They have a ton of gummies but some I would stay away from because I got some that really put me in a bad way it was too strong are they were too strong but for the most part the people were friendly and that means a lot

Pros: Great selection of vape products, and tobaccoCons: parking entrance, outdated products( but he tells you if they are expired) in my case this was for CBD edibles.I came here about 2 weeks ago in search of a new hookah or the tobacco for the one I have now. When I walked in the place is well stocked from hookahs, tobacco, cigars, alllll vape products, and a few CBD products as well. I found an entire hookah set for $75.00 which is cheaper than I could find on Amazon. I love how knowledgeable and upfront the gentleman that was working the Sunday I went in was.

Small hole-in-the-wall place. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Prices were reasonable, wide selection of shisha, hookahs, hoses, etc.. I recommend for all hookah lovers. I dont vape or e-cig shop so I cant attest to those two

Silly not to come to this shop. Came by for the soft opening and was amazed at the variety of products. He even mentioned future possibilities for the location so he planning to be there for the future. Check this store out. His name is Mike. Awesome selection & knowledgeable staff! Not a single pushy associate. Theyre also not gonna lead you to the most expensive items just to get a good sale, but theyre always gonna give you exactly what you need. Their juice selection isnt as broad as I usually like, but they have an amazingly broad selection of everything else, from mods to tanks, coils, and rdas. Definitely worth the traffic to get to it!

Friendly guys in there working the counter they are willing to take their time and explain products and merchandise. Their prices are good, they have a loyalty program points add up quick if you vape a lot.The owner, Billy is always bending over backwards for me and goes out of his way to make sure Im a happy customer. Yeah I can get some things cheaper online but in the end it is a wash and I rather give my business to locals.Their product selection is huge and growing if you vape in the Atlanta area this is where you want to go, end of story.

Not very knowledgeable or overly helpful. When I asked questions, they had no idea what I was talking about. I moved from Florida where they have tasting set ups to sample tastes (no nicotine) so u I didn buy and were unhappy, and also they could mix flavors However, the only option we had was to tasteoff finger .Prices were good, but I asked for a SIMPLE starter kit until we could find ours, was shown a 60.00 kit instead of the 9.99 kit

Cigarette Depot is my go to store for all my vaping needs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and I have always had a pleasant experience. I love that everything is priced unlike some of the smoke shops in the area that can jack the price up on you at random. Keep up the good work!

These guys are hands down awesome. One of the employees took a great amount of time explaining to me the ins and outs of properly putting coils in vapes. I had an issue with a recently purchased vape that spazzed out on me with the display going to some weird programming code on it. I took it back and asked him if he knew what was happened. He swapped it out for me. Overall these guys know their stuff and dont rush you just trying to get sales as quick as possible. If youre in the area and need to hit a smoke shop, these guys are the best.

Went in to pick up some coils. I bought a 5pk, get home and realize the box only has three in it. They admitted the mistake and gave me the other two coils, but this obviously required me to make a second trip to the store. Customer service, pricing, and selection werent bad, but nothing special.

Great product selection wonderful staff and very friendly respectfull the only negative is when i was sold a defective battery it felt like they were blaming me and refused to give me a refund or swap it out for a good one. The owner doesnt know how important fairness and compassion and compromise are in a customer service business.

Came in today was just looking for a new e liquid to try. Kyle was very helpful. He was showing us several of the vapes. I ended up leaving with a new vape and a new e liquid! Kyle was not pushy at all. He was explaining everything and answered any question that we had. Also, told us if we had any questions to feel free to give him a call and he would help us. Great personality! I will be back!!

The vape juice wasnt right, even after I told them what I wanted and what vape I had. The CBD Sleep gummies the recommended definitely have Red #5 which does not help sleep. Seems more like a Delta 8 + bong shop than a vape shop. Which is fine but not a good vape shop

I am posting to Yesuk Schwartz reviee because I was there that day. Yesuk (Rob) is posting as someone else because he assaulted an employee that day and walked out. He seemed angry that day walked in speaking badly about His son and wife just TMI. Then he went on to reviewing mods in the store stating some were bad because he read a review online. He took a response the wrong way and it triggered him to attempt to assault the employee and just grazed him luckily. Leaving him angry. Ive seen him there before and they always seemed to have a good time joking with each other.Every time I have been to Cig Depot (its a VAPE shop!!!) They have been more than friendly and helping. It feels like home each time and they answer every question I ask no matter how annoying I get. I started a noob and CIG Depot has slowly bestwoed me with there vaping knowledge. It has been great, I never feel pushed to buy anything just what I need. Being a small mom and pop vape shop yes it gets disorganized sometimes but they have the biggest selection I have EVER seen!!! Ppl have to understand how much work it takes to maintain that kind of inventory. There prices are also the best for B&M store obviously its cheaper online but you get it now for a little extra. They always have the newsest mod and RDA and the Best Builders!!!! I appreciate all the help so far guys!!! No other shop will build for free.

Good experience, Ill be back for sure.I was immediately asked if i needed help, I declined, then was left alone to window shop for a reasonable amount of time, then I was asked if I needed help a second time by Brandon. Thats solid service, not pushy at all.Brandon is a really knowledgeable and nice guy. They didnt have exactly what I needed, but they knew exactly what I was talking about. They have tons of selection! I picked up some batteries for my wifes EVOD (at a reasonable price)and just got a good idea of what they carried. Brandon showed me some of the mods from the cases, let me handle them and educated me a bit on gear I hadnt seen yet.One good thing, he didnt tell me that anything I was using or was used to sucked. AND he didnt do the hard up-sell on me either.Be aware that it is a lounge atmosphere, so there will most likely be folks sitting around vaping, joking, eating lunch, watching tv, etc... It does have a bit of the frat house vibe, but these are young guys running a business that is built around an emerging market. If you are ok with that, go see Brandon, you wont be sorry.*Best advice I can give the shop to get that 5th star: Clean up the counters a bit and hire a female to level out the testosterone and frat house vibe.

Terrible, you have a couple of good staff members there that know their product but the owner is unprofessional and childish. Skinny Asian kid with his pants hanging down displaying his underwear, baseball cap sideways who tries to talk down to his customers. Have a problem with something? Its your fault, you dont know what your doing, you miss used it, you are too new, your opinion doesnt matter. He doesnt even trust his own employees to give you a magnet if he is not there, The employees are afraid to show items to you and handle them because the owner will get angry with them... There is no organized menu of e-juice flavors, just a bunch on the shelf and disorganized testers sitting on a counter. The stickiest vape bar I have been in, highly suggest you avoid this one as there are much better vape bars in the area. You will pay over double the online price for a mod if you go here and if somethings wrong you will get blamed and treated with complete disrespect.

This is the best shop around this area. Everyone there is really nice and knowledgeable which is great. They help repair mods and also give you tips about gaping compared to other shops. The environment is really chill.

I’m actually about to stop coming here I been a loyal customer bout 2 years faithfully but lately the hookah supplies I need they STAY out of then have the nerve to have a OH WELL attitude. They tried to make it right with me once before and gave me free box go figure 🙄but honestly it’s to many hookah shops to be turned away all the time and wasting my time I’m done! They lost me as a customer for sure

I use to like this place. So I purchased a Vape in total I spent close to $80. Well first day it held a charge for an hour maybe a week into having it charge only last 15 min. Took it back and I was told there is nothing they can do. I should just purchase another one. So be aware if it doesnt work your screwed.

Love this place. They make sure they know their regulars name. Almost always have my juice in stock and if not, they can order it and have it the next day. Great atmosphere.

Billy has a great selection of juices and mods and a nice lounge atmosphere. Bought the Occultus mason 120ml because Billy suggested it. Awesome suggestion and current favorite juice haha Will definitely be back for more.

Ugh...just Ugh. Not terrible but they dont have many options as far as e cigs go and I have had some bad experiences. I do want to apologize for almost cursing them out on my last bad experience but suffice it to say Im never going here ever again. They need to do better.

If i could give less than one star i would. The people who work here have very little respect for there customers and treat them like children. I bought my first e-cig here and after the first day one of my batteries stopped working and after fiddling with it and only making it work sometimes i determined it was faulty and needed to return it. On two separate occasions i went back and the guy there insisted i just was not charging it or that i was using it incorrectly. I dont know if you have ever used an e-cig before but there not incredibly difficult to use. Long story short i suggest going somewhere else for your vape needs. These guys are nice but get to busy talking and hanging out to run there business correctly.

Bought a vape here a few weeks ago. Everything went well, until one day the vape started having problems. The button started feeling kinda recessed and the vape kept on firing on its own without even being touched. When I went in to tell them about it, they tell me that its common to happen with the basic vape that I bought and that theres nothing they can do about it. So now my vape is just burning my juice and coil on a minutely basis. What a waste of money.Oh, and they sold me the wrong coil once, that I picked up on after it starting feeling a lot harder to inhale, and confirmed by another vape shop.I would avoid this place.
