clinic.

Came in for a facial and left with a 20 min chemical treatment that cost 2 credits. Disappointed with the lack of time spent vs the cost.

Had a pinched nerve in my neck or upper back that I had been suffering with for 2 days. Travis listened to my concerns and focused hard on those areas. Its now the next day and its all gone. Thanks Travis.

Stay away from this place, receptionist not very nice and when you try rescheduling your appointment they charge you 100% fee…. And make no efforts to make you recover lost time and create new relationships.

Have tried working with this group several times during my contract and something always happens...I cant reschedule without losing my money, one person tells me one policy condition another tells me something totally different, not willing to work a solution out, rude. After a year of trying to make things work I have cancelled my contract and there are still issues if not giving me what I paid for and was promised.Do not be fooled by the counter girls! They have no customer service skills and are down right rude.
