My new go-to place I think. I got two regular Vapes and a Delta 8 vape for what usually I pay double for other places. Everyone seemed pretty friendly all in all and I think itll be worth the drive

This is really a dope shop, The staff always has good vibes and make you feel comfortable. Everyone that works there is really cool, knowledgeable and helpful. The manger is a really nice guy and listens and cares what the customer want. They have a really nice selection of stuff and I don’t ever have to worry about my vape not being legit when I get it here. Jennyfer is an absolutely amazing person! She is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. As long as she is working there this will be my vape shop.

Was a great place but corporate really ruins it constantly upsetting employees and never having consistent stock on popular products.

Gone downhill in the customer service department. Just not friendly to old school regulars … just because management changes doesn’t mean your quality of customer service should. Won’t be returning.

Went to the store today, and was very impressed with all of the knowledge that the new hires had already possessed and how well the Manager is taking care of the store and training her employees. Since I’ve been in last time, it has been a significant improvement in the store since the change of management. I was completely in shock when I heard the last manager was selling drugs at the store. I read some of the other reviews and I’m completely stunned that someone who is in the wrong needs to try to put down a store with the new manager, because instead of working on the store and customer service, they were more interested in selling drugs and making a little extra cash Tyler’s been doing an amazing job and I know she’s just going keep improving the store. The last manager can step on every hidden Lego. She can stub all of her toes on every piece of furniture in while she passes.

The staff at the Vapor Maven on teasley ln are the reason I dont go anywhere else. Especially the general manager.Thank you for being awesome!

I struggled finding a good vape shop. I came across this one while visiting family but it seemed off. I went again recently and oh my what a difference. Honestly I could stay there for hours talking to the NEW manager. Knowledge, personality, and heart!!! I definitely would recommend 10/10. Prices are awesome too!!!

I once really loved this store. Always loved the variety and the knowledge about the different flavors. But the training or something went out the door because the knowledge is not there anymore. I used to get the Orion Cool Mint exclusively but was guided to a new flavor. When it didnt work I went back to Orion and it was firing constantly. I went back to get it replaced and the guy there did nothing and I ended up buying another faulty vape. Just dont bother.

Best Vape shop in Denton!! Tyler is my guy he has helped me so much!! Great selection of products, Tyler gives the best customer service-very knowledgeable, always keeps my stuff in stock, he remembers my different atomizers better than me lol. I’ve seen a lot of employees work there and hands down Tyler is the best. I’m beyond disappointed to hear that the prev. Manager Jen is acting in such a despicable manner, clearly not professional nor Managerial behavior. The store has had its ups and downs, but it’s turning around, I’m still a regular and don’t plan on changing anytime soon!!

Good prices on some pieces. Only came constantly for the experience with the one employee thats been here for a while, only to find out they were let go. Probably gonna find a new shop to frequent. Will say they have all the products to meet your basic smoking needs.

Manager and employees are very friendly, very great prices in town and they have huge selection of juices and disposable vapes. Most definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!! Keep up the good work Vapor Maven !!!!

First of all seems to me the old manager is trying to ruin someone’s business that she used proudly brag about ...by posting pictures she took while she worked there saying the products are expired seems to me that is on her for not removing said products if she was taking pics of them while she still manager cause once she was fired she couldn’t go back in store to take pics that means pics were takin while she was still manager ...and this may be why she was fired sadly I however do like this store and their prices and products in which old manager also sold some of the products there to me with pride ...every store is gonna have some problems but I think under new management it is already doing better and people are getting trained now where as before if old manager wasn’t there no one knew anything about the products other than her...I will still be a customer until given a better reason not to ....being mad for getting canned somewhere is fine but taking to social media ruining the experience for everyone or having your friends write awful reviews cause you’re mad is inappropriate and not a good reason to ruin the experience for everyone else ....the new employees and manager are already showing more pride in their store trying to get it back in order and making it a better experience than before and the store looks much cleaner now also ....don’t listen to pettiness go in and see for yourself you might be surprised the people there are very friendly and professional and prices are very good for a vape store as are the products let’s support our local businesses else they don’t stay open for us to enjoy

Staff is awesome, almost like family...

Stopped in on Christmas Eve as a first timer. The two gentlemen working were very helpful with educating me on what everything was and what it was used for. Not once did I feel like I was a bother to them. I felt welcomed and they genuinely wanted me to know what they offered.First time in and wont be my last!

It says opens at 9am. I walked in at 9:02am I was told to wait outside because the girl was still opening. I’m recommending to change the opening time to 930am have their employees come in at 9 and have everything ready for opening hrs. The issue was not the content of the sentence , it was how it was delivered. In a market with so many other options, customer service is a must. Just got in my car and went to a different Vape shop.

Nice shop, good variety, owner(claimed to be) doesn’t know her products and that proved disappointing!Wife and I use Voopoo Mods, have for a little over a year. We like the simplicity, plug in to usb C and charge! They had a few, good prices. Asked about one, told us the atomizers, came with 2, charging USB cable, nice little case. We asked specifically, just charge it and good to go? Yep! Get home, requires 2 batteries! Go back up there, she didn’t seem to care whatsoever that she sold us something and gave us bad information, had to buy 2 batteries and a charger! Maybe a discount for selling us something (about an hour prior) that was useless without batteries? No discounts, No returns or refunds! Just bad business!

Way better now with the new manager. Great prices and NOW amazing staff! Finally someone who knows what they are talking about!

What a fantastic shop and Ive never seen a larger array of E-juice! Its got wall to wall product, is spacious & bright; (unlike most vape shops that feel like opium dens.) Plus the price was a bargain-- about 40% less than what Ive been buying. The clerk was uber-helpful & friendly. I just became a regular customer.

I love this place. Their prices are very competitive with other shops like it in the area. Customer service is great, the ladys workin the store and helped me were awesome, thanks Jordyn! I think once they start to learn more about the products, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Both Jordyn and young lady that helped me in the evening both were willing to help me research to find what I needed, even offered her phone to help !!

This is the best vape shop I have been to Tyler is the so knowledgeable. Very grate customer service. Every time I come in.

Spent $44 on a CBD rub-on stick that did not roll up as it was supposed to. Took it back a day later wanting to trade for one that was not defective. Store manager Laura could not possibly have acted like she cared any less. Acted bored and irritated when I walked in, told me she would not trade it out for one that worked, and never made eye contact with me. I asked her to check with the store owners about a trade since the product was defective and left my phone number for her to call me. It’s been one week and have not received a call back. Will never go back to this place. In the meantime, I am out $45. Go smoke some more weed, Laura, amd maybe you can learn to care even LESS about your customers than you already do.

Large selection of vape juice and vapes, large selection of kratom if your into that but delta 8 selection was awful and most was probably fake no reputable brands. Customer service was TERRIBLE didnt try to sell us anything usually they chat you up and try to be friendly do not recommend

Fantastic shop! Corbin was great and so helpful, highly recommend coming here. They have just about everything you will need.

Guessing this is the place which has kratom on the sign. Walked in, asked for kratom recommendations. Male Employee says he doesnt recommend it. I asked him why he works here. He says not many people buy it (GEE, I wonder why they dont??) so I said okay Ill go buy kratom from somewhere where they want to do their job. Walked out, went and got a nice explanation and recommendation for which kratom to buy at CBD American Shaman down in Corinth.

Bought a vape that the guy working there told me is the best first hit I took it didn’t work and it was burned tried to return it and they said nothing they can do wasted 15 dollars and my time.
