They have a wide variety of smoke products with the best prices in town. I have been to almost every smoke shop in Denton but this is one by far has the best prices and variety. The people who work here are very knowledgable and friendly.Another thing I really love about this place is their after sales customer service. Like other places they are not going to make you check everything before you leave, you can shop here with a piece of mind that if you are not satisfied with the product, they will do anything and everything to make you happy.100% recommended.

I was quoted a great price earlier today for two 500 count bottles of Bumblebee Hello Vietnam Kratom, a quote that was freely given and 100% unsolicited. I went back later and they wouldnt honor the quote. The person that wouldnt honor the it said the person who originally quoted the lower price wasnt authorized to do so. Its kind of bad either way; youre either not honoring a quoted price or management has no control over rogue employees giving unauthorized discounts. Luckily there are lots of other shops in town, from now on Ill shop at these. In defense of the employee refusing to honor the quote, at least he was pleasant and appeared genuinely sorry. Im placing blame on management, not him.

Lowering my score of this place unfortunately. Ive been going here for a while now and the people are super friendly and great. Im not sure if shes new, red hair and worked both Sunday evening and today Monday morning ( Oct 2, 3rd ) and she is awful. She has a terrible attitude and its with every customer that Ive seen. Everyone else who works there is fantastic and its the reason I come back. But when this girl is working, Ill be turning around and finding another place.

Super rude employee answered the phone on 9/10/23 this morning. Some shops have tattoo supplies and instead of letting me know y’all had none he just hung up on me. Super rude ~ used to um idk respectful employees here very disappointed won’t shop again :(

Had been going here for a while and it is a Pretty Nice Place, their price point is pretty good. Last experience was kind of enough to put me off coming back…the last time I went in the woman working behind the counter, was pretty rude, cold, standoffish, and said as few words as possible to help me out, lol… I understand someone having a bad day or some thing, and she did look pretty tired, so I chalked it up to that. But I had asked her questions about a product, she sold it to me, and then I realized, after purchasing the product that it was incorrect, not what i had wanted rather. Though the questions I asked would have clarified that, the answers she gave me were incorrect. And I don’t really mean things that are more ambiguous, I just asked her what the dosage was on the package because my eyesight isn’t that great and I couldn’t see through the glass. it’s not on her that I took it out of the store before inspecting it more, but I asked her more than once these questions to clarify, because I was also unsure of her response. But she looked like she was having a bad day, so at the end of the day, I just called it a draw and left because i didn’t want to be a Karen lol. It’s never that serious!. Sad that that was my experience here, it’s usually a lot better, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this one.

So been a frequent customer here until The girl refused to price match the same thing she price matched before. She said her name was Sydney I’ve always had issues with her not sure why. Her manager needs to know this and confront her. Not good customer service. The one item I picked she said we can’t do that with no explanation just no not sure why. Bully’s just lost a customer. I’ve spent a lot of money in here but will never be back. The manager here is great and if she had been working this Sunday May 22, 2022 I know I would have been treated differently.

Cilla and Jailyn are absolutely amazing!!! They always make sure we get the best deal and if we ever have issues with disposables we’re able to try it in store and are able to switch it out! I’ll always come here for my necessities!

I could throw a rock and hit this place from where I live but have been reluctant to try them out. Great customer service and decent prices. So far good juices as well. If you like bacco flavors I highly recommend the tombstone. Nice and smooth with no bad aftertaste like I have experienced with some other liquids in the past. This is my exclusive spot now.

Great inventory, helpful staff, and excellent prices! Their inventory of quality Delta 8 and Delta 10 is the best Ive found locally, plus they have a first-class array of disposables and juices. Bullys provides a very social environment so its always my first stop for supplies!

The staff and service is excellent and is a great pit stop for emergency hardware/coils. Decent selection of hardware at competitive prices. The reason for the ratings is the poor quality and horrible house blends and lines of premiums. They would rock if they got their juices right and sold finer premiums.

Used to be my go to for everything everytime was my favorite spot not anymore UNRELIABLE PRODUCTS. Mad Labs is one of the next exits not far at all.Update:I started going to mad labs after many poor experiences at bullys and they have never given me a non working product. The employees there are also much more friendly and knowledgeable.

Just bought a space bar banana pudding returned it 5-10 minutes later manager Supriya adamantly will not take it back unwilling to do anything about an auto firing burning Vape. Bethany was a sweetheart and very customer service oriented the manager Supirya was rude and unwilling to do anything to accommodate the situation Highly do not recommend...Response to Owner- I walked out the door, got in my car and the vape started hissing and auto-firing, the clerk even helped me pick the flavor out, so it wasnt like I went in for a specific one to switch... Clearly loyalty to this Business means nothing, add to the fact that they are clearly selling lots of bad vapes all of the sudden. (maybe they are knockoff branded vapes and the owners know it? hmmm. just speculation)

I love that they have an online storefront and I can look for what I want then order it over the phone for curbside pick up. 10/10 for Covid-conscious practices, great selection, And quality products.

I have been going to this shop since I moved over to this side of town, their flavors that they make in house are always very good, they offer many sizes and nicotine levels, at a pretty decent price. They also offer a customized high vg level on all of their flavors which is also an added bonus. If youre ever looking for a new vape shop, check these guys out.

Well, I use to shop here quite a bit. I knew the owner and when he was available was very helpful and never had any troubles with him. However, it seems that he has allowed his useless teenage staff take over the heavy lifting and it is not boding well. I ordered some e liquid and an atomizer as always, and was very rudely told, that they didnt have atomizers for my particular tank. fine. not a big deal. the problem started when the individual assumed I no longer wanted anything and left me to ask another customer for their order. He took the guys order, and i restated, can i have the liquid without the atomizer? he looked stunned. and yelled to the back of the shop my order. he then proceeded to check out the three people that had lined up behind me before returning to me, then when he finally got me as the only customer in the store he attempted to defraud me. the leather fila cap wearing individual tried to charge me for an atomizer and when i told him i didnt get an atomizer he was very hesitant to return me my money. then when i tried to give him a 20$ and a quarter for the $16.18 total, he looked baffled and returned me 3 paper dollar bills and $1.07 in change. Most people with any math comprehension ability would have understood what i was trying to accomplish. this was too much for this individual to process. please save yourself the time, money, and energy and shop at another vapor store, you will be glad you did.

I ran in to buy a battery to use with my vape carts. It was just before closing time and I wasnt made to feel rushed. The girl working there was very polite and professional. Great experience overall!

Just moved to Denton, and was glad to see a vape store within walking distance. I have kind of an oddball vape that others have said are hard to find parts for. They not only had them, but the prices were less than other places Ive visited. Also picked up some kratom for a pretty good price as well. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well. I didnt want to get my hopes up, but left knowing that Ill definitely be back. For a new guy in town trying a new place, 10/10.

Im a returning customer and love their variety of juices. Younger guy with the hat is super friendly and charming. They sell fake mango Juul pods and also have predatory business practices. I bought a battery and within one hour the battery stopped working. It was replaced in the exact same color and I promptly walked outside to find this battery had the same problem. However, when I tried to replace this one, the employee pointed to their no refund or exchange policy.Really? You sold me a faulty product (two) and will not even replace it with the same product? Plus, all their stuff is overpriced anyway. Any other shop sells the same products for half the price and will honor a an exchangeI was a customer here for a good 6 months which makes it kinda messed up. Whatever, that tells you a lot about what kind of people are running this place. Everyone knows that this is the place to go for fake JUUL pods too (the employee even confirmed that with me on one of their visits and offered to sell me a pack of fake JUUL mango pods for 25% off)

Staff was friendly and that is as far as I would go. I came in to buy some e-juice and purchased 2 new mods and tanks and batteries for both. Come to find out that any other vape store in Denton has the same mods for $20 less and better quality. I also came in a week later to buy a coil for my new tank and found out from any other shop I would have saved $3 per coil. Bullys overcharges and I will no longer shop there.

Vapor max will charge you a fee if you use a credit card. No big deal if they communicate that and show it on the receipt. Thats not how they do business. They charge you the fee after and it does not show on your receipt. Shady at best.

Terrible method for tasters, and no rubber tips for cleanliness. The tasters had almost no flavor at all, so I had to purchase based on the name. Hopefully the actual product tastes stronger, will change to 1 star if it doesnt.

Short form.Vaping for years use many different vape shops purchased more than 30 rigs over the years.Went to by the new 5 batt mod, and requested five 3500 mah Batt.Got a Defective mod and the wrong batts. went back the next day and was told that they would buy back the batts that i paid $75 for that are wrong i might add. they said they would by them back for $25 even though it was a mistake on them. Was also told to leave the day old mod with them but most likely they would not give me another one.the staff at the counter even did not understand why the management would not just give me what i paid for. I usually get my juice from Bombay Vapor cause they know what they are talking about. Now i get everything from bombay vapor because they have a clue on how to treat customers the owner is actually on site and very attentive and has always given sound advice. Save your self the trouble. stay away from bullys vapor. the owner has no clue of customer service. How do i know you ask. I run a multi Million dollar company.

Great store, the rep i talked to Bryce was a great guy and knew exactly what he was doing, no complaints from me

(KELLER LOCATION- SAME OWNER) Purchased an ecig from this business and it came with a faulty battery that would not turn on or charge. Took it back and they cleaned the battery. Used the battery that evening and by the next morning it would not turn on or charge again. Spoke to the GM (Donald) admitted that they had issues with this battery due to the design, but they still sell this product and refuse to replace or refund. The GM accused me of not using my ecig enough on a daily basis so the fluid was leaking into the battery. I told him that nowhere could I find in the instructions where it said that I needed to use my ecig a certain amount a time a day in order for it to work properly. He then suggested that since I was using it on the MEDIUM setting that perhaps not all of the oil was burning off. I informed him that my wife had the same ecig and used the LOW setting and her battery worked just fine. We were finally at an impasse, he had no more excuses, but he still refused to refund or replace. This is obvious the company tag line. I finally spoke with the delightful owner (Tim and/or FESTUS) who was extremely rude in a Boss Hogg kind of way; he also accused me of not using the ecig. properly, accuse the customer of wrong doing, obviously another company tag line. He said that I wasnt replacing my coils as often as I should. I explained to him that I used my ecig around 3 times a week and I had changed coils 4 or 5, if not more, within a two month period. He finally admitted to me that he had no intention of replacing my battery NO MATTER WHAT! He informed me that I had no idea how to run a business and he refused to stand behind this product which he sells. Do yourself a favor; do not do business with this less than reputable owner. I strongly suggest doing business with any other ecig. company other than VAPORMAX. If any problem arises from any product you purchased and you try and get a replacement, you will be on the receiving end of insults and accusations. Evidently that’s how Tim/Festus learned to do business in Boss Hogg University……

They don’t sell the real mango juul pods btw. Just bought a pack for $20 and it tastes and looks nothing like the actual juul brand when you open the box!. Very disappointing

I bought a egrip tank from there and it leaks all of the fluid out of the bottom took it back and he fixed it for about two hours it didnt leak, but then started leaking again so I took it back and the lady said they would try to fix it again but will not do a refund, I would never buy anything from them all they do rip people off and steal your money for junk equipment.
