Wellbeing Massage Studio

Overpriced, $70.00 foot massage. The masseuse was nice but mainly focused on the top of my feet instead of the bottom. Paid for an hour, only got 45 minutes. Ended up having back pain from laying on uncomfortable table during foot massage.

The worst place to get massage. The lady ,who doesn’t have the massage license or skills, came into my room and just rubbed with oils regardless of what you paid for. I enjoyed most places except this place. When I tried to ask to change the therapist, no one was speaking English. When I ask front desk, if she is licensed person, she said No. It is such a illegal and terrible business.

Soooo disappointed. Cold hands. Cold application of massage oils. Massage lady left 3 times to answer main door. Ppl came to room door to talk to therapist multiple times. Door left open multiple times. Exposed upper and lower extremities at the same time. I was cold and Im not a cold person. When we went to pay, the girl couldnt work the credit card machine. We offered cash..she asked for a tip.. my partner said thats all the cash we have..she said I see more cash in ur purse..Huh?!? Poor poor service. I gave a 2 only becuz my therapist apologized when she came back into room the 2nd time she left during massage.

I just visited this business for the first time and got an hours long massage. I had the absolute worst time. I really wish Google has the ZERO star for review. The greeting room looked okay enough... but the massage room was really dark. I asked the employee whether the sheet on the table was new and that if they wiped down their equipment in between sessions. She claimed that they do and everything was clean - but once I laid down on the massage table, I knew. The sheet smelled like the last person that was in there and it was sticky and moist! And while I was disgustingly lying in another customers body juices, I could see why the lights were kept so low... the room was dirty as hell. Once the session ended I went to the front to pay, tip my masseuse, and leave - but upon seeing how much I left, they had the audacity to ask me to tip MORE cause I didnt tip enough to their liking! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will NEVER come back to this place again. If anyone wants to get a massage from this place, do yourself a favor and check your clean sheets, first! F-

I have enjoyed with much pleasure and have felt disgusted at this place in other times. I had a masseuse who was not asian looked more like mexican(that is a first), this woman sweat so profusely that i felt drops of sweat hitting my body and that was it for me, it was so disgusting. So i always recommend the asians they are awesome at what they do amd you wont regret.

Decided to treat my mom to her first ever professional massage for her birthday. I searched yelp for the perfect place and found Wellbeing Massage Studio. After looking through their website I stumbled across a promotion for an hour long body massage for a special price of $40. I then called and made an appointment which was easy and quick, I even asked about the special and the woman who answered said yes thats still applicable.The day arrived and we got to the location about 20 minutes early but they put us into rooms immediately. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, The massage was wonderful, even for the $10 charge for oil. Now this is where my almost 5 star review turns completely around.After leaving the room and feeling refreshed I was greeted by the woman who did my massage as well as the woman who did my moms. They told me it was $120 and I simply asked if the special was applied to that price. After asking that I looked up to scowls on their faces and was questioned as to where I saw such a price. When I told them it was from their own website I was asked to show them the promotion I found, after they argued with eachother in another language for almost 5 minutes. That was fine and after I showed them they said the price was now $100 ($80 for both massages and $20 added for oil). My card was swiped and I was handed the receipt to sign, but before I could even write in a tip amount or anything I was confronted in the most unprofessional and rude way. I was questioned about the tip and if it would be cash or on my card. I said I was going to go next door to grab cash for the tip. Again I was met with hard stares from both and followed by more arguing in another language. I thanked them and went next door to Kroger.Let me start by saying, I am and always have been a great tipper. I appreciate hard work and exceptional customer service. But this experience rubbed me the wrong way. I felt harassed and immediately the euphoria from the massage melted away to anger. I was shopping for a few things and when I turned around what did I see, one of the women were following me! My mom actually ran into her and she said she needed toilet paper but we saw her leave without purchasing anything. I have never felt so uncomfortable and hunted down! That is unprofessional and just extremely rude. Needless to say I left without leaving a tip and will never return to this establishment. I read one review where they had the audacity to ask a customer for a bigger tip than what was given. Such a shame and disappointment. I would give them 0 stars if I could.Do yourself a favor and find a more professional establishment with more appreciative employees.

The other reviews are true. The Lady was half way stopping my massage to go to the front. She cut my massage short and when I told her about she brushed me off saying I was lying. I’ve been here several times before but will never come back. The experience was terrible.

I wish google could let us give a place zero stars. i came on vacation and my fiancée decided to treat me to a massage. lets just say we waited 30-45 after being told it would only take 20. we came in for a couples massage they didnt even provide us the couples room we were separated. the lady i had, (a bit older unfortunately i wish i got her name) was mostly just rubbing my back not massaging it. she spent more time on my upper back more than anything. when she went to apply hot rocks she didnt warn me so it shocked me and was very hot and uncomfortable when i told her about it she just giggled and said sorry. to top it all , she attempted to release knots on my shoulders and instead of massaging them out she was punching them. i asked her to focus more on my arms because they were sore from days before activities and i wasnt provided the service i requested. despite the poor quality of work and literally barely any massaging done the atmosphere was nice. but ill never come back here, sorry.

Got a full body massage, was more of a back massagefor 40 min, 5 min of everything else except feet, but the back massage felt pretty good. She left the room for about 10 minutes when someone asked for her in the front which wasnt cool. So a 45 min back massage for 40 bucks aint too bad.

Love this place! Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. I have been here a few times now and I have no complaints at all. I tell all my friends about this place because awesome massages at affordable prices and nice clean environment.Just be sure to make a reservation first before u walk in , so u don’t need to wait . Great place! I recommend !

I love this place ! The best FOOT massage ever!!! Very professional staff and the girl that did my massage was just FANTASTIC! Wow!! I hope they continue to keep up their good business .i will go back to get my full body massage done . Recommend to my friends also !

Front desk worker (Jessica) refused to sell me a gift card with the excuse “we are too busy today” despite their prices saying gift cards are available for sale, and the fact that I made it extremely clear I wasn’t trying to buy a gift card for today. Awful service

Make me undressed and waiting for30min, then they told me there isn’t enough staff to give us massage. Shouldn’t have taken my money.
